Abstract
The invention provides a positioning welding tool for an accessory seat of a rotating floor, which comprises an annular disc, a limiting pointer, a first limiting pin sleeve and a second limiting pin sleeve. The positioning welding tool adopts an annular disc-shaped structure, and two bolts are respectively inserted into corresponding holes of the large bracket and each roller bracket by using the pointer alignment installation positioning line on the tool, so that the mutual position size of the large bracket and each roller bracket is consistent with the product position size of the rotating floor attaching seat diagram, the positioning welding requirement of the rotating floor attaching seat is met, the correct exertion of the functions of the rotating floor is ensured, and the rotating flexibility of the rotating floor and the reliable use of a gun turret in the use process of an armored vehicle are realized.

The 21 second limiting pin sleeves 4 are respectively positioned on three rings on the outer side of the annular disc 1, correspond to the positions of the roller brackets and are used for positioning the roller brackets. As shown in fig. 5, the second stop pin sleeve 4 includes a second plug pin 10 and a stop block 11. The limiting block 11 is formed by connecting two ends of a strip cushion block inserted by two parallel bolt limiting sleeves, and the limiting block 11 is fixed at positions corresponding to the roller brackets on three rings on the outer side of the annular disc 1 and is used for providing support and limiting constraint for the second bolt 10. The two second bolts 10 are respectively inserted into the two bolt limiting sleeves on the limiting block 11, and the lower ends of the second bolts 10 extend out from the bottoms of the bolt limiting sleeves and are used for being inserted into corresponding holes of the roller support to realize the positioning of the roller support.
The positioning welding tool for the rotary floor auxiliary seat is positioned on the bottom deck in the vehicle body and is installed on the use condition of the rotary floor auxiliary seat, as shown in fig. 6. The positioning welding tool for the rotary floor accessory seat provided by the invention comprises the following steps: marking out an installation positioning line of a rotating floor auxiliary seat on a bottom deck, placing a large bracket and each roller bracket on corresponding positions on the bottom deck, aligning a pointer 6 of a tool with the installation positioning line, respectively inserting a first bolt 8 and a second bolt 10 into corresponding holes of the large bracket and each roller bracket, adjusting the tool and each bracket, carrying out spot welding positioning after confirming error, removing the tool, and then completing welding.
