A preparation method of ginger-flavor plant cigarette material comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 500g of roots and stems of luoping Xiaohuangjiang, adding 6 times of 75% ethanol, performing reflux extraction at 80 ℃ for 60min, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain ginger root and stem extracting solution and ginger root and stem solid residues;
weighing 1000g of roxburgh turmeric stem leaves, adding 8 times of 75% ethanol, leaching for 30min at 80 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain ginger stem leaf extract and ginger stem leaf solid residues;
(2) grinding (pulping) the rhizome solid residue obtained in the step (1) to obtain ginger rhizome pulp, wherein the pulping degree is 30 ︒ SR;
(3) grinding (pulping) the solid residues of the stem leaves of the ginger in the step (1) to obtain a pulp of the stem leaves of the ginger, wherein the pulping degree is 30 ︒ SR;
(4) taking 100g of ginger rhizome slurry, 700g of ginger stem leaf slurry, 100g of needle leaf wood pulp fiber and 100g of calcium carbonate, mixing the slurry, wherein the concentration of the mixed slurry is 3%, and making into a film base by a papermaking method;
(5) vacuum concentrating the ginger rhizome extractive solution and the ginger stem leaf extractive solution obtained in step (1) to density of 1.2g/cm3Obtaining rhizome extract and stem leaf extract;
(6) and (3) uniformly mixing 60g of the rhizome extract and 40g of the stem leaf extract obtained in the step (5) to obtain a coating liquid, coating the coating liquid on the film base obtained in the step (4), controlling the coating rate to be 30%, and drying until the water content is 12% to obtain the 3# ginger-flavored plant cigarette material.
Example 4
A preparation method of ginger-flavor plant cigarette material comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 800g of shannong ginger rhizome, adding 8 times of water, leaching for 60min at the temperature of 90 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain ginger rhizome extracting solution and ginger rhizome solid residue;
weighing 1000g of shannong ginger stem leaves, adding 10 times of water, leaching for 60min at 90 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain ginger stem leaf extract and ginger stem leaf solid residues;
(2) grinding (pulping) the ginger rhizome solid residue obtained in the step (1) to obtain ginger rhizome pulp, wherein the pulping degree is 50 ︒ SR;
(3) grinding (pulping) the solid residues of the stem leaves of the ginger in the step (1) to obtain a pulp of the stem leaves of the ginger, wherein the pulping degree is 40 ︒ SR;
(4) taking 300g of shannong ginger rhizome slurry, 500g of ginger stem leaf slurry, 150g of softwood pulp fiber and 50g of calcium carbonate, mixing the slurry, wherein the concentration of the mixed slurry is 3%, and making into a film base by a papermaking method;
(5) respectively vacuum concentrating the ginger rhizome extract and the ginger stem leaf extract obtained in the step (1) to the density of 1.1g/cm3Obtaining rhizome extract and stem leaf extract;
(6) and (3) uniformly mixing 80g of the rhizome extract and 20g of the stem leaf extract obtained in the step (5) to obtain a coating liquid, coating the coating liquid on the film base obtained in the step (4), controlling the coating rate to be 30%, and drying until the water content is 12% to obtain the 4# ginger-flavored plant cigarette material.

A preparation method of ginger-flavor plant cigarette material comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 500g of roots and stems of luoping Xiaohuangjiang, adding 6 times of water, leaching for 60min at the temperature of 80 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain ginger root and stem extracting solution; weighing 1000g of luoping yellow ginger stem leaves, adding 8 times of water, leaching for 60min at the temperature of 80 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain ginger stem leaf extracting solution;
(2) adding 4 times of water into 1000g of tobacco stems, leaching for 60min at the temperature of 70 ℃, performing solid-liquid separation to obtain tobacco stem residues, and grinding the residues to obtain tobacco pulp;
(3) taking 800g of tobacco pulp, 100g of softwood pulp fiber and 100g of calcium carbonate, blending pulp with the concentration of 3%, and making into a sheet base by a papermaking method;
(5) respectively vacuum concentrating the ginger rhizome extract and the ginger stem leaf extract obtained in the step (1) to the density of 1.2g/cm3Obtaining rhizome extract and stem leaf extract;
(6) and (3) uniformly mixing 70g of the rhizome extract and 30g of the stem leaf extract obtained in the step (5) to obtain a coating liquid, coating the coating liquid on the film base obtained in the step (3), controlling the coating rate to be 30%, and drying until the water content is 12% to obtain the 5# ginger-flavored plant cigarette material.
