Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of plastic product processing, and particularly discloses a manufacturing method of a metal-like plastic product and the plastic product. The manufacturing method of the imitation metal texture plastic product comprises the following steps: s1: performing first injection molding by using a first injection material to form a main body part of the plastic product; s2: performing second injection molding on the second injection material to form the appearance surface of the plastic product; wherein, the first injection material is an engineering plastic material; the second injection material is a metal-like plastic material. The manufacturing method can obtain plastic products with metal-like texture without spraying, is environment-friendly and pollution-free, and has low manufacturing cost; the surface of the plastic product has the texture of imitation metal.

In recent years, with the development of material technology, the preparation technology of the spraying-free imitation metal texture effect is improved, and a new processing method appears: a plastic product such as a PP composite material (including polypropylene resin, pearl powder and metal powder (gold and silver powder) is injection molded by adopting a metal-like plastic material. However, the manufacturing cost of the plastic product is high by adopting the processing technology; in addition, in the forming process, the welding mark phenomenon can be inevitably generated, and particularly, when a plastic product with a broken hole-based and high-gloss appearance surface is formed, the welding mark is very obvious and is not easy to remove, so that the appearance of the product is seriously influenced.
Therefore, it is necessary to design a method for manufacturing a plastic product with metal-like texture to solve the above problems.

Preferably, the metal-like plastic material used in S2 further contains 0.3% to 0.5% of a metal sheet; wherein the size of the metal sheet is 1-5 μm.
Preferably, the plastic product is injection molded by a two-shot molding method.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the parameters of the two-shot injection mold used in the injection molding are set as follows: the temperature of the male die is 65-90 ℃; the temperature of the female die is 80-110 ℃; the temperature of the material pipe is 220-290 ℃; the injection speed is 8 mm/s-50 mm/s; the pressure for pressure keeping is 500 Kgf/c-1200 Kgf/c.
Preferably, the double-injection mold used has a flash port; the precision of the sliding block and/or the thimble which participate in the high light appearance surface of the formed product in the double-injection mold is less than 0.03 mm.

s3: performing CNC milling on the plastic product obtained in S2.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention relates to a manufacturing method of a metal-like texture plastic product, which comprises the steps of firstly adopting an engineering plastic material to carry out injection molding on a main body part of the plastic product, and then adopting a metal-like plastic material to carry out injection molding on an appearance surface of the plastic product, thereby obtaining the plastic product without spraying the metal-like texture. The manufacturing method can avoid the problem of environmental pollution caused by adopting an electroplating spraying method, is an environment-friendly and pollution-free manufacturing method, is simple and easy to operate, and has low manufacturing cost and high production efficiency; in the manufacturing method, the metal-like plastic material containing 0.3-0.5% of metal sheets is adopted, and the structure of the double-injection mold is improved, so that the problem of weld lines appearing due to accumulation of metal powder in the metal-like plastic material is effectively solved. In addition, the manufacturing method of firstly molding the plastic product and then machining the broken hole on the appearance surface of the plastic product by CNC milling is adopted, so that the problems of flow marks and welding lines formed by the broken hole in the molding process are solved.

Specifically, in the manufacturing method, the engineering plastic material adopted in S1 is PC, ABS or PC/ABS. The metal-like plastic material adopted in S2 contains resin and metal sheets; wherein the resin is PA, PC, ABS or PC/ABS; in the metal-like plastic material, the content of the metal sheet accounts for 0.3-0.5% of the total amount, and the size of the metal sheet is 1-5 μm.
Preferably, the plastic product is injection molded by a two-shot molding method. The glue feeding mode of the used bijection injection molding mold comprises but is not limited to a point glue feeding mode, a side glue feeding mode and a fan-shaped glue feeding mode. Because the material fluidity is the main influence factor of the formed plastic product, considering the characteristics of the metal-like plastic material, the overflow ports can be designed around the product or at the proper positions on the double-injection molding die; in addition, the precision of the sliding block and/or the thimble which participate in the high-gloss appearance surface of the molded product in the double-injection mold is less than 0.03mm, so that the problem of the appearance of a welding line caused by the accumulation of metal powder in the metal-like plastic material is solved. As another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method for manufacturing a metal-like plastic product further includes step S3: performing CNC milling on the plastic product obtained in the above S2 to machine a through hole on the surface of the plastic product. In the embodiment, the broken hole is machined on the surface of the molded plastic product through CNC milling, so that the problems of flow marks and welding lines caused by the broken hole in the molding process are solved.
Therefore, the plastic product with metal-like texture without spraying can be obtained by adopting the manufacturing method provided by the invention, and the plastic product is particularly suitable for manufacturing products such as 3D irregular structural parts, Top panel parts with structures and the like. The manufacturing method can avoid the problem of environmental pollution caused by adopting an electroplating spraying method, is an environment-friendly and pollution-free manufacturing method, is simple and easy to operate, has high production efficiency and low manufacturing cost, and can greatly reduce the cost of the metal-like plastic material of the plastic product compared with the existing method for injection molding the plastic product by completely adopting the metal-like plastic material. The manufacturing method can be popularized and applied to products such as shell parts of consumer electronic products.
The invention also provides a plastic product which is manufactured by the manufacturing method. The surface of the plastic product has better metal-like texture. The technical solution of the present invention is further explained by the following embodiments.
A3D irregular structural component used on a game machine is manufactured by the manufacturing method. When the double-injection mold is adopted for molding, the main body part of the product is molded by adopting the engineering plastic material, and then the appearance surface of the product is molded by utilizing the metal-like plastic material with the aluminum metal sheet. Wherein, the average thickness of the meat on the main body part of the product is 0.8 mm-2.5 mm, and the average thickness of the meat on the appearance surface of the product is 1.0 mm-3.2 mm. The 3D irregular structural member has the advantages of good surface metal texture, no flow marks or welding lines on the surface.
