Detailed Description
At least the following matters are clarified from the descriptions of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
A pants-type absorbent article having a vertical direction and a horizontal direction intersecting each other, comprising: an absorbent body comprising an absorbent core that absorbs liquid and a skin-side sheet that is provided on the skin side of the absorbent core; and a waistline member that is joined to the non-skin side of the absorbent main body in a superimposed manner and stretches in the lateral direction, wherein the pants-type absorbent article is characterized in that a volatile substance is provided on at least one of the non-skin side surface of the skin-side sheet and the skin side surface of the absorbent core.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, it is possible to provide a pants-type absorbent article having a volatile substance which is durable in effect and hardly causes excessive irritation to the skin of the wearer.
The pant-type absorbent article desirably has the volatile substance as a temperature-sensitive agent or a cold-sensitive agent for stimulating a temperature-sensitive TRP channel.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the temperature-sensitive agent or the coldness-sensitive agent comes into contact with the skin of the wearer via the nonwoven fabric, and therefore the wearer can gradually feel the effect of the temperature-sensitive agent or the coldness-sensitive agent at the skin.
In this pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the waistline member has a 1 st sheet in which at least a part of the region is laminated on the skin side of the absorbent main body, and has a portion in which the 1 st sheet and the volatile material overlap when viewed in the front-rear direction.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the effect of the volatile substance is sustained for a long period of time, and the irritation to the skin of the wearer can be suppressed.
The pants-type absorbent article desirably has a portion where the 1 st sheet and the absorbent main body overlap and where the 1 st sheet and the volatile substance do not overlap when viewed in the front-rear direction.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the effect of the volatile substance is quick-acting, and the volatile substance can easily cause irritation to the skin of the wearer.
In this pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the area of the portion where the 1 st sheet and the absorbent main body overlap and the 1 st sheet and the volatile substance do not overlap is larger when viewed in the front-rear direction than the area of the portion where the 1 st sheet and the volatile substance overlap when viewed in the front-rear direction.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the effect of the volatile substance can be partially sustained while the stimulus applied to the wearer's body by the volatile substance is enhanced.
In this pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the 1 st sheet has a high-density portion having a density higher than that of the surrounding portion of the 1 st sheet, and has a portion where the high-density portion and the volatile material overlap when viewed in the front-rear direction.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the effect of the volatile material imparted to the wearer can be easily controlled.
In this pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that at least a part of the volatile substance is provided in a region above an upper end of the absorbent core in the up-down direction.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the effect of the volatile substance can be sustained for a long period of time.
In this pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the volatile substance is continuously provided in a range from one end to the other end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, volatile substances can be allowed to act over a wide range from the lower abdomen to the crotch and the sacrum of the wearer.
In the pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that a pair of the volatile substances are provided at both ends in the width direction of the absorbent main body, and the volatile substances are not provided at the center in the width direction of the absorbent main body.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the active ingredients can be effectively applied to the lymph of the cuisine portion by suppressing the strong irritation to the vagina and the like.
In this pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the volatile substance is provided on the front side of the center of the absorbent body in the front-rear direction.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the effect of the volatile substance can be imparted to the lower abdomen of the wearer.
In this pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the volatile substance is provided at a position on the rear side of the center of the absorbent main body in the front-rear direction.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the effect of the volatile substance can be imparted to the sacrum portion of the wearer.
In the pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the amount of the volatile substance provided on the front side of the center of the absorbent body in the front-rear direction is larger than the amount of the volatile substance provided on the rear side of the center of the absorbent body in the front-rear direction.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, a greater effect of volatile substances can be imparted to the lower abdomen than to the sacrum portion of the wearer.
The pants-type absorbent article desirably has a portion where the waist member overlaps the volatile material in the region having stretchability in the left-right direction when viewed in the front-rear direction.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the distance between the skin of the wearer and the volatile material is increased or decreased, and the leakage amount of the volatile material can be controlled.
In this pants-type absorbent article, a pair of three-dimensional gathers capable of standing up toward the skin of the wearer are desirably provided on both sides of the absorbent main body in the lateral direction.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, volatile substances remain in the closed space formed between the standing three-dimensional gathers, and are difficult to discharge to the outside.
In this pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the waist member has an elastic film that stretches in the left-right direction, and has a portion where the elastic film and the volatile material overlap when viewed in the front-rear direction, and that the elastic film is disposed on the non-skin side of the volatile material in the thickness direction.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the penetration of volatile substances through the non-skin side of the waistline member is suppressed.
In this pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the waist member has a post-treatment belt for holding the pants-type absorbent article in a rolled state when the pants-type absorbent article after use is discarded, and has a portion where the post-treatment belt and the volatile material overlap when viewed in the front-rear direction, and the post-treatment belt is disposed on a non-skin side of the volatile material in the thickness direction.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the penetration of volatile substances through the non-skin side of the waistline member is suppressed.
A method for manufacturing a pants-type absorbent article having an absorbent main body and a waistline member that is superimposed and joined to a non-skin side of the absorbent main body, the method comprising: a transport step of transporting the skin-side sheet disposed at the position closest to the skin of the absorbent body, the non-skin-side sheet disposed at the position closest to the non-skin of the absorbent body, and the absorbent core disposed between the skin-side sheet and the non-skin-side sheet, respectively, in a predetermined transport direction; a volatile material application step of applying a volatile material to the non-skin side surface of the skin-side sheet; an adhesive applying step of applying an adhesive to the non-skin side surface of the skin-side sheet; and a joining step of laminating and joining the absorbent core to the non-skin side surface of the skin-side sheet.
According to the method for producing a pants-type absorbent article, a pants-type absorbent article having a volatile substance that has a durable effect and is less likely to cause excessive irritation to the skin of the wearer can be provided.
In this pants-type absorbent article manufacturing method, it is desirable that the adhesive application step is performed after the volatile material application step.
According to such a method for producing a pants-type absorbent article, it is easy to suppress occurrence of poor adhesion or the like due to drying of the adhesive during conveyance.

As an example of the absorbent article having a volatile material according to embodiment 1, a pants-type absorbent article 1 having Wen Ganji (volatile material) described later will be described. In the following description, the absorbent article 1 for physiological use is described, but the absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment also includes, for example, diapers for adults and infants, and the like, and the application is not limited to physiological use.
< basic Structure of absorbent article 1 >
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a pants-type absorbent article 1, and fig. 2 is a plan view and a schematic sectional view of the pants-type absorbent article 1 in an expanded state.
In the pants-type state shown in fig. 1, the absorbent article 1 has a "vertical direction", a "horizontal direction", and a "front-rear direction" which intersect with each other. The longitudinal direction of the paper surface in fig. 1 is set to the up-down direction, the upper side (lower side) of the paper surface is set to the up-down direction ("down"), and the left side (right side) of the paper surface is set to the left (right) of the left-right direction in the left-right direction. In the front-rear direction, the side that becomes the abdomen side of the wearer when worn is referred to as the "front side", and the side that becomes the back side of the wearer is referred to as the "back side".
