The sprayed antibacterial agent is uniformly sprayed on the bottom surface and the top surface of the dry towel base cloth after respectively passing through the lower screen 13 and the upper screen 23. The ejected air flow accelerates the drying of the antibacterial agent on the bottom and top surfaces of the dry towel base fabric and also prevents the antibacterial agent from clogging and solidifying in the holes of the lower screen 13 and the upper screen 23. In addition, when the lower screen 13 and the upper screen 23 rotate to the lower brush wheel 14 and the upper brush wheel 26, the brush wheel performs a secondary cleaning of the screens.
Example two:
a) Forming a net: weighing 70 parts of chitosan fiber and 30 parts of tencel fiber in parts by weight, uniformly mixing, and carding to form a net to obtain a dry towel base net;
b) Preparing cloth: sequentially stacking a plurality of layers of the dry towel base nets prepared in the step a), carrying out spunlace reinforcement and drying to obtain dry towel base cloth, wherein the number of the stacked layers of the dry towel base nets is 4;
c) Spraying: respectively and uniformly spraying an antibacterial agent on the top surface and the bottom surface of the base cloth of the dry towel prepared in the step b), wherein the antibacterial agent comprises silver citrate and an anionic surfactant, the weight ratio of the silver citrate is 25ppm, and the adhesion amount of the antibacterial agent is 0.25g/m 2 。
The other steps are the same as those of the first embodiment.
Example three:
a) Forming a net: weighing 80 parts of chitosan fiber and 20 parts of tencel fiber in parts by weight, uniformly mixing, and forming a net after carding to obtain a dry towel base net;
b) Preparing cloth: sequentially stacking a plurality of layers of the dry tissue base nets prepared in the step a), carrying out spunlace reinforcement and drying to obtain dry tissue base cloth, wherein the number of stacked layers of the dry tissue base nets is 2;
c) Spraying: respectively and uniformly spraying an antibacterial agent on the top surface and the bottom surface of the base cloth of the dry towel prepared in the step b), wherein the antibacterial agent comprises silver citrate and an anionic surfactant, the weight ratio of the silver citrate is 25ppm, and the adhesion amount of the antibacterial agent is 0.25g/m 2 。
The other steps are the same as those of the first embodiment.
Example four:
according to GB15979-2002, the green antibacterial clean care dry tissues prepared in the first to the third examples are respectively subjected to antibacterial tests, and the results are shown in the following table 1:

As can be seen from table 1, the bacteriostatic rate of the green antibacterial cleaning and nursing dry tissue prepared in the first to third embodiments can reach 99.0% after 20min, and the daily use requirement is met.
According to the invention, 60-80 parts by weight of chitosan fiber and 20-40 parts by weight of tencel fiber are subjected to web forming and then spunlace to prepare the dry tissue base cloth, the base cloth has a natural antibacterial effect and is degradable, green and environment-friendly, antibacterial agents are uniformly sprayed on the front surface and the back surface of the dry tissue base cloth respectively, the antibacterial rate of a finished product reaches 99%, the dry tissue base cloth can be used as a daily clean dry tissue or a clean dry and wet dual-purpose tissue for infants, is natural and skin-friendly, safe and reliable, and can effectively care young and tender skin of infants; the antibacterial agent is sprayed on the dry towel base cloth after being separated by the screen, so that the phenomena of uneven spraying and over-thick spraying of partial point positions are avoided, the drying of the antibacterial agent is accelerated by matching with the jet air flow, the spraying process does not need to be dried, the process is simple, and the energy consumption is low.
The above embodiments are illustrative of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and any simple modifications of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (4)
1. A preparation method of a green antibacterial cleaning and nursing dry towel is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a) Forming a net: weighing 60-80 parts of chitosan fiber and 20-40 parts of tencel fiber in weight proportion, uniformly mixing, carding, and forming a net to obtain a dry towel base net;
b) Preparing cloth: stacking a plurality of layers of the dry towel base nets prepared in the step a) in sequence, carrying out spunlace reinforcement and drying to obtain dry towel base cloth;
c) Spraying: uniformly spraying the antibacterial agent on the top surface and the bottom surface of the dry towel base cloth prepared in the step b) respectively, simultaneously spraying the two surfaces of the dry towel base cloth by adopting an antibacterial agent spraying machine, wherein the antibacterial agent spraying machine comprises a lower screening machine (1), an upper screening machine (2), a spray head (3) and a controller, the lower screening machine (1) and the upper screening machine (2) are respectively positioned on the lower side and the upper side of the dry towel base cloth and are respectively provided with a lower screen mesh (13) and an upper screen mesh (23) which rotate circularly, the spray head (3) is respectively positioned in the lower screening machine (1) and the upper screening machine (2) and enables the antibacterial agent to be uniformly sprayed on the bottom surface and the top surface of the dry towel base cloth after passing through the lower screen mesh (13) and the upper screen mesh (23) respectively, the controller is electrically connected with the lower screening machine (1), the upper screening machine (2) and the spray head (3) respectively, the lower screening machine (1) comprises a lower machine shell (11), a lower guide roller (12), a lower screening wheel (13), a lower brushing wheel (14) and a lower brushing wheel (11) which is provided with a plurality of rotating openings (12) and a plurality of lower brushing wheel (12) which is arranged outside the lower shell (11) and a plurality of the lower shell (12) which is in contact with a plurality of the lower shell (13) and a plurality of lower brushing wheel (12) which is arranged in the lower shell (13) and a plurality of the lower shell (12) and a plurality of the lower brushing wheel (13) which is arranged in the lower shell (12) and a plurality of the lower shell (13) which is arranged in the lower shell (12) and a plurality of brushing wheel which is arranged in the lower shell (13) and a plurality of the lower shell (12), the motor in the lower motor group drives the lower brush wheel (14) and one of them lower guide roller (12) to rotate respectively, the sprayer (3) is positioned in the lower screen (13) and sprays the antibacterial agent upwards, the upper screen (2) comprises an upper casing (21), a first upper guide roller (22), an upper screen (23), an inner casing (24), a second upper guide roller (25), an upper brush wheel (26) and an upper motor group, the bottom end of the upper casing (21) is provided with an opening, the first upper guide roller (22) can be respectively and rotatably fixed in the upper casing (21), the upper screen (23) is sleeved outside the first upper guide rollers (22), the inner casing (24) is positioned in the inner cavity of the upper casing (21), the top end of the inner casing (24) is provided with an opening and one side of the bottom end is provided with an inner casing liquid discharge port (241), the second upper guide rollers (25) are respectively fixed in the upper casing (21) and the inner casing (24) and introduce one section of the upper screen (23) into the inner casing (24), the inner cavity of the upper casing (24) is respectively, the upper brush wheel (26) is fixed in the upper motor group and the upper brush wheel (26) is respectively and the second upper motor group is contacted with the second upper screen (26), the spray head (3) is positioned in the upper screen (23) and sprays the antibacterial agent downwards.
2. The preparation method of the green antibacterial cleaning and nursing dry towel as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the step b), the stacking number of the dry towel base net is 2, 4 or 6.
