Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of devices consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a display brightness adjusting method, including:
s110: detecting a brightness adjustment operation acting on a terminal;
s120: adjusting the display brightness of the display screen when the local part of the display screen is lighted according to the brightness adjusting operation;
s130: and controlling the display of the local area of the display screen according to the adjusted display brightness.
The embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied to various terminals supporting a display brightness adjustment method.
For example, the terminal may include a cell phone, a tablet, or a wearable device, etc.
The terminal comprises a display screen, wherein the display screen can be an OLED display screen or a liquid crystal display screen capable of independently driving different parts of backlight to be lightened, and the like.
In S110, a brightness adjustment operation is detected, and the brightness adjustment operation may be: the manual operation acting on the physical keys on the terminal can also be touch operation acting on a touch screen, and can also be voice operation collected by an audio collection module (for example, a microphone).
In short, if the brightness adjustment operation triggers the display brightness of the display screen when the display screen is partially lit, the display brightness of the display screen is adjusted according to the brightness adjustment operation.
For example, if the brightness adjustment operation is an operation for instructing to increase the display brightness, the display brightness at the time of partial lighting of the display screen is increased. For another example, if the brightness adjustment operation is an operation for instructing to reduce the display brightness, the display brightness when the display screen is partially lit is reduced.
Specifically, how to distinguish the currently detected brightness adjustment operation is brightness adjustment for partial display of the display screen or brightness adjustment for full-screen display of the display screen, which may be determined according to the display state of the current display screen.
For example, if the current display screen is in a full-screen display state, it is determined that the currently detected brightness adjustment operation is brightness adjustment when the display screen is displayed in a full screen, otherwise, it may be considered to be determined that the currently detected brightness adjustment operation is brightness adjustment when the display screen is partially displayed.
For another example, if the current display screen is in a full-screen display state, it is determined that the currently detected brightness adjustment operation is brightness adjustment when the display screen is in a full-screen display state, and if the current display screen is in a partial display state or a rest screen state, it may be considered to determine that the currently detected brightness adjustment operation is brightness adjustment when the display screen is in a partial display state.
When the display screen is in a full-screen display state, the whole screen of the display screen is in a working state, and the whole screen can be lightened.
When the display screen is in a local display state for local display, part of the screen of the display screen is in a working state, and the local part of the display screen can be lightened as far as possible.
In some cases, the local display state may be a particular state of the screen-off state of the display screen. The display area of the display screen for local illumination may be very small, being only a predetermined percentage of the display area of the display screen, which may be less than 50%, even less than 25%, such as 10% or 20% or 15% or 5%, or even 3%.
For example, when the display screen is partially lit, the display screen is mainly used for displaying information such as time information, date information, remaining power, a signal intensity state of the terminal, and/or notification of unread information by the lit part in the information screen state.
Therefore, in the state of the screen, the user can check information such as time, residual electric quantity of the terminal and/or signal strength at any time through the lighted part of the display screen.
In other embodiments, if the terminal including the display screen is a fingerprint unlocking terminal, the lighted part may also be used to display a fingerprint detection image, and the fingerprint detection image may be used to indicate an area for fingerprint detection. This fingerprint detection's regional below can be provided with the fingerprint module, can scan the fingerprint.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that the display screen is in local display, brightness adjustment can be performed based on user input, so that the phenomenon of poor visual effect caused by too large or too small brightness during local display is reduced, and the display effect of the display screen is improved.
The adjustment of the display brightness of the local illumination of the display screen can be realized by at least one of the following:
when the display screen is partially lighted, the voltage of the display driving signal is adjusted, for example, the voltage of the driving signal is increased, the display brightness can be increased, the voltage of the driving signal is reduced, and the display brightness can be reduced.
When the display screen is partially lighted, the duty ratio of the display driving signal is adjusted, for example, the duty ratio of the driving signal is increased, the display brightness can be increased, the duty ratio of the driving signal is reduced, and the display brightness can be reduced.
In one embodiment, S130 includes controlling the display brightness of the local lighting of the display screen, and the display brightness of the local lighting of the display screen may be controlled according to the adjusted display brightness as the average brightness value.