In the unfolded state of the absorbent article 1 shown in fig. 2 (state of expansion on a plane before the pants-type absorbent article 1 is formed into a pants-type), the absorbent article 1 has a "longitudinal direction", a "width direction", and a "thickness direction" which intersect each other. The longitudinal direction of the paper surface of fig. 2 is defined as the longitudinal direction, the upper side (lower side) of the paper surface is defined as the longitudinal direction "front (web side)" ("rear (back side)"), the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction on the paper surface is defined as the width direction, and the left side (right side) of the paper surface is defined as the width direction left (right side). The direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the width direction (the direction penetrating the paper surface) is referred to as the thickness direction, and the side in contact with the skin of the wearer in the thickness direction is referred to as the "skin side", and the opposite side is referred to as the "non-skin side".
In addition, a plan view (for example, fig. 2) of the present embodiment shows an extended state of the object. Here, the "extended state" refers to a state in which the elastic members (for example, crotch rubber band 30, stretchable sheet 12 (corresponding to a stretchable film) and the like, which will be described later, are extended, and the members shown in the plan view are extended to be free from wrinkles, which are provided in the absorbent article 1. For example, fig. 2 shows a state in which the waist member 10 and the absorbent main body 20, which are described later, constituting the absorbent article 1 are elongated until the dimensions thereof match or are close to the dimensions of the individual members. The state in which the elastic bodies naturally contract in the non-extended state and wrinkles or the like are generated in the respective members is referred to as a "natural state".
The absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment includes the waistline member 10 and the absorbent body 20, and a process of producing the waistline member 10 and the absorbent article 1 into a pants type will be described below. Then, the absorbent main body 20 will be described later. In the present embodiment, the absorbent body 20 is provided with a temperature sensitive agent 26.
As shown in fig. 2, the waistline member 10 has a substantially hourglass shape in plan view in the deployed state. That is, the central portion in the longitudinal direction is recessed inward in the width direction, and the recessed portions form a pair of leg hole openings 1b shown in fig. 1 when the pants-type diaper is formed.
The waistline member 10 includes a front waistline member 10f located forward of the center line CL of the center of the absorbent article 1 in the longitudinal direction, and a rear waistline member 10b located rearward of the center line CL. The front waistline member 10f (rear waistline member 10 b) has a waistline front end portion 10ff (waistline rear end portion 10 bf) extending in the width direction at the front (rear) end portion, and front joining portions 10fe (rear joining portions 10 be) extending in the longitudinal direction provided at both the left and right end portions (both are oblique lines inclined downward to the right in fig. 2).
In addition, the waistline member 10 of the present embodiment includes: a non-stretchable sheet 14 formed in the shape of the waistline member 10 and having little stretchability in the left-right direction; and stretchable sheets 12 (front stretchable sheet 12f and rear stretchable sheet 12 b) laminated on a part of the skin side surface of the non-stretchable sheet 14 and having stretchability in the left-right direction. The non-stretchable sheet 14 is partially stretched out in the longitudinal direction (up-down direction) to a position outside the outer end 20et of the absorbent main body 20, and is folded back to the skin side in the longitudinal direction and in the thickness direction at a predetermined position 10et in the longitudinal direction, and is joined in a state of being laminated on the skin side of the non-stretchable sheet 14 and the absorbent main body 20. Hereinafter, the folded-back portion of the non-stretchable sheet 14 is also referred to as a 1 st sheet 15, and the predetermined position 10et at which the non-stretchable sheet 14 is folded back is also referred to as the upper end 10et of the waistline member 10.
The 1 st sheet 15 may be a sheet member different from the non-stretchable sheet 14. That is, the 1 st sheet 15 may be formed by a sheet member such as a nonwoven fabric independent of the non-stretchable sheet 14, instead of being formed by folding the non-stretchable sheet 14 back at the upper end 10 et.
As described above, the waistline member 10 of the present embodiment includes a plurality of pieces, and at least one of the plurality of pieces has stretchability in the left-right direction. When the absorbent article 1 is worn, the waist member 10 is fitted along the waist of the wearer by the elasticity.
The bonding of the plurality of pieces to each other is performed by forming a plurality of ultrasonic bonding portions dispersed by ultrasonic bonding (ultrasonic sealing) to which ultrasonic vibration and pressure are applied. That is, the plurality of pieces are joined by the plurality of ultrasonic joining portions that are spread in a state of being overlapped in the thickness direction (front-rear direction). In other words, in the case of joining a plurality of pieces, not all of the joining range of the pieces is constituted by the ultrasonic joining portion, but the ultrasonic joining portion and the non-ultrasonic joining portion. The ultrasonic bonding portions are provided at a constant interval, and the constant interval is different depending on whether or not the ultrasonic bonding portions overlap with the absorbent main body 20 when viewed in the thickness direction.
The waist member 10 of the present embodiment is different in the interval of the ultrasonic joint between the region overlapping the absorbent body 20 (the region overlapping the stretchable sheet 12 with the absorbent body 20, the region of the diagonal line inclined upward to the right indicated by X in fig. 2) and the region not overlapping the absorbent body 20 (the region not overlapping the stretchable sheet 12 with the absorbent body 20, the region of the stretchable sheet 12 other than the region of the diagonal line inclined upward to the right indicated by X) when viewed in the thickness direction (front-rear direction).
In the absorbent main body overlapping region, as shown in the enlarged view of the Y portion in fig. 2, the ultrasonic joint portion YS is formed in a substantially rectangular shape of substantially the same size, and the shape obtained by inclining the substantially rectangular shape standing vertically in the width direction by 45 degrees and the shape obtained by inclining it by-45 degrees are regularly and respectively arranged substantially uniformly. In the non-overlapping region of the absorbent body, as shown in the enlarged Z-section view of fig. 2, the ultrasonic bonding portions ZS are formed in a circular shape of substantially the same size and are substantially uniformly distributed at a larger interval than the ultrasonic bonding portions YS.
Therefore, when the areas of the ultrasonic bonding portions per unit area of the absorbent body overlapping region and the absorbent body non-overlapping region are compared, the area of the ultrasonic bonding portions per unit area of the absorbent body overlapping region is larger. That is, the area of the ultrasonic joint YS per unit area of the absorbent body overlapping region is larger than the area of the ultrasonic joint ZS per unit area of the absorbent body non-overlapping region.
In the process of producing the absorbent article 1 into the pants type, first, the absorbent main body 20 is disposed at a predetermined position of the waistline member 10 in the unfolded state, and the absorbent article 1 in the unfolded state is produced. That is, the non-skin-side surface of the absorbent main body 20 is used as a joining surface, and the joining surface is placed on and joined to a predetermined position of the waist member 10 in the unfolded state. That is, the waistline member 10 is superimposed on the non-skin side of the absorbent main body 20 in the thickness direction.
Then, the absorbent main body 20 and the waistline member 10 in the developed state are folded in the longitudinal direction. That is, the absorbent main body 20 and the waist member 10 are folded in the longitudinal direction so that the skin side of the front waist member 10f and the skin side of the rear waist member 10b face each other with the center line CL in the longitudinal direction shown in fig. 2 as a crease.
