Abstract
The invention discloses a hair dye containing a functional surfactant, which comprises an agent A and an agent B, wherein the agent A mainly comprises the following components: cage-type polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane emulsifier, 5, 6-dihydroxyindole, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, propylene glycol, cysteine, hydrolyzed keratin, D-panthenol, ammonia water and water; the agent B mainly comprises the following components: cage-type polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane emulsifier, hydrogen peroxide, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, propylene glycol and water; the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of an agent A; (2) preparation of agent B; the using method comprises the following steps: cleaning white hair, uniformly mixing the agent A and the agent B according to the ratio of 1:1, smearing on the hair, standing in the air for 30min, washing with shampoo, and air drying. The product of the invention has obvious hair dyeing effect and strong coloring capability. The dye is not easy to wash off.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hair dyes, in particular to a hair dye containing a functional surfactant and a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
Graying of hair occurs not only in the elderly population but also gradually in youthful age. The Chinese invention with the invention name of 'a hair dye based on phenylboronic acid and a preparation and use method thereof' of the publication No. CN110200823A discloses a hair dye based on phenylboronic acid and a preparation and use method thereof, wherein the hair dye comprises an agent A and an agent B, and the agent A comprises the following components: 5, 6-dihydroxyindole, phenylboronic acid, oleyl alcohol, oleic acid, propylene glycol, isopropanol, sodium dodecyl sulfate, ammonia water and water; the agent B consists of the following components: hydrogen peroxide, oleyl alcohol, oleic acid, propylene glycol, isopropanol, sodium dodecyl sulfate, phosphoric acid and water.
The Chinese invention with the invention name of 'a hair dye based on macromolecular amine and a preparation and use method thereof' in the publication No. CN110151599A discloses a hair dye based on macromolecular amine and a preparation and use method thereof, which comprises an agent A and an agent B, wherein the agent A comprises the following components: 5, 6-dihydroxyindole, cetostearyl alcohol, oleic acid, propylene glycol, isopropanol, sodium dodecyl sulfate, high molecular amine, ammonia water and water; the agent B consists of the following components: hydrogen peroxide, oleyl alcohol, oleic acid, propylene glycol, isopropanol and sodium dodecyl sulfate.
The Chinese invention with the invention name of 'a dendritic macromolecule catalytic hair dye and a preparation and use method thereof' of the publication No. CN110123670A discloses a dendritic macromolecule catalytic hair dye and a preparation and use method thereof, wherein the preparation and use method comprises an agent A and an agent B, and the agent A comprises the following components: 5, 6-dihydroxyindole, cetostearyl alcohol, oleic acid, propylene glycol, isopropanol, sodium dodecyl sulfate, polyethylene diamine dendrimer, ammonia water and water; the agent B consists of the following components: hydrogen peroxide, cetostearyl alcohol, oleic acid, propylene glycol, isopropanol, sodium dodecyl sulfate, a proper amount of phosphoric acid and the balance of water.
Although the three hair dyes have good overall hair dyeing effect, the three hair dyes are oxidized too quickly in the air and cannot rapidly pass through the epidermal scale layer, so that pigments are easy to gather to cause uneven coloring and infirm coloring.

Still further, the molecular formula structure of the cage-type polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane emulsifier is as follows:r is-CH 2COOH in the anionic emulsifier, R is-CH 2CH2NH3Cl in the cationic emulsifier, and R is-CH 2CHOHCH2OH in the nonionic emulsifier.