In another embodiment, S130 may include: and determining a brightness interval according to the adjusted display brightness and the brightness deviation value, and controlling the display brightness of local lighting of the display screen to be positioned in the brightness interval.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the method further comprises:
s210: after adjusting the display brightness, detecting the ambient brightness;
s220: establishing a corresponding relation between the ambient brightness and the adjusted display brightness;
s230: and after the corresponding relation is established, controlling the display brightness of local lighting of the display screen according to the established corresponding relation.
For example, at a first moment, establishing a corresponding relationship between the ambient brightness and the adjusted display brightness; and controlling the display brightness of the local lighting of the display screen according to the corresponding relation at a second time, wherein the second time is later than the first time. The first time here may be any time after the brightness adjustment and after the ambient brightness is detected. The second time may be any time after the first time.
After the display brightness adjustment of local lighting is performed based on the brightness adjustment operation, in order to facilitate subsequent intelligent control, the display brightness of the display screen during local lighting is not required to be controlled by a user through operation input each time, and then after the adjustment of the display brightness is completed once based on the brightness adjustment operation, the terminal can automatically establish a corresponding relationship.
The establishment of the corresponding relationship here may include:
when the corresponding relation is not established at the terminal, establishing the corresponding relation between the ambient brightness and the target brightness of the local lighting of the display screen for the first time;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when the corresponding relation is established at the terminal, updating the corresponding relation between the ambient brightness and the locally lightened target brightness of the display screen according to the adjusted display brightness.
Thus, when the subsequent display screen is partially lighted, the corresponding relation can be established to control the display brightness of the partially lighted display screen.
In one embodiment, controlling the display brightness of the local lighting of the display screen according to the correspondence includes:
detecting the ambient brightness, for example, by a light sensor included in the terminal, or receiving the ambient brightness from an external device;
according to the detected ambient brightness, inquiring the corresponding relation to obtain the target brightness under the current detected ambient brightness;
and controlling the local lighting brightness of the display screen according to the target brightness.
For example, the ambient brightness is detected periodically or aperiodically, so that the adjustment of the local quantitative display brightness of the display screen is triggered periodically or aperiodically.
For another example, when the display screen enters a local lighting state, the detection of the ambient brightness is performed, and then the brightness of the local lighting of the display screen is controlled by combining the corresponding relation and the detected ambient brightness. Then, the ambient brightness is periodically detected, for example, in a cycle of 2 minutes. When the variation of the ambient brightness is detected to be larger than the preset threshold, the brightness adjustment of the local lighting of the display screen can be adjusted again according to the corresponding relation, so that the automatic dynamic adjustment of the display brightness when the local lighting of the display screen is realized.
Under some conditions, the display brightness of the display screen for local lighting can be not divided into brightness gears, and finally, the corresponding relation between different ambient brightness and the display brightness of the local display of the display screen can be established through repeated adjustment, so that the display screen is accurately controlled for local lighting.
Different brightness gears can be used in different terminal states, for example, when the remaining capacity of the current terminal is less than a preset value, a brightness gear with lower brightness can be adopted when local lighting is performed, otherwise, a brightness gear with higher brightness can be used.
Of course, in a specific implementation, the current brightness level for local lighting of the display screen may also be selected according to user settings.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
the operation of gear adjustment is detected and,
and determining the brightness gear for local adjustment of the display screen according to the gear adjustment operation.
If the display screen is partially lighted, if a user feels too bright or too dark, the brightness adjustment is expected to be quickly realized, and the brightness gear adjustment with a larger adjustment range can be firstly carried out.
In an embodiment, the brightness level adjustment and the brightness adjustment operation triggering the brightness adjustment of the local display in step S110 may be brightness adjustment operations applied to different devices of the terminal, for example, in a display setting of the display screen, the brightness level adjustment of the local display may be performed through a touch operation detected by the touch screen.
When the screen message is displayed locally, the brightness of the local point quantity which is not directly across the gears can be adjusted through key detection.
In one embodiment, the brightness level may be divided into two levels, for example, a high brightness level and a low brightness level.
In another embodiment, the brightness gear may exceed two gears, such as 3 or 4 gears. As shown in fig. 3, the display screen can support 4 brightness levels for partial display. The 4 brightness steps each have a respective step range. And under different brightness gears, the brightness interval corresponding to different environment brightness can be provided.
Fig. 3 shows 4 brightness levels, brightness level 1 to brightness level 4. After a period of time, the brightness intervals of the 4 brightness levels are changed.
