Background
Among the prior art, hull lamellar body conveying system is the important equipment of fragment production line, and fragment line ground system is used for the transmission and the operation platform of steel sheet and fragment, couples each station of production line each other, and conveying system's work efficiency directly influences the takt of whole production line.
At present, roller platforms, conveying chains, conveying roller ways and the like are mostly adopted in the sheet conveying method of domestic shipyards, sheets are required to be hoisted and transported by means of traveling cranes in the conveying process of each station, the conveying position is not accurate, each station cannot realize linkage, the efficiency is low, the labor intensity of workers is high, and the like.
Therefore, a conveying platform which is accurate in conveying and can realize linkage of all stations and a novel conveying method are urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an improved fragment line conveying platform and a conveying method for mail carrier production, which can overcome the defects of inaccurate conveying position and incapability of linkage among stations in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a fragment line conveying platform for mail steamer production, characterized in that: the automatic plate-cutting machine is characterized in that a laser makeup welding station, a polishing, scribing and cutting station and a longitudinal frame assembling and welding station are sequentially arranged on the conveying platform, a conveying device is arranged between the laser makeup welding station and the polishing, scribing and cutting station, the conveying device comprises a feeding area platform, a milling area platform, a discharging area platform and a polishing, scribing and cutting station area platform which are sequentially arranged, a first conveying chain is arranged on the feeding area platform, and the conveying device comprises a feeding door frame and a discharging door frame.
Preferably, a second conveying chain is arranged on a fixing sheet wheel type combined platform of the longitudinal welding station, a side clamping trolley matched with the second conveying chain is arranged on the longitudinal welding station, and a transverse moving trolley is arranged at the tail end of the fixing platform; the first conveying chain and the second conveying chain comprise a driving motor and a chain connected with the driving motor, and a chain guide frame and a clamping device are arranged on the chain.
Furthermore, the feeding area platform is a fixed plate wheel type combined platform, a fixed roller way beam is arranged on the feeding area platform, the first conveying chain comprises a plurality of chains which are arranged side by side, the feeding door frame is arranged on the feeding side of the edge milling welding area platform, and the discharging door frame is arranged on the discharging side of the polishing, scribing and cutting station.
A method for conveying a segment line conveying platform for mail carrier production is characterized in that: the conveying steps are as follows: a. conveying the steel plate body on the feeding area platform to a fixed position through a first conveying chain, clamping the steel plate by a feeding portal frame, adjusting the position, conveying the steel plate to a laser makeup welding station, and performing edge milling welding; b. the discharging portal sends the welded steel plate to a polishing, scribing and cutting station, and the polishing, scribing and cutting work of the steel plate body is carried out; c. the side clamping trolley sends the welded sheet body to a longitudinal welding station, and after longitudinal welding is completed, the side clamping trolley sends the steel sheet body to the front end of the cross sliding trolley.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention comprises the improvement of a plurality of details besides the improvement of the whole technical scheme, and particularly has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the improved scheme, the conveying platform is sequentially provided with the laser makeup welding station, the polishing, scribing and cutting station and the longitudinal frame assembling and welding station, the steel plate can be fully automatically fed, adjusted in position, pressed, milled at the plate edge, welded in a seam and discharged at the station, the conveying reliability and the production efficiency are greatly improved, and the conveying position is accurate and stable;
2. according to the technical scheme, the conveying device is arranged between the laser makeup welding station and the polishing, scribing and cutting station and comprises the feeding area platform, the edge milling welding area platform, the discharging area platform and the polishing, scribing and cutting station area platform which are sequentially arranged, the whole conveying process is smooth, the requirement of automatic production is met, and the production efficiency is greatly improved;
3. the transportation design mode of the invention has the advantages of smooth working support, stable movement, accurate position and convenient operation.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The present invention provides a fragment line conveying platform 1 for mail carrier production, see in particular fig. 1, which differs from the prior art in that: the laser makeup welding station 2, the polishing, scribing and cutting station 3 and the longitudinal frame assembling and welding station 4 are sequentially arranged on the conveying platform, a conveying device is arranged between the laser makeup welding station and the polishing, scribing and cutting station and comprises a feeding area platform, an edge milling welding area platform, a discharging area platform and a polishing, scribing and cutting station area platform which are sequentially arranged, a first conveying chain 8 is arranged on the feeding area platform 7, and the conveying device comprises a feeding door frame 9 and a discharging door frame 10; the laser makeup welding station 2, the polishing, scribing and cutting station 3 and the longitudinal welding station 4 are all provided with a fixed sheet wheel type combined platform 20, and the fixed sheet wheel type combined platform is composed of a sheet wheel frame 21 and a plurality of single sheet wheel assemblies 22 arranged on the sheet wheel frame.