In this way, the front side joint portion 10fe and the rear side joint portion 10be of the waist member 10 come close to each other, and therefore the left and right front side joint portions 10fe and the rear side joint portion 10be are joined to each other.
That is, the left and right end portions of the waistline member 10 are joined in the longitudinal direction, and therefore the waistline front end portion 10ff and the waistline rear end portion 10bf of the waistline member 10 form a waistline opening portion 1a on the upper side of the waistline member 10.
The pants-type absorbent article 1 has the following structure: the waistline member 10 is abutted against the front side (abdomen) and the rear side (back) of the body of the wearer (abutted against the waistline of the wearer), and does not fall down when worn by the expansion and contraction (fastening to the body) of the waistline member 10 mainly in the left-right direction. Accordingly, the absorbent body 20 joined to the waistline member 10 is supported by the waistline member 10 in the up-down direction in a state of being in contact with the crotch of the wearer (a portion where the absorbent body 20 is in contact with the skin of the wearer when worn, and a portion from the lower abdomen to the sacrum portion of the buttocks (buttocks)) via the crotch.
That is, the absorbent article 1 has an abdomen, a back, and a crotch, is a pants-type having a waist opening 1a and a pair of leg hole openings 1b, and is supported by the stretchable sheet 12 or the like of the waist member 10 so as not to fall down when worn.
In addition, "abutting" refers to touching and contacting, and if at least a portion of a member abuts against a wearer, the member comes into contact with the wearer. For example, the state in which the stretchable portion in the waistline member 10 is in contact with the wearer and the non-stretchable portion is not in contact with the wearer is the state in which the waistline member 10 is in contact with the wearer.
As a joining method for joining the absorbent main body 20 and the waistline member 10 and the like, for example, known joining methods such as an adhesive, heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, and a combination thereof can be exemplified.
As shown in the cross-sectional view of fig. 2, a post-treatment belt 60 is provided on the non-skin side surface of the waistline member 10. The post-treatment belt 60 is a substantially rectangular belt-shaped member (belt member) that is long in the vertical direction, one side in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) is fixed to the waist member 10, and the other side in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) has an adhesive portion. The adhesive is applied to the adhesive portion, and before the absorbent article 1 is used, a part of the post-treatment tape 60 is folded inside the adhesive portion so that the adhesive portion is not exposed to the outside to protect the adhesive surface.
When the absorbent article 1 after use is discarded, the folded post-treatment tape 60 is stretched and pulled with respect to the absorbent article 1 wound up in the up-down direction so that the absorbent main body 20 is inside, the adhesive portion is exposed, and the adhesive portion side is wound around the absorbent article 1. This makes it possible to hold the absorbent article 1 in a rolled state, and to discard the absorbent article 1 without leaking excrement or the like adhering to the inside of the absorbent article 1 (the absorbent main body 20) to the outside.
< about the absorbent body 20>
Next, the absorbent main body 20 will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 4. Fig. 3 is a top view of the absorbent body 20, and fig. 4 is a view A-A of fig. 3 and is a schematic cross-sectional view of the absorbent body 20.
The absorbent body 20 is a physiological absorbent article, for example, a physiological sanitary napkin. As shown in fig. 3, the absorbent main body 20 of the present embodiment has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 1 in the unfolded and extended state (i.e., the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 20). As shown in fig. 4, the absorbent main body 20 includes an absorbent core 22 extending in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction), a skin-side sheet 24 disposed on the skin side of the absorbent core 22, and a non-skin-side sheet 25 disposed on the non-skin side of the absorbent core 22. Further, a predetermined region of the absorbent main body 20 is provided with a Wen Ganji to be described later.
The absorbent core 22 is formed by molding a liquid absorbent material into a predetermined shape, and in the present embodiment, is formed into a substantially rectangular shape (a hatched portion inclined upward to the right in fig. 3) in a plan view and a convex portion shape (a hatched portion in fig. 4) in a cross-sectional view. As the liquid-absorbent material, a liquid-absorbent fiber such as pulp fiber containing a super absorbent polymer (so-called SAP) and the like can be exemplified. The outer peripheral surface of the absorbent core 22 may be covered with a liquid-permeable sheet member (core wrap sheet 22 a) such as tissue paper or nonwoven fabric.
The skin-side sheet 24 is a liquid-permeable sheet member that can be brought into contact with the skin of the wearer when worn, and is formed of, for example, a hydrophilic hot air nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, or the like. The skin side sheet 24 may have a structure of 2 layers or more. For example, the skin-side sheet 24 may have a second sheet (not shown in fig. 4) on the non-skin side, which is a sheet member having substantially the same function and structure as the skin-side sheet.
The non-skin-side sheet 25 is formed of a double-layer structure including a liquid-impermeable sheet 25a and a liquid-permeable sheet 25b, the liquid-impermeable sheet 25a being configured to inhibit exposure of excreted liquid such as menstrual blood absorbed by the absorbent core 22 to the outside, and the liquid-permeable sheet 25b being disposed on the non-skin side of the liquid-impermeable sheet 25 a. As the liquid-impermeable sheet 25a, for example, a resin film such as a polyethylene film or a polypropylene film is used, and as the liquid-permeable sheet 25b, for example, a nonwoven fabric having flexibility is used. The skin side sheet 24 and the non-skin side sheet 25 are each sized to cover the entire absorbent core 22.
The liquid-permeable sheet 25b in the non-skin-side sheet 25 has an extension portion 25c extending outward from the both ends 20es of the absorbent main body 20 in the width direction. The protruding portion 25c is folded toward the skin side in the thickness direction with the fulcrum 50B as a folding start point at both ends 20es in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20, and folded back toward the non-skin side at the apex 50S located closer to the skin side than the skin side sheet 24, thereby forming the three-dimensional gather 50 (see fig. 4). The three-dimensional gather elastic member 51 such as a rubber band extending in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 20 is disposed at the apex 50S of the three-dimensional gather 50 in a state of extending in the longitudinal direction, and the apex 50S stands up toward the skin side of the wearer due to the stretchability exhibited by the three-dimensional gather elastic member 51 when the absorbent article 1 is worn. Thus, the three-dimensional gather 50 functions as a leakage preventing wall for suppressing side leakage of excreted liquid or the like.
In order to prevent the temperature sensitive agent 26 from leaking outward, the three-dimensional gather 50 is preferably made of the same number of nonwoven fabrics from the fulcrum 50B to the apex 50S, and more preferably 2 or more sheets.
A crotch rubber band 30 that can extend and retract in the longitudinal direction is provided between the liquid-impermeable sheet 25a and the liquid-permeable sheet 25b in the thickness direction. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the crotch rubber band 30 is provided from the front side, which is in contact with the lower abdomen, to the rear side, which is in contact with the buttocks, via the crotch portion, at the center portion in the left-right direction (width direction) of the absorbent main body 20.
