Abstract
本发明公开了一种表层为不燃超细纤维层的高温过滤材料及其制备方法,从迎尘面依次包括不燃超细纤维层、细旦纤维层、基布层、粗旦纤维层。本发明的高温过滤材料具有三维非对称梯度互嵌喇叭型结构、迎尘面不燃性、孔隙率高等优异特性,可实现高过滤精度、低粉尘排放,防止“火星”烧袋等优异特性;该高温过滤材料制备过程简单、使用寿命长,易于实现工业化,适用于工况温度高、有带“火星”颗粒、粉尘含量大、过滤精度要求高等复杂工况烟气过滤,可完全避免“火星”烧袋的风险,安全性高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种专用于带“火星”烟尘治理的过滤材料,尤其涉及一种表层为不燃超细纤维层的高温过滤材料及其制备方法,属新材料技术领域。
背景技术
为打赢“蓝天保卫战”,国家在煤改电、煤改气方面下了很大的功夫,投入大量的资金,治理使用散煤和中小燃煤锅炉,但通过实践发现,实施的重点、难点都在农村,实践证明在农村“煤改生物质”才是真正适合我们中国国情和乡情的路线。目前,生物质热电联产已发展成非常成熟的产业,在一些国家已经成为占有主导地位的发电和供热方式。2019年,我国新增生物质发电装机4.75GW,累计装机规模达到22.54GW。随着《北方地区冬季清洁取暖规划(2017~2021年)》的实施,生物质发电从最初的单纯发电逐步为热电联产模式所替代,也因为燃烧效率高供能可靠性高而成为目前各类生物质能应用方式中最普遍、最有效和经济最可行的方法。然而,在生物质燃烧后产生的烟尘颗粒很细且经常带有 “火星”,导致生物质锅炉布袋除尘器经常发生“烧袋”现象,不仅导致烟气排放超标,还给生物质电厂造成巨大的换袋成本。
预氧丝纤维作为一种不燃纤维,有文献报道已有用于过滤材料,但因预氧丝纤维纤维细、易产生静电,目前仅将预氧丝纤维与其他纤维混合,添加比例有限,且混合均匀度较差,无法完全发挥其不燃性能。预氧丝纤维静电很大,很难单独梳理成独立一层,本发明的创新在于解决预氧丝静电大难题,通过离子风机辅助抗静电剂处理的新工艺,成功将预氧丝单组分梳理成网,并通过不同纤维纤度大小的合理配置,设计了三维非对称梯度互嵌喇叭结构,既解决预氧丝纤维无法单独成网的难题,又充分利用了预氧丝超细纤维的优异过滤特性,通过特殊固结工艺实现了滤料三维非对称互嵌融合的喇叭型结构,消除了多层间的界面效应,既提高了过滤精度又显著降低了滤料的运行阻力,完美解决了过滤效率与阻力的矛盾,实现了高效低阻的过滤结构。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明旨在提供一种表层为不燃超细纤维层的耐高温超净过滤材料,以满足生物质锅炉烟尘治理领域对防“火星”烧袋、高过滤精度等性能可靠过滤材料的需求。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种表层为不燃超细纤维层的耐高温超净过滤材料,从迎尘面依次包括不燃超细纤维层、细旦纤维层、基布层、粗旦纤维层,且层间互嵌融合,孔隙迎尘面向净气面由小变大的喇叭型结构。
所述不燃超细纤维层为预氧丝超细纤维层,纤维纤度为0.5dtex~1.1dtex,纤维长度38mm~76mm,纤维层克重为100~200g/m2。所述预氧丝超细纤维层由短纤维经离子风机辅于抗静电剂进行消静电处理后开松、梳理成网、预针刺形成素毡。
所述细旦纤维规格为1.67dtex~2.2dtex,纤维长度38mm~76mm;基布层克重为100-140 g/m2,粗旦纤维规格为3.3dtex~7.8dtex,纤维长度38mm~76mm;此三层的材质可以根据产品设计需要选用聚苯硫醚纤维(PPS)、聚酰亚胺纤维(PI或P84)、聚醚酰亚胺纤维(PEI)、玻璃纤维(GF)、芳纶纤维(MX)、芳砜纶(PSA)、聚芳噁二唑(POD)、聚四氟乙烯纤维(PTFE)中的一种或多种纤维混合。
所述表层为不燃超细纤维层的耐高温超净过滤材料的具体制备步骤如下:
(1)控制生产车间湿度大于65%、温度为20~30℃,优选为湿度70%,温度为25℃,将抗静电剂均匀地喷洒在预氧丝纤维上并置于铁桶内放置2小时,对梳理机、铺网机进行接地充分放电;
(2)将静置后的预氧丝纤维在离子风机作用下开松后喂入梳理机梳理再进入铺网机,形成毛网,控制单层毛网重量120±20g/m2;