Comparative example 2
A preparation method of ginger-flavor plant cigarette material comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 500g of roots and stems of luoping Xiaohuangjiang, adding 6 times of water, leaching for 60min at the temperature of 80 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain solid residues of the roots and stems of the ginger; weighing 1000g of roxburgh turmeric stem leaves, adding 8 times of water, leaching for 60min at the temperature of 80 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain solid residues of the stem leaves of the ginger; adding 4 times of water into 1000g of tobacco stems, leaching for 60min at 70 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain tobacco stem extracting solution;
(2) grinding (pulping) the ginger rhizome solid residue obtained in the step (1) to obtain ginger rhizome pulp, wherein the pulping degree is 40 ︒ SR;
(3) grinding (pulping) the solid residues of the stem and leaf of the ginger obtained in the step (1) to obtain a pulp with the pulping degree of 50 ︒ SR, so as to obtain a pulp of the stem and leaf of the ginger;
(4) taking 200g of ginger rhizome slurry, 600g of ginger stem leaf slurry, 100g of needle leaf wood pulp fiber and 100g of calcium carbonate, mixing the slurry, wherein the concentration of the mixed slurry is 3%, and making into a film base by a papermaking method;
(5) vacuum concentrating the tobacco stalk extract obtained in step (1) to density of 1.2g/cm3Obtaining tobacco extract;
(6) and (4) coating 100g of the tobacco extract obtained in the step (5) on the sheet base obtained in the step (4), controlling the coating rate to be 30%, and drying until the water content is 12% to obtain the 6# ginger-flavored plant cigarette material.
Comparative example 3
A preparation method of ginger-flavor plant cigarette material comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 1200g of roots and stems of luoping Xiaohuangjiang, adding 6 times of water, leaching for 60min at the temperature of 80 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain ginger root and stem extracting solution and ginger root and stem solid residues;
(2) grinding (pulping) the ginger rhizome solid residue obtained in the step (1) to obtain ginger rhizome pulp, wherein the pulping degree is 40 ︒ SR;
(3) taking 800g of ginger rhizome slurry, 100g of softwood pulp fiber and 100g of calcium carbonate, blending the slurry, wherein the concentration of the blended slurry is 3%, and making into a film base by a papermaking method;
(4) concentrating the ginger rhizome extract obtained in step (1) to a density of 1.2g/cm3Obtaining rhizome extract;
(5) and (3) uniformly mixing 100g of the rhizome extract obtained in the step (4) to obtain a coating liquid, coating the coating liquid on the film base obtained in the step (3), controlling the coating rate to be 30%, and drying until the water content is 12% to obtain the 7# ginger-flavored plant cigarette material.
Comparative example 4
A preparation method of ginger-flavor plant cigarette material comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 1200g of luoping Xiaohuang ginger stem leaves, adding 8 times of water, leaching for 60min at the temperature of 80 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain ginger stem leaf extracting solution and ginger stem leaf solid residues;
(2) grinding (pulping) the solid residues of the stem and leaf of the ginger obtained in the step (1) to obtain a pulp with the pulping degree of 50 ︒ SR, so as to obtain a pulp of the stem and leaf of the ginger;
(3) taking 800g of ginger stem leaf slurry, 100g of softwood pulp fiber and 100g of calcium carbonate, blending the slurry, wherein the concentration of the blended slurry is 3%, and making into a film base by a papermaking method;
(4) vacuum concentrating the stem and leaf extract of ginger obtained in step (1) to density of 1.2g/cm3Obtaining stem leaf extract;
(5) and (3) uniformly mixing 100g of the stem leaf extract obtained in the step (4) to obtain a coating liquid, coating the coating liquid on the film base obtained in the step (4), controlling the coating rate to be 30%, and drying until the water content is 12% to obtain the 8# ginger-flavored plant cigarette material.

