Abstract

The sheldrake bed has a simple and reasonable structure, the space of a factory building is reasonably utilized, the occurrence of crowding and treading is avoided, sheldrakes are effectively rested and moved, and the sheldrakes are beneficial to growth; the cleaning difficulty is reduced, and the cleaning efficiency and effect are improved; provides a good growing environment for sheldrake, and has low cost, strong practicability and wide application range.

The sparrow feather ducks are commonly called as the sheldrake in China. The working principle of the invention is that the factory building is cylindrical, and is divided into a cylindrical perching area and an annular moving area by taking the central axis of the factory building as the center, so that the space of the factory building is reasonably utilized, the sheldrake can be reasonably effectively rested and moved, and the sheldrake can grow; in addition, the inhabitation area is divided into a plurality of fan-shaped rest areas with the same area, so that the sheldrake is ensured to be uniformly distributed in the inhabitation area, the occurrence of crowded trampling is avoided, an electric door and a counter are arranged on an outlet channel of each rest area and the movable area, the opening and closing of the electric door can be accurately controlled according to the number of the sheldrake entering the rest areas, and the number of the sheldrake in each rest area is ensured to be uniform. The plant is cleaned in different areas through the cleaning assembly, when the sheldrake is positioned in the inhabitation area, the first spraying head sprays water to clean the movable area, the cleaned sewage flows to the bottom of the plant from two sides of the annular platform, when the sheldrake is positioned in the movable area, the second spraying head sprays water to clean the inhabitation area, the cleaned sewage flows to the bottom of the plant from the through hole of the supporting plate, and the sewage generated in the cleaning process is discharged from the discharge pipe. The air flow of the plant is kept through the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe, the air entering the plant is filtered by the filtering assembly, the cleanliness of the air entering the plant is ensured, and the gas discharged by the plant is deodorized by the deodorizing device, so that the odor is prevented from polluting the air; the air conditioner, the temperature and humidity sensor and the lighting device are matched with each other, so that the temperature and humidity and the illumination degree suitable for the growth of the sheldrake in the plant are achieved, the plant can be sterilized through the sterilizing lamp at regular intervals, and the possibility of the sheldrake becoming ill is reduced.
The sheldrake making device has the beneficial effects that the structure is simple and reasonable, the space of a factory building is reasonably utilized, so that sheldrakes can effectively rest and move, and the sheldrakes can grow conveniently; the sheldrake is uniformly distributed in the inhabited area, so that the crowding and trampling accidents are avoided; the workshop is cleaned in different areas through the cleaning assembly, so that the cleaning difficulty is reduced, and the cleaning efficiency and effect are improved; all the parts are mutually matched, so that a good growing environment is provided for the sheldrake, the cost is low, the practicability is high, and the application range is wide.

the habitat is located in the center of a factory building 1 and comprises a cylindrical enclosure 8, a circular supporting plate 7 is fixed at the bottom of the cylindrical enclosure 8, through holes are distributed in the supporting plate 7, the supporting plate 7 is fixed on the ground of the factory building 1 through supporting columns 9, the cylindrical enclosure 8 is net-shaped, a plurality of vertical partition plates 4 are fixed in the cylindrical enclosure 8, the vertical partition plates 4 are radially and uniformly distributed by taking a central vertical line of the supporting plate 7 as the center, and the cylindrical enclosure 8 is uniformly divided into a plurality of rest areas;
the movable area is arranged on the periphery of the habitat, the movable area is an annular platform 3 taking the habitat as the center, the diameter of the outer ring of the movable area is smaller than that of the plant 1, the diameter of the inner ring of the movable area is larger than that of the supporting plate 7, the rest area is provided with an outlet, the outlet is connected with the movable area through a channel 5, an electric door 6 is arranged at the joint of the channel 5 and the movable area, a counter is arranged at the position of the electric door 6, and the counter is connected with a control mechanism of the electric door 6;
the cleaning component comprises a first spray head 12 and a second spray head 13, the first spray head 12 is fixed at the top of the plant 1 above the moving area, the second spray head 13 is fixed at the top of the plant 1 above the perching area, the first spray head 12 and the second spray head 13 are controlled independently, and the first spray head 12 and the second spray head 13 are connected with a cleaning solution storage device (not shown in the figure);
still be equipped with intake pipe 10, outlet duct 11, air conditioner, temperature and humidity sensor, lighting device and sterilamp in the factory building 1, the bottom of factory building 1 is connected with blow off pipe 14.
The cylindrical enclosure 8 is of a net structure, so that ventilation of the habitat is ensured.
An air filtering component is arranged in the air inlet pipe 10, and the air outlet pipe 11 is connected with a deodorizing device.
The plant 1 is cylindrical, and is divided into a cylindrical inhabitation area and an annular activity area by taking the central axis of the plant 1 as the center, so that the space of the plant 1 is reasonably utilized, shellfishes can be reasonably effectively rested and moved, and the growth of shellfishes is facilitated; in addition, the inhabitation area is divided into a plurality of fan-shaped rest areas with the same area, so that the sheldrake is ensured to be uniformly distributed in the inhabitation area, the occurrence of crowded trampling is avoided, and an electric door 6 and a counter are arranged on an outlet channel of each rest area and the movable area, so that the opening and closing of the electric door can be accurately controlled according to the number of the sheldrakes entering the rest areas, and the number of the sheldrakes in each rest area is ensured to be uniform. The plant is cleaned in different areas through the cleaning assembly, when the sheldrake is positioned in the perching area, the first spraying head sprays water to clean the movable area, the cleaned sewage flows to the bottom of the plant from two sides of the annular platform, when the sheldrake is positioned in the movable area, the second spraying head sprays water to clean the perching area, the cleaned sewage 2 flows to the bottom of the plant 1 from the through hole of the supporting plate 7, and the sewage 2 generated in the cleaning process is discharged from the discharge pipe 14. The factory building 1 keeps the air flowing through the air inlet pipe 10 and the air outlet pipe 11, the air entering the factory building 1 is filtered by the filtering component, the cleanliness of the air entering the factory building 1 is ensured, and the gas exhausted from the factory building 1 is deodorized by the deodorizing device, so that the odor is prevented from polluting the air; the mutual cooperation of the air conditioner, the temperature and humidity sensor and the lighting device enables the temperature and humidity and the illumination suitable for the growth of the sheldrake in the factory building 1, and the factory building can be sterilized by the sterilizing lamp at regular intervals, so that the disease occurrence rate of the sheldrake is reduced.
