一种安全可靠的高位取放书装置,如图所示,包括支撑板1,其特征在于:支撑板1的顶面分别开设横向设置的第一凹槽2和纵向设置的第二凹槽3,第一凹槽2与第二凹槽3呈十字型分布,且第一凹槽2与第二凹槽3内部相通,第一凹槽2内壁的两侧分别通过轴承连接丝杠4的两端,丝杠4中心两侧的螺纹旋向相反,丝杆4外周的中心固定安装第一齿轮5,丝杠4外周的两侧分别螺纹安装螺母6,第一齿轮5位于两个螺母6之间,螺母6的顶面分别固定安装能够水平移动的滑块7,滑块7的顶面高于支撑板1的顶面3mm-5mm的距离,滑块7与第一滑槽2滑动配合,滑块7顶面的一侧分别通过扭簧铰接夹板8的下端,夹板8均位于靠近第一齿轮5的一侧,夹板8的上端均为楔形结构,夹板8的纵向长度大于支撑板1的纵向长度,夹板8的前面与支撑板8的前面共面,夹板8的内侧分别开设竖向设置的T型滑槽9,T型滑槽9内分别设有T型滑块10,T型滑槽9与相应的T型滑块10滑动配合,T型滑块10的底面分别固定安装拉簧11的一端,拉簧11的另一端与相应的T型滑槽9的底面固定连接,两个T型滑块10的相对侧分别固定安装薄板12,薄板12尺寸的大小与夹板8尺寸的大小相同,夹板8的外侧上部分别开设通孔13,通孔13与相应的T型滑槽9内部相通,通孔13位于相应的T型滑槽9内壁一侧的上部,通孔13内分别设有线绳14,线绳14的一端分别与相应的滑块7顶面的另一侧固定连接,线绳14的另一端分别与相应的T型滑块10的顶面固定连接,当夹板8与支撑板1处于垂直状态时,线绳14被拉紧,夹板8无法在扭簧的作用下继续翻折,夹板8的外侧上部均设有能够与支撑板1连接的锁紧装置,锁紧装置与第一凹槽2交错设置,第二凹槽3内壁的前面通过扭簧铰接拨杆15的一端,拨杆15顶面的后部固定安装拉绳16的一端,拉绳16的另一端在支撑板1的前面绕过后自然下垂;支撑板1底面中心的两侧分别固定安装相互平行的条形板17,两个条形板17通过连接轴18固定连接,连接轴18的一端其中一个条形板17内侧的下部固定连接,连接轴18的另一端与另一个条形17内侧的下部固定连接,连接轴18的外周通过轴承安装第二齿轮19,第一凹槽2底面的中心开设第一透槽20,第一齿轮5与第二齿轮19在第一透槽20内相啮合,连接轴18外周的两侧分别安装轴承座21,第二齿轮19位于两个轴承座21之间,两个轴承座21通过U型板22固定连接,U型板22其中一个竖板的顶面与其中一个轴承座21的底面固定连接,U型板22另一个竖板的顶面与另一个轴承座21的底面固定连接,U型板22的底面固定连接竖管23的顶面,竖管23内固定安装电机26,电机26为正反转电机,电机26通电后能够进行正转或反转,电机26的输出轴固定安装转轴28的一端,转轴28通过轴承与竖管23的内壁转动连接,U型板22的底面开设第三通孔29,转轴28在第三通孔29内穿过,转轴28的上端固定安装第一伞齿轮30,第二齿轮19的一侧固定连接第二伞齿轮31的一侧,第一伞齿轮30与第二伞齿轮31相啮合,竖管23外周的上部设有外螺纹,竖管23的外周上部螺纹安装螺套32,螺套32的顶面通过轴承转动安装圆环33,圆环33外周的前面通过铰接座铰接安装推杆34的一端,推杆34的另一端通过铰接座与支撑板1底面的前侧铰接连接。本发明在使用时,通过转动螺套32使螺套32带动圆环33向上移动,圆环33通过推杆34推动支撑板1翻折90°,从而使支撑板1带动夹板8翻折90°,第二伞齿轮31通过带动第一伞齿轮30带动电机26的转轴转动;在使用时,使用者能够通过两个按钮27使电机26正向转动或反向转动,电机26转动时通过转轴28带动第一伞齿轮30同步转动,第一伞齿轮30通过与之啮合的第二伞齿轮31带动第二齿轮19转动,第二齿轮19通过与之啮合的第一齿轮5带动丝杠4同步转动,丝杠4转动时两个螺母6能够相互靠近或相互远离,两个螺母6移动时,两个螺母6通过相应的滑块7带动两个夹板8相互靠近或相互远离,薄板12随相应的夹板8同步移动,从而实现调节两个夹板8之间的间距;进行取书时,首先调节好两个夹板8之间的间距,然后将薄板12插入书本之间,使待取书籍位于两个薄板12之间,继续插入时书籍能够位于两个夹板8之间,通过调节两个夹板8的位置,使夹板8、薄板12将待取书籍夹紧,然后就能够将书取下;进行放书,然后将书籍放入两个夹板8之间夹紧,将书放入合适位置后使夹板8松开书籍,然后使用者通过拉绳16使拨杆15由左向右看顺时针翻折,此时拨杆15能够推动书籍,将书籍推动到书架的合适位置;当不需要使用本发明取书时,将本装置调节到初始状态,如图1所示,使用者可将两个夹板8翻折到水平位置,如图1中虚线所示,并通过锁紧装置进行锁定,此时线绳14松弛,在拉簧11拉力的作用下,T型滑块10向T型滑槽9底部移动,从而使薄板12能够与夹板8重合,此时本装置能够作为板凳或置物台使用,也可将初始状态的两个夹板8之间的间距调节到最大,此时两个夹板8之间可放置数本书籍作为简易书架使用;本发明在使用时,通过夹板8、滑块7、螺母6、丝杠4、电机26、转轴28等结构之间的相互配合,能够对较高位置的书籍进行取放,相对于移动站台本装置体积更小,占用的空间更小,并且使用时不需要使用者登高取书,避免了在高处跌落的危险,安全性更高;本发明在闲置时能够作为板凳、置物台或简易书架进行使用,可放置部分杂物,提高室内空间的利用率,方便使用者使用。A safe and reliable high-position book pick-and-place device, as shown in the figure, includes a
