Referring to fig. 1-2, in one embodiment of the invention, a novel power supply system for a multifunctional intelligent pole is provided, wherein two or more power distribution boxes are externally connected to a low-voltage transformer substation, the novel power supply system comprises a power management device, the power management device comprises an intelligent power module and an illumination power management module which are arranged in each intelligent pole, the intelligent power module and the illumination power management module respectively supply power for illumination equipment and mounting equipment on the intelligent pole where the intelligent power module and the illumination power management module are located, one power distribution box is sequentially connected with each intelligent power module through the equipment power supply loop, the output phase lines of adjacent intelligent power modules are different, the illumination power supply loop is sequentially connected with each illumination power management module through the illumination power supply loop, and the output phase lines of adjacent illumination power management modules are different.
Specifically, the low-voltage power supply mode adopts three-phase five-wire system, and two blocks are externally connected to the low-voltage transformer substation, are equipment alternating current block terminal and illumination alternating current block terminal respectively, equipment alternating current block terminal connects equipment power supply return circuit for the equipment power supply of intelligent pole, illumination alternating current block terminal connects illumination power supply return circuit for the illumination power supply of intelligent pole. The equipment power supply loop and the illumination power supply loop are laid separately, so that the power utilization guarantee and safety of various functions of the intelligent pole on the main line are ensured. A cable is laid from the equipment alternating-current distribution box to the intelligent rod equipment bin terminal block, and another cable is laid from the lighting alternating-current distribution box to the special 4P leakage protection breaker for lighting in the intelligent rod. Two way 380V three-phase five-wire inlet wire, equipment power supply circuit or illumination power supply circuit wherein have a single-phase (A phase or B phase or C phase), zero line N and protection earth wire PE power distribution unit that advances directly, other two phases are through terminal bar or special 4P of illumination leakage protection circuit breaker connect to next intelligent pole excessively, and intelligent pole adopts hand-in-hand formula to connect the electricity, has ensured from intelligent pole body wiring line that every adjacent three intelligent pole is independent in the intelligent pole body, as long as main line is uninterrupted, and single intelligent pole outage does not influence other two, further ensures the stability and the security of power consumption.
The intelligent pole is provided with related mounting equipment through the intelligent power module, electromagnetic compatibility of the intelligent power module meets the 3-level index requirements in GB/T17626.2-2018, GB/T17626.5-2019 and GB/T17626.6-2017, meanwhile, the intelligent pole is provided with industrial grade wide temperature and humidity environment requirements, working temperature is-20 ℃ to 70 ℃, humidity is 5% -95% (no condensation), the protection level of the intelligent power module is not lower than IP20 if the intelligent power module is arranged in a equipment bin with a waterproof and dustproof design, the protection level of the intelligent power module is not lower than IP65 if the intelligent power module is directly hung outside, and the salt spray protection level is required to meet the GB/T10125-2012 and GB/T6461-2002 related requirements.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the power management device further includes a storage battery, where the storage battery is built in the intelligent pole, and the storage battery supplies power to the intelligent power module and the lighting power management module. The battery cabinet can also be externally arranged for long-time power backup.
In conclusion, the novel power supply system of the multifunctional intelligent pole is safe and reliable, and can meet the requirements of intelligent pole power supply with multiple scenes, high integration level, large power consumption requirement and complex environment.
Referring to fig. 1, in another embodiment of the present invention, the intelligent power module includes a power distribution unit, a lightning protection unit and a grounding unit, where the power distribution unit is connected to a power supply loop of a device and outputs a plurality of branches to supply power to each device mounted on an intelligent pole, the grounding unit is connected to a ground wire of each device mounted on the intelligent pole, the power distribution unit has one or more output voltages, the power distribution unit also supplies power to other devices, and the lightning protection unit is used to prevent lightning from striking the device mounted on the intelligent pole.
The intelligent bars are a plurality of intelligent bars A, an intelligent bar B, an intelligent bar C, an intelligent bar D and an intelligent bar M (M is a constant), each intelligent bar is internally provided with a power distribution unit, a power supply loop of the equipment AC distribution box is respectively connected with a wiring terminal at each intelligent bar, each power distribution unit is connected through the wiring terminal, and the power distribution units respectively supply power to the mounting equipment of the intelligent bar.
The lightning protection unit is configured to be connected with an output phase line and a zero line of each power distribution unit through one end of a ground wire, the other end of the ground wire is connected with a grounding bus bar, the grounding body is connected with a grounding body through the grounding bus bar, the grounding body is made of galvanized flat steel, the galvanized flat steel is inserted into a main bar body foundation, the grounding is required to pay attention to the safety of the grounding, the grounding protection measures of the bar body and related equipment are made, direct lightning is prevented, equipotential connection is adopted, and the exposed conductive parts of the intelligent bar, the equipment bin, the distribution box and the like are all connected with the PE wire grounding body, so that the grounding resistance value is required to meet the requirement after measurement.
The other devices mainly refer to special scenes such as 5G base stations of operators, video monitoring of public security, law enforcement video acquisition modules of traffic police and the like. The power distribution unit is powered by a plurality of shunt air switches, the air switches of corresponding equipment are only required to be disconnected during maintenance, the strong current input is provided with a main switch, the electric leakage monitoring and the electric leakage protection functions are realized, each mounting equipment is convenient to separate and maintain, the shunt protection switch is also realized, an electromagnetic residual current protector with an intelligent reclosing function is adopted, and the power supply circuit of each equipment module is orderly separated in a rod body, so that the safety of the strong and weak electric lines is ensured.
