The hierarchy of document licensing nodes includes: a document permission node that defines a first set of permissions for a first persona relative to a corresponding document portion. The hierarchical document level permissions include at least one of create permissions, read permissions, update permissions, or delete permissions. The processor is configured to dynamically determine a respective set of document level permissions with respect to the portion of the document based on a traversing means and the tracking means.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and reference may be made to the related descriptions of other embodiments for parts that are not described or illustrated in a certain embodiment.
In summary, according to the scientific research document management method and the management system using the scientific research document management method, the document is recorded and the document file is modified, so that the maintenance of the document storage efficiency reaches the optimal state; the safety monitoring unit can also monitor the updating of the document, record each updated state of the document, and ensure the storage and transfer of the document based on the search of the document. Meanwhile, the defect of low efficiency of the document is improved; the safety monitoring unit is used for monitoring the application program and correcting the browsing process of the application program according to the distribution rule of the authority; by adopting the matching use between the transfer device and the traversing device, the calling and the detection of the document can be automatically carried out, the labor intensity is reduced, and the query efficiency is improved; in the process of traversing each cabinet by adopting the traversing device, the information on the induction piece of the initial acquisition device can be acquired, the traversing device is connected with the processor based on the acquired data, and the data retrieval unit or the data modification unit inquires or modifies the document; by employing the tracking device configured to determine the acquisition of the traversing device and review the operations of the data retrieval unit and the data modification unit, the efficiency of saving or modifying the document is ensured.

Claims (8)

1. A scientific research document management method is characterized in that the management method comprises an entry method and a modification method, wherein the entry method comprises the steps of receiving a request for listing performance data of a project from a document entry end system, and the request is associated with a keyword or a category; processing the request to retrieve a class number that matches the document data; determining at least one value indicative of an item in a search result list having a plurality of search results based on a search using a keyword or category; and provides class number data and at least one representative value.
2. The scientific document management method according to claim 1, wherein the entering method further comprises the step of performing centralized editing on each file of the class numbers based on the collected data values and the class numbers, forming an identifier after editing, and integrating the identifier and the matched class numbers.
3. A scientific document management method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said modification method includes determining modifications in each revision of each source document; storing the modification trace; simultaneously, notifying a user of the source document in said determined modification in each of the merged source documents; wherein the modification includes any change to the source document.
4. A scientific document management method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said modification method includes calculating the difference between successive revisions of each source document; and for portions of the version of the source document that change between revisions of the source document, displaying revised occluded portions of the source document; the modified excluded portion of the source document included in the excluded document is displayed in red.
5. Scientific research document management system applying a scientific research document management method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the management system comprises a data processing unit, a security monitoring unit, a data retrieval unit and a data modification unit, the security monitoring unit is configured to protect source document data and store modified documents corresponding to the source documents; the data processing unit is configured to centrally manage the storage and addition or review of the data and to generate a responsive marking based on the trace of modification; the data detection unit is configured to retrieve a file of the source document, the retrieved range including a mark and content of the source document; the data modification unit is configured to modify data of the source document and store based on the modified document.
6. A scientific document management system according to claim 5, wherein said security monitoring unit file filter and display prompts, said file filter configured to open a file call using an intercept application; identifying an attribute data file of the file using the file name; accessing a set of attribute data and corresponding values from an attribute data file; determining one or more rules to be applied to the set of attribute data to determine whether to open the file; applying a plurality of rules to the values of the attribute data set; determining to respond to application of the plurality of rules without opening the file; the display prompt is configured to display and identify a reason why the document is unopened.

A scientific document management system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said data retrieval unit is configured as a source document profile component for retrieving features relating to documents; the data retrieval unit is configured to feature behavioral dimensions of the source documents at a given reference point in time and learn classifications and identifiers of the source documents from identifier components of different retrieval features, the identifier components being configured to generate an identifier of the source document for each source document.
8. The scientific document management system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the data modification unit is configured to perform management of maintenance and modification operations on the source documents based on the included portions of the plurality of source documents, and is further configured to: determining modifications to each original file in the modifications to each transient document; notifying the user of the source document with respect to the determined modification in each source document; wherein the modification includes any change to the source document.