Particularly, the steel sheet passes through the centre gripping of feeding portal and pushes the edge milling welding position from the feeding platform position, and the piece that the tailor-welding was accomplished carries to the piece cutting station after through ejection of compact portal centre gripping. And (4) carrying the cut segments to laser composite longitudinal frame assembling and welding equipment through a side trolley and positioning. And (5) carrying the fragments subjected to longitudinal welding to a transverse moving station through a side trolley and a conveying chain. The fragment line ground transmission system adopts rollers, a conveying chain, a feeding door frame and a discharging door frame with chucks, a side clamping trolley and the like to transmit and position fragments, and the rollers are in the forms of rollers, fixed sheet wheels, universal balls and the like.
In one embodiment, a laser makeup welding station, a polishing scribing and cutting station and a longitudinal frame assembling and welding station are sequentially arranged on a conveying platform, a conveying device is arranged between the laser makeup welding station and the polishing scribing and cutting station, the conveying device comprises a feeding area platform, an edge milling welding area platform, a discharging area platform and a polishing scribing and cutting station area platform which are sequentially arranged, a first conveying chain is arranged on the feeding area platform, and the conveying device comprises a feeding door frame and a discharging door frame; the laser makeup welding station, the polishing, scribing and cutting station and the longitudinal frame assembling and welding station are all provided with a fixed sheet wheel type combined platform, and the fixed sheet wheel type combined platform consists of a sheet wheel frame and a plurality of single sheet wheel assemblies arranged on the sheet wheel frame. As shown in fig. 7, each sheet wheel frame is provided with 5-8 sheet wheel seats, each sheet wheel seat is provided with a single sheet wheel assembly, the single sheet wheel assembly is connected with the sheet wheel seat through a set of support sheets, the sheet wheel seat 24 comprises a set of support frames, and the support frames 23 vertically penetrate through the whole sheet wheel frame.
The conveying device comprises a feeding area platform, an edge milling welding area platform, a discharging area platform and a polishing, scribing and cutting station area platform which are sequentially arranged, a first conveying chain is arranged on the feeding area platform, and the conveying device comprises a feeding door frame and a discharging door frame. A second conveying chain is arranged on a fixed plate wheel type combined platform of the longitudinal welding station, a side clamping trolley matched with the second conveying chain is arranged on the longitudinal welding station, and a transverse moving trolley is arranged at the tail end of the fixed platform; the first conveying chain and the second conveying chain comprise a driving motor 30 and a chain 31 connected with the driving motor, a chain guide frame 32 and a clamping device 33 are arranged on the chain, two ends of the chain guide frame are respectively tilted outwards, so that the chain can be conveniently guided when passing through, and the clamping device is used for clamping a steel plate and driving the steel plate to move forwards through chain transmission.
The feeding area platform is a fixed plate wheel type combined platform, a fixed roller way beam is arranged on the feeding area platform, the first conveying chain comprises a plurality of chains which are arranged side by side, the feeding door frame is arranged on the feeding side of the edge milling welding area platform, and the discharging door frame is arranged on the discharging side of the polishing, scribing and cutting station. The feeding portal frame and the discharging portal frame are respectively provided with a group of hydraulic chucks 92 capable of lifting up and down, a track 91 capable of moving is arranged below the feeding portal frame, and an electromagnetic arm 93 is arranged on one side of the feeding portal frame. The side edge clamping trolley comprises two side edge clamping trolleys, guide rails 40 which are symmetrically arranged and used for the side edge clamping trolleys to walk are arranged on two sides of the polishing, scribing and cutting station and the longitudinal frame assembling and welding station, and the side edge clamping trolleys are provided with hydraulic clamping units 41 and monitoring cameras.
