However, during the use of the urinary catheter, since the urinary catheter is often left in the human body for a long time, urinary tract infections caused by the urinary catheter often occur, which makes the treatment process more difficult, and also brings a lot of pain to the patient. come a lot of pain.

In the prior art, people have tried many different ways to solve the problem of infection caused by urinary catheters, such as frequent replacement of urinary catheters to avoid long-term indwelling of urinary catheters in the human body. Replacing the catheter will cause physical and psychological torment to the patient. People try to install an antibacterial coating or device on the outer surface of the catheter, which can sterilize and prevent infection in the body. However, the existence of these coatings often causes the problem of difficult insertion of the catheter.

In addition, there are some existing technologies that use the method of spraying antibiotics on the surface of the catheter to avoid infection. However, once the catheter enters the human body, the antibiotics will quickly dissipate with the body fluid, and the duration of the antibacterial effect is very short. Although it can play an antibacterial effect in a short time, the urinary catheter still needs to be replaced after a period of time.

The excretion switch balloon 3 and the excretion switch filling cavity 30 are integrally formed. The drain switch balloon 3 and the drain switch inflation cavity 30 are made of the same material (silica gel), but the drain switch balloon 3 is thinner. Those of ordinary skill in the art can understand that the elasticity of the material of the excretion switch balloon 3 is greater than that of the material of the excretion switch filling cavity 30 , which are made of different materials and connected together by means of bonding or the like.

The discharge switch filling cavity 30 is arranged inside the above-mentioned discharge cavity 2, adjacent to the discharge cavity 2, and is also a slender cylindrical tube extending in the left-right direction, the left end of which is connected to the tip 1, and the right end of which is connected to the conical filling chamber. Start the interface 31 to connect. In addition, the excretion switch inflation cavity 30 communicates with the excretion switch balloon 3 for controlling the excretion switch balloon 3 (described in detail below) to inflate or deflate the excretion switch balloon 3 .

The excretion switch balloon 3 is disposed on the excretion switch inflation cavity 30 and is disposed at a position close to the tip portion 1 . The excretion switch balloon 3 has elasticity, and can be inflated toward the direction of the excretory cavity 2 or retracted toward the direction of the excretion switch inflated cavity 30 . When the excretion switch inflation cavity 30 is filled with gas or physiological saline, the excretion switch balloon 3 will be inflated in the direction of the excretory cavity 2 and abut against the inner wall 21 of the excretory cavity 2, showing the shape as shown in FIG. 1 . , at this time, the excretion switch balloon 3 abuts against the inner wall 21 of the excretory cavity 2 , which can just block the excretory cavity 2 so that urine cannot be discharged. Conversely, when the excretion switch inflating cavity 30 is pulled out of the gas or physiological saline, the excretion switch balloon 3 will shrink. At this time, the excretion switch balloon 3 will leave the inner wall of the excretory cavity 2 and cannot block the excretory cavity 2, and the urine will not be blocked. Then it is discharged through the excretion cavity 2 to the outside.

The left end of the first conical filling port 31 is connected to the right end of the discharge switch filling cavity 30 , and the right end is connected to the first valve 32 . In the catheter provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the first valve 32 controls the filling or discharge of the gas or the physiological saline in the filling cavity 30 of the excretion switch. The first valve 32 is a one-way valve, the one-way valve includes a valve shell, a valve core and a valve seat, and two ends of the one-way valve are respectively fixedly connected to the catheter body. The flushing pipe joint of the urinary catheter can be connected with a variety of flushing devices, and can prevent infection caused by bacteria in the air entering the flushing pipe; a one-way valve is provided, which has a better anti-backflow effect and prevents liquid backflow from causing secondary Infect.

The first valve 32 is used to connect a charging device, such as an inflator. When in use, the nurse opens the first valve 32 and connects the inflating pump, then after the excretion switch balloon 3 is inflated and abuts the inner wall 21 of the excretory cavity 2, the nurse disconnects the first valve 32 from the inflating pump, and The first valve 32 is closed so that the excretion switch balloon 3 remains inflated.