A preparation method of ginger-flavor plant cigarette material comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 1200g of roots and stems of luoping Xiaohuangjiang, adding 6 times of water, leaching for 60min at the temperature of 80 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain solid residues of the roots and stems of the ginger; weighing 1000g of stems, leaves and stems of luoping Xiaohuangjiang, adding 8 times of water, leaching for 60min at the temperature of 80 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain ginger stem-leaf extracting solution;
(2) grinding (pulping) the ginger rhizome solid residue obtained in the step (1) to obtain ginger rhizome pulp, wherein the pulping degree is 40 ︒ SR;
(3) taking 800g of ginger rhizome slurry, 100g of softwood pulp fiber and 100g of calcium carbonate, blending the slurry, wherein the concentration of the blended slurry is 3%, and making into a film base by a papermaking method;
(4) vacuum concentrating the stem and leaf extract of ginger obtained in step (1) to density of 1.2g/cm3Obtaining stem leaf extract;
(5) and (3) uniformly mixing 100g of the stem leaf extract obtained in the step (4) to obtain a coating liquid, coating the coating liquid on the film base obtained in the step (3), controlling the coating rate to be 30%, and drying until the water content is 12% to obtain the 9# ginger-flavored plant cigarette material.

A preparation method of ginger-flavor plant cigarette material comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 1000g of roots and stems of luoping Xiaohuangjiang, adding 6 times of water, leaching for 60min at the temperature of 80 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain ginger root and stem extracting solution; weighing 1000g of stems, leaves and stems of luoping Xiaohuangjiang, adding 8 times of water, leaching for 60min at the temperature of 80 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain solid residues of the stems, leaves and stems of the ginger;
(2) grinding (pulping) the solid residues of the stem and leaf of the ginger obtained in the step (1) to obtain a pulp with the pulping degree of 50 ︒ SR, so as to obtain a pulp of the stem and leaf of the ginger;
(3) taking 800g of ginger stem leaf slurry, 100g of softwood pulp fiber and 100g of calcium carbonate, blending the slurry, wherein the concentration of the blended slurry is 3%, and making into a film base by a papermaking method;
(4) respectively vacuum concentrating the ginger rhizome extract obtained in step (1) to density of 1.2g/cm3Obtaining rhizome extract;
(5) and (3) uniformly mixing 100g of the rhizome extract obtained in the step (4) to obtain a coating liquid, coating the coating liquid on the film base obtained in the step (3), controlling the coating rate to be 30%, and drying until the water content is 12% to obtain the 10# ginger-flavored plant cigarette material.
Shredding the prepared 1# -10# ginger-flavor plant cigarette material, blending the shredded tobacco into cigarette shreds according to a fixed design proportion of cigarettes according to a plant slice blending mode to prepare finished cigarettes, and specifically: the ginger-flavored plant cigarette material is adopted to replace 8 percent of cut tobacco by weight.
Test for smoking: the method comprises the steps of taking a cigarette without the ginger-flavored plant cigarette material as a control sample, taking a cigarette blended with the 1# -10# ginger-flavored plant cigarette material as an experimental sample, placing the sample into a constant-temperature and constant-humidity box for balancing for 24 hours, then randomly numbering, and forming a smoking panel by experts with smoking quality evaluation to perform sensory smoking evaluation. The results are shown in Table 1.

The results of the smoke panel test show that: compared with a control sample, the experimental sample has typical ginger aroma characteristics, obvious sweet aroma, less irritation and wood gas and better tobacco aroma harmony. Compared with the control sample, the comparative sample has no obvious improvement effect, and the comprehensive score is not obviously improved compared with the control sample.
