本发明公开了一种脱硫石膏渣与废弃镁铬耐火砖协同处置综合回收的方法,包括以下步骤:1)重选回收贵重金属;2)氯盐浸出回收铬;3)还原焙烧硫化钙;4)硫化钙制气;5)针铁矿法回收铁;6)蒸发结晶回收镁。本发明中浸出剂采用了盐酸加氯化铁浸出,引入Fe3+氧化剂提高浸出体系电位促进Sb的浸出,因而在本发明中Sb浸出率达到92%左右,Pb、Bi浸出率大于98%,大大提高了Sb、Pb、Bi的浸出率。更近一步而言,本发明盐酸加氯化铁法,使获得铬产品Cr2O3含量≥45%,Cu、Ag、Sb、Pb、Bi等杂质金属含量小于1%,大大提高了铬产品的品质和有价金属的浸出率。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于固废处理技术领域,具体涉及一种脱硫石膏渣与废弃镁铬耐火砖协同处置综合回收的方法。
背景技术
镁铬耐火砖因其优良的抗渣性被广泛的应用于有色冶炼等高温工业,而且目前尚没有其他耐火材料可以替代。随着我国有色金属产量日益增大,对镁铬耐火材料的需求也与日俱增,有色冶炼炉内条件复杂,炉内耐火材料工作面直接与各种氧化物熔渣、金属熔体、硫化物熔体接触,冶炼过程中可能还会产生二氧化硫等气体,整个冶炼炉内是一个固液气三相相互作用的复杂体系,因此有色冶炼耐火材料使用寿命短,更换频率快。国内外研究表明,耐火材料在使用过程中的损毁主要是受到化学因素、热力学因素和机械因素等三方面作用而导致的,且三种因素并非单一作用,而是相互作用直接导致了耐火材料工作面被侵蚀损毁,镁铬耐火砖在严苛的使用环境下寿命较短,因此废弃镁铬耐火砖也日益增多。全世界耐火材料年产量约为3500-4000万吨,在使用过程中有30-40%损耗,因此全世界每年产生的废弃耐火材料可达2800万吨。有色金属冶炼的原料品位相对较低,冶炼过程中会有大量的碱性渣产生,因此抗碱渣性能较好的镁铬耐火砖是冶炼炉必不可少的耐火材料。但是因冶炼炉内环境复杂,炉内耐火材料工作面直接与各种氧化物熔渣、金属熔体、硫化物熔体接触,在化学因素、热力学因素和机械因素等三方面作用的影响下,有色冶炼用镁铬耐火材料使用寿命一般为3-6个月。据统计,我国有色金属冶炼行业每年约产生400万吨的废弃镁铬砖,目前工业上大多是采用填埋处置、手选后冶炼、用作建材等方式处理,资源综合利用率低还可能产生二次污染。
烟气脱硫石膏,简称FGD石膏,俗称脱硫石膏,主要是火电厂、冶炼厂以及大型企业锅炉燃烧采用湿法脱硫工艺处理,将SO2气体与石灰浆在强氧化条件下反应生成的工业副产物,其颜色多呈白色和灰黄色,主要成分为二水硫酸钙,同时含有碳酸钙、亚硫酸钙及其他杂质。其主要化学反应如式为
CaO+SO2+0.5O2+2H2O→CaSO4·2H2O
最近几年随着世界各国对环保要求的提高及经济快速的发展,工业副产石膏的量逐年递增。综合利用工业副产石膏,不仅可以减少天然石膏的开釆,使得经济能可持续发展,而且对全球生态环境的保护也有着十分重要的意义。脱硫石膏作为烧结烟气脱硫产物是工业副产石膏中的重要组成部分,预计到2020年左右,中国每年排放出的脱硫石膏将达1×108吨以上。对于我国来说就显得尤其重要,因为我国的工业起步比较晚,基础比较薄弱,粗放式快速的经济发展模式已经对我国的生态环境造成了很大的影响,相关的工业副产石膏利用技术及设备都没有得到有效的开发和利用。
现有一些专利和研究主要集中在废弃耐火砖有价金属回收和耐火材料再生两个方面,而脱硫石膏利用主要集中在水泥等低附加值利用方式,缺少全流程无害化资源化综合回收利用的技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种综合利用率高、经济效益好、不产生二次污染、适用性强的脱硫石膏渣与废弃镁铬耐火砖协同处置综合回收的方法。