(3)将单层毛网送入针刺机进行针刺固结形成素毡1备用,针刺密度为220~260针/cm2,针刺深度为7~10mm,纤网牵伸比例控制在5~15%;
(4)采用双梳双铺针刺生产线制备上层纤度为1.67dtex~2.2dtex dtex的细旦纤维层、中间基布层、下层纤度为3.3dtex~7.8dtex的粗旦纤维层,通过常规的梳理、铺网、针刺形成素毡2备用;
(5)将素毡1作为上层、素毡2作为下层,一并喂入第一道针刺机进行复合形成复合素毡,将复合素毡连续喂入高压水刺生产线或四针板针刺生产线,按设计成品克重高低选择针刺工艺或高压水刺固结工艺,克重低于550g/m2的产品选择高压水刺固结工艺进行正反两面喷刺,其中位于基布层上面的第一、第二层固结采用高压高密工艺,即经采用孔径为0.011mm双排水针板,进行至少3道喷刺,水刺压力320~380bar,确保第一、第二层与基布层互嵌融合;第四层固结采用孔径为0.012mm单排水针板,进行至少2道喷刺,水刺压力为280~350bar,确保第四层与基布层互嵌融合;最后1道采用孔径0.01mm双排水针板,水刺压力为200bar进行对第一层的修面处理后,最终形成所述的高温过滤材料;将克重大于等于550g/m2的产品选择高频多针板复刺工艺进行反复固结,即上下各2块针板的四针板针刺机进行固结,第一、第二层与基布层固结由上2块针板进行,刺针为32-42号螺旋针,确保三层纤维互嵌融合;第四层与基布层固结由下2块针板进行,采用工作部位为等边三角形的32-38号刺针,确保第四层与基布层互嵌融合;固结后进行第一层的修面处理后形成所述高温过滤材料。两种工艺制成的过滤材料需经热定型、烧毛处理等后处理。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明的高温过滤材料由于引入的表层不燃超细纤维具有不燃性、极小线密度,高比表面积,制成的滤料具有比表面积大、孔隙率高、孔径小、透气性好、过滤性能优等特性,可实现防“烧袋”、表层过滤效果好,易清灰、使用寿命长等优点。本发明的高温过滤材料制备技术与现有技术对比,采用双梳双铺(指两套并联的梳理机+铺网机)工艺替代单梳单铺,大幅提升生产效率的同时,易于实现多层纤维的梯度结构(不同纤维层纤维的细度不同),过程简单、产品多样化,易于实现工业化,适用于生物质锅炉尾气“带火星”烟尘、工况温度高、粉尘含量大、过滤精度要求高等复杂工况烟气过滤,解决了长期困扰生物质锅炉“烧袋”难题,实现了布袋除尘器长期安全稳定运行。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
实施例1
如图1所示,本发明的一种表层为不燃超细纤维层的耐高温超净过滤材料,从迎尘面依次包括预氧丝纤度为1.1dtex克重为120 g/m2的超细纤维层、PPS纤度为2.2dtex克重为115 g/m2的的细旦纤维层、克重为120g/m2的PTFE基布层、PPS纤度为3.3dtex克重为180g/m2的粗旦纤维层。
具体的实施过程为:
(1)根据预氧丝纤维细度小、静电大等纤维特性,优选控制生产车间湿度为大于70%、温度为25℃,将抗静电剂均匀地喷洒在预氧丝纤维上并置于铁桶内放置2小时;对梳理机、铺网机等设备进行接地放电;
(2)将静置后的预氧丝纤维在离子风机作用下开松后喂入梳理机梳理再进入铺网机,形成毛网,控制单层毛网重量120g/m2;
(3)将单层毛网送入针刺机进行针刺固结形成素毡1备用,针刺密度为260针/cm2,针刺深度为8mm,纤网牵伸比例控制在8%;
(4)采用双梳双铺针刺生产线制备上层为PPS纤度为2.2dtex、单层毛网重量为115g/m2细旦纤维层、中间克重为120 g/m2的PTFE基布层、下层为PPS纤维纤度为3.3dtex,单层毛网克重为180 g/m2的粗旦纤维层,通过常规的梳理、铺网、针刺形成素毡2备用;
(5)将素毡1作为上层、素毡2作为下层一并喂入第一道针刺机进行复合形成复合素毡,将复合素毡连续喂入高压水刺生产线,选择高压水刺工艺进行正反两面喷刺,其中位于基布上面的第一、第二层固结采用高压高密工艺,即经采用孔径为0.011mm双排水针板,进行3道喷刺,水刺压力分别为320、350、380bar,确保第一、第二层纤维与基布层互嵌融合;第四层固结采用孔径为0.012mm单排水针板,进行2道喷刺,水刺压力分别为320、340bar,确保第四层与基布层互嵌融合;最后1道采用孔径0.01mm双排水针板,水刺压力为200bar进行对第一层纤维层的修面处理后,最终形成本发明过滤材料;制成的过滤材料需经热定型、烧毛处理等后处理。
