As shown in fig. 1,2 and 3, an improved low-voltage switch arc extinguishing device comprises a pair of arc-isolating plates 1,1 'arranged opposite to each other, an arc extinguishing grid plate group 2, an arc striking plate 3, a gas generating piece 4 and an arc extinguishing cover 5, wherein the leg parts of the arc extinguishing grid plate group 2 are wrapped by the gas generating piece 4, the two side ends of the arc extinguishing grid plate group 2 are arranged on the arc-isolating plates 1,1' arranged opposite to each other, the arc striking plate 3 is arranged on the back surface of the arc extinguishing grid plate group 2, wherein the gas generating piece 4 is arranged on a base 6 of the switch, a pin 401 extends out from the lower end of the plate surface of the gas generating piece 4, the pin 401 is inserted on the base 6, the gas generating piece 4 is not fixed on the side wall of the arc extinguishing chamber, and is fixed in the switch base 6 by adopting an independent structure, and the movable contact piece is enclosed inside the switch base 6, so that the fixed firm gas generating piece 4 is ensured to avoid falling risk; as shown in fig. 4, the inner side of the plate surface of the gas generating member 4 extends out of the inclined surface groove 402, and the leg portions of the arc extinguishing grid plate group 2 are wrapped by the inclined surface groove 402 of the gas generating member 4. The first grating 201 at the forefront side of the arc-extinguishing grating group 2 has a symmetrical structure with the abdomen of the arc-extinguishing grating. As shown in fig. 1,2 and 6, the abdomen of the first grid piece 201 at the forefront end side of the arc extinguishing grid piece group 2 is a trapezoid, an arc, a square or a rectangular notch, and the first grid piece can make the first grid piece closer to the contact area by adopting the structure, so that the magnetic blowing force of the first grid piece is improved, and the arc striking effect is better. The arc extinguishing grating sheet 202 of the arc extinguishing grating sheet group 2 except the first grating sheet 201 at the forefront end side is of an asymmetric structure, and the front and back sides of two adjacent arc extinguishing grating sheets are connected and installed, so that the arc is better in cutting and elongation effect by the grating sheets after entering the arc extinguishing chamber grating sheet area, and the arc is extinguished more rapidly.
The arc extinguishing chamber 5 is arranged at the top of the arc extinguishing gate sheet group 2 by utilizing a clamping structure and the arc barriers 1,1' arranged opposite to the pair of faces, so that the assembly is more convenient. As shown in fig. 5, the arc isolation seat plate 8 is provided with a plurality of first meshes 801, the front and the back of the arc isolation seat plate 8 are provided with a plurality of bosses 802, and the bosses 802 are staggered with the first meshes 801. The side ends of the front and back sides of the arc isolation seat plate 8 are provided with grooves 803 for installing flame-extinguishing plates 7. The fire extinguishing plate 7 is provided with a second mesh 701, and the second mesh 701 is staggered with a first mesh 801 of the arc isolation seat plate 8. The arc extinguishing chamber can not only play a role in eliminating free arc extinguishing, but also can realize the zero arcing requirement of the arc extinguishing chamber. The flame extinguishing plate 7 is laterally arranged in the arc extinguishing chamber 5, and is convenient to assemble and reliable to fix.