本发明这种脱硫石膏渣与废弃镁铬耐火砖协同处置综合回收的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)重选回收贵重金属:将废弃镁铬耐火砖进行破碎磨细后,采用摇床重选,得到重选精矿和重选尾矿,重选精矿用于回收贵重金属银;
2)氯盐浸出回收铬:将步骤1)中重选尾矿进行浸出,浸出流程中采用含氯盐+盐酸的溶液作为浸出剂;浸出完毕后,得到浸出渣和浸出液;浸出渣中主要含有铬铁可作铬铁矿产品;
3)还原焙烧硫化钙:将脱硫石膏渣和还原剂以一定比例混匀,然后将物料置于真空还原炉中进行干燥脱水,然后升温进行还原硫化焙烧,还原为硫化钙;
4)硫化钙制气:将水和步骤3)中的硫化钙在固液发生器中进行混合,固液发生器所产生的硫化氢气体用于步骤2)中的浸出液进行沉淀反应回收杂质金属;固液发生器中产生的氧化钙可作为氧化钙产品;
5)针铁矿法回收铁:对步骤4)中去除了杂质金属的浸出液采用针铁矿法回收铁;得到铁产品和除铁后的浸出液;
6)蒸发结晶回收镁:对步骤5)中除铁后的浸出液进行蒸发结晶回收镁。
所述步骤1)中,废弃镁铬耐火砖破碎至3mm以下,再磨矿至细度为-0.074mm占60~70%,采用摇床重选一粗一扫一精闭路流程。
所述步骤2)中,浸出剂中盐酸的浓度为4~5mol/L,氯盐为氯化铁,浸出剂中氯化铁的质量百分比为2~5%;浸出过程中的液固比(质量比)为(5~7):1;浸出温度60~80℃,浸出时间1.0~2.0h,搅拌强度400~500r/min。
所述步骤3)中,还原剂为碳质还原剂,脱硫石膏渣与还原剂质量比为100:15~30;还原硫化温度为850~1150℃,反应时间为30~120min;所述的碳质还原剂为粉煤、焦炭、木炭、无烟煤中的一种或多种。
所述步骤4)中,焙烧产物中的硫化钙细磨至0.1mm占85%,采用水溶液进行硫化氢制备,反应时间30~60min,硫化氢气体用于去除废弃耐火砖浸出液的杂质金属,生成的钙质溶液可返回用于冶炼脱硫过程。
所述步骤5)中,针铁矿法回的铁,具体工艺条件为:维持pH至3.5~4.0,双氧水用量15~20%(相对于去除了杂质金属的浸出液的质量百分比),反应温度75~85℃,反应时间3~4h;浸出后过滤,浸出渣为针铁矿,而浸出液中基本为含镁溶液。
所述步骤6)中,所述蒸发结晶回收镁的具体工艺为:向除铁后的浸出液中缓慢添加氢氧化镁调节含镁溶液pH至7.0~7.5,最后通过蒸发结晶冷却可回收金属镁。
本发明的原理:
银冶炼、铅冶炼等贵重金属冶炼炉的废弃耐火砖中含有大量Ag、Pb等贵重金属,其潜在经济价值巨大。耐火砖的成分主要是方镁石和铬尖晶石,贵重金属与耐火砖基质的密度差异较大,因此可以通过摇床重选首先回收贵重金属,贵重金属在重选精矿中富集回收。
重选尾矿中除了耐火砖基质外还含有少量Pb、Bi、Sb、Cu、Ag等杂质金属。其中,铬主要以铬铁矿的形式存在铬尖晶石难熔于酸,方镁石易溶于酸,杂质金属主要以单质和氧化物形式存在,易溶于高氯离子浓度的酸性溶液。因此,采用氯化酸性浸出的工艺可实现铬与镁及杂质金属的分离,从而使铬得以选择性富集回收。氯化物采用氯化铁,一方面提高氯离子浓度可促进Cu和Ag的浸出,另一方面引入Fe3+氧化剂提高浸出体系电位促进Sb的浸出。盐酸加氯化铁作为浸出剂可取得较高的镁和杂质金属浸出率,与此同时,铬很难被浸出,在浸出渣中得到富集且杂质金属含量很低,因此浸出渣可作为铬产品回收利用。
