The invention provides a water-based epoxy concrete additive and a preparation method thereof, wherein the components comprise water-based epoxy resin, a curing agent, water, cement and sand stone.

The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a water-based epoxy concrete additive and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Cement mortar and concrete are one of the most important civil engineering materials in the present generation, and at present, the cement mortar and the concrete are easy to crack after being dehydrated and are not easy to be solidified in the using process. And the mechanical property, bonding strength, impermeability and corrosion resistance of the cement mortar or concrete are required to be improved.

A preparation method of a water-based epoxy concrete additive and a preparation method thereof is characterized in that: the method comprises the following operation steps:
s1, proportioning: weighing the components of the waterborne epoxy resin, the waterborne epoxy curing agent, water, cement, sand and stone strictly by using a weighing tool according to the mixture ratio of the product;
s2, mixing: respectively scooping the water-based epoxy mixture mixed by the water-based epoxy resin and the curing agent, fully stirring the water-based epoxy resin and the water-based epoxy curing agent of the water-based epoxy mixture for 5-10 minutes by using a low-speed stirrer until the water-based epoxy mixture becomes white and uniform, no obvious mark exists during stirring, no viscous feeling exists during cleaning of tools and containers, and then adding water while stirring;
s3, mixing amount: mixing the aqueous epoxy mixture, cement and sand and stones and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed cement mortar;
s4, construction: cleaning dust residues on an old interface in advance, keeping the interface dry, brushing the old interface once by using an aqueous epoxy diluent, and then constructing the cement mortar;
s5, maintenance: spraying a water-based epoxy diluent on the surface after initial setting.
The invention is further configured to: the waterborne epoxy diluent is prepared by mixing waterborne epoxy resin, a waterborne epoxy curing agent and water, wherein the mass ratio of the waterborne epoxy resin to the waterborne epoxy curing agent to the water is 1: 1.3: 3 to 5.

(2) According to the water-based epoxy concrete additive and the preparation method thereof, provided by the invention, water is used as a dispersion medium, so that the water-based epoxy concrete additive has the characteristics of environmental protection, no toxicity or harm to human bodies, no flammability, and convenience in storage and transportation; the durability is excellent, and the mechanical property, the bonding strength, the anti-permeability performance and the corrosion resistance of the cement mortar or the concrete are obviously improved after the cement mortar or the concrete is added; can be cured in the severe environments of drying, low temperature, humidity, underwater and the like, and has the characteristic of excellent wet surface bonding performance.
