In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a processing device for an electricity meter box comprises a device base and a grinding ball, wherein a horizontal mounting plate of the device base is fixedly provided with a first motor, an output shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected with a first driving turntable, a non-circle center position of the upper end surface of the first driving turntable is fixedly provided with a first deflector rod, one side of the first driving turntable is provided with a first grooved wheel matched with the first driving turntable in a laminating manner, the first motor rotates in a reciprocating manner after being electrified to drive the first driving turntable to rotate and stir the first grooved wheel to rotate in a reciprocating manner through the first deflector rod, a first rotating shaft of the first grooved wheel downwards penetrates through the horizontal mounting plate of the device base and is fixed on the side wall of a first sleeve rod, a first connecting rod is arranged inside the first sleeve rod in a telescopic manner, the other end of the first connecting rod is fixedly connected with a first joint, the first joint is horizontally arranged on a first guide pipe, and the first guide pipe is transversely arranged at the lower end inside the electricity meter box, a second guide pipe is vertically fixed above the first joint, and the upper end of the second guide pipe is arranged on the top wall of the device base in a sliding manner;
a second motor is fixed on a vertical mounting plate of the device base, an output shaft of the second motor is fixedly connected with a second driving turntable, a second deflector rod is fixed at a non-circle center position of the upper end surface of the second driving turntable, a second sheave matched with the second driving turntable is arranged on one side of the second driving turntable in a laminating manner, the second motor rotates at a constant speed after being electrified to drive the second driving turntable to rotate and stir the second sheave to rotate for a set angle through the second deflector rod, a second rotating shaft of the second sheave penetrates through the vertical mounting plate and is fixed on the side wall of the grinding motor, the second rotating shaft is higher than the upper end surface of the ammeter box, a second loop bar is coaxially fixed at the end part of the output shaft of the grinding motor, one end of a second connecting rod is telescopically and slidably connected inside the second loop bar, a second connector is vertically and slidably arranged on a second guide pipe, and the other end of the second connecting rod is fixedly connected with the grinding ball after sliding through the second connector, the outside of second connecting rod is fixed with the kicking piece, overlaps in one section between the second loop bar of second connecting rod and the kicking piece and is equipped with the second spring for make the grinding ball push up all the time on the inner wall of ammeter case.

A method for grinding an electric meter box by an electric meter box processing device comprises the following steps:
s1, installing the device base in an electric meter box, enabling a rubber head on one side of a first guide pipe to be abutted against the inner wall of the electric meter box, and fixing the first guide pipe and the inner wall of the electric meter box by adjusting a rubber stud;
s2, when grinding is started, the grinding motor is started, the second connecting rod driven by the grinding motor rotates, and the second connecting rod drives the grinding ball to rotate;
s3, after being electrified, the first motor drives the first driving turntable to rotate in a reciprocating manner, so that the first deflector rod drives the first grooved pulley to rotate in a reciprocating manner, the first rotating shaft connected with the lower end of the first grooved pulley drives the first sleeve rod to swing in the horizontal direction, and the first sleeve rod drives the first connector to horizontally slide in the sliding chute of the first guide pipe in a reciprocating manner when swinging; meanwhile, the first connector can drive the second guide pipe to horizontally slide in the frame body fixed by the first guide pipe and the device base, and the sliding angle of the second guide pipe can be controlled by the power-on time of the first motor, so that the stop at any angle is realized.
S4, a second motor drives a second driving turntable to rotate at a constant speed, so that a second deflector rod stirs a second grooved wheel for one-time rotation, a second rotating shaft connected inside the second grooved wheel drives a grinding motor to swing from bottom to top, and further drives a second loop bar, a second connecting rod and a grinding ball to slide upwards, the upward swinging position of the second loop bar does not exceed the horizontal position, so that the grinding ball can slide upwards along the side wall of the electric meter box, when the second deflector rod slides out of the second grooved wheel, the grinding ball can be pushed to slide downwards along the inner side wall of the electric meter box under the action of a second spring, so that the second grooved wheel is reversed and reset, when the second deflector rod stirs the second grooved wheel again, the grinding ball slides upwards again, and simultaneously, the first connector in S3 is matched to slide horizontally and repeatedly in the sliding groove of the first guide pipe, so that the whole inner side wall of the electric meter;
s5: after the grinding of an inside surface of the ammeter box is completed, the direction of the base of the adjusting device is adjusted, and other inside walls of the ammeter box are ground.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the electric meter box welding line polishing device, the second guide pipe and the second grooved wheel are arranged, the second grooved wheel rotates to drive the second connector to be adjusted up and down in the second guide pipe, welding lines in the vertical direction in the electric meter box are automatically polished by the aid of the grinding balls, and compared with an existing manual polishing device, the electric meter box welding line polishing device is stable in polishing quality and high in efficiency.