浸出液中主要是Mg和Cl,还有Fe和少量Pb、Bi、Sb、Cu、Ag等杂质金属离子。这些金属离子都易与硫化氢发生反应,形成硫化物沉淀。而脱硫石膏渣经碳碳热还原为硫化钙,硫化钙与水反应生产硫化氢和CaO,硫化氢可以用于选择性沉淀浸出液中的贵重金属,而生成的氧化钙产品可回收返回用于冶炼厂烟气脱硫过程,因此可以将两种废弃物协同处置,其发生的主要反应如下:
CaSO4+2C=CaS+2CO2
CaS+H2O=CaO+H2S↑
Me2++H2S=MeS↓+2H+
经硫化氢气体沉淀后的溶液中已基本不含杂质离子,只剩下镁、铁,利用针铁矿法回收铁,发生的主要反应如下:Fe3++2H2O=FeOOH↓+3H+。除铁浸出液再用氢氧化镁调节溶液pH至7.0左右,最后再蒸发结晶即可制得氯化镁产品。
本发明的有益效果:
1)本发明首先采用了重选工艺回收贵重金属银,避免后期浸出工艺中银大量存在于浸出液中,难以与其他金属分离,回收工艺成熟且成本较低,减轻了后续处理压力。
2)本发明中浸出剂采用了盐酸加氯化铁浸出,引入Fe3+氧化剂提高浸出体系电位促进Sb的浸出,因而在本发明中Sb浸出率达到92%左右,Pb、Bi浸出率大于98%,大大提高了Sb、Pb、Bi的浸出率。更近一步而言,本发明盐酸加氯化铁法,使获得铬产品Cr2O3含量≥45%,Cu、Ag、Sb、Pb、Bi等杂质金属含量小于1%,大大提高了铬产品的品质和有价金属的浸出率。
3)本专利采用脱硫石膏渣还原焙烧硫化沉淀法产生的H2S气体去除浸出液的杂质金属,杂质去除率高,氧化钙溶液可返回冶炼脱硫过程,过程无二次污染;更进一步而言,本发明的方法同时实现了两种废料的循环再利用,效果非常显著。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实例对本发明内容进一步说明,但不会限制本发明权利要求保护范围。本发明的工艺流程图如图1所示,具体件实施例。
实施例1
本实施例所用的脱硫石膏渣和冶炼炉废弃镁铬耐火砖来自株洲某大型锌冶炼厂,其具体成分分别见表1和表2,脱硫石膏渣主要成分为二水合硫酸钙,二水合硫酸钙含量为96.77%。

一种冶炼炉脱硫石膏渣和废弃镁铬耐火砖协同处置的方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)采用该废弃镁铬耐火砖,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占70%的条件下进行一粗一扫一精摇床分选作业,重选精矿过滤烘干得到银精矿。

(2)重选尾矿在盐酸浓度4mol/L、液固比7:1、氯化铁添加量4%、浸出温度70℃、搅拌强度500r/min的条件下浸出反应1.5h,过滤烘干得到浸出渣铬铁矿。

(3)将脱硫石膏渣与碳质还原剂(本实施例中采用的粉煤)以一定比例(5:1)混匀,然后经布料机将物料均匀布置在钢带炉的钢带上,物料在氮气保护气氛下,控制焙烧温度为1100℃进行还原硫化焙烧2h。硫化钙转化率为96%。将焙烧产物硫化钙与水置于反应釜中,所产生气体通入上述浸出液,钙质溶液可返回用于冶炼脱硫过程,反应时长1h,杂质去除率如下:
(4)用氢氧化镁调节上述浸出液pH至4.0,在85℃的条件下滴加15%双氧水反应4h,过滤烘干得到针铁矿渣。所得铁渣经XRF分析,Fe品位为57.78%,Fe品位较高,经处理可作为炼铁原料,也可用于制备氯化铁、铁粉等,从而可实现铁在整个工艺中的循环。
(5)除铁后的浸出液再蒸发结晶得到氯化镁,所得氯化镁为六水合氯化镁(MgCl2·6H2O),结晶度较高,最终所制得氯化镁品质较好,可作为工业用氯化镁。