A plurality of turning portions 40 are formed on the skin side of the absorbent main body 20 (absorbent core 22). The turning portion 40 is formed in a concave shape that is concave from the skin side toward the non-skin side on the skin side of the absorbent main body 20 (absorbent core 22) as shown in fig. 4, when the absorbent main body 20 is deformed (becomes a deformed crease) along the body of the wearer when the wearer wears the absorbent article 1. The concave shape of the turning portion 40 is formed by, for example, pressing the absorbent body 20 (the absorbent core 22) from the skin side, and is a compressed groove which is a high-density portion having a density higher than that of the surrounding absorbent core 22.
A temperature-sensitive agent 26 as a volatile substance is provided between the skin-side sheet 24 and the absorbent core 22 in the thickness direction of the absorbent main body 20. Wen Ganji 26 to alleviate the symptoms of physiological pain and coldness of the wearer, contains a temperature-sensitive stimulant for warming the wearer subjected to stimulation by applying stimulation to the wearer's temperature-sensitive stimulation, and is provided in a state of being mixed with a solvent which is a volatile substance.
In the present embodiment, wen Ganji is applied to the non-skin side surface (black part in fig. 4) of the skin-side sheet 24 in the thickness direction, and is not applied to the place where the skin of the wearer is in contact therewith. Further, wen Ganji may be provided on the skin side surface of the absorbent core 22. That is, the temperature sensitive agent 26 may be provided on at least one of the skin side surface of the absorbent core 22 and the non-skin side surface of the skin side sheet 24.
As shown in fig. 3, wen Ganji is applied to a pair of longitudinal temperature-sensitive agent application regions 26p (hatched portions inclined downward to the right in fig. 3) having a predetermined dimension in the width direction (short-side direction) of the absorbent main body 20 and continuing from the front end to the rear end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 20. Therefore, a non-coated region 26n along the longitudinal direction in which the temperature sensitive agent 26 is not coated is provided at the widthwise center of the absorbent main body 20.
Further, wen Ganji is preferably provided so as not to be mixed with an adhesive for bonding various members. For example, if an adhesive for bonding the crotch rubber band 30 is mixed with the temperature sensitive agent 26, the bonding strength of the crotch rubber band 30 may be lowered, and the original elastic effect may not be exhibited. Therefore, in a place where the temperature-sensitive agent application region 26p and the adhesive are likely to be mixed, it is preferable to use other bonding means such as the ultrasonic bonding described above instead of bonding by the adhesive.
The temperature-sensitive stimulant is preferably a plant-derived compound from the viewpoint of the feeling of mind of the wearer. Examples of the thermal stimulant include capsaicin (capsiside), capsaicin (LD 50:47mg/kg, molecular weight: 305), capsaicin (dihydrocapsaicin, nordihydrocapsaicin, homodihydrocapsaicin, homocapsaicin, synthetic capsaicin, etc.), capsanthin, benzyl nicotinate (LD 50:2188mg/kg, molecular weight: 213), beta-butoxyethyl nicotinate, N-acyl vanillylamide, vanillin nonanoate, polyhydric alcohol, chilli powder, capsicum tincture, capsicum extract, vanillyl ether of nonanoic acid, vanillyl alkyl ether derivatives (e.g., vanillyl diethyl ether, vanillyl butyl ether (LD 50:4900mg/kg, molecular weight: 210), vanillyl amyl ether, vanillyl hexyl ether), isovanillyl alkyl ether, ethyl vanillyl alkyl ether, resveratrol derivatives, substituted benzyl alcohol alkyl ethers, vanillin propylene glycol acetal, ethyl vanillin propylene glycol acetal, ginger oil, gingerol (LD 50:250 mg/kg), oil, pyrrolidone, and combinations thereof.
The solvent is not particularly limited as long as it can contain a temperature-sensitive stimulant, and examples thereof include a lipophilic solvent and a hydrophilic solvent. The solvent is capable of dissolving, dispersing, etc., the temperature sensitive stimulant.
Examples of the lipophilic solvent include oils and fats, for example, natural oils (for example, fatty acid esters such as triglycerides, coconut oil, linseed oil, and tri (caprylic/capric) glycerides), hydrocarbons (for example, paraffin, and liquid paraffin).
Examples of the hydrophilic solvent include water and alcohols. Examples of the alcohol include lower alcohols such as methanol, ethanol, ethylene glycol, and glycerol, and higher alcohols such as octanol, lauryl alcohol, and myristyl alcohol.
In addition, wen Ganji preferably stimulates temperature sensitive TRP channels. For example, TRPV1, which is one of the temperature sensitive TRP channels, is activated by stimulation of capsaicin, acid, etc. Moreover, when TRPV1 of the wearer is activated, heat generation is caused via the sympathetic nervous system (heat generation in the body of the wearer).
That is, it is preferable to warm the wearer without heating the wearer itself to a high temperature, such as capsaicin, rather than heating the wearer itself to a high temperature, such as a portable disposable warmer. In this way, the wearer can feel cool and warm without being burned or burned by the low temperature.
Further, wen Ganji is less effective if it does not directly contact the skin of the wearer. That is, for example, if a volatile substance such as a perfume is a gas, the effect of suppressing the peripheral odor can be exerted, but Wen Ganji directly contacts the skin of the wearer after vaporization, and exerts its main effect. Therefore, the wearer can gradually feel the effect of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 at the skin by bringing the Wen Ganji with the skin of the wearer via the nonwoven fabric or the like.
< method for determining a Member coated with a temperature-sensitive agent 26 >
Next, a method of determining the member (position in the thickness direction) coated with the temperature-sensitive agent 26 will be described with reference to fig. 5. In this embodiment, this determination is made by sensory inspection. Fig. 5 is a flowchart showing a method for specifying a location where the temperature-sensitive agent 26 is applied.
The absorbent main body 20 of the present embodiment has been described as having a plurality of members (the skin-side sheet 24, the core-covering sheet 22a, the absorbent core 22, and the non-skin-side sheet 25 (the liquid-impermeable sheet 25a and the liquid-permeable sheet 25 b)), but when a plurality of members are laminated in this manner, it is possible to determine which member is coated with the temperature-sensitive agent 26 as follows.
First, the absorbent body 20 coated with the temperature-sensitive agent 26 is cut into a plurality of pieces in a predetermined size, and the laminated members 1 are peeled off one by one to prepare each sample sheet (the separated skin-side sheet 24, core-coated sheet 22a, absorbent core 22, and non-skin-side sheet 25 (liquid-impermeable sheet 25a and liquid-permeable sheet 25 b)) (S1). In the present embodiment, each sample piece was produced for 60 pieces of each sample piece.
Next, two sample sheets (for example, skin side sheets 24) are prepared, and two PE sheets having the same size as the sample sheets are prepared (S2).
Next, the 1 st PE sheet is overlapped on the non-skin side surface of the 1 st sample sheet (S3), and the skin side surface of the 1 st sample sheet is placed on the inner sides of both arms of the examiner in the sensory test (S4).
