Abstract
The invention discloses a grasping forceps for laparoscopic surgery, which comprises an outer support sleeve and a middle support sleeve arranged in the outer support sleeve, wherein the top end of the outer support sleeve is provided with a lower clamping plate, the lower end of the outer support sleeve is in threaded connection with the middle support sleeve with an upper clamping plate, and the lower end of the middle support sleeve is in threaded connection with an inner support rod with a cutting blade; and a leakage-proof device is arranged at the periphery of the outer supporting sleeve. The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the device works, the first handle 9 and the second handle 7 are held by hands, one end of the device is placed at a part to be operated, and the opening is blocked by using the leakage-proof sliding sleeve 11 which is sleeved with the elastic sealing sleeve 10, so that internal liquid is prevented from flowing out, and external bacteria are prevented from entering; when clamping is needed, the first threaded sleeve 4 is rotated to drive the middle support sleeve 2 to slide upwards, so that the upper clamping plate 13 and the lower clamping plate 12 are separated, and human tissues are grabbed by using the V-shaped groove with the soft cushion; when cutting is needed, the second thread sleeve 8 is rotated to drive the inner support rod 1 to slide upwards, so that the cutting blade 14 slides out of the accommodating groove 15 and is separated from the upper clamping plate 13, and the human tissue is cut conveniently; when not being suitable for cutting blade 14, the second thread bush 8 is rotated in the reverse rotation, and the inner support rod 1 is driven to slide downwards, so that the cutting blade 14 is retracted into the accommodating groove 15, human tissues are prevented from being accidentally injured by the cutting blade 14, and the safety of the device is improved.

5. The grasper for laparoscopic surgery of claim 4, wherein a soft pad is further provided on said V-shaped groove.
6. The grasper for laparoscopic surgery according to claim 4, wherein said upper holding plate (13) further has a receiving groove (15) opened therein and located at a side where the cutting blade (14) is located, said receiving groove (15) forming a sliding fit with the cutting blade (14).
7. The grasper for laparoscopic surgery according to claim 1, wherein the first and second threaded sleeves (4, 8) are fixedly mounted at lower ends thereof with a first and second hexagonal nuts (5, 6), respectively.
8. The grasper for laparoscopic surgery according to claim 1, characterized in that said leak-proof means comprise a leak-proof sliding sleeve (11), said leak-proof sliding sleeve (11) being slidably mounted on said outer support sleeve (3).
9. The grasper for laparoscopic surgery as claimed in claim 8, wherein an elastic sealing sleeve (10) is further provided around said leak-proof sliding sleeve (11), said elastic sealing sleeve (10) being made of a material with high elasticity.