a proper amount of ammonia water is added,
the balance of water is water,
the mass percentage of each component is 100 percent;
the agent B mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.1 to 2 percent of cage-type polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane emulsifier,
8 to 20 percent of hydrogen peroxide,
5 to 10 percent of stearic acid,
5 to 10 percent of cetyl alcohol,
4 to 9 percent of propylene glycol,
the balance of water is water,
the mass percentage of each component is 100 percent.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the hair dye containing the functionalized surfactant.
Therefore, the technical scheme provided by the invention is a preparation method of the hair dye containing the functionalized surfactant, which comprises the following steps:
(1) the preparation of the agent A comprises the following steps:
a. mixing stearic acid and cetyl alcohol, and heating to 80 ℃ to obtain an oil phase;
b. mixing and heating a cage-type polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane emulsifier, propylene glycol, cysteine, hydrolyzed keratin, D-panthenol and water to 80 ℃ to obtain a water phase;
c. adding the water phase into the oil phase, stirring for 5min, and then cooling to room temperature;
d. adding a proper amount of ammonia water to adjust the pH value to be about 9-10, and adding 5, 6-dihydroxyindole to mix to obtain an agent A;
(2) the preparation of the agent B comprises the following steps:
a. mixing stearic acid and cetyl alcohol, and heating to 80 ℃ to obtain an oil phase;
b. mixing and heating a cage-type polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane emulsifier, propylene glycol and water to 80 ℃ to obtain a water phase;
c. adding the water phase into the oil phase, stirring for 5min, and then cooling to room temperature;
d. adding a proper amount of hydrogen peroxide and mixing to obtain the agent B.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a method for using the above-mentioned hair dye containing a functionalized surfactant.
Therefore, the technical scheme provided by the invention is a method for using the hair dye containing the functionalized surfactant, which comprises the following steps: cleaning white hair, uniformly mixing the agent A and the agent B according to the ratio of 1:1, smearing on the hair, standing in the air for 30min, washing with shampoo, and air drying.
Compared with the prior art, the product of the invention has obvious hair dyeing effect and strong coloring capability.

The following examples are given to further illustrate the embodiments of the present invention, but are not intended to limit the invention.

A hair dye containing a functional surfactant comprises an agent A and an agent B, wherein:
the agent A mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.1 to 2 percent of cage-type polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane emulsifier,
0.5 percent of 5, 6-dihydroxyindole,
10 percent of stearic acid,
5 percent of cetyl alcohol,
9 percent of propylene glycol,
3 percent of cysteine,
1 percent of hydrolyzed keratin,
0.5 percent of D-panthenol,
a proper amount of ammonia water is added,
the balance of water is water,
the mass percentage of each component is 100 percent;
the agent B mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.1 percent of cage-type polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane emulsifier,
20 percent of hydrogen peroxide,
5 percent of stearic acid,
10 percent of cetyl alcohol,
4 percent of propylene glycol,
the balance of water is water,
the mass percentage of each component is 100 percent.
Example 2
A hair dye containing a functional surfactant comprises an agent A and an agent B, wherein:
the agent A mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.1 to 2 percent of cage-type polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane emulsifier,
1 percent of 5, 6-dihydroxyindole,
7 percent of stearic acid,
7 percent of cetyl alcohol,
6 percent of propylene glycol,
4 percent of cysteine,
1 percent of hydrolyzed keratin,
0.5 percent of D-panthenol,
a proper amount of ammonia water is added,
the balance of water is water,
the mass percentage of each component is 100 percent;
the agent B mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
1 percent of cage-type polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane emulsifier,
10 percent of hydrogen peroxide,
7 percent of stearic acid,
8 percent of cetyl alcohol,

0.5 percent of D-panthenol,
a proper amount of ammonia water is added,

the agent B mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
2 percent of cage-type polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane emulsifier,

(2) the preparation of the agent B comprises the following steps:
a. mixing stearic acid and cetyl alcohol, and heating to 80 ℃ to obtain an oil phase;
b. mixing and heating a cage-type polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane emulsifier, propylene glycol and water to 80 ℃ to obtain a water phase;
c. adding the water phase into the oil phase, stirring for 5min, and then cooling to room temperature;
d. adding a proper amount of hydrogen peroxide and mixing to obtain the agent B.

A hair dye comprises an agent A and an agent B, wherein:

1 percent of sodium dodecyl sulfate,
1 percent of 5, 6-dihydroxyindole,
6 percent of stearic acid,
the content of the cetyl alcohol is 6 percent,
5 percent of propylene glycol,
4 percent of cysteine,
1 percent of hydrolyzed keratin,
0.5 percent of D-panthenol,
a proper amount of ammonia water is added,
the balance of water is water,
the mass percentage of each component is 100 percent;
the agent B mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
1 percent of sodium dodecyl sulfate,