2. According to the invention, through arranging the first guide pipe and the first grooved wheel, the first grooved wheel rotates to drive the first connector to be horizontally adjusted in the first guide pipe, so that the welding seam in the horizontal direction in the electric meter box is automatically polished by using the grinding ball, and the automatic polishing of all welding spots in the electric meter box is realized by matching with the second guide pipe and the second grooved wheel.

The vertical mounting plate 9 is welded with the device base 2, and the second deflector rod 11 is welded with the second driving turntable 10. The grinding ball 21 is screwed to the second connecting rod 17. The left end of the first guide pipe 23 is connected with a rubber stud 26 in a threaded manner, and the right end of the first guide pipe 23 is provided with a rubber head 25. The first driving turntable 4 is connected with the first deflector rod 5 in a welding way, and the first grooved wheel 6 is connected with the device base 2 in a rotating way. The rubber head 25 is fixedly connected with the first guide pipe 23, and the rubber stud 26 is in threaded connection with the first guide pipe 23 through a stud.
A method for grinding an electric meter box by an electric meter box processing device comprises the following steps:
s1, the device base 2 is installed in the electric meter box 1, the rubber head 25 on one side of the first guide pipe 23 is abutted against the inner wall of the electric meter box 1, and the first guide pipe 23 is fixed with the inner wall of the electric meter box 1 by adjusting the rubber stud 26;
s2, when grinding is started, the grinding motor 15 is started, the second connecting rod 17 driven by the grinding motor 15 rotates, and the second connecting rod 17 drives the grinding ball 21 to rotate;
s3, after being electrified, the first motor 3 drives the first driving turntable 4 to rotate in a reciprocating manner, so that the first deflector rod 5 drives the first grooved pulley 6 to rotate in a reciprocating manner, the first rotating shaft 7 connected with the lower end of the first grooved pulley 6 drives the first sleeve rod 8 to swing in the horizontal direction, and the first sleeve rod 8 drives the first connector 22 to horizontally slide in a reciprocating manner in the sliding chute of the first guide pipe 23 when swinging;
s4: the second motor 12 drives the second driving turntable 10 to rotate at a constant speed, so that the second deflector rod 11 drives the second grooved wheel 13 to rotate once for a set angle, the second rotating shaft 14 connected with the inside of the second grooved pulley 13 drives the grinding motor 15 to swing from bottom to top, and further drives the second loop bar 16, the second connecting bar 17 and the grinding ball 21 to slide upwards, so that the grinding ball 21 can slide upwards along the side wall of the electric meter box, the upward swinging position of the second loop bar 16 does not exceed the horizontal position, when the second deflector rod 11 slides out from the second grooved wheel 13, under the action of the second spring 18, the grinding ball can be pushed to slide downwards along the inner side wall of the electric meter box, so that the second grooved wheel 13 is reversely rotated and reset, when the second toggle lever 11 toggles the second sheave 13 again, the grinding ball 21 is slid upward again, meanwhile, the first connector 22 in the S3 is matched to horizontally slide in a sliding groove of the first guide pipe 23 in a reciprocating manner, so that the whole inner side wall of the electric meter box can be polished; meanwhile, the first joint 22 can drive the second guide pipe 20 to horizontally move in the frame body fixed by the first guide pipe 23 and the device base 2, and the sliding angle of the second guide pipe 20 can be controlled by the power-on time of the first motor 3, so that the stop at any angle is realized.
S5: after the grinding of an medial surface of completion to the ammeter case, the direction of adjusting device base 2 carries out the grinding to other inside walls of ammeter case.
In practical application, the initial position of the second joint 19 is located at the lowest end of the second guiding pipe 20, at this time, a sliding groove of the second grooved wheel 13 faces the advancing direction of the second shift lever 11, so that the second shift lever 11 can conveniently enter the second grooved wheel 13 and drive the second grooved wheel 13 to rotate, and the rotating angle of the second grooved wheel 13 is determined according to the depth of the second shift lever 11 entering the sliding groove of the second grooved wheel 13.
