The glue supply mechanism 31 is in operation: 1) feeding the glue into a corresponding cavity of the glue pushing base 313 through the glue feeding funnel 311; 2) the pneumatic motor 314 rotates to drive the glue pushing screw 315 connected with the pneumatic motor to rotate, and the glue pushing screw 315 rotates to drive the glue in the corresponding cavity of the glue pushing base 313 to move to the flow guide hole 317 along the spiral part of the glue pushing screw 315; 3) the glue flows to the feeding hole of the glue extruding mechanism 32 along the glue outlet flow guide pipe 313 through the flow guide hole 317 to complete the glue supply process for the plate.
The glue supply mechanism 31 solves the problem that when glue is supplied to the glue extruding mechanism, the glue in the glue pool is pushed by air pressure to move to the position of the valve along the flow channel, and then the air cylinder drives the valve to open to supply the glue to the glue extruding mechanism; when a certain amount of glue is supplied to the valve, the valve needs to be opened and then closed, and the glue flowing between the opening and the closing of the valve is the amount of the glue to be conveyed; the opening and closing of the valve need two steps, and the time needed in the middle is longer; simultaneously, the stroke of cylinder is great, and the range that drives the valve and open and close is also great to make the valve open and close the volume of the glue of once carrying more, be unfavorable for supplying the problem that the accurate of a small amount of glue of supplying of mechanism was glued once supplies to glue. By providing the glue pushing assembly 312; after the glue is fed to the corresponding cavity of the glue pushing base 313, the pneumatic motor 314 rotates to drive the glue pushing screw 315 connected with the pneumatic motor to rotate, and the glue pushing screw 315 rotates to drive the glue in the corresponding cavity of the glue pushing base 313 to move to the flow guide hole 317 along the spiral part of the glue pushing screw 315; the glue flows to the feeding hole of the glue extruding mechanism 32 along the glue outlet flow guide pipe 313 through the flow guide hole 317 to complete the glue supply process for the plate. When the glue is supplied by the glue pushing screw 315, the rotation of the spiral part of the glue pushing screw 315 is converted into the linear motion of the glue, and the glue can be discharged only by rotating the glue pushing screw 315 by one step; meanwhile, the rotation precision of the pneumatic motor 314 is high, and the angle of one-time rotation of the glue pushing screw 315 driven by the rotation of the pneumatic motor 314 is small, namely the distance of linear motion of glue converted by the rotation of the spiral part of the glue pushing screw 315 is smaller than the stroke of the air cylinder; the glue amount pushed out by the glue pushing screw 315 is smaller than the glue amount pushed out by the valve driven by the cylinder stroke, so that the accuracy of the glue supply mechanism is ensured.

1. the glue extruding mechanism (32) comprises a glue extruding machine frame (33), a glue head adjusting assembly (34), a glue extruding guide post (35), a glue extruding spring (36) and a glue extruding head (37); the glue squeezing rack (33) is fixed on the rack, the glue head adjusting assembly (34) is fixed on the glue squeezing rack (33), and the glue head adjusting assembly (34) is connected with the fixed end of the glue squeezing guide post (35); the movable end of the glue extruding guide post (35) is connected with a glue extruding head (37); one end of the glue squeezing spring (36) is contacted with the glue squeezing head (37), and the other end of the glue squeezing spring (36) is contacted with the glue squeezing rack (33); the output end of the glue extruding head (37) is contacted with the side edge of the plate; the glue head adjusting assembly (34) is used for adjusting the position of the glue extruding head (37) relative to the side edge of the plate; the glue extruding head (37) is used for coating glue on the side edge of the plate.

The furniture woodworking plate gluing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the glue extruding head (37) comprises a glue extruding slideway (371), a glue extruding door (372), a glue extruding driving component (373) and a glue extruding roller (374); a feed inlet of the glue extruding slide way (371) is connected with a discharge outlet of the glue supplying mechanism (31), the discharge outlet of the glue extruding slide way (371) is connected with one side of the glue extruding door (372), and the other side of the glue extruding door (372) is contacted with the outer surface of the glue extruding rubber roller (374); the output end of the glue extrusion driving component (373) is connected with a glue extrusion rubber roller (374), and the glue extrusion rubber roller (374) is in running fit with the glue extrusion slide way (371).
