The added cosolvent and the additive have a certain synergistic effect, and are not incompatible (such as white ink shortage, fuzzy handwriting, ink discharge after nozzle blockage and the like in printing) after being mixed with the original pigment ink under the condition of ensuring the smoothness of the ink in the continuous printing process, so that the problem of incompatibility after the dye ink is replaced by the ink-jet printer using the pigment ink is solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an ink-jet dye ink, in particular to a dye ink compatible with original ink-jet pigment ink.
Background
The colorant of the dye ink is purely natural or artificially synthesized, and the development process is mature. The dye colorant exists in the ink as a single molecule, and the structure enables the dye ink not to easily cause the condition of nozzle blockage; pigment inks differ in that their colorants are based on the use of repeatedly ground minerals as colorants, the choice of raw materials is limited, and the process has a number of disadvantages, in that the colorants are water-insoluble solid particles which are coated with a resin component only by the action of an emulsifier, and the colorant is emulsified and suspended in the solvent and water by virtue of the hydrophilic groups on the resin component. For the general users, the use cost of pigment ink is high, and they prefer cheap and easy-to-use dye ink. However, many ink-jet printing original ink in the original ink box, especially the black ink box is mostly pigment ink, for example, the black original ink box of hot bubble type head box integral type, when many users use, all supply the ink to this kind of ink box repacking outer succession, just so can prolong ink horn life, save a lot of use cost, nevertheless because dye ink and the pigment ink in the original ink box use after mixing, can appear like printing to reveal the white lack of ink, the writing is fuzzy, the nozzle blocks up the incompatible condition such as not going out the china ink. To avoid such a situation, many users wash away the remaining pigment ink with a cleaning liquid and then use the dye ink. However, this operation requires a certain level of expertise and is rather cumbersome. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a dye ink compatible with the original pigment ink.
