The assembly mistake proofing and quality fool-proofing management and control method according to claim 2, wherein the key component code comprises a compressor code, and after key component assembly is completed at a key component assembly point, key component information and complete machine information are obtained by scanning the key component code and the complete machine bar code of a product; if the key piece information is not matched with the complete machine information, marking that the key piece is abnormal in binding, specifically: after the compressor is assembled at the compressor assembling point, compressor information and complete machine information are obtained by scanning a compressor code and a complete machine bar code, and if the compressor information is not matched with the complete machine information, the abnormal binding of the compressor is marked.

The assembly mistake proofing and quality fool-proofing management and control method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of: and (4) determining whether the product is qualified or not by performing quality inspection on the product, and marking the product to be abnormal if the product is not qualified.
6. The assembly mistake proofing and quality fool-proofing management and control method according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized by further comprising the steps of: and (4) rechecking the repaired product, and deleting the product abnormal mark if the product is qualified by rechecking.
7. An assembly mistake proofing and quality fool proofing management and control device, the device includes:
the information acquisition module is used for scanning the bar code of the whole machine at the shunting point through scanning equipment to acquire the information of the whole machine;
and the shunting module is used for sending an abnormal signal to the PLC when the complete machine information contains abnormal information so as to enable the PLC to control the linkage line to shunt abnormal products to the repair line, wherein the abnormal information contains at least one of key piece binding abnormality and product abnormality.

The assembly mistake proofing and quality fool proofing management and control device of claim 7, further comprising: the key component binding and marking module is used for acquiring key component information and complete machine information by scanning a key component code and a complete machine bar code of a product after the key component assembly is finished at a key component assembly point; and if the key piece information is not matched with the complete machine information, marking that the key piece is abnormally bound.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program comprising at least one piece of code executable by a processor for implementing the method according to any one of claims 1-6.