In one embodiment, the display brightness is divided into at least two brightness steps; the display brightness is divided into at least two brightness levels; establishing a corresponding relation between the ambient brightness and the adjusted display brightness, comprising:
and establishing a corresponding relation between the current brightness gear of the adjusted brightness interval and the ambient brightness according to the adjusted display brightness and the brightness interval of the current brightness gear of the adjusted display screen.
For example, one brightness level corresponds to one brightness interval including: an upper interval limit and a lower interval limit.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, adjusting the brightness interval of the brightness gear at which the display screen is currently located according to the adjusted display brightness may be implemented by adjusting an interval upper limit and an interval lower limit.
For example, if the current brightness adjustment operation indicates to increase the display brightness, the adjusted display brightness may be the upper limit of the interval of the brightness gear where the display screen is currently located. The current brightness adjustment operation indicates to reduce the large display brightness, and the adjusted display brightness can be the lower limit of the interval of the current brightness gear of the display screen.
In one implementation, if the adjusted display brightness has already crossed into another brightness level adjacent to the current brightness level of the display screen, the combination of the two brightness levels is determined according to the position of the adjusted display brightness in the brightness interval corresponding to the other brightness level adjacent to the previous brightness level. And if the combination is determined, combining the two brightness gears to form a brightness gear, wherein the brightness interval of the brightness gear formed by combination is the union of the brightness intervals of the two previous brightness gears.
For example, if the adjusted display brightness is within the preset interval of the adjacent brightness level of the current brightness level, the two brightness levels are merged. For example, brightness gear 1 is adjacent to brightness gear 2, and brightness gear 1 is the current brightness gear of the display screen; if the difference between the adjusted display brightness and the intermediate value in the brightness interval of the brightness gear 2 is smaller than the preset value, the preset interval can be considered.
For another example, brightness gear 1 and brightness gear 2 are adjacent, and brightness gear 1 is the current brightness gear of the display screen; if the brightness of the brightness level 1 is greater than the display brightness of the brightness level 2, and if the ratio of the difference between the adjusted display brightness and the upper limit of the interval of the brightness level 2 to the brightness difference of the brightness interval of the brightness level 2 reaches a specific ratio, it is determined that the brightness level 1 and the brightness level 2 need to be combined.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
determining whether to start an AOD display mode; the display screen is locally lightened in an AOD display mode;
after starting the AOD display mode, starting monitoring of a preset input module for detecting brightness adjustment operation;
detecting a brightness adjustment operation applied to a terminal, including:
and determining whether the brightness adjusting operation is detected or not by a processing module of the display screen according to an interrupt signal generated by the operation of a preset input module.
Here, the AOD display mode is a special display mode, and is a specific display state in which the display is partially lit.
In the AOD display mode, the display screen is in an off state as a whole, and only a small area is lit up, so as to save display power consumption of the terminal.
If the terminal is determined to enter the AOD display mode in the local lighting state after exiting the full-screen display state, monitoring of brightness adjusting operation for adjusting the display brightness of the display screen in the AOD display mode can be started, and accordingly monitoring of the corresponding preset input module is started.
For example, in the operating system, a monitoring component is provided, which monitors an input signal corresponding to a preset input module and transmits the input signal to a processing module of the terminal in time (the processing module includes but is not limited to a terminal Processor (CPU) and/or an Application Processor (AP) in the terminal), and the processing module determines a trigger signal for detecting adjustment of display brightness when the adjustment of local lighting is detected according to the input signal, so as to reset a brightness value of the local lighting of the display screen and control output of a driving signal of a driving circuit of the display screen.
The default Input module may establish a connection with the processing module, for example, a pin of the default Input module is connected to a GPIO pin in a General Purpose Input/output (GPIO) interface of the processing module. At this time, the interrupt signal may be a different voltage and/or current value detected on the GPIO pin. The interrupt signal is adopted to transmit and trigger the display brightness adjustment of local lightening of the display screen, and the method has the characteristics of simplicity and convenience in realization and high efficiency.
In one embodiment, the preset input module comprises:
a side key of a terminal including a display screen;
or,
a back touch panel comprising a display screen.
For example, the side keys of the terminal may include a volume adjustment key and/or a power key, and thus the volume adjustment key and/or the power key may be multiplexed to perform adjustment of display brightness when the display screen is partially lit.
