The drilling device 2 adopts a traction steel wire rope 131 to connect two forms of a punching grab bucket and a down-the-hole power drill bit 21; according to geological conditions, the ground level or upper soil layer belongs to various soft soil properties such as backfill soil, sandy soil, mucky soil and the like, the pile hole of the part adopts a punching grab bucket to punch and grab soil for many times to finish hole forming, and the geological soil layer with high or incomplete punching grab difficulty adopts a down-the-hole power drill bit 21 to drill and fetch the soil to finish hole forming; the punching grab bucket adopts an underwater punching grab bucket commonly used in the prior art, and is not repeated; as shown in fig. 7, the down-the-hole power drill bit 21 is composed of a power drill assembly 23, a cutterhead assembly 24 and a soil bucket assembly 22.
As shown in fig. 8, the power drill assembly 23 is composed of a hanger 231, a motor reducer 232 disposed on the hanger 231, and an underwater motor 233 in driving connection with the motor reducer 232, and the cutterhead assembly 24 is in driving connection with an output shaft of the motor reducer 232. A wire rope hanging point 235 connected with the traction wire rope 131 is arranged at the top end of the hanging bracket 231, and a motor wiring port 236 connected with the cable 132 is arranged on the underwater motor 233.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the soil barrel assembly 22 is composed of a soil barrel 221 arranged between the hanger 231 and the cutter head assembly 24 and a horizontal telescopic resistance rod 222 arranged on the soil barrel 221 and used for resisting the rotation counter force of the down-the-hole power drill bit 21, the lower end of the soil barrel 221 is opened, the horizontal telescopic resistance rod 222 is a hydraulic telescopic rod and is respectively arranged in the top opening and the bottom opening of the soil barrel 221, the telescopic action of the horizontal telescopic resistance rod 222 is realized by controlling a hydraulic cylinder of the horizontal telescopic resistance rod 222 through a ground power switch, the hydraulic cylinder acts, the resistance is obtained by inserting the horizontal telescopic resistance rod 222 into the soil layer of the hole wall before the down-the-hole power drill bit 21 starts to drill soil, so as to resist the rotation counter force of the down-hole power drill bit 21, in order to obtain good effect, the horizontal telescopic resistance rods 222 above and below are all arranged in a crisscross, and a video camera is arranged on the top outside the soil barrel 221 along the periphery, so as to perform comprehensive monitoring; four vertical resistance rods 234 are arranged at the bottom of the hanging bracket 231, the vertical resistance rods 234 and the output shaft of the motor reducer 232 are inserted into the soil loading barrel 221, a sleeve 223 is arranged in the middle of the soil loading barrel 221, the output shaft of the motor reducer 232 is arranged in the sleeve 223 in a penetrating manner, the power drill assembly 23 and the cutter head assembly 24 can move up and down along the sleeve 223 in the soil loading barrel 221, and after the down-the-hole power drill 21 starts to work, the vertical resistance rods 234 obtain horizontal rotation resistance from the soil loading barrel 221 so as to ensure the stability of the fixed part of the power drill assembly 23 when the down-the-hole power drill 21 works.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the cutterhead assembly 24 is composed of a cutterhead frame 243, a cutterhead valve plate 244, a vertical dental drill 241 for cutting soil downwards and a horizontal dental drill 242 for cutting soil in a range below the pile casing main body 3, wherein the cutterhead frame 243 is fixed with the end part of an output shaft of the motor reducer 232, and the cutterhead valve plate 244 is arranged along the axis of the cutterhead frame 243 and is inclined upwards by 15-45 degrees to meet the soil loading and unloading requirements of the down-the-hole power drill bit 21; the horizontal tooth bores 242 are uniformly and circumferentially provided with four along the axis of the cutter disc frame 243, the outer ends of the horizontal tooth bores 242 are exposed out of the cutter disc frame 243, the inner end parts of the horizontal tooth bores 242 are rotationally connected to the bottom of the cutter disc assembly 24, the horizontal tooth bores 242 sag due to gravity and rotate to the range below the cutter disc frame 243 when the down-the-hole power bit 21 is lifted, the whole lifting of the down-the-hole power bit 21 from the casing main body 3 is met, the horizontal tooth bores 242 are positioned at the horizontal position due to vertical pressure during rotary soil sampling operation to meet the soil body within the thickness range below the cutting casing main body 3, and the bottom resistance of the casing main body 3 is reduced.
