Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation process of a laser welding saw blade, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of material cutting and processing tools. The laser welding saw blade comprises a saw blade base body and a plurality of diamond tool bits uniformly distributed on the outer edge of the saw blade base body; the diamond tool bit consists of a tool bit substrate on the inner side and a tool bit brazing layer on the outer side; two sides of each diamond tool bit are respectively distributed with 1 concave gap groove along the radial direction of the saw blade matrix, so as to be beneficial to chip removal during cutting and processing. The diamond tool bit of the saw blade is formed by brazing and sintering a metal bonding agent and diamond particles under a vacuum condition. And then welding the diamond tool bit and the saw blade base body by adopting a laser welding method. Technical Field

Background
In the current market, the diamond saw blade is widely applied to cutting, polishing and trimming of metal materials such as steel bars and steel plates and non-metal materials such as cement, concrete, granite, wall and floor tiles. The production cost of the product is reduced, the cutting efficiency of the product is continuously improved during cutting machining, the cutting sharpness of the saw blade is improved, the service life of the saw blade is prolonged, the material loss is reduced, the safety of cutting machining is guaranteed, and the like, which are always the targets pursued in the field. The laser welded diamond saw blade consists of two parts: a cutting head with diamond particles and a saw blade matrix. When the tool bit attached with the diamond particles is connected with the saw blade matrix, if the conventional welding method is adopted for welding, the diamond particles on the tool bit are easily carbonized and burnt due to large heating area and high temperature, and the use performance of the saw blade is reduced. In addition, the conventional welding method has insufficient welding efficiency, resulting in an increase in the production cost of the saw blade. On the other hand, when the blade of the conventional saw blade is used for cutting, the cutting sharpness is not good enough, and the bonding strength between the diamond particles and the blade substrate is not high, so that the diamond particles are easy to fall off, and the service life of the saw blade is not long enough. The saw blade matrix is made of 30CrMo, and the tool bit matrix is made of 65Mn or 30 CrMo; the tool bit brazing layer of the diamond tool bit consists of diamond particles and a metal bonding agent, wherein: the concentration of the diamond particles is 0.55-0.75 ct/cm3The metal bonding agent is nickel-based brazing filler metal.
The diamond tool bit comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 45% diamond particles with a size of 35/40, 30% diamond particles with a size of 40/50 and 25% nickel-based braze.
The nickel-based brazing filler metal comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 8 to 10 percent of Cr, 4 to 7 percent of Si, 2 to 6 percent of B, 3 to 5 percent of Fe and the balance of Ni.

