技术领域
本发明涉及肥料领域,特别涉及一种缓释肥。
背景技术
许多植物在生长过程中喜钾,诸如土豆,因此,必须采用高钾高硫肥料,且不期望肥料中含有氯元素,但现有的肥料由于易溶特性, 各种养分的释放速率远大于作物的吸收速率,这不仅造成了资源的浪费,还引起极大的环境问题。尤其当养分不均匀的释放时,甚至会对植物产生不利的影响。尤其对于不期望的元素如果释放过快,会导致产量低而不稳定,让农民认为是肥料土壤或种植方法出了问题。
缓释肥是针对目前营养成分快速流出不能长时间作用于农作物的一种公认的可靠方法。缓释肥颗粒的外表通常包裹一层可生物降解的包膜,水分通过这个包膜渗透进肥料内部,将颗粒中的养分均匀溶解,溶解的营养元素随着外部环境的变化又从包膜中渗透出来。CN110981601A公开了缓释肥的类型按照其溶解性释放方式通常分为3种类型:(1)物理障碍性因素控制的水溶性肥料,如包膜颗粒肥料和基质复合肥料,包膜颗料肥料又可进一步划分为有机聚合物包膜肥料(热塑性和树脂类)和无机包膜肥料(如硫磺、矿物质包膜);(2)微溶有机氮化合物,可进一步划分为生物可降解的微溶有机氮化合物(如脲甲醛和其它脲醛缩合物)和主要以化学降解的化合物(如异丁烯环二脲);(3)微溶性的无机化合物,如金属磷铵盐、部分酸化磷酸盐等。
但是,目前的肥料并不能针对农作物的实际需要,对缓释成分进行调整,因此,开发一种针对喜钾的作物的针对性肥料,使得营养成分在溶出过程中,优先溶出需要的营养成分,对于肥料中掺杂的氯元素的溶出起到抑制作用是十分必要的。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种肥料,尤其是具有高钾低磷的特点,且能有效抑制肥料中氯元素的溶出。
本发明的第一方面,提供一种特别适用喜钾作物生长的缓释钾肥,其由外而内包括缓释层和营养成分,其中肥料成分中包括(1%-5)wt%表面活性剂的混合物,所述表面活性剂的混合物的质量配比为聚醚占(20-35)wt%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的质量配比为65-80wt%;
所述营养成分包括钾元素和氯元素;
所述氯元素在营养成分中的占比小于5%;
所述缓冲层为聚氨酯包衣,所述聚氨酯包衣中含有5-10wt%的硅酸钙。
对于土豆种植用的钾肥,中间存在氯离子,少量氯离子对土豆的影响是微小的,但由于农药喷洒不均或者由于水流等原因导致农药聚集时,随着氯离子的集中释放,对土豆等厌氯植物是不利的,因此,在缓释钾肥的溶出过程中有效控制氯元素的释放是有利的。
所述含有硅酸钙的聚氨酯包衣的制备方法为:
S1.将20-30重量份的造孔剂溶解于二氧化钛的前驱体溶液中,加入80-100重量份的硅酸钙,搅拌混合均匀,反应3-5h后,干燥并煅烧,得到具有多孔结构的氧化态包覆硅酸钙。
S2.将55-65重量份的聚醚多元醇、0.1-0.5重量份催化剂、10-30gS1制备得到的硅酸钙混合均匀,与8-9重量份多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯搅拌混合均匀,反应得到聚氨酯包衣。
所述造孔剂是聚乙烯醇、碳酸氢铵中的一种。
所述催化剂是胺锡催化剂。
制备得到的聚氨酯包衣包覆有多孔结构的硅酸钙,在缓释过程中,氯离子在溶出时,被硅酸钙吸附,而无法进入土壤。
同时,出乎意料的,加入表面活性剂组合物聚醚和十二烷基苯磺酸钠的组合物可以有效地防止多孔硅酸钙对其他营养成分的溶出形成阻力。
所述钾肥是硫酸钾。

具体实施方式
实施例1
1.聚氨酯包衣的制备:
S1.将25重量份的造孔剂溶解于二氧化钛的前驱体溶液中,加入90重量份的硅酸钙,搅拌混合均匀,反应3-5h后,干燥并煅烧,得到具有多孔结构的氧化态包覆硅酸钙。
S2.将60重量份的聚醚多元醇、0.3重量份催化剂、25gS1制备得到的硅酸钙混合均匀,与8重量份多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯搅拌混合均匀,反应得到聚氨酯包衣。
2.制备缓释钾肥:
按质量配比钾肥:氮肥:磷肥:表面活性剂=40:30:15:10:5,其中表面活性剂的质量配比为25wt%聚醚,75wt%十二烷基苯磺酸钠制备营养成分混合物并引入流化床中,并引入步骤1中制备得到的聚氨酯包衣,制备得到缓释钾肥。
氯元素在营养成分中的质量含量小于3wt%。
采用450kg/公顷的施肥量,最终缓释周期为28天,块根粗壮,马铃薯淀粉含量14.1%。
实施例2
1.聚氨酯包衣的制备:
S1.将30重量份的造孔剂溶解于二氧化钛的前驱体溶液中,加入100重量份的硅酸钙,搅拌混合均匀,反应4h后,干燥并煅烧,得到具有多孔结构的氧化态包覆硅酸钙。
