Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sun protection, in particular to a sun protection rod and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Proper sunlight is beneficial to the body, but the sun can be damaged by ultraviolet rays in the sunlight for long-time outdoor activities, and if the sun is not protected in time, the skin is easily damaged by the ultraviolet rays. The sunscreen product is used as a common cosmetic, and can block or absorb ultraviolet rays to achieve the purpose of preventing skin from being sunburned and sunburned.
The sunscreen should be applied half an hour before going out, and due to dilution of sweat and other reasons, the sunscreen effect is weakened, so the sunscreen effect can be effectively achieved only by applying the sunscreen once every 2-3 hours. The current sunscreen products comprise various products, such as sunscreen cream, sunscreen emulsion, sunscreen spray, sunscreen stick, foundation with sunscreen function, pressed powder and the like. The sunscreen lotion and the sunscreen spray are the most common, and the sunscreen lotion serving as a traditional sunscreen preparation is widely loved by good moisture retention, air permeability and portability, but cannot meet the condition that makeup persons can make up on makeup surfaces, so that the requirements of a plurality of persons who are used to drawing color makeup in weekdays and have the requirement of making up cannot be met. Compared with sunscreen emulsion, sunscreen spray is easier to be applied, but due to the packaging form of aerosol cans, the sunscreen spray does not meet the carrying regulations when people go on a subway, a train, an airplane and the like, so that the sunscreen spray is inconvenient to use in most cases when people go on a trip and travel. The foundation and the pressed powder with the sun-screening function have the characteristics of portability and makeup supplementation, but have the makeup effect, so the foundation and the pressed powder are slightly inconvenient to use for people who do not make up or most men and children. The sunscreen stick is a simple sunscreen product, does not have a makeup function, can be used without makeup with makeup, has a makeup supplementing function which is not possessed by sunscreen lotion, has a portable function which is not possessed by sunscreen spray, but has the problems of greasiness and no refreshing, contains water or an emulsifier, has destructive capability on base makeup and makeup, and has a poor makeup supplementing effect.

Sunscreen agent
In the first chapter of the general nomenclature and definitions in section 2 of the technical Specification for cosmetic safety (2015 edition), it is explicitly stated that sunscreens are substances added to cosmetics by means of the absorption, reflection or scattering action of light to protect the skin from the damage caused by specific UV rays or to protect the product itself.
Sunscreens are a class of substances that protect against ultraviolet radiation, and there are many classes of sunscreens, which can be broadly divided into two classes: physical uv-screening agents and chemical uv-absorbers. Therefore, in recent years, sunscreen cosmetics have been rapidly increasing worldwide, and sunscreen cosmetics are now in a favorable period of development.
The sunscreen agent of the present invention is not particularly limited and may be conventionally selected by those skilled in the art.
In one embodiment, the sunscreen is selected from one or more of ethylhexyl methyl cinnamate, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, homosalate, ethylhexyl salicylate, hexyl diethylaminobenzoyl benzoate, octocrylene, and ethylhexyl triazone.
Preferably, the sunscreen agent is ethylhexyl methyl cinnamate, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, homosalate, ethylhexyl salicylate and diethyl aminooxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, and the weight ratio is (1-5): 1: (2-6): (1-4): (0.5 to 3.2); more preferably, the weight ratio of ethylhexyl methyl cinnamate, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, homosalate, ethylhexyl salicylate, and diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate is 3:1:4:2.5:1.
liquid oil and fat
In one embodiment, the liquid oil is selected from one or more of hydrocarbons, silicone oils, and esters.
Preferably, the kinematic viscosity of the at least one liquid fat is from 5 to 50cSt; more preferably, the kinematic viscosity of the at least one liquid fat is from 5 to 10cSt.
Kinematic viscosity is the ratio of the dynamic viscosity of the fluid to the density ρ of the fluid at the same temperature. Has a unit of (m) 2 ) And s. Indicated by the lower case letter v. Note: the units used once are St(s) and (m) 2 ) The advancing rate relationship/s is: 1 (m) 2 )/s=10 4 St=10 6 cSt. (wherein "cSt" is read as "centistokes") treats a flowing liquid as a plurality of liquid layers moving parallel to each other, with the layers differing in velocity, forming a velocity gradient (dv/dx), which is a fundamental characteristic of flow.
The kinematic viscosity test temperature according to the invention is 25 ℃.
In one embodiment, the liquid grease comprises silicone oil.
Preferably, the silicone oil is Dimethicone6cst and/or XIAAMETER PMX-200/100CS; more preferably, the silicone oil is Dimethicone6cst and xiamater PMX-200/100CS.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the Dimethicone6cst to the xiamaterer PMX-200/100CS is (12-18): 1; more preferably, the weight ratio of Dimethicone6cst to xiamaterer PMX-200/100CS is 15:1.
in one embodiment, the liquid oil and fat further comprises esters, wherein the esters comprise an ester A with 10 to 20 carbon atoms in a fatty chain and an ester B with 40 to 80 carbon atoms in the fatty chain, and the weight ratio of the esters A to the esters B is 1: (4.5-5.5).
Preferably, the weight ratio of the esters A and B is 1:5.
in one embodiment, the ester a is selected from one or more of butyl octanol salicylate, isononyl isononanoate, dioctyl carbonate.
