step S400: putting into water and heating to boil the glue;
step S500: detecting the viscosity of the glue liquid by adopting a viscometer;
step S600: and performing secondary quality judgment according to the viscosity degree.
7. The process for screening soluble and highly viscous polyvinyl alcohol according to claim 6, wherein: in the step S100, 5 kg of polyvinyl alcohol is required to be taken and soaked in 40 kg of normal temperature water.