In one embodiment, the back of the display screen may be provided with a touch panel, typically a touch panel within the touch screen that is stacked with the display screen. For example, the display area of the touch panel may be smaller than that of the display screen, and the adjustment of the display brightness of the local lighting of the display screen may be realized through the back touch of the display screen.
The specific terminal determines whether brightness adjustment operation of the display brightness triggering local lighting of the display screen is detected or not, and can determine the brightness adjustment operation according to the brightness adjustment operation parameters detected by the preset input modules.
For example, in an embodiment, assuming that the preset input module is a back touch panel of the display screen, the preset input module may be determined according to a sliding track of a touch operation applied on the back touch panel of the display screen, for example, if the detected sliding track is a predetermined track, it is determined that a brightness adjustment operation triggering a display brightness adjustment of local lighting of the display screen is detected.
In some embodiments, the side key comprises: a volume adjustment key;
the processing module at the display screen is according to predetermineeing the interrupt signal that the input module was operated and is produced, and whether confirm that detect the brightness control operation includes:
determining an operation parameter acting on a preset input module according to the interrupt signal, and determining whether the brightness adjusting operation acting on the volume adjusting key is brightness adjusting operation;
when the parameter value of the operation parameter is a preset value, the brightness adjustment operation in the operation acting on the volume adjustment key is determined.
For example, the operation acting on the volume adjustment key may also be a volume adjustment operation for triggering volume adjustment. At this time, it is necessary to distinguish whether the operation applied to the volume adjustment key is a volume adjustment operation or a brightness adjustment operation. In the disclosed embodiments, for the purpose of differentiation, it is done according to operating parameters.
And if the operation acting on the volume adjusting key is determined to be brightness adjusting operation, determining that the brightness adjusting operation triggering brightness adjustment when the local lightening of the display screen is detected.
Fig. 4 shows the side of a terminal with the side keys of the terminal shown. The side key may be a volume adjustment key of the terminal. The volume adjusting key can be reused as brightness adjustment when the display screen is partially lightened.
The operating parameters include:
the number of times the volume adjustment key is continuously pressed;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the length of time the volume adjustment key is pressed.
For example, a single short press and/or long press of a volume adjustment key detection may be considered to detect a volume adjustment operation, otherwise a brightness adjustment operation may be considered to be detected. For another example, the volume adjustment key may detect that two consecutive short presses are performed, and may determine that the brightness adjustment operation is detected, otherwise, the brightness adjustment operation detected by the volume adjustment key may be determined as the volume adjustment operation.
In this way, the volume adjustment key of the terminal is multiplexed to realize the detection of the brightness adjustment operation of the display brightness adjustment of the local lighting of the display screen.
In one embodiment, the volume adjustment key includes: a volume up key and a volume down key. If it is detected that the operation applied to the volume up key is a brightness adjustment operation, the display brightness of the local lighting of the display screen is increased in S120. If it is detected that the operation applied to the volume down key is a brightness adjustment operation, the display brightness of the partially lit display screen is reduced in S120.
The present example provides a display brightness adjustment method applicable to AOD display in the AOD display mode.
In the related art, the AOD has a single brightness and cannot be adjusted, and human eyes have different perception curves and have different requirements for the brightness, so that the schemes of fixing the brightness or adjusting the brightness cannot bring poorer user experience.
The AOD display is to display contents by lighting a part of a screen, so that the display of contents can be completed with low power consumption, due to the working mode of the OLED screen, the partial area can be lightened for content display, and at the moment, the whole screen works in a low-power consumption mode, so that the working mode can bring excellent use experience, the user can easily check time, information and the like in a standby state, the brightness displayed by the AOD has a plurality of gears, the adjustment is carried out according to different brightness, but different people have different using habits, so the adjustment can be carried out only according to fixed preset when in use, and the user can not adjust the display brightness of the AOD under the current environment, so the proposal of the embodiment of the disclosure provides a scheme for adjusting the AOD state of the information screen according to the volume key and matching the use habit of the user, and the specific scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure is as follows:
step 1: when the mobile phone displays information on a screen, the AOD display mode is firstly adjusted along with the preset brightness when the mobile phone leaves a factory.
Step 2: and when the user feels that the AOD has too low brightness to be seen clearly or the brightness is too high and is dazzling, the user can adjust the display brightness of the AOD on the screen under the condition of double-click volume or volume.