Specifically, the grippers are hydraulically actuated for holding the sheet material in place during transport. In order to align the sheets, the feeding gantry is equipped with a limiting mechanism. The sheet material is placed against these stop mechanisms. When one plate is against the limiting mechanism, the corresponding plate edge is flat, and the measuring device is in communication control, so that the clamping procedure can be started. To pass the first plate with a minimum plate width of 1200mm, transport arms with solenoid clamping devices are provided, which are mounted on the gantry and move the small plates past the edge milling apparatus. The roll table of feeding side is automatic with panel handing-over to feeding portal, and the feeding portal passes through artifical back of confirming, automatic centre gripping panel and the alignment datum line of adjustment position, and the position sensor is installed at the ground system (fixes a position through 4 induction type sensors). Detecting the width of the plate and transferring the first plate to the discharging side. The steel plate is automatically clamped and positioned by the discharging door frame. The discharging side is fixed with a clamping beam oil cylinder for automatically clamping the steel plate. And confirming by an operator, inputting a second plate, positioning and detecting the width. And positioning and automatically pressing the steel plate through the feeding side clamping beam oil cylinder. And the operator selects the edge milling splicing plate welding program to work. And (5) discharging the first fragment, and opening the equipment again to circularly feed the next plate.
In another embodiment, the jigsaw station conveying device comprises a feeding area platform, a feeding door frame, a discharging door frame, an edge milling welding area platform, a discharging area platform and other main parts. The steel plate can fully automatically complete feeding, steel plate position adjustment, pressing, plate edge milling, seam welding and discharging at the station. The jointed plate feeding area adopts a form of fixing roller way beams and plate wheels, the plate wheels are arranged in a quincunx manner, and a chain conveying device is configured to convey the steel plate to a platform of the edge milling welding area. The feeding portal conveys the steel plate to be milled to a milling working area; the edge milling welding area platform is used for supporting the steel plate and the segments and adjusting the front and back positions and the plate thickness difference of the steel plate (specifically, 4 chucks of the jointed plate feeding gantry clamp a workpiece, and the workpiece is accurately fed to an edge milling machine after being adjusted front and back, left and right). After the edge milling and welding of the fragments are finished at the laser jointed board welding station, the fragments are sent into the platform area of the cutting station through a discharging door frame of the jointed board station; and (4) carrying out shot blasting, code spraying, marking and cutting on the plate rows of the spliced plates at the station. The sheet wheel above the cutting station platform bears the cut segments, the steel plate segments are clamped by the hydraulic cylinders of the two side clamping trolleys and are conveyed to the longitudinal bone welding area platform, and the longitudinal bone welding station can realize the pre-trimming and welding of the longitudinal bone. In the longitudinal welding process, the segment clamping position may need to be changed, in this case, one side clamping trolley is always loosened, then the position of the other side clamping trolley is changed, the segment position is kept fixed when the position is adjusted, and the adjustment of the trolley is manually carried out. The arrival at the designated position is determined by a laser sensor and a camera (displayed on an operation panel). And after welding is finished, the anti-deformation device is released, all gantry trolleys return, and the segments automatically move forwards to the next longitudinal welding position through the side clamping trolley. And finishing the cycle process of welding the next longitudinal bone of the segment until all the longitudinal bones of the segment are welded. When the last section bar is welded, the side trolley sends the section bar to the next step. After the clamping trolley is conveyed to a fixed position and stops, the sheet bodies are pushed to the transverse moving trolley by a group of parallel conveying chains, and the offline loading and transporting work of the sheet bodies is completed.
Specifically, the reverse deformation device is a device which is used for the requirements of a welding process and is adjusted according to the thickness and the grade of a plate when jacking strokes of different plate thicknesses and materials are carried out in the fillet welding process. The anti-deformation devices are arranged on two sides of the fillet weld device and comprise two rows of electromagnets and a pressurizing beam, the auxiliary pressurizing beam is used for carrying out fragment anti-deformation, then the two rows of electromagnets are used for sucking the fragments, and the middle beam automatically carries out jacking work according to the process.
In one embodiment of the method of delivery, the steps of delivering are as follows: a. conveying the steel plate body on the feeding area platform to a fixed position through a first conveying chain, clamping the steel plate body by a feeding portal frame, adjusting the position, conveying the steel plate body to a laser makeup welding station, and performing edge milling welding; b. the discharging portal sends the welded steel plate to a polishing, scribing and cutting station, and the polishing, scribing and cutting work of the steel plate is carried out; c. the side clamping trolley sends the welded sheet body to a longitudinal welding station, and after longitudinal welding is completed, the side clamping trolley sends the steel sheet body to the front end of the cross sliding trolley.