Detailed Description
The manufacturing process of the laser welding saw blade according to the present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments to help those skilled in the art to more fully, accurately and deeply understand the inventive concept and technical solution of the present invention; it should be noted that the descriptions of structures, functions, materials, etc. in the embodiments are illustrative and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in FIGS. 1-2, the outer diameter of the laser welding saw blade of the present invention is 350 mm. The laser welding method is adopted to weld 24 diamond tool bits 4 attached with diamond particles on each saw blade, the center of the saw blade is a mounting hole 2, and a positioning small hole is arranged nearby. The saw blade matrix 1 is a circular matrix with the excircle diameter phi of 320mm, the thickness of the matrix is 2.2mm, and the diameter of a mounting hole in the center of the matrix is phi 25.4 mm. Two sides of each diamond tool bit 4 are respectively distributed with 1 concave gap groove 3 along the radial direction of the saw blade matrix, so as to facilitate chip removal during cutting and machining. The diamond tip dimensions were 40mm in circumferential average length, 15mm in radial width (where the tip braze layer 402 was 5mm in width), and 3.2mm in tip braze layer 402 thickness. Each diamond tool bit is provided with 3 small holes which are uniformly distributed, and the outermost side in the radial direction is provided with 4 notches which are uniformly distributed. The small holes and the notches on the diamond tool bit mainly play a role in cooling and chip removal in the cutting process. The diamond particle-containing brazing layer is firmly welded in the circumferential direction of the blade base 401 by a vacuum brazing sintering process, and then the diamond blade and the blade base are welded together by a laser welding process to form a diamond saw blade (fig. 3). According to the size of the saw blade, the material required to be cut and the like, the saw blade base body structure can be designed into specifications with different diameters according to needs, and the laser welding diamond saw blade with other specifications and sizes can be produced by matching the number of corresponding diamond tool bits. As can be seen from FIG. 4, the diamond particles are firmly bonded with the tool bit substrate, no brazing defects such as pores and cracks are found, and the diamond particles and the tool bit substrate are in a metallurgical bonding state, so that the bonding strength between the hard diamond particles and the tool bit substrate is improved. As can be seen from the figure 5, the diamond tool bit and the saw blade matrix are welded together by adopting the laser welding process, the welding heat affected zone is narrow, the thermal influence on the tool bit part is very small, the connection between the diamond tool bit and the saw blade matrix is firm, and the diamond particles on the tool bit can be prevented from being heated, carbonized and falling off, so that the cutting efficiency and the service life of the saw blade are reduced.
In the invention, the brazing layer of the diamond tool bit is formed by heating and sintering a nickel-based brazing filler metal binder and diamond particles. And the heating sintering is carried out under the vacuum condition, the sintering temperature is 1010-1030 ℃, and the vacuum degree is 4.0 multiplied by 10-4Pa. Wherein, the diamond particles and the metal bond are prepared by the following steps: the diamond particles have a concentration of 0.55 to 0.75ct/cm in weight percent (wt.)3The diamond particles with different particle sizes and the proportion thereof are respectively as follows: 35/40, 40/50, and the balance of nickel base material, 25 percent. The specific preparation process of the laser welding saw blade comprises the following steps:
1) preparing materials: according to the component proportion, a proper nickel-based brazing filler metal binding agent is selected, diamond particles are added, and the molding material is prepared by premixing. Mixing materials by using a three-dimensional mixer for 50min to obtain a molding material;
2) cold pressing: adjusting a tool die, firstly loading a tool bit base body, then putting a forming material into the tool bit base body, and assembling the tool bit base body into a cold pressing forming die for pressing and forming to obtain a diamond tool bit blank;
3) and (3) vacuum sintering: putting the diamond tool bit blank into a die, and heating and sintering under a vacuum condition, wherein the sintering temperature is 1010-1030 ℃, and the vacuum degree is 4.0 multiplied by 10-4Pa;
4) Laser welding: deburring and arc grinding are carried out on the diamond tool bit which is brazed and sintered; and then performing laser welding on the laser welding equipment to connect the diamond tool bit and the saw blade base body together. 5) polishing varnish: polishing the surface of the laser-welded saw blade, and then performing surface painting protection treatment;

The nickel-based brazing filler metal bonding agent comprises, by weight percentage (wt%), 78.0% of Ni, 9.5% of Cr, 5.0% of Si, 4.0% of B, 3.5% of Fe and the balance of trace elements. Diamond particles and metal bond: the concentration of diamond particles, expressed in weight percent (wt%), was 0.75ct/cm3The diamond particles with different particle sizes and the proportion thereof are respectively as follows: 35/40, 40/50, and the balance of nickel base material, 25 percent. Deburring and arc grinding are carried out on the diamond tool bit which is brazed and sintered; and performing laser welding on laser welding equipment to connect the diamond tool bit and the saw blade base body together, wherein the saw blade base body is made of 30CrMo material. The laser power during laser welding is 1.5kW, and the welding time is 2 min/piece.
The cutting efficiency and the cutting life performance of the laser welding saw blades prepared in comparative example 1 and examples 1 to 6 are compared as shown in table 1.
For comparison, the cutting objects were reinforced concrete of the same material, and under the same rotation speed and the like, the cutting efficiency and the cutting life of the laser welding diamond saw blade obtained in comparative example 1 were used as references (i.e., both are denoted by 1), and the cutting efficiency and the cutting life of the laser welding saw blades in other examples 1 to 6 were multiplied by the same values as shown in table 1.
It is obvious to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and it is within the scope of the present invention to adopt various insubstantial modifications of the method concept and technical scheme of the present invention, or to directly apply the concept and technical scheme of the present invention to other occasions without modification.