上述数据表明,通过脱硫石膏渣与废弃镁铬耐火砖的协同处置能够实现银、铁、钙、硫、铬、镁等资源的综合回收,无二次污染,过程产生物质高效清洁化利用。
Claims (5)
1.一种脱硫石膏渣与废弃镁铬耐火砖协同处置综合回收的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)重选回收贵重金属:将废弃镁铬耐火砖进行破碎磨细后,采用摇床重选,得到重选精矿和重选尾矿,重选精矿用于回收贵重金属银;
2)氯盐浸出回收铬:将步骤1)中重选尾矿进行浸出,浸出流程中采用含氯盐+盐酸的溶液作为浸出剂;浸出完毕后,得到浸出渣和浸出液;浸出渣中主要含有铬铁可作铬铁矿产品;
3)还原焙烧硫化钙:将脱硫石膏渣和还原剂以一定比例混匀,然后将物料置于真空还原炉中进行干燥脱水,然后升温进行还原硫化焙烧,还原为硫化钙;
4)硫化钙制气:将水和步骤3)中的硫化钙在固液发生器中进行混合,固液发生器所产生的硫化氢气体步骤2)中的浸出液进行沉淀反应回收杂质金属;固液发生器中产生的氧化钙可作为氧化钙产品;
5)针铁矿法回收铁:对步骤4)中去除了杂质金属的浸出液采用针铁矿法回收铁;得到铁产品和除铁后的浸出液;
6)蒸发结晶回收镁:对步骤5)中除铁后的浸出液进行蒸发结晶回收镁;
步骤2)中,浸出剂中盐酸的浓度为4~5mol/L,氯盐为氯化铁,浸出剂中氯化铁的质量百分比为2~5%;浸出过程中的液固比为(5~7):1;浸出温度60~80℃,浸出时间1.0~2.0h,搅拌强度400~500r/min;

2.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫石膏渣与废弃镁铬耐火砖协同处置综合回收的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中,还原剂为碳质还原剂,脱硫石膏渣与还原剂质量比为100:15~30;还原硫化温度为850~1150℃,反应时间为30~120min;所述的碳质还原剂为粉煤、焦炭、木炭、无烟煤中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫石膏渣与废弃镁铬耐火砖协同处置综合回收的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中,焙烧产物中的硫化钙细磨至0.1mm占85%,采用水溶液进行硫化氢制备,反应时间30~60min,硫化氢气体用于去除废弃耐火砖浸出液的杂质金属,钙质溶液可返回用于冶炼脱硫过程。
4.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫石膏渣与废弃镁铬耐火砖协同处置综合回收的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤5)中,针铁矿法回的铁,具体工艺条件为:维持pH至3.5~4.0,双氧水用量为15~20%,反应温度75~85℃,反应时间3~4h;浸出后过滤,浸出渣为针铁矿,而浸出液中为含镁溶液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫石膏渣与废弃镁铬耐火砖协同处置综合回收的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤6)中,所述蒸发结晶回收镁的具体工艺为:向除铁后的浸出液中缓慢添加氢氧化镁调节含镁溶液pH至7.0~7.5,最后通过蒸发结晶冷却可回收金属镁。