In the step a, a first conveying chain is arranged on a feeding area platform, the conveying device comprises a feeding door frame and a discharging door frame, and the feeding door frame and the discharging door frame are respectively provided with a group of chucks capable of lifting up and down. The feeding area platform is a plate wheel type fixed platform, a fixed roller way beam is arranged on the feeding area platform, the first conveying chain comprises a plurality of chains which are arranged side by side, the feeding door frame is arranged on the feeding side of the edge milling welding area platform, and the discharging door frame is arranged on the discharging side of the polishing, scribing and cutting station. In the step c, in the longitudinal welding process, when one longitudinal is welded, the side clamping trolley moves forward for a certain distance, so that the next welding point of the sheet body is in place at a position to be welded, when the side clamping trolley loosens the sheet body, one side clamping trolley needs to be loosened firstly, then the other side clamping trolley needs to be loosened, and meanwhile, the clamped position is adjusted correspondingly.
In another embodiment of the conveying method, a worker hoists a steel plate 5 by a crane to a fixed sheet wheel of a station of a jointed board feeding platform, the steel plate is conveyed to a fixed position by a plurality of groups of conveying chains in parallel, signals are sent to a jointed board feeding gantry at the same time, the feeding gantry puts down a plurality of chucks to clamp the sheet body, the chucks are accurately conveyed to an edge milling machine after being adjusted in position all around, edge milling and welding are carried out, the welded sheet body 6 is conveyed to a cutting station (one sheet is welded every time) by a plurality of chucks through a discharging gantry, the discharging gantry conveys the sheet body one step after all the sheet bodies are welded, the discharging gantry conveys the sheet body to the cutting station for polishing, scribing and cutting, and the discharging gantry loosens and puts down the sheet body to return. At the moment, the sheet body is clamped by the side clamping trolley and sent to a longitudinal bone welding station, when a longitudinal bone is welded, the clamping trolley moves forwards for a certain distance, the sheet body is sent to the front end of the transverse trolley after all the longitudinal bones are welded, the side clamping trolley stops at the moment, and the conveying chain pushes the sheet body to convey the sheet body onto the transverse trolley. The whole conveying work of the sheet bodies from the upper line to the lower line is completed. The segment line ground system is provided with an operating console at the front end of a splicing plate station and a longitudinal welding area respectively, and the operating consoles are used for respectively controlling the steel plate of a preparation line to be sent into a splicing plate feeding area and conveying the segments subjected to longitudinal welding to the transverse trolley 17.
The splicing plate station feeding area platform preferably adopts a form of fixing roller way beams and sheet wheels, the sheet wheels are arranged in a quincunx manner, and a chain conveying device is arranged to push a steel plate.
The laser makeup welding station preferably adopts a conveying chain transmission mode, and adopts a motor to drive the conveying chain to transmit the chain to a fixed position in a parallel transmission mode. The preferred conveyor chain has sufficient strength and wear resistance.
The feeding door frame is positioned on the feeding side of the plate edge milling equipment. The feeding portal is used for positioning the plate placed on the supporting roller way, feeding the equipment, conveying the plate to the discharging side from the feeding side, and discharging the plate from the equipment.
The discharging door frame is positioned on the discharging side of the polishing, scribing and cutting station. Preferably a servomotor, a reduction gear and a rack feed movement. The discharge gantry is used for conveying the welded segments from the welding work area to the cutting area.
The edge milling welding area platform of the plate splicing station is arranged on two sides of the welding portal and used for bearing a steel plate and adjusting the front and rear positions and the plate thickness difference of the steel plate. The distance between the platform roller beams is consistent with the feeding area, and the rollers are universal balls.
The front and rear regions of the plate splicing station discharging region, the cutting platform region, the longitudinal frame installation and the welding portal are all plate wheel type platforms which are in a unit form, so that the replacement and maintenance in the later period are facilitated
The side clamping trolley can move and position the segments from the cutting station to the longitudinal welding station. The scheme preferably adopts a precise guide rail gear rack form servo drive, and preferably adopts a hydraulic clamping steel plate.