Thus, the time T1 until the examiner feels the temperature sensing effect of the temperature sensing agent 26 of the 1 st sample piece is measured and recorded (S5).
Next, the 2 nd PE sheet was superimposed on the skin-side surface of the 2 nd sample sheet (S6), and the non-skin-side surface of the 2 nd sample sheet was placed on the inner sides of both arms of the examiner in the sensory test (S7).
Thus, the time T2 until the examiner feels the temperature sensing effect of the temperature sensing agent 26 of the 2 nd sample piece is measured and recorded (S8).
From the measurements of time T1 and time T2, the time from the sample piece being placed on the inner sides of the two arms of the examiner to the time when the examiner feels the temperature effect of the temperature sensor 26 can be confirmed on the non-skin side surface and the skin side surface of the sample piece. Then, the confirmation is repeated 30 times (steps S2 to S8), and the average time of T1 and T2 is calculated and compared (S9).
That is, the average time T1a of the temperature sensation effect of the skin-side surface of the sample sheet by the inspector and the average time T2a of the temperature sensation effect of the non-skin-side surface of the sample sheet by the inspector are compared, and one of the shorter times is set closer to the application portion (application surface) of the temperature sensation agent 26. Specifically, if T1a is shorter than T2a, it can be determined that the skin-side surface of the sample sheet is close to the coated surface of the temperature-sensitive agent 26, and if T2a is shorter than T1a, it can be determined that the non-skin-side surface of the sample sheet is close to the coated surface of the temperature-sensitive agent 26.
The sample sheets (the decomposed skin-side sheet 24, the core-covering sheet 22a, the absorbent core 22, and the non-skin-side sheet 25 (the liquid-impermeable sheet 25a and the liquid-permeable sheet 25 b)) were all determined. That is, the average time until the examiner feels the temperature effect of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 is calculated on the skin-side surface and the non-skin-side surface of each of the decomposed skin-side sheet 24, core-coated sheet 22a, absorbent core 22, and non-skin-side sheet 25 (liquid-impermeable sheet 25a and liquid-permeable sheet 25 b). By comparing the calculation results in this way, the location where the temperature-sensitive agent 26 is applied can be determined. That is, the place where the average time until the examiner feels the temperature sensing effect of the temperature sensing agent 26 is the shortest (for example, the non-skin side surface of the skin side sheet 24) can be determined as the place where the temperature sensing agent 26 is applied.
In the present embodiment, the total of T1a and the total of T2a of each sample sheet (the separated skin-side sheet 24, the core-covering sheet 22a, the absorbent core 22, and the non-skin-side sheet 25 (the liquid-impermeable sheet 25a and the liquid-permeable sheet 25 b)) are compared, and the total of T1a is shorter. In other words, it can be said that the total amount (transfer amount) of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 that comes into contact (transfer) with the skin of the examiner from the skin side of each sample piece is larger than the total amount (transfer amount) of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 that comes into contact (transfer) with the skin of the examiner from the non-skin side (feel the temperature-sensitive effect earlier, and thus feel the temperature-sensitive effect in a longer period of time) in the same period.
The vaporized Wen Ganji also moves in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction in the interior of the absorbent article 1 (the space surrounded by the sheet member). Therefore, the temperature sensitive agent 26 may be detected by sensory inspection in the area where the temperature sensitive agent 26 is not applied. In this case, by comparing the average time until the inspector feels the temperature effect of the temperature-sensitive agent 26, it is possible to determine whether or not the area is the area where the temperature-sensitive agent 26 is applied.
< specific configuration of temperature-sensitive agent 26 >
Next, a relationship between which position Wen Ganji is disposed in the absorbent article 1 and other components will be described with reference to fig. 3, 4, and 6 to 8. Fig. 6 is a plan view illustrating the arrangement of the temperature sensitive agent 26 provided in the absorbent article 1, and fig. 7 is a schematic sectional view of the absorbent article 1 as seen from the direction B-B in fig. 6. With respect to fig. 8, it will be described later.
When the temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided on the inner surface (skin side) of the absorbent article 1, the components of the volatilized temperature sensitive agent 26 directly contact with the skin of the wearer, and thus there is a possibility that skin problems such as excessive irritation and rash may occur on the skin of the wearer. On the other hand, when the temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided on the outer surface (non-skin side) of the absorbent article 1, the volatilization amount of the temperature sensitive agent 26 may become large, and the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 may be difficult to last.
In contrast, as shown in fig. 7, wen Ganji of the present embodiment is provided on the non-skin side of the skin-side sheet 24 of the absorbent main body 20 and on the skin side of the absorbent core 22. That is, the temperature-sensitive agent 26 is provided on at least one of the non-skin side surface of the skin-side sheet 24 and the skin side surface of the absorbent core 22.
Further, by disposing the heat transfer agent Wen Ganji 26 at this position, when the absorbent body 20 is pressed against the skin of the wearer by the expansion and contraction of the waistline member 10 (stretchable sheet 12), the heat transfer agent 26 does not directly contact the skin of the wearer, and thus, the occurrence of skin problems such as redness, itching, and rash occurring in the skin of the wearer can be suppressed. Further, wen Ganji is disposed so as to be sandwiched between the skin-side sheet 24 of the absorbent main body 20 and the absorbent core 22 from both sides in the thickness direction, and is not exposed to the atmosphere, so that excessive volatilization is suppressed. Thus, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be sustained. That is, the pants-type absorbent article 1 having the temperature sensitive agent 26 which is durable in effect and hardly causes excessive irritation to the skin of the wearer can be provided.
The absorbent article 1 has a 1 st sheet 15 (folded back of the non-stretchable sheet 14) that is overlapped on the skin side of the absorbent main body 20, and at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 has a portion overlapping the 1 st sheet 15 when viewed in the front-rear direction (1 st sheet overlapping region 26A. A hatched portion inclined upward to the right in fig. 6).
In this case, in the 1 st sheet overlapping region 26A, wen Ganji where the temperature sensitive agent 26 and the 1 st sheet 15 overlap, the temperature sensitive agent reaches the skin of the wearer after passing through the 1 st sheet 15 from the non-skin side to the skin side. That is, by providing the 1 st sheet overlapping region 26A, the time until the temperature-sensitive agent 26 reaches the skin of the wearer and the amount of arrival (concentration) can be adjusted. Thus, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is continued for a long period of time, and irritation to the skin of the wearer can be suppressed.
The absorbent article 1 has a portion (1 st sheet non-overlapping region 26B. A hatched portion inclined downward to the right in fig. 6) where at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 does not overlap with the 1 st sheet 15 when viewed in the front-rear direction.
In the 1 st sheet non-overlapping region 26B where the temperature-sensitive agent 26 and the 1 st sheet 15 are not overlapped, the Wen Ganji 26 is more likely to reach the skin of the wearer than the 1 st sheet overlapping region 26A. Thus, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is quick-acting, and can easily cause irritation to the skin of the wearer.
In the absorbent article 1, the area of the 1 st sheet overlapping region 26A is smaller than the area of the 1 st sheet non-overlapping region 26B.
