Background
In daily life, various solid particles, liquid stains and other pollution are inevitably generated on the surfaces of floors, various furniture and equipment, and a dry dust collector can be used for cleaning the solid pollution, but cannot clean the liquid or the stains after the liquid is dried; the surface cleaner specially aiming at the stains is required to be treated and cleaned, the working principle of the surface cleaner is similar to that of a dry dust collector, a main machine fan generates negative pressure air flow, liquid stains are extracted from the surface to be cleaned through a specific suction nozzle, the dirty liquid moves to a gas-liquid separator along with the air flow, the liquid is separated and collected into a dirt storage chamber, relatively dry gas enters the fan to normally circulate, and meanwhile, clear water or cleaning liquid can be added to the liquid or the dry stains before the suction nozzle sucks the dirt, so that the dirt can be effectively diluted and softened, and the follow-up extraction and cleaning are facilitated.
The existing surface cleaning equipment generally comprises a host machine and a control handle, wherein a clean water tank, a sewage tank, a suction unit and a water pump are arranged in the host machine, an inlet of the suction unit in the host machine is in butt joint with the sewage tank, the sewage tank is connected with the control handle through a pipe, so that fluid communication among the three is realized, a nozzle of the control handle is connected with the clean water tank through a liquid spraying pipe, the water pump is arranged on a water outlet pipeline of the clean water tank, and a trigger for controlling opening and closing of the nozzle is arranged on the control handle so as to control liquid spraying of the nozzle; when the main power switch of the main machine is closed to control the main machine to work, the suction unit and the water pump are in a working state at the same time, and because the work of the surface cleaning equipment is mainly performed through the suction unit, liquid spraying is performed in an auxiliary intermittent mode, however, the existing water pump and the suction unit are simultaneously opened and closed to improve energy consumption, meanwhile, the liquid spraying pipe and the nozzle are in a pressure state for a long time, the water pump works under a long-time load, the service lives of the liquid spraying pipe, the nozzle and the water pump can be greatly reduced, the water leakage problem is easily caused, and the cleaning equipment has an improved space.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides surface cleaning equipment which is simple and reasonable in structure, and can effectively utilize negative pressure generated in the suction process to control the water pump to be started and stopped, so that the instant control of the water pump is realized, the unnecessary work of the water pump is effectively avoided, the energy consumption is effectively reduced, and the service lives of the water pump, the spray pipe and the spray nozzle are prolonged.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a surface cleaning apparatus, comprising a control handle and a main machine, wherein the control handle is provided with a suction nozzle and a suction channel communicated with the suction nozzle, and a clean water tank, a sewage tank, a suction unit and a water pump are arranged in the main machine;

The surface cleaning apparatus of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, comprises a manipulating handle 100 and a main body 200, wherein the manipulating handle 100 comprises a suction nozzle 101 and a suction channel 102 connected with the suction nozzle 101, and the main body 200 comprises a sewage tank 8, a clean water tank 9, a suction unit 6 and a water pump 7, and the suction unit 6 is preferably a fan capable of generating suction; the suction port of the suction unit 6 is butted on the sewage tank 8, and the suction channel 102 of the control handle 100 is connected with the sewage tank 8 through a pipeline so as to realize sequential fluid communication among the control handle 100, the sewage tank 8 and the suction unit 6, so that the suction unit 6 generates suction force, and sewage or garbage can be sucked into the sewage tank 8 through the suction nozzle 101 of the control handle 100; the clean water tank 9 pumps the water or cleaning liquid therein to the control handle 100 through the water pump 7, and the control handle 100 sprays the water or cleaning liquid on the surface to be cleaned to achieve better cleaning effect.
Specifically, the control handle 100 is further provided with a nozzle 1, the nozzle 1 is connected with the clean water tank 9 through a liquid spraying pipe 4, and a water pump 7 is arranged on the liquid spraying pipe 4 to pump water or cleaning solution in the clean water tank 9 to the spray head; the water pump 7 is provided with an air pressure switch 10 for controlling the on-off, the air pressure switch 10 is in a normally open state, and the water pump 7 does not work; the suction channel 102 of the control handle 100 is internally provided with an air pressure control valve 2, the air pressure control valve 2 is in a normally closed state, the control handle 100 is provided with a control key 3 for controlling the opening and closing of the air pressure control valve 2, and the air pressure control valve 2 is connected with the air pressure switch 10 through an air pressure pipe 5; when the suction unit 6 works to generate suction force, the suction channel 102 of the control handle 100 is in a negative pressure state, so that when the air pressure control valve 2 is opened by pressing the control key 3, the negative pressure in the suction channel 102 acts on the air pressure switch 10 through the air pressure pipe 5 to enable the air pressure switch 10 to be closed, and the water pump 7 is started to work so as to pump water or cleaning liquid in the clean water tank 9 to the nozzle 1 to realize liquid spraying; when the acting force acting on the control key 3 is removed to enable the air pressure control valve 2 to be closed, so that the internal pressure difference of the air pressure switch 10 is recovered, the air pressure switch 10 is disconnected, the water pump 7 stops working, and the nozzle 1 stops spraying liquid; so effectively, ingenious the negative pressure that produces when having utilized surface cleaning equipment work, the purpose of controlling nozzle 1 hydrojet is reached through the opening and close of negative pressure control water pump 7, so greatly reduced the arrangement of the control line between control handle 100 and host computer 200, simplified the structure of control handle 100, improved the stability in use and the security of control handle 100.
