The water seepage partition plate 9 is obliquely arranged, and the secondary sewage discharge pipe 91 is communicated with the lower end side of the water seepage partition plate 9, so that sewage accumulated on the water seepage partition plate 9 can be discharged from the secondary sewage discharge pipe 91 in a systematic way.
The embodiment of the application relates to an implementation principle of a sponge city rainwater diversion system is: rainwater accumulated in the underground drainage pipeline is drained into the filter cylinder 4 through the water inlet pipe 12, water seeps from the filter holes 41 to the water seepage partition plate 9, and filter residues are brought into the waste collecting groove 5 by the rotating blade 42 and fall into the sewage collecting basket 7; sewage in the sewage collecting basket 7 enters the bottom of the waste collecting tank 5 through the sponge filter film layer 72 and the water drainage holes 71 and accumulates along with time, upper clear water seeps onto the water seepage partition plate 9 through the water leakage holes 521, and lower sewage is drained into the sewage well 3 through the main sewage drainage pipe 14; the filter residue left in the dirt collecting basket 7 can be cleaned out by lifting the fixing mechanism; the water permeating partition 9 through the filtering holes 41 and the water leaking holes 521 is filtered again through the water permeating partition 9, the water reaching the bottom of the water collecting well 1 is discharged into the water storing well 2 through the water discharging pipe 13, and the sewage on the upper layer of the water permeating partition 9 is discharged into the sewage well 3 through the secondary sewage discharging pipe 91.