By making the area of the 1 st sheet overlapping region 26A where the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is easily durable and the area of the 1 st sheet non-overlapping region 26B where the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 has quick-acting properties different, it is possible to adjust what temperature sensitive effect is given to the wearer. In addition, when the area of the 1 st sheet overlapping region 26A is made smaller than the area of the 1 st sheet non-overlapping region 26B, the quick-acting property of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 to be applied to the body of the wearer can be ensured in a large region of the absorbent main body 20, and the effect of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 can be easily sustained in a part of the region. This can further improve the comfort of wearing the absorbent article 1.
The 1 st sheet 15 may be embossed, and the 1 st sheet 15 may have a high-density portion (not shown) having a density higher than that of the periphery of the embossed portion. In this case, it is desirable that at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 overlaps with the high-density portion of the 1 st sheet 15 when viewed in the front-rear direction.
In the high-density portion, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is less likely to pass through the 1 st sheet 15 than in the portion around the low-density portion. That is, at least a part of the 1 st sheet 15 overlapped with Wen Ganji has a high-density portion when viewed in the front-rear direction, so that the temperature-sensitive effect imparted to the wearer can be easily controlled.
As shown in the enlarged views of fig. 7 and 26A of fig. 6, at least a part of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 (the black area of the enlarged view of 26A) is provided above the upper end 22et of the absorbent core 22 in the vertical direction.
As shown in fig. 7, the absorbent core 22 has a thickness in the thickness direction, and therefore a space 20H is provided in a region between the upper end 20et of the absorbent main body 20 and the upper end 22et of the absorbent core 22 in the up-down direction. In this way, when the temperature sensitive agent 26 volatilizes, the volatilized temperature sensitive agent 26 temporarily stays in the space 20H, and therefore the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be continued for a long period of time.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the temperature-sensitive agent application region 26p is continuously applied from the front end to the rear end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 20. That is, wen Ganji is provided over the entire longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 20.
Thus, when the absorbent article 1 is worn, wen Ganji can be applied over a wide range from the lower abdomen to the crotch and the sacrum of the wearer. This can further improve the comfort of wearing the absorbent article 1.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the temperature-sensitive agent application regions 26p are paired in the width direction, and the non-application region 26n is provided in the center. That is, wen Ganji is provided at both ends in the width direction (short side direction) of the absorbent main body 20, and is not provided at the center.
Therefore, wen Ganji is less likely to contact the vagina and the excretory opening located at the center in the width direction in the crotch of the wearer, and thus strongly stimulates the vagina and the like. On the other hand, wen Ganji is liable to contact the groin portion on both sides in the width direction in the crotch portion of the wearer, and Wen Ganji can efficiently act on the lymph or the like of the groin portion.
In particular, the absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment has the crotch rubber band 30, and therefore, the absorbent body 20 is easily pressed against the crotch of the wearer by the contraction force exhibited by the crotch rubber band 30. Therefore, by setting the center portion in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20 as the non-coating region 26n, the irritation of the vaginal opening or the like by the Wen Ganji can be alleviated, and the wearer is less likely to feel uncomfortable. Further, by setting the two lateral sides of the absorbent main body 20 as the temperature-sensitive agent application regions 26p, even when the wearer moves the legs to a large extent, the temperature-sensitive agent 26 can be made to act stably on the cuisine portion.
Further, wen Ganji is provided on the front side (the position on the abdomen side from the center line CL in the longitudinal direction) of the absorbent main body 20 in the front-rear direction.
Thus, when the absorbent article 1 is worn, the Wen Ganji can be easily applied to the front side of the crotch of the wearer. This can provide a temperature-sensitive effect to the lower abdomen of the wearer.
Further, wen Ganji is provided on the rear side (position on the back side of the center line CL in the longitudinal direction) of the absorbent main body 20 in the front-rear direction.
Thus, when the absorbent article 1 is worn, the Wen Ganji can easily act on the rear side of the crotch of the wearer. This can provide a temperature-sensitive effect to the sacrum portion of the wearer.
Further, the amount of the temperature sensitive agent 26 applied is larger on the front side in the front-rear direction of the absorbent body 20 than on the rear side in the front-rear direction of the absorbent body 20.
Thus, when the absorbent article 1 is worn, the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be made to act more easily on the front side than on the rear side of the crotch of the wearer. That is, a larger temperature sensation effect can be imparted to the lower abdomen than to the sacrum portion of the wearer. The application amount of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be confirmed by using the aforementioned sensory test.
The waistline member 10 has a stretchable member (stretchable sheet 12) continuous in the left-right direction at a portion overlapping with the temperature sensitive agent 26 applied to the absorbent main body 20. Therefore, the absorbent main body 20 in the overlapping portion is formed with longitudinal wrinkles by the stretchable member.
Fig. 8 is a view showing a case where the longitudinal gathers formed in the absorbent main body 20 are in contact with the skin of the wearer. The absorbent main body 20 is formed with longitudinal gathers, and thus the peak portions of the longitudinal gathers are in contact with the skin of the wearer (contact portion in fig. 8), and the valley portions of the longitudinal gathers are away from the skin of the wearer. That is, since the absorbent main body 20 is provided with the longitudinal wrinkles, the distance between the wearer and the temperature sensitive agent 26 is increased, and the leakage amount of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be controlled. This allows the temperature sensation effect felt by the wearer to be adjusted.
The absorbent article 1 has three-dimensional gathers 50 extending in the longitudinal direction on both sides of the absorbent body 20 in the lateral direction.
As described above, the three-dimensional gather 50 stands up toward the skin of the wearer when the absorbent article 1 is worn, and the apex 50S abuts against the groin of the wearer. Thus, a space surrounded by the crotch of the wearer, the absorbent main body 20, and the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50, 50 (leakage preventing wall portions) is formed. That is, a closed space is formed in the crotch of the wearer. Therefore, when Wen Ganji provided in the crotch portion of the absorbent main body 20 volatilizes, the temperature-sensitive agent 26 stays in the closed space, and is difficult to discharge to the outside. This makes it possible to easily maintain the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 for a long period of time.
As shown in fig. 7, a part of the stretchable sheet 12 of the waist member 10 overlaps Wen Ganji when viewed in the thickness direction (front-rear direction), and the overlapping part is provided on the non-skin side in the thickness direction of the temperature sensitive agent 26.
Since the stretchable sheet 12 is formed of a material that is difficult to pass through Wen Ganji, the stretchable sheet 12 is prevented from passing Wen Ganji to the non-skin side of the waistline member 10 at the portion overlapping the stretchable sheet 12. Therefore, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is less likely to leak out to the non-skin side in the thickness direction and is discharged to the atmosphere, and the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be easily sustained for a long period of time.
As shown in fig. 7, a part of the post-treatment belt 60 of the waistline member 10 overlaps Wen Ganji when viewed in the thickness direction, and the overlapping part is provided on the non-skin side in the thickness direction with respect to the temperature sensitive agent 26.