Claims (9)
1. A preparation process of a laser welding saw blade is characterized by comprising the following steps: the laser welding saw blade comprises a saw blade base body and a plurality of diamond tool bits uniformly distributed on the outer edge of the saw blade base body; the diamond tool bit consists of a tool bit substrate on the inner side and a tool bit brazing layer on the outer side; the preparation process of the laser welding saw blade comprises the following steps:
1) preparing materials: selecting a proper nickel-based brazing filler metal as a metal bonding agent according to the component ratio, adding diamond particles, and mixing the materials by adopting a three-dimensional mixer for 50min to obtain a brazing layer forming material of the diamond tool bit;
2) cold pressing: adjusting a tool die, firstly placing a tool bit base body, then putting brazing layer forming material, assembling the tool bit base body into a cold pressing forming die, and performing pressure forming to obtain a diamond tool bit blank;
3) and (3) vacuum sintering: placing the diamond tool bit blank into a mold, and heating and sintering under a vacuum condition to obtain a diamond tool bit;
4) laser welding: deburring and arc grinding are carried out on the sintered diamond tool bit; then, laser welding is carried out on laser welding equipment, so that the diamond tool bit and the saw blade base body are connected together;
5) polishing varnish: and (3) polishing the surface of the saw blade subjected to laser welding, and then performing surface painting protection treatment.
2. The process for preparing a laser welding saw blade according to claim 1, wherein: the saw blade matrix is made of 30CrMo, and the tool bit matrix is made of 65Mn or 30 CrMo; the tool bit brazing layer of the diamond tool bit consists of diamond particles and a metal bonding agent, wherein: the concentration of the diamond particles is 0.55-0.75 ct/cm3The metal bonding agent is nickel-based brazing filler metal.
3. The process for preparing a laser welding saw blade according to claim 2, wherein: the diamond tool bit comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 45% diamond particles with a size of 35/40, 30% diamond particles with a size of 40/50 and 25% nickel-based braze.
4. The process for preparing a laser welding saw blade according to claim 2, wherein: the nickel-based brazing filler metal comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 8 to 10 percent of Cr, 4 to 7 percent of Si, 2 to 6 percent of B, 3 to 5 percent of Fe and the balance of Ni.
5. The process for preparing a laser welding saw blade according to claim 1, wherein: in the step (3), the sintering temperature is 1010-1030 ℃, the sintering time is 0.5-2h, and the vacuum degree is 4.0 multiplied by 10-4Pa。
6. The process for preparing a laser welding saw blade according to claim 1, wherein: in the step (4), the laser power during laser welding is 1.5kW, and the welding time is 2 min/piece.

The process for preparing a laser welding saw blade according to claim 1, wherein: the center of the saw blade matrix is provided with a mounting hole, and a positioning small hole is arranged near the mounting hole; (ii) a Two sides of each diamond tool bit are respectively distributed with 1 concave gap groove along the radial direction of the saw blade matrix, so as to be beneficial to chip removal during cutting and processing.

The process for preparing a laser welding saw blade according to claim 7, wherein: the saw blade matrix is a circular matrix with the excircle diameter phi of 320mm, the thickness of the saw blade matrix is 2.2mm, and the diameter of a mounting hole in the center of the matrix is phi 25.4 mm; the average length in the circumferential direction of the diamond tool bit is 40mm, the radial width of the diamond tool bit is 15mm, and the width of an outer brazing layer is 5mm and the thickness of the outer brazing layer is 3.2 mm.
9. The process for preparing a laser welding saw blade according to claim 7, wherein: each diamond tool bit is evenly distributed with 3 small holes, and each diamond tool bit is provided with 4 notches which are evenly distributed along the outermost side in the radial direction.