The invention provides a construction process of a pile machine of a split combined type full pile casing, which comprises the following steps:
Step one, various preparation works before construction, including: the construction site is smooth, and the crawler belt 121 of the pile machine normally walks and the pile machine is parked in the construction area; temporary power distribution laying meets the construction electricity consumption requirement of the pile machine; preparing organized drainage; preparing materials and construction technology for safe bottoming; paying off and positioning the pile position;
Secondly, positioning the pile machine, centering, leveling and checking the perpendicularity of the pile frame body 14, and checking the perpendicularity of the pile frame body 14 in the whole pile hole forming process, wherein the deviation is corrected in time, so that the perpendicularity of the pile hole is ensured to meet the requirement;
Step three, assembling a first pile casing assembly 31 on the pile driver platform 11, after fixing in place, starting an upper hoop device 144 to press the first pile casing assembly 31 down to the ground, and brushing a lubricant on one side of the pile casing sheet 32 close to the soil before pressing in to reduce friction with the soil, or increasing the pile driver counterweight to resist the reaction force when the pile casing sheet 32 is pressed in by increasing the dead weight of the whole pile driver, so as to ensure that the pile casing sheet 32 is pressed in smoothly;
Step four, installing a punching grab bucket, punching grab soil, lifting the punching grab bucket to be higher than the upper opening of the pile casing main body 3 by the winch 133 after each time of punching grab soil is completed, starting the horizontal displacement hydraulic bidirectional jack 147 at the top of the pile frame body 14 to push the lifting beam 141 together with the punching grab bucket suspended by the traction steel wire rope 131 to the right front of the pile machine for soil unloading, and timely clearing and transporting earthwork; when the impact grab bucket cannot complete due to the situation that the impact grab bucket encounters a bay stone, a dead tree branch, other obstacles and the like, a circular cutting hammer and the like can be arranged on the impact grab bucket, and the obstacles are cleaned through hammering cutting; in the process of soil grabbing, starting an upper hoop device 144 to synchronously and alternately press the whole pile casing assembly 31 or the fragments into pile holes, assembling and pressing the next pile casing assembly 31 after each pile casing assembly 31 is pressed to the surface of the pile machine platform 11 until the specified depth of the pile holes is reached; the punching, grabbing and pile casing piece 32 pressing-in work can be synchronously performed, firstly, the pile casing piece 32 is pressed into a certain depth and then the soil is punched and grabbed, or firstly, the soil is grabbed into a certain depth and then the pile casing piece 32 is pressed, and the pile casing piece 32 is flexibly mastered according to geological conditions: when the soil is softer and easy to collapse, the water quantity is larger, the soil is firstly pressed into the pile casing piece 32 to a certain depth and then punched and grabbed, and when the soil is not in the conditions, the pile casing piece 32 is firstly punched and grabbed to a certain depth and then pressed into the pile casing piece 32, so that the soil and the pile casing piece 32 are smoothly punched and grabbed;
Step five, drilling until the geological soil layer is hard and is not beneficial to punching and grabbing or the efficiency is low;
Step six, taking down the grab bucket and installing the down-hole power drill bit 21 to continue construction until all drilling is completed, the down-hole power drill bit 21 is lifted to the bottom of the hole by adopting a traction steel wire rope 131, a horizontal telescopic resistance rod 222 on a soil loading barrel 221 is started to control a power supply, the horizontal telescopic resistance rod 222 is inserted into a hole wall soil body, then a power supply of an underwater motor 233 is started to drill holes, a cutterhead assembly 24 completes drilling at about the height of the soil loading barrel under the action of the dead weight of the down-hole power drill bit 21, a winch 133 is started to lift a power drill assembly 23 through the traction steel wire rope 131, soil body drilled by the cutterhead assembly 24 is loaded into the soil loading barrel 221 along with the lifting of the power drill assembly 23, the winch 133 is suspended after the soil loading is completed, then the soil loading barrel 221 is retracted by the horizontal telescopic resistance rod 222, the winch 133 is continuously started after the horizontal telescopic resistance rod 222 is completely retracted, the down-hole power drill bit 21 is lifted to be higher than the top opening of a pile body 3 through the traction steel wire rope 131, and the down-hole power drill bit 21 is pushed forward by a horizontal displacement hydraulic bidirectional jack 147 suspended by the traction steel wire rope 131 to the front of the pile frame body 14 to the front of the pile machine for cleaning and transporting. After the down-the-hole power drill bit 21 drills to a certain depth, the pile casing sheet 32 is pressed into the pile hole in a slicing or multi-slice manner, the height of the soil loading barrel 221 is reserved with the hole bottom, and then the next drilling of the down-the-hole power drill bit 21 and the pressing of the pile casing sheet 32 are continued until all drilling is completed; in addition, the pile hole can meet the construction requirement without using the pile casing sheet 32 below the cohesive soil or plastic soil layer in the actual construction process, and the depth of the pile casing sheet 32 pressed in can be reduced according to the actual construction; the cutter head assembly 24 of the down-the-hole power drill bit 21 can be changed, and after the upper hole bottom reamer is installed, the pile bottom can be reamed, so that the bearing capacity of the pile foundation is greatly improved;
Hoisting a reinforcement cage, pouring underwater concrete, and synchronously slicing or extracting the pile casing pieces 32 with a poured concrete conduit in the pouring process until the concrete pouring is completed and the pile casing pieces 32 are completely extracted;
and step eight, removing the pile driver main body 1, curing the concrete, and shifting the pile driver main body 1 to the next pile hole for construction.