Since the post-treatment belt 60 is difficult to pass through Wen Ganji as in the stretchable sheet 12, the portion overlapping the post-treatment belt 60 suppresses Wen Ganji from passing through to the non-skin side of the waistline member 10. Therefore, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is less likely to leak out to the non-skin side in the thickness direction and is discharged to the atmosphere, and the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be easily sustained for a long period of time.
In addition, the area of the ultrasonic joint YS per unit area of the absorbent body overlapping region is larger than the area of the ultrasonic joint ZS per unit area of the absorbent body non-overlapping region.
Since the ultrasonic joint is a high-rigidity portion as compared with the peripheral portion thereof, by making the area of the ultrasonic joint ZS larger than that of the ultrasonic joint YS, the longitudinal wrinkles of the absorbent main body 20 formed by the stretching action in the lateral direction of the waistline member 10 can be made smaller. That is, as described above, the leakage amount of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 can be controlled by the longitudinal wrinkles, and therefore the magnitude of the temperature-sensitive effect felt by the wearer can be adjusted.
The skin-side sheet 24 of the absorbent main body 20 is desirably formed of a hydrophilic hot air nonwoven fabric. The hot air nonwoven fabric is easy to increase in bulk (thickness) as compared with other nonwoven fabrics, and thus the time for Wen Ganji to pass through the skin-side sheet 24 can be long. That is, when the hot air nonwoven fabric is used as the skin side sheet 24, the Wen Ganji 26 gradually leaks out of the skin side sheet 24 and reaches the skin of the wearer.
The skin-side sheet 24 of the absorbent main body 20 may be formed of a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric or an SMS (spunbond-meltblown-spunbond) nonwoven fabric having an embossed surface. In the embossed portion, the skin-side sheet 24 has a higher density than the periphery thereof, and the penetration of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be made difficult. That is, when a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric or an SMS nonwoven fabric having an embossed surface is used as the skin-side sheet 24, wen Ganji 26 gradually leaks out of the skin-side sheet 24 and reaches the skin of the wearer.
< method for producing absorbent article 1 >
Next, a method of manufacturing the absorbent article 1 will be briefly described. Here, a method of manufacturing the absorbent article 1, mainly the absorbent body 20, will be described. Fig. 9 is a flowchart of each process for manufacturing the absorbent main body 20. Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram illustrating a manufacturing apparatus 100 for manufacturing the absorbent article 1.
The manufacturing apparatus 100 shown in fig. 10 sequentially performs the steps (S101 to S106) shown in fig. 9 to continuously manufacture the absorbent body 20 of the absorbent article 1. The manufacturing apparatus 100 includes a conveying mechanism 110, a temperature-sensitive agent applying mechanism 120, an adhesive applying mechanism 130, a joining mechanism 140, a bending mechanism 150, and a cutting mechanism 160.
First, a conveying step (S101) of conveying various base materials such as the skin-side sheet 24 constituting the absorbent main body 20 in a predetermined conveying direction is performed. In the manufacturing apparatus 100, the conveyance direction is a direction along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 20. In the conveyance step, the continuous skin-side sheet 24L in which the skin-side sheets 24 are connected in the conveyance direction (longitudinal direction) and the continuous non-skin-side sheet 25L in which the non-skin-side sheets 25 are connected in the conveyance direction (longitudinal direction) are conveyed by the conveyance mechanism 110 from the upstream side to the downstream side in the conveyance direction at a predetermined conveyance speed. While the substrates are being conveyed, the absorbent body 20 is manufactured by performing the steps S102 to S106.
Next, a temperature-sensitive agent application step (volatile matter application step) of applying Wen Ganji (volatile matter) to the non-skin side surface of the skin-side sheet continuous body 24L conveyed in the conveyance direction is performed (S102). In the temperature-sensitive agent application step, the temperature-sensitive agent application means 120 provided at a predetermined position in the conveyance direction sprays or directly applies the liquid Wen Ganji 26 onto the non-skin side surface of the skin-side sheet continuous body 24L, thereby forming the temperature-sensitive agent application region 26p. In the case where the skin side sheet 24 is composed of two sheets, i.e., the 1 st skin side sheet and the 2 nd skin side sheet provided on the non-skin side of the 1 st skin side sheet, the same operational effects as described above can be obtained by spraying or directly applying the liquid Wen Ganji to the skin side of the 2 nd skin side sheet continuous body.
Next, an adhesive applying step (S103) of applying an adhesive to the non-skin side surface of the skin-side sheet continuous body 24L conveyed in the conveyance direction is performed. In the adhesive application step, an adhesive such as a Hot Melt Adhesive (HMA) is sprayed or directly applied from the adhesive application mechanism 130 provided downstream of the temperature-sensitive adhesive application mechanism 120 to the non-skin side surface of the skin-side sheet continuous body 24L in the conveyance direction, thereby forming an adhesive region (not shown). The absorbent core 22 and the non-skin-side sheet continuous body 25L are also coated with an adhesive as needed.
In the manufacturing apparatus 100 of the present embodiment, after the temperature-sensitive agent application step (S102), an adhesive application step (S103) is performed. That is, since the adhesive is applied immediately before the joining step (S104) described below, the adhesive is easily prevented from drying during the conveyance and causing poor adhesion. After the temperature-sensitive agent application region 26p to which the temperature-sensitive agent 26 is applied is formed, an adhesive region can be formed so as not to overlap with the temperature-sensitive agent application region 26 p. This suppresses mixing of the oil components contained in Wen Ganji and the adhesive, and can effectively suppress deterioration of the temperature sensitive agent 26 and the adhesive, which makes it difficult to perform the functions of the respective components.
Next, a joining step (S104) of joining the various substrates to be transported in the thickness direction is performed. In the joining step, first, the skin side surface of the absorbent core 22 and the non-skin side surface of the continuous skin-side sheet 24L are overlapped so as to face each other, and the both are compressed and joined in the thickness direction by the pressing roller 141 of the joining mechanism 140. In addition, at this time, the turning portions 40 are simultaneously formed by the pressing roller 141. Next, the non-skin-side sheet continuous body 25L is joined to the non-skin side of the absorbent core 22, and the three-dimensional gather elastic member 51 is joined to the non-skin-side sheet continuous body 25L in a state of extending in the conveying direction (longitudinal direction).
Next, a bending step (S105) of bending a part of the non-skin-side sheet continuous body 25L to form the three-dimensional gathers 50 is performed. The bending mechanism 150 bends the non-skin-side sheet continuous body 25L in the CD direction (width direction) orthogonal to the conveying direction so as to sandwich the three-dimensional gather elastic member 51 inward at the apex 50S described in fig. 4.
Next, a cutting step (S106) of cutting the continuous body of the base material such as the skin-side sheet continuous body 24L is performed. The cutting roller 161 provided in the cutting mechanism 160 cuts the continuous base material to which the absorbent core 22, the skin-side sheet continuous body 24L, and the like are joined by a predetermined length in the conveyance direction. Thereby, the respective absorbent bodies 20 used for the absorbent article 1 are formed.
