Background
In a conventional online shopping mode, one order may contain multiple products. The consultant may assist the customer in applying for a change or refund process in view of the presence of worker negligence or product damage during transport, resulting in a missed product or damaged product packaging. But since one order may purchase multiple products, these products may have different problems. There are different processing schemes for these problems, such as changing, refunding, unredeemed refunding, reimbursing, and so on. In practical application, when a worker processes different processes for a plurality of products in the same order, the worker needs to perform corresponding operations in the same order, but since not all the products in the same order can perform the same processing, in the prior art, the work efficiency of the consultant is seriously affected due to complex operations in the process of repeatedly processing the same order, and a lot of time is wasted.

obtaining order information, confirming the quantity of products according to the order information and respectively generating a contact list for each product;
receiving an after-sale processing instruction, determining a product required to be subjected to after-sale processing and extracting a contact list corresponding to the product required to be subjected to after-sale processing;
and performing after-sale treatment according to the after-sale treatment type and the corresponding contact list.