After the catheter is inserted into the urethra and left in the body, a part of the tube body, the first conical filling interface 31 and the first valve 32 are placed outside the body, and the external tube body is usually fixed on the inner side of the thigh by medical tape or abdomen. With the catheter placed in the body, the urine in the bladder begins to enter the excretory cavity 2 from the side hole 20. If the excretion is completed, use a syringe to inject normal saline/inject an appropriate amount of gas into the one-way valve 32 to make the excretion switch inflated. The pressure in the cavity gradually increases, the excretion switch balloon 3 begins to gradually inflate toward the excretion cavity 2 , and finally the excretion switch balloon 3 abuts against the inner wall of the excretory cavity 2 to block the excretory cavity 2 . The urine entering the excretory cavity 2 from the side hole 20 is blocked by the excretion switch balloon 3 and cannot be discharged, resulting in the gradual accumulation of urine in the bladder. As urine increases, bladder swells, and urination awareness increases, a syringe is manually used to extract physiological saline through the one-way valve 32, the excretion switch balloon 3 is contracted, and urine can enter the excretory cavity 2 through the side hole 20, and then be excreted through the urethra.

The urinary catheter provided in the embodiment of the present invention can thus realize artificial urination, and can flush and disinfect the urethra, so that bacteria and viruses that grow between the urinary catheter and the inner wall of the urethra can be washed and automatically excreted, and the self-disinfection of the inner wall of the urethra is realized. .

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1 , the urinary catheter provided by the embodiment of the present invention further includes a balloon 4 , an inflation cavity 40 , a second conical inflation interface 41 and a second valve 42 . The second valve 42 is used to connect a charging device, such as an inflator. When in use, the nurse opens the second valve 42 and connects the inflating pump, then after the balloon 4 is inflated to a predetermined state, the nurse disconnects the second valve 42 from the inflating pump, and closes the second valve 42, so that The balloon 4 remains inflated.

The balloon 4 is arranged on the surface of the tube body 5 around the tube body 5, and the balloon 4 is used to fix the urinary catheter in the body when inflated. The inflation cavity 40 is arranged inside the tube body 5, its left end is connected with the tip portion 1, and the right end is connected with the second conical inflation interface 41, the inflation cavity 40 is used to inflate or deflate the balloon 4. The left end of the second conical inflation port 41 is connected to the inflation chamber 40 , and the right end is connected to the second valve 42 .

In addition, the catheter provided by the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a side hole 43 on the inflation cavity, at the position where the balloon is located, through which gas or normal saline flows into the inflation cavity Inside the cavity 40 .

When inserting the urinary catheter provided by the embodiment of the present invention into the urethra, as shown in FIG. 2 , the balloon 4 ′ is in a natural state of contraction. When the medical staff performs the operation of inserting the urinary catheter, the contraction and Whether the charging state is normal. When fully inserted, inject physiological saline/inject an appropriate amount of gas into the one-way valve 42 through a syringe, so that the balloon 4' is inflated and takes the shape of the balloon 4 in Figure 1, so that the catheter can be fixed in the body Not easy to fall off. On the contrary, when the physiological saline or gas in the inflation cavity 40 is withdrawn, the balloon 4 will be contracted, and the urinary catheter can be easily pulled out from the body for replacement.

FIG. 3a is a cross-sectional view along the A-A direction in FIG. 1 , and FIG. 3b is a cross-sectional view along the B-B direction in FIG. 1 . As can be seen from the figure, the outer circumference of the cross-section of the pipe body is circular. The discharge chamber 2, the charging chamber 40 and the discharging switch charging chamber 30 may be the structure shown in FIG. 3b or the structure shown in FIG. 3c. In Figure 3b, the excretory cavity 2 has a larger cross-sectional area and is more suitable for urination.

The urinary catheter provided by the embodiment of the present invention is preferably made of silicone rubber material, so that the urinary catheter is relatively soft as a whole, which reduces the pain caused to the patient when inserted into the body, and improves the feeling of use.

The body of the catheter provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes: an excretory cavity, one end of the excretory cavity is connected to the tip, and the other end is a urination port for expelling urine; a side hole is provided in the excretory cavity, close to the tip At the position of the tube body, it runs through the tube body to make the urine enter the excretory cavity from the side hole; the excretion switch balloon is arranged in the excretory cavity near the tip and has elasticity. The inner wall; the side hole and the urination port are located on both sides of the excretion switch balloon respectively; the excretion switch fills the cavity, one end of the excretion switch filled cavity is connected with the excretion switch balloon, and the other end is connected with the conical filling interface for filling. Raise or deflate the excretory switch balloon. Also, the drain switch inflation cavity is located between the drain cavity and the inflation cavity. The drain switch balloon is closer to the tip than the balloon. The excretion switch balloon and the urination port are located on both sides of the balloon. The side hole, the excretion switch balloon, the balloon and the urination port are arranged in sequence along the direction away from the tip.