The cut absorbent bodies 20, … are conveyed directly downstream in the conveying direction, and are joined to a continuous body (not shown) of the waist member 10. Thereafter, the waistline member 10 is folded in half with the longitudinal center line CL (see fig. 2) as a crease, and the joined portions 10fe and 10be are formed and cut at predetermined positions, whereby the absorbent articles 1 are manufactured.
= = 2 nd embodiment= = = =
In embodiment 1, the stretchable sheet 12 is provided as a member for stretching and retracting the waistline member 10 in the left-right direction, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, instead of the stretchable sheet 12, the waist band 16 may be used as the stretchable member, or the stretchable sheet 12 and the waist band 16 may be used together.
Fig. 11 is a plan view of the pants-type absorbent article 200 using the waist band 16 in an expanded state. In the pants-type absorbent article 200, the contraction amount in the left-right direction of the waist member 10 when the absorbent main body is shifted from the extended state to the natural state is made small in the absorbent main body overlapping region (region X shown in fig. 2) as viewed in the front-rear direction (thickness direction).
As an example, the following can be cited: as shown in fig. 11, in the absorbent main body overlapping region, the waist band 16 and the waist member 10 are set in a non-bonded state, and the waist band 16 in the absorbent main body overlapping region is cut, whereby a part of the waist band 16 is set in a non-stretched state. In this state, the waist band 16 is contracted from the cut portion to both ends in the left-right direction of the absorbent main body overlapping region, and therefore the waist band 16 is disposed in a non-stretched state in the absorbent main body overlapping region. Therefore, the contraction amount in the left-right direction of the waist member 10 in the absorbent body overlapping region when shifting from the extended state to the natural state can be made smaller than the contraction amount in the absorbent body non-overlapping region at the same position as the absorbent body overlapping region in the up-down direction.
More specifically, as shown in the enlarged view of fig. 11, the dimension in the left-right direction in the extended state is L0, the dimension in the left-right direction in the natural state is L2, and the dimension in the left-right direction in the extended state is L0, and the dimension in the left-right direction in the natural state is L1 in the absorbent main body overlapping region. Further, L1 is larger than L2.
According to the pants-type absorbent article 200, since the L1 is larger than in the case of L2, the contraction amount of the absorbent main body 20 in the lateral direction in the absorbent main body overlapping region is smaller, and the occurrence of longitudinal wrinkles of the absorbent main body 20 is suppressed, the effect of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 can be improved in the lower abdomen.
Other embodiments of= = = = = = =
The above-described embodiments are provided to facilitate understanding of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention. It is needless to say that the present invention can be modified and improved without departing from the spirit thereof, and equivalents thereof are included in the present invention.
In the above embodiment, the front stretchable sheet 12f and the rear stretchable sheet 12b are each 1 sheet, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the front stretchable panel 12f may be divided into a waist front stretchable panel 12fa and a main body front stretchable panel 12fb, and the rear stretchable panel 12b may be divided into a waist rear stretchable panel 12ba and a main body rear stretchable panel 12bb. Fig. 12 is a plan view of the pants-type absorbent article 300 in which the front stretchable panel 12f and the rear stretchable panel 12b are separated into two.
In the absorbent article 300, the fastening wearer's elastic force of the front waist stretchable panel 12fa and the rear waist stretchable panel 12ba is greater than the fastening wearer's elastic force of the front main body stretchable panel 12fb and the rear main body stretchable panel 12 bb. In this way, the absorbent article 300 is firmly adhered to the waist of the wearer, so that the temperature-sensitive agent 26 vaporized inside the absorbent article 300 is less likely to leak out from the waist opening 1a to the outside, and the discharge of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 can be suppressed.
In the above embodiment, the temperature sensor 26 is used as an example of the volatile substance, but the temperature sensor is not limited to Wen Ganji, and for example, a cold sensor may be used. When the cold feeling agent is used, the uncomfortable feeling due to the stuffiness and stickiness of the wearer can be reduced.
That is, with the absorbent article 1 provided with the cold sensitizer (Wen Ganji), the cold feeling effect (temperature feeling effect) of the wearer can be improved as compared with the case where the volatile substance is other than the cold sensitizer (Wen Ganji).
Note that, the mechanism (mechanism) of the vaporization of Wen Ganji 26 described above to exert the effect is similar to that of a cold sensitizer and a perfume described later, and therefore, these descriptions are omitted.
Examples of the cold feeling agent include menthol (e.g., l-menthol) and its derivatives (e.g., menthyl lactate), methyl salicylate, camphor, essential oils derived from plants (e.g., peppermint, eucalyptus), and the like. In addition, the cryopensiting agent preferably stimulates a temperature sensitive TRP channel, as in Wen Ganji 26.
In the above embodiment, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is used as an example of the volatile substance, but the temperature sensitive agent is not limited to Wen Ganji, and for example, a perfume may be used. The fragrance may be used in place of the temperature sensing agent 26 or may be used with the temperature sensing agent 26. As the perfume, the same perfume as that conventionally used in the technical field can be used.
In addition, as a perfume, especially in the case of a green herbal perfume (green herbal fragrance), physical irritation to the body is not generated, and also, oral administration is not required, so that particularly psychologically uncomfortable symptoms can be safely and easily alleviated. In addition, comfort can be obtained.
Green herbal aromas are aromas that contain green group aromas (green notes) or herbal group aromas (herbal notes). The green fragrance refers to the fresh fragrance of grass and tender leaves. The herbal aroma (herbal note) refers to the note of the medicinal plant in nature in which herbs are used.
The perfume composition containing a perfume having a green herbal type fragrance preferably contains 1 or more kinds of perfumes selected from cis-3-hexenol, cis-3-hexenol formate, cis-3-hexenol acetate, cis-3-hexenol propionate, cis-3-hexenol butyrate, trans-2-hexenal, trans-2-hexenol acetate, hexyl acetate, methyl phenyl methyl acetate, 2-methyl-3- (3, 4-methylenedioxyphenyl) -propanal (IFF company name, heliotropin), 3 (4) - (5-ethylbicyclo [2, 1] heptyl-2) -cyclohexanol, allyl 2-pentoxyglycolate (IFF company name, graying ester), 4-methyl-3-decen-5-ol (Givaudan company name, methyl decenol), hexanal, 2, 4-dimethyl-3-cyclohexenyl formaldehyde (IFF company name, glossy privet aldehyde), and benzene. As these fragrances, commercially available ones can be used. Perfumes containing them mainly produce green fragrance.
The perfume composition containing a perfume having a green herbal type fragrance preferably further contains 1 or more than 2 kinds of perfumes selected from l-menthol, 1, 8-eucalyptol, methyl salicylate, citronellal, camphor, borneol, isobornyl acetate, terpinyl acetate, eugenol, anethole, 4-methoxybenzyl alcohol and artemia. Perfumes containing them mainly produce green fragrance.
Note that, when a perfume is used, the mechanism (mechanism) of vaporization to exert an effect is the same as Wen Ganji, and therefore, the explanation of the perfume is omitted.
