Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a telescopic insulating rod to solve the problem that the insulating rod in the prior art is inconvenient to carry and use.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a retractable insulation rod, comprising: a telescopic rod; the working head is detachably connected with one end of the telescopic rod and comprises an operating ring, an operating rod and an electroscope which are connected in sequence, and the electroscope is arranged close to the telescopic rod relative to the operating ring; the holding structure is arranged at one end of the telescopic rod, which is far away from the working head.
Furthermore, the telescopic rod comprises a first rod body, a second rod body and a third rod body which are sequentially sleeved from outside to inside, the rod body in the two adjacent rod bodies can stretch out or retract relative to the rod body outside, and the third rod body is detachably connected with the working head.
Furthermore, the bottom of the inner rod body of two adjacent rod bodies is provided with a stopping structure for stopping the inner rod body from being separated from the outer rod body.

By applying the technical scheme, the telescopic rod can be extended and retracted at will by the arrangement of the telescopic rod, the length is adjusted to meet the requirement of the operation height, the trouble that a plurality of order gram rods are required to be assembled when the high-altitude operation is carried out is avoided, the carrying is convenient, meanwhile, the damage of a connecting piece caused by the frequent assembly of the order gram rods is avoided, the working head comprises the operating ring, the operating rod and the electroscope which are connected in sequence, the operating ring, the operating rod and the electroscope can meet the requirements of different operations, the carrying of various order gram rods is not required, and the problem that the order gram rods in the prior art are inconvenient to carry and use.

In order to solve the problem that the insulating rod in the prior art is inconvenient to carry and use, the invention provides a telescopic insulating rod.
As shown in fig. 1, the telescopic order gram bar comprises a telescopic rod 10, a working head 20 and a holding structure 30. The working head 20 is detachably connected with one end of the telescopic rod 10, the working head 20 comprises an operating ring 21, an operating rod 22 and an electroscope 23 which are connected in sequence, and the electroscope 23 is arranged close to the telescopic rod 10 relative to the operating ring 21. The holding structure 30 is disposed at an end of the telescopic rod 10 away from the working head 20.

Specifically, when the work object is a drop-out fuse, the operating lever 22 is extended into a pull ring of the drop-out fuse and pulled down, so that the drop-out fuse can be disconnected. Accordingly, the drop-out fuse can be closed by extending the operating rod 22 into the pull ring of the drop-out fuse for pushing up. When the work object is a power switch such as an air switch, the operation ring 21 is pulled down so as to cover the handle of the power switch, thereby turning off the power switch. When it is desired to close the power switch, the operating lever 22 is used to push up against the handle of the power switch to close the power switch. When the electricity of the electrical equipment such as the closed drop-out fuse and the like is only needed to be tested, the electroscope 23 is used for testing the electricity. Like this, through setting up operating ring 21, action bars 22 and electroscope 23, only need the scalable order gram stick of an embodiment at all, can satisfy multiple operation demand, need not to carry the order gram stick of the type that every kind of operation corresponds, the staff that has significantly reduced carries troublesome, has also improved the operation convenience.
Through scalable order gram stick in this embodiment, the staff stands and holds holding structure 30 and can go on from top to bottom electricity operation or test the electricity operation with holding by the hand subaerial, need not to climb the eminence, also need not direct contact drop out fuse or switch, can keep away from the danger area, prevents to take place personnel and electrocute the incident, improves the factor of safety of operation, furthest's protection staff's personal safety, subducts the potential safety hazard.
As shown in fig. 1, the telescopic rod 10 includes a first rod 11, a second rod 12 and a third rod 13, which are sequentially sleeved from outside to inside. In this embodiment, the telescopic rod 10 has three sections, and of course, the telescopic rod 10 may have two, four or more sections, which may be selected according to actual requirements. The inner rod body of the two adjacent rod bodies can extend or retract relative to the outer rod body, and the third rod body 13 is detachably connected with the working head 20. Therefore, the working head 20 and the telescopic rod 10 can be stored separately, the storage space is further saved, the carrying is convenient, and the damage caused by the scratch of foreign objects is prevented. As shown in fig. 1, the working head 20 further includes a supporting rod 24, the supporting rod 24 has a hollow cavity, the electroscope 23 is accommodated in the hollow cavity, the operating ring 21 is disposed at one end of the supporting rod 24 far away from the telescopic rod 10, the operating rod 22 is vertically disposed on the supporting rod 24, the supporting rod 24 and the telescopic rod 10 are coaxially disposed, and the supporting rod 24 is detachably connected with the telescopic rod 10.
In the present embodiment, the handle ring 21 is polygonal. Specifically, the operation ring 21 may be triangular. The triangular shape has a high stability, so that the operating ring 21 is more firm. The operating ring 21 is connected to the support bar 24 by one of its corners so that one side of the operating ring 21 is exactly parallel to the handle of the power switch. When the power-off operation is performed, the operation ring 21 can just catch the handle of the power switch and pull down to turn off the power switch. Of course, the operation ring 21 may be other polygonal shapes such as a quadrangle, and may be selected according to actual requirements.
In the present embodiment, the support rod 24, the operation rod 22, and the operation ring 21 are integrally formed. The integrally formed structure can increase the strength of the working head 20, prolong the service life and ensure the personal safety of workers.
In the embodiment, the holding structure 30 is disposed coaxially with the telescopic rod 10, and the holding structure 30 is detachably connected with the telescopic rod 10. Therefore, the holding structure 30 and the telescopic rod 10 can be stored separately, the storage space is further saved, the carrying is convenient, and the damage caused by the scratch of foreign objects is prevented. But also facilitates replacement when the grip structure 30 and the telescopic rod 10 are damaged.
Specifically, one end of the holding structure 30 has a hollow cavity, and the end of the first rod 11 extends into the hollow cavity. The hollow cavity is internally provided with internal threads, the end part of the first rod body 11 is provided with external threads matched with the internal threads in the hollow cavity, and the end part of the first rod body 11 is screwed into the hollow cavity so that the first rod body 11 is in threaded connection with the holding structure 30.
In an alternative embodiment, the first rod 11 extends into the hollow cavity to engage with the holding structure 30, so as to achieve the detachable connection between the holding structure 30 and the telescopic rod 10.
In an alternative embodiment, the grip structure 30 is integrally formed with the extension pole 10. Specifically, the holding structure 30 is integrally formed with the first rod 11. The strength of the first rod body 11 and the holding structure 30 can be enhanced by the integrally formed connection mode, and the service life of the telescopic insulation rod in the embodiment is prolonged.
In the present embodiment, the telescopic rod 10 is made of an insulating material. The grip structure 30 is made of an insulating material. The telescopic rod 10 made of an insulating material separates the working head 20 from the holding structure 30. When the worker is powered off and powered on, the holding structure 30 is held by hands, so that the direct contact between a human body and the drop-out fuse or the power switch is avoided, the drop-out fuse or the power switch cannot cause damage to the human body even if the electric leakage occurs, and the personal safety of the worker is guaranteed.
Optionally, grip structure 30 is made of an insulating material. Therefore, the overall insulation of the telescopic insulating rod in the embodiment can be increased, and the personal safety of workers can be better ensured. Of course, an insulating layer may be provided on the surface of the grip structure 30, and the same insulating effect can be obtained.
Specifically, the insulating material is a nylon material. The nylon materials have good insulating property, wearability and higher intensity, consequently, telescopic link 10 adopts the nylon materials to make, can guarantee that telescopic link 10 and structure 30 of gripping have sufficient insulating properties, guarantee staff's personal safety, and is durable moreover, has guaranteed the life of scalable order gram stick in this embodiment.