S2.将65重量份的聚醚多元醇、0.5重量份催化剂、30gS1制备得到的硅酸钙混合均匀,与9重量份多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯搅拌混合均匀,反应得到聚氨酯包衣。
2.制备缓释钾肥:
按质量配比钾肥:氮肥:磷肥:添加剂:表面活性剂=50:20:15:10:5,其中表面活性剂的质量配比为25wt%聚醚,75wt%十二烷基苯磺酸钠制备营养成分混合物并引入流化床中,并引入步骤1中制备得到的聚氨酯包衣,制备得到缓释钾肥。
最终,氯元素在营养成分中的质量含量小于2wt%。
采用450kg/公顷的施肥量,最终缓释周期为29天,块根粗壮,马铃薯淀粉含量13.9%。
实施例3
1.聚氨酯包衣的制备:
S1.将20重量份的造孔剂溶解于二氧化钛的前驱体溶液中,加入90重量份的硅酸钙,搅拌混合均匀,反应4h后,干燥并煅烧,得到具有多孔结构的氧化态包覆硅酸钙。
S2.将58重量份的聚醚多元醇、0.3重量份催化剂、25gS1制备得到的硅酸钙混合均匀,与8.5重量份多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯搅拌混合均匀,反应得到聚氨酯包衣。
2.制备缓释钾肥:
按质量配比钾肥:氮肥:磷肥:表面活性剂=45:25:15:10:5,其中表面活性剂的质量配比为25wt%聚醚,75wt%十二烷基苯磺酸钠,制备营养成分混合物,并引入流化床中,并引入步骤1中制备得到的聚氨酯包衣,制备得到缓释钾肥。
最终,氯元素在营养成分中的质量含量小于3wt%。
采用450kg/公顷的施肥量,最终缓释周期为28天,块根粗壮,马铃薯淀粉含量13.3%。

实施例4
1.聚氨酯包衣的制备:
将60重量份的聚醚多元醇、0.3重量份催化剂与8重量份多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯搅拌混合均匀,反应得到聚氨酯包衣。
2.制备缓释钾肥:
按质量配比钾肥:氮肥:磷肥:表面活性剂=40:30:15:10:5,其中表面活性剂的质量配比为25wt%聚醚,75wt%十二烷基苯磺酸钠制备营养成分混合物,制备营养成分混合物并引入流化床中,并引入步骤1中制备得到的聚氨酯包衣,制备得到缓释钾肥。
氯元素在营养成分中的质量含量小于3wt%。
采用450kg/公顷的施肥量,最终缓释周期为27天,块根较小,马铃薯淀粉含量为7%。
Claims (7)
1.一种缓释钾肥,其由外而内包括缓释层和营养成分,其中肥料成分中包括(1%-5)wt%表面活性剂混合物,所述表面活性剂混合物的质量配比为聚醚占(20-35)wt%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的质量配比为65-80wt%;
所述营养成分包括钾元素和氯元素;
所述氯元素在营养成分中的占比小于5%;
所述缓冲层为聚氨酯包衣,所述聚氨酯包衣中含有5-10wt%的硅酸钙。
2.如权利要求1所述的缓释钾肥,所述缓释钾肥中还包括氮肥、磷肥、添加剂。
3.如权利要求2所述的缓释钾肥,所述缓释钾肥中,钾肥的质量配比为40-50wt%,氮肥的质量分数为20-40%,磷肥的质量分数为15-20%,添加剂10-15%。
4.如权利要求3所述的缓释钾肥,所述氮肥硫酸铵、尿素中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求3所述的缓释钾肥,所述磷肥是过磷酸钙、重过磷酸钙中的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求3所述的缓释钾肥,所述添加剂是包括胺鲜酯、复硝酚钠、氯吡脲、萘乙酸钠中的一种或几种。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的缓释钾肥的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
1.聚氨酯包衣的制备:
S1.将20-30重量份的造孔剂溶解于二氧化钛的前驱体溶液中,加入80-100重量份的硅酸钙,搅拌混合均匀,反应3-5h后,干燥并煅烧,得到具有多孔结构的氧化态包覆硅酸钙;
S2.将55-65重量份的聚醚多元醇、0.1-0.5重量份催化剂、10-30gS1制备得到的硅酸钙混合均匀,与8-9重量份多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯搅拌混合均匀,反应得到聚氨酯包衣;
2.制备缓释钾肥:
将钾肥放入流化床中,并导入上述步骤1制备得到的聚氨酯包衣进行包衣。
