Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hair care, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition with hair styling, dyeing and scalp care functions and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Hair fixatives such as hair spray are generally used to smooth hair with a surfactant and then to fix hair with a water-soluble adhesive. Some products adopt traditional Chinese medicine components in order to achieve scalp care and reduce the harm of chemical medicaments to the scalp. For example, a hair styling composition containing traditional Chinese medicine ingredients disclosed in chinese patent application No. 201710621407.X, wherein: 10-15% of humectant, 10-20% of surfactant, 5-10% of white oil, 10-25% of natural rosin, 3-5% of aloe extract, 5-10% of wax and 100% of deionized water. The hair styling cream is green and natural in raw materials, has a certain health care effect, and also has an excellent hair styling effect.
Some products also have the hair dyeing effect of the hair setting agent, for example, chinese patent discloses a health care traditional Chinese medicine hair spray and a preparation method thereof, application No. 201811505128.8, wherein the records: comprises 5-10 parts of cacumen biotae, 5-10 parts of prepared fleece-flower root, 0-2 parts of American ginseng, 1-2 parts of sun-dried ginseng, 1-2 parts of lucid ganoderma, 25-100 parts of white spirit and 0-2 parts of vanilla; the white hair of the user can be gradually changed into black hair, and the alopecia areata is obviously improved.
The above technical solutions and their combinations still have drawbacks: 1) chemical agents such as white oil, wax, surfactants and the like are adopted to easily damage the skin; 2) the adoption of alcohol-containing medicaments such as white spirit and the like is easy to cause irritation to the skin, and particularly people allergic to alcohol are even likely to cause life danger; 3) the existing products generally cannot combine the three effects of shaping, dyeing and scalp care.

putting the bagged tea bran, the polygonum multiflorum, the prepared rehmannia rhizome, the tribulus terrestris, the spina gleditsiae and the stock solution for soaking into a pressure cooker, then increasing the pressure in the pressure cooker to 103.4kPa, heating to 120 ℃, cooking for 20 minutes, then releasing the pressure, boiling the pressure, performing adhesion test, obtaining a finished product if the test is passed, and performing high-pressure water extraction again if the test is not passed until the adhesion test is passed.
Further, the adhesion test method is as follows:
two bamboo chopsticks with the diameter of 0.5 cm and the length of 15 cm are immersed into the high-pressure water extract, after the bamboo chopsticks are taken out, only one of the bamboo chopsticks is pinched, if the other bamboo chopstick falls off, the test is failed, and if the other bamboo chopstick does not fall off, the test is passed, which shows that the adhesion force is enough, and the adhesion between the hairs can be realized.
In order to facilitate long-distance transportation, the finished product of the embodiment is cooled, added with 0.7-1.0% of GC-04 preservative, stirred uniformly, subpackaged and sterilized by pasteurization.
The foregoing embodiments and description have been presented only to illustrate the principles and preferred embodiments of the invention, and various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
