The internal fixation device of claim 1, 2 or 4, further comprising two fourth locking screws for femur neck, wherein two fourth locking holes are formed in the lateral fixation plate above the first locking hole, the two fourth locking holes are arranged in a front-back manner and have parallel axes, the head ends of the two fourth locking screws are fixed in the femur head through the femur neck after passing through the corresponding fourth locking hole, the tail ends of the fourth locking screws are in threaded connection with the lateral fixation plate, the fourth locking screws are perpendicular to the fracture line, and the first locking screws, the second locking screws and the third locking screws are all located between the two fourth locking screws.
6. The three-pronged internal fixation device for treating femoral neck fractures according to claim 3, further comprising two fourth femoral neck locking screws, wherein two fourth threaded locking holes are formed in the side fixation plate corresponding to the position above the first threaded locking hole, the four threaded locking holes are arranged in a front-back manner and have axes parallel to each other, the head ends of the two fourth femoral neck locking screws respectively penetrate through the corresponding fourth threaded locking hole and then are fixed in the femoral head through the femoral neck, the tail ends of the fourth femoral neck locking screws are in threaded connection with the side fixation plate, the fourth femoral neck locking screws are perpendicular to the fracture line, and the first femoral neck locking screws, the second femoral neck locking screws and the third femoral neck locking screws are all located between the two fourth femoral neck locking screws.
7. The internal triquetral fixation device for treating femoral neck fractures according to claim 1, 2, 4 or 6, wherein the first femoral neck locking screw is a solid screw threaded at both the head and the tail, and the second femoral neck locking screw and the third femoral neck locking screw are hollow screws threaded at both the head and the tail.
8. The internal triquetral fixation device for treating femoral neck fractures according to claim 3, wherein the first femoral neck locking screw is a solid screw threaded at both the head and the tail, and the second femoral neck locking screw and the third femoral neck locking screw are cannulated screws threaded at both the head and the tail.
9. The internal triquetral fixation device for treating femoral neck fractures according to claim 5, wherein the first femoral neck locking screw is a solid screw threaded at both the head and the tail, and the second femoral neck locking screw and the third femoral neck locking screw are cannulated screws threaded at both the head and the tail.