实施例2
一种表层为不燃超细纤维层的耐高温超净过滤材料,从迎尘面依次包括预氧丝纤度为1.1dtex克重为140 g/m2的超细纤维层、PPS纤度为2.2dtex克重为150 g/m2的细旦纤维层、克重为130g/m2的PTFE基布层、PPS纤度为3.3dtex克重为180 g/m2的粗旦纤维层。
具体的实施过程为:
(1)根据预氧丝纤维细度小、静电大等纤维特性,优选控制生产车间湿度为大于70%、温度为25℃,将抗静电剂均匀地喷洒在预氧丝纤维上并置于铁桶内放置2小时;对梳理机、铺网机等设备进行接地放电;
(2)将静置后的预氧丝纤维在离子风机作用下开松后喂入梳理机梳理再进入铺网机,形成毛网,控制单层毛网重量140g/m2;
(3)将单层毛网送入针刺机进行针刺固结形成素毡1备用,针刺密度为260针/cm2,针刺深度为8mm,纤网牵伸比例控制在8%;
(4)采用双梳双铺针刺生产线制备上层为PPS纤度为2.2dtex、克重为150 g/m2的细旦纤维层、克重为130g/m2的中间PTFE基布层、下层为PPS纤维纤度为3.3dtex、克重为180g/m2的粗旦纤维层,通过常规的梳理、铺网、针刺形成素毡2备用;
(5)将素毡1作为上层、素毡2作为下层一并喂入第一道针刺机进行复合形成复合素毡,将复合素毡连续喂入四针板针刺生产线,选择高频多针板复刺工艺进行反复固结,即上下各2块针板的四针板针刺机进行固结,第一、第二层与基布层固结由上2块针板进行,刺针为38号螺旋针,针刺密度为800针/cm2,针刺深度为12mm;确保三层纤维互嵌融合;第四层与基布层固结由下2块针板进行,采用工作部位为等边三角形的35号刺针,针刺密度为800针/cm2,针刺深度为10mm,确保第四层与基布层互嵌融合;固结后优选三角锥型的36号针采用高密浅刺工艺进行第一层的修面处理后,高密浅刺工艺为针刺密度为200针/cm2,针刺深度为5mm,形成本发明过滤材料,制成的过滤材料需经热定型、烧毛处理等后处理。
对比例1
传统多层结构对比样,从迎尘面依次包括预氧丝与PPS纤维混合层,预氧丝纤度为1.1dtex混合重量比例为40%,PPS纤度为2.2dtex,混合重量比例为60%,混合纤维层克重为120 g/m2、PPS纤度为2.2dtex克重为115 g/m2的细旦纤维层、克重为120g/m2的PTFE基布层、PPS纤度为3.3dtex克重为180 g/m2的粗旦纤维层。
具体的实施过程为:
(1)将1.1dtex预氧丝纤维与2.2dtex PPS纤维按4:6比例手工混合,送入开松机开松后喂入梳理机梳理再进入铺网机,形成毛网,控制单层毛网重量120g/m2;
(3)将单层毛网送入针刺机进行针刺固结形成素毡1备用,针刺密度为240针/cm2,针刺深度为8mm,纤网牵伸比例控制在8%;
(4)采用双梳双铺针刺生产线制备上层纤度为2.2dtex、克重为150 g/m2的PPS细旦纤维层、克重为130g/m2的中间PTFE基布层、下层纤维纤度为3.3dtex、克重为180 g/m2的PPS粗旦纤维层,通过常规的梳理、铺网、针刺形成素毡2备用;
(5)将素毡1作为上层、素毡2作为下层一并喂入高压水刺生产线,采用孔径为0.012mm双排水针板,进行4道正反两面喷刺,水刺压力分别为280、300、320和380bar,最后1道采用孔径0.01mm单排水针板,水刺压力为180bar进行对第一层纤维层的修面处理后,最终形对比样1;制成的过滤材料需经热定型、烧毛处理等后处理。
对比例2
传统多层结构对比样,从迎尘面依次包括预氧丝与PPS纤维混合层,预氧丝纤度为1.1dtex混合重量比例为30%,PPS纤度为2.2dtex,混合重量比例为70%,混合纤维层克重为140 g/m2、PPS纤度为2.2dtex克重为150 g/m2的细旦纤维层、克重为130g/m2的PTFE基布层、PPS纤度为3.3dtex克重为180 g/m2的粗旦纤维层。
具体的实施过程为:
(1)将1.1dtex预氧丝纤维与2.2dtex PPS纤维按3:7比例手工混合,送入开松机开松后喂入梳理机梳理再进入铺网机,形成毛网,控制单层毛网重量140g/m2;
(3)将单层毛网送入针刺机进行针刺固结形成素毡1备用,针刺密度为240针/cm2,针刺深度为9mm,纤网牵伸比例控制在8%;
(4)采用双梳双铺针刺生产线制备上层为PPS纤度为2.2dtex、克重为150 g/m2的细旦纤维层、克重为130g/m2的中间PTFE基布层、下层为PPS纤维纤度为3.3dtex、克重为180g/m2的粗旦纤维层,通过常规的梳理、铺网、针刺形成素毡2备用;
(5)将素毡1作为上层、素毡2作为下层一并喂入第一道针刺机进行复合形成复合素毡,将复合素毡连续喂入单板针刺生产线,选择正反四道针刺工艺进行反复固结,刺针为36号等边三角形针,正面针刺密度为700针/cm2,针刺深度为8mm;反面针刺密度为700针/cm2深度为6mm,固结后形成对比样2,制成的对比样需经热定型、烧毛处理等后处理。

Claims (1)
1.一种表层为不燃超细纤维层的高温过滤材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述高温过滤材料从迎尘面依次包括不燃超细纤维层、细旦纤维层、基布层、粗旦纤维层;
所述不燃超细纤维层为预氧丝超细纤维层,纤维纤度为0.5dtex~1.1dtex,纤维长度38mm~76mm,纤维层克重为100~200g/m2;所述细旦纤维规格为1.67dtex~2.2dtex,纤维长度38mm~76mm;基布层克重为100-140 g/m2,粗旦纤维规格为3.3dtex~7.8dtex,纤维长度38mm~76mm;此三层的材质根据产品设计需要选用包括但不限于聚苯硫醚纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、聚醚酰亚胺纤维、玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维、芳砜纶、聚芳噁二唑纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维中的一种或多种纤维混合;
所述表层为不燃超细纤维层的高温过滤材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)控制生产车间湿度大于65%、温度为20~30℃,将抗静电剂均匀地喷洒在预氧丝纤维上并置于铁桶内放置2小时,对梳理机、铺网机进行接地充分放电;
(2)将静置后的预氧丝纤维在离子风机作用下进行开松后喂入梳理机梳理后进入铺网机,形成毛网,控制单层毛网重量120±20g/m2;
(3)将单层毛网送入针刺机进行针刺固结形成素毡1备用,针刺密度为220~260针/cm2,针刺深度为7~10mm,纤网牵伸比例控制在5~15%;
(4)采用双梳双铺针刺生产线制备上层纤度为1.67dtex~2.2dtex dtex的细旦纤维层、中间基布层、下层纤度为3.3dtex~7.8dtex的粗旦纤维层,通过常规的梳理、铺网、针刺形成素毡2备用;
(5)将素毡1作为上层、素毡2作为下层,一并喂入第一道针刺机进行复合形成复合素毡,将复合素毡连续喂入高压水刺生产线或四针板针刺生产线,按设计成品克重高低选择针刺工艺或高压水刺固结工艺,克重低于550g/m2的产品选择高压水刺固结工艺进行正反两面喷刺,其中位于基布层上面的第一、第二层固结采用高压高密工艺,即经采用孔径为0.011mm双排水针板,进行至少3道喷刺,水刺压力320~380bar,确保第一、第二层与基布层互嵌融合;第四层固结采用孔径为0.012mm单排水针板,进行至少2道喷刺,水刺压力为280~350bar,确保第四层与基布层互嵌融合;最后1道采用孔径0.01mm双排水针板,水刺压力为200bar进行对第一层的修面处理后,最终形成所述的高温过滤材料;将克重大于等于550g/m2的产品选择高频多针板复刺工艺进行反复固结,即上下各2块针板的四针板针刺机进行固结,第一、第二层与基布层固结由上2块针板进行,刺针为32-42号螺旋针,确保三层纤维互嵌融合;第四层与基布层固结由下2块针板进行,采用工作部位为等边三角形的32-38号刺针,确保第四层与基布层互嵌融合;固结后选三角锥型的36号针采用高密浅刺工艺进行第一层的修面处理后形成所述高温过滤材料。