Therefore, in the urinary catheter provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a retractable excretion switch balloon is arranged in the excretory cavity, and the inflation and contraction of the excretion switch balloon are controlled by setting an excretion switch inflating cavity in the tube body, so that Urine can be excreted after accumulating a preset amount. Compared with the existing excretion of urine from time to time, the bladder muscles can be well contracted and exercised, and it is solved that the existing amount of urine is small and cannot flush the urethra. It can accumulate enough urine to flush the urethra well when it is discharged, and improve the problem that the patient is prone to urinary tract infection. In addition, a retractable balloon is also provided, which can play the role of fixing the urinary catheter in the body and prevent the urinary catheter from falling off or loosening.

The structures of the urinary catheter provided in the embodiments of the present invention that are not described in detail all meet the requirements of the industry standard (YY0325-2002) named "Sterile Urinary Catheter for Disposable Use", and will not be repeated here.

Further, the urination port 22 is provided with a connecting portion 221, and urine collection can be matched with a urine collector (urine collector), such as a urinal, a urinal, a urinal, a urinal, a urinal bag, and the like. The selection of the urine collector needs to be combined with the urination posture, including sitting, standing, and lying. The urine collector is connected to the urination port 22 through the connection portion 221 , so as to receive urine from the urination port 22 . The connecting portion 221 may be a screw thread, or a structure such as a bayonet.

As mentioned above, the first valve 32 controls the filling or discharge of the gas or the physiological saline in the inflating cavity 30 of the excretion switch, and further controls the inflating or deflation of the excretion switch balloon 3 . Therefore, when the excretion switch balloon 3 is deflated, urine flows from the side hole 10 through the excretion port 22 into the urine collector. On the contrary, when the excretion switch balloon 3 is inflated, urine does not flow out of the bladder. It can be seen from this that, by manually intervening to open or close the first valve 32, the retention or outflow of urine can be controlled.

As a more preferred alternative, the first valve 32 in the embodiment of the present invention may be connected to the catheterization controller 321 (as shown in FIG. 2 ) in a wired or wireless manner. In FIG. 2 , the catheterization controller 321 is wired and manually controlled by the patient. When the patient presses the urination button on the catheterization controller 321, the first valve 32 is opened, and the inflator pump does not work, so the gas in the excretion switch balloon 3 is automatically discharged and deflated, and urine flows from the side hole 10 to Urine collector. When the patient presses the inflation button on the catheter controller 321 , the first valve 32 is closed, and the inflation pump starts to work to inflate the excretory switch balloon 3 .

Those skilled in the art can understand that the control of the aforementioned urinary catheter controller 321 may also be controlled by a mobile phone APP, or by a medical care management system.

321’。If a wireless method is used, the catheterization controller 321' is integrated on the first valve 32, and has a wireless communication module to receive wireless signals from a mobile phone or a remote control or the like. The patient or medical staff uses the mobile phone APP to send a signal to urinate or stop urinating, and sends a control signal to the catheterization controller 321' through the antenna of the mobile phone.

Further, for patients with neurogenic bladder, paralysis, etc. who cannot sense the bladder filling state, or who cannot operate the catheterization controller 321, a pressure sensor can be added to the excretion switch balloon 3, and the mobile phone APP (urine management APP) ) to set the reminder function triggered by the pressure sensor. When the pressure sensor detects that the fluid pressure reaches a preset pressure value due to the filling of urine, a control signal is sent out. When the mobile phone receives the control signal, it triggers the reminder function and sends catheterization instructions to the nurse or patient. The patient can verbally notify the nurse, or the nurse can directly open the first valve 32 for manual urination upon receiving the catheterization instruction. Of course, after the mobile phone receives the control signal, on the one hand, the patient can be reminded, and on the other hand, the first valve 32 can be opened wirelessly for automatic urination.

Those skilled in the art can understand that the aforementioned pressure sensor may be omitted and replaced with a timing reminder function. After the mobile phone reaches a set time interval (for example, 30 minutes), the urine management APP triggers a reminder function, and sends a catheterization instruction to the nurse or patient for manual urination, or wirelessly opens the first valve 32 for automatic urination.

It can be seen that the urinary catheter provided by the embodiment of the present invention can realize on-demand urination, not only can control the urination time, but also can control the urination volume, which is convenient for medical staff to care for patients and convenient for patients to take care of themselves. At the same time, by accumulating urine and then expelling it in one go, the urethra can be flushed and iatrogenic infections can be reduced.

The present invention has been described in detail above. It can be understood that the technical features in the above-mentioned embodiments can be combined, and they are divided into multiple embodiments for description only for the convenience of description. For those of ordinary skill in the art, any obvious changes made to the present invention without departing from the essential content of the present invention will constitute an infringement of the patent right of the present invention, and will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