Referring to fig. 2, in another embodiment of the present invention, the lighting power management module includes a controller and a protection element, the lighting element is connected to a connection terminal of the lighting power supply circuit through the protection element, the controller is connected to the control center in a communication manner, and the control center controls the switch of the lighting element through the controller.
The lighting power supply loop supplies power to the lighting parts of the intelligent rods through the wiring terminals, namely, one phase line and one zero line are connected to an LED driving power supply of the lighting parts through the current action protection circuit breaker, the LED driving power supply drives the LED lamps to emit light, the lighting is realized, the LED driving power supply is connected with a controller (a single lamp controller) through an intelligent lighting control line, the single lamp controller is in communication connection with a control center, the control center controls the switch of each LED lamp through the single lamp controller, and the remote control is realized.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in another embodiment of the present invention, the intelligent power module is further connected with a metering module, the metering module respectively meters power consumption of each branch of the intelligent power module and is in communication connection with the control center, each branch of the intelligent power module is provided with an overload protection element, the overload protection element is used for disconnecting the branch after the metering value of the metering module exceeds a set threshold of the connected branch, and the set threshold is set according to rated power of the connected equipment.
The intelligent rods are 101 in number, the 101 intelligent rods are distributed on two adjacent roads in a connecting mode, 66 intelligent rods are distributed on the first road, 35 intelligent rods are distributed on the second road, and the average power consumption of each intelligent rod is 3KW.
The low-voltage power supply mode adopts a three-phase five-wire system, 0.4KV of a low-voltage transformer substation is selected to two terminal power connection switches 400A and 250A, one equipment main line power connection terminal 400A is paved with a cable to an equipment alternating current distribution box D01 with the capacity of 250A and is used for power supply of equipment of an intelligent rod, the equipment alternating current distribution box D01 is distributed to four cabling cables to supply power for 66 intelligent rod equipment on a first road, and the distribution cable is distributed to one cabling cable to supply power for 35 intelligent rod equipment on a second road. The other lighting main line connection terminal 250A is cabled to a 160A capacity lighting ac distribution box D02 for lighting power supply of the intelligent pole. The lighting alternating-current distribution box D02 is divided into two paths of cabling to supply power for 66 intelligent rods on the first path, and is divided into one path of cabling to supply power for 35 intelligent rods on the second path.
The intelligent pole equipment loop cable connects to equipment warehouse terminal row, 380V three-phase five-wire advances the body of rod, and wherein single-phase L1, zero line N, protection earth wire PE are corresponding to be inserted distribution unit and lightning protection unit, and the two phases of remaining are in the terminal row to cross to the next body of rod. The intelligent power supply has the advantages that the intelligent power supply module integrates the intelligent power supply through the rod body equipment bin, the intelligent power supply has multiple paths and multiple voltage level outputs, 220V alternating current input, 220V alternating current output, +12V direct current output, +24V direct current output, +48V direct current output and other voltage level outputs and multiple branch outputs in multiple formats are realized, the power supply modes of different application scenes are met, for example, scene modules such as urban broadcasting, LED information release screens, environment monitoring, meteorological monitoring and vehicle-road cooperation can be powered in a centralized manner by the intelligent power supply, operation and maintenance are managed in a unified manner, the integrated power supply module can be integrated to the greatest extent, the space and operation and maintenance cost of the rod body equipment bin are reduced, the power supply access efficiency of equipment is improved, and the electricity consumption condition of the rod body equipment is controlled more effectively.
The lightning protection unit is grounded by adopting a TN-S grounding system, a special PE wire (YJV-1 x 50mm 2) is laid on the whole connecting line of the equipment AC distribution box D01, a special PE wire (YJV-1 x 16mm 2) is laid on the whole connecting line of the lighting AC distribution box D02, the special PE wires (YJV-1 x 50mm 2) are laid on the whole connecting line of the equipment AC distribution box D01 and the lighting AC distribution box D02 to the intelligent rod equipment and the lighting power supply circuit, each intelligent rod is reliably grounded, the tail ends of the rod body and the circuit are connected to the grounding body through grounding bus bars, and finally the rod body basic main bars are connected.
In summary, the novel power supply system of the multifunctional intelligent pole is safe and reliable, and can meet the requirements of intelligent pole power supply for urban road construction with multiple scenes and large power consumption requirements.
The low-voltage power supply mode adopts a three-phase five-wire system, the low-voltage transformer substation is externally connected with two distribution boxes which are respectively an equipment alternating-current distribution box and an illumination alternating-current distribution box, the equipment alternating-current distribution box is connected with an equipment power supply loop and is used for equipment power supply of the intelligent rod, and the illumination alternating-current distribution box is connected with an illumination power supply loop and is used for illumination power supply of the intelligent rod. The equipment power supply loop and the illumination power supply loop are laid separately, so that the power utilization guarantee and safety of various functions of the intelligent pole on the main line are ensured. A cable is laid from the equipment alternating-current distribution box to the intelligent rod equipment bin terminal block, and another cable is laid from the lighting alternating-current distribution box to the special 4P leakage protection breaker for lighting in the intelligent rod. Two-way 380V three-phase five-wire inlet wire, one of the equipment power supply loop or the illumination power supply loop is provided with a single-phase (A or B or C), a zero wire and a protection ground wire PE (polyethylene) direct-feeding power distribution unit, and other two phases are connected to the next intelligent rod through a terminal block or a special 4P leakage protection circuit breaker for illumination.
