Abstract
The invention discloses a continuous film feeding device, which comprises a film clamping mechanism, a film feeding mechanism and a driving film clamping mechanism, wherein the film clamping mechanism is arranged on the film feeding mechanism; the film clamping mechanism is used for clamping the middle sealing position of the film; the film feeding mechanism is used for finishing the continuous transmission of the film; the driving film clamping mechanism is used for driving the film clamping mechanism to clamp or release the middle sealing position of the film. Background
Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the packaging of various food products has higher and higher requirements. The packaging bag plays a role in subpackaging and protecting products. The traditional packaging equipment is often intermittent in film conveying when manufacturing packaging bags; this can result in the packaging equipment needing to wait for the film to be removed, which can seriously affect the working efficiency of the packaging equipment.

In another embodiment of the invention, the film feeding mechanism 2 comprises a left transmission film clamping wheel 21, a left film clamping wheel 23, a left driving wheel 25, a right transmission film clamping wheel 22, a right film clamping wheel 24 and a right driving wheel 26 which are coaxial; the left driving wheel 25 and the right driving wheel 26 have the same rotating speed and opposite rotating directions under the driving of the motor; that is, the left driving wheel 25 and the right driving wheel 26 are driven by the motor to rotate clockwise and counterclockwise respectively and have the same rotation speed. The left transmission film clamping wheel 21 is connected with the first end of the left crank 13, and the right transmission film clamping wheel 22 is connected with the first end of the right crank 14; when the first end 3 of the left crank 1 and the first end of the right crank 14 approach, the film is clamped by the left film clamping wheel 23 and the right film clamping wheel 24, and then the film is conveyed completely through the rotation of the left film clamping wheel 23 and the right film clamping wheel 24.

The film clamping mechanism 1 comprises a mounting main plate 11, a forming pipe 12, a left crank 13, a right crank 14, a left-turning mandrel 15, a right-turning mandrel 16, a left bearing seat 17 and a right bearing seat 18; the forming pipe 12, the left bearing seat 17 and the right bearing seat 18 are fixed on the installation main plate 11; the left-turning spindle 15 is fixed on the installation main plate 11 through the left bearing seat 17; the right-turning spindle 16 is fixed on the mounting main plate 11 through the left bearing seat 18; the left-turn mandrel 15 and the right-turn mandrel 16 are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the forming tube 12; the film feeding mechanism 2 comprises a left transmission film clamping wheel 21, a left film clamping wheel 23, a left driving wheel 25, a right transmission film clamping wheel 22, a right film clamping wheel 24 and a right driving wheel 26 which are coaxial; the left driving wheel 25 and the right driving wheel 26 have the same rotating speed and opposite rotating directions under the driving of the motor; the driving film clamping mechanism 3 comprises a left cam 31, a right cam 32, a driving cylinder 33, a push rod 34, a compression spring and a cylinder mounting plate 36; the driving cylinder 33 is fixed on the installation main plate 11; the two free ends of the compression spring are fixed at two opposite positions on the first end of the left crank 13 and the first end of the right crank 14 respectively.
The first end of the left crank 13 is connected with a left transmission film clamping wheel 21, the middle part of the left crank 13 is rotatably arranged in the left rotating mandrel 15, and the second end of the left crank 13 is connected with a left cam 31; the first end of the right crank 14 is connected with the right transmission film clamping wheel 22, the middle part of the right crank 14 is rotatably arranged in the right rotating mandrel 16, and the second end of the right crank 14 is connected with a right cam 32; when the driving cylinder is started, the driving force pushes the push rod 34; the push rod 34 pushes the left cam 31 and the right cam 32 to move to both sides, so that the second end of the left crank 13 and the second end of the right crank 14 move to both sides, and drives the left crank 13 and the right crank 14 to rotate around the left rotating mandrel 15 and the right rotating mandrel 16, respectively, so that the first end of the left crank 13 and the first end of the right crank 14 move to the middle, so as to clamp the film, and further, the film is completely conveyed through the rotation of the left film clamping wheel 23 and the right film clamping wheel 24. 1. A film clamping and continuous film feeding device is characterized by comprising a film clamping mechanism, a film feeding mechanism and a driving film clamping mechanism;
the film clamping mechanism is used for clamping the middle sealing position of the film;
the film feeding mechanism is used for finishing continuous transmission of the film.
The driving film clamping mechanism is used for driving the film clamping mechanism to clamp or release the middle sealing position of the film.

the left driving wheel and the right driving wheel have the same rotating speed and opposite rotating directions under the driving of the motor;
the left transmission film clamping wheel is connected with the first end of the left crank, and the right transmission film clamping wheel is connected with the first end of the right crank;
the left film clamping wheel and the right film clamping wheel are used for finishing the transmission of the film.
4. The film clamping and continuous film feeding device according to claim 3, wherein the driving film clamping mechanism comprises a left cam, a right cam, a driving cylinder, a push rod and an elastic piece;
the left cam is connected with the second end of the left crank, and the right cam is connected with the second end of the right crank.
