Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a bed structure which is small in size after being stored and convenient to carry and transport.
The bed structure comprises a polygonal frame, wherein the polygonal frame comprises at least two telescopic rods which are parallel to each other, the polygonal frame is in an unfolding state and a shrinking state along with the telescopic change of the telescopic rods, supporting feet capable of supporting the polygonal frame are rotatably connected to the polygonal frame, the supporting feet can be rotatably contained in the polygonal frame in the shrinking state, and a storage basket with an upward opening is detachably arranged on the polygonal frame.
The bed structure according to the embodiment of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
when the bed structure is stored, the storage basket is detached from the polygonal frame, and then the telescopic rods on the polygonal frame are contracted to enable the polygonal frame to be contracted, and each supporting leg is stored in the polygonal frame in a contracted state after rotating, so that the bed structure is folded into a flat shape, the storage space is greatly reduced, and the carrying and the transportation are convenient.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the polygonal frame is a rectangular frame, the rectangular frame includes two long bars and two wide bars, the long bars and/or the wide bars are telescopic bars, and four corners of the rectangular frame are respectively connected with one of the supporting legs in a rotating manner.
In some embodiments of the invention, a resilient self-locking mechanism is provided between the legs and the rectangular frame for locking the angle of deployment of the legs.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the elastic self-locking mechanism includes a slider slidably disposed on the leg, a positioning protrusion is disposed on the slider, a positioning groove corresponding to the positioning protrusion is disposed on the rectangular frame, a first elastic member driving the slider to approach the rectangular frame is disposed between the leg and the slider, and when the leg is unfolded, the first elastic member can drive the positioning protrusion to move into the positioning groove.
In some embodiments of the invention, a rocker is removably mounted between the two legs at either end of the wide bar, the rocker having an arcuate segment that contacts the ground.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the rocker is provided with a mounting joint connected with two ends of the arc section, the mounting joint is provided with an upward extending plug post, the bottom surface of the supporting leg is provided with a jack matched with the plug post, the surface of the plug post is provided with a circle of anti-falling groove, the side wall of the supporting leg is movably provided with an anti-falling card moving along the radial direction of the jack, the anti-falling card is provided with a perforation for the plug post to pass through, and the anti-falling card is connected with a second elastic piece for driving the inner side wall of the perforation to lean against the side surface of the anti-falling groove.
In some embodiments of the invention, the storage basket is formed of a flexible braid, the open edge of the storage basket is connected to the polygonal frame, and the legs are provided with at least one connecting assembly capable of straightening the bottom of the storage basket.
In some embodiments of the invention, the middle and bottom of the leg are each provided with one of the connection assemblies, the connection assemblies including a connection base pivotally connected to the leg and a connection strap connected between the connection base and the bottom of the storage basket.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the telescopic rod includes an inner rod and an outer rod movably sleeved outside the inner rod, at least two gear holes are spaced apart on one of the inner rod and the outer rod along a length direction of the inner rod, and a marble structure capable of being combined with any one of the gear holes is arranged on the other of the inner rod and the outer rod.
In some embodiments of the invention, the leg includes a branch pipe rotatably coupled to the polygonal frame and a unit pipe telescopically disposed at a lower end of the branch pipe.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a bed structure includes a polygonal frame 100, the polygonal frame 100 including at least two telescopic rods 200 parallel to each other, the polygonal frame 100 having an expanded state and a contracted state following the telescopic rods 200, the polygonal frame 100 being stretchable in an elongation direction of the telescopic rods 200 to an expanded state or contractible in a contraction direction of the telescopic rods 200 to a contracted state, legs 300 capable of supporting the polygonal frame 100 being rotatably connected to the polygonal frame 100, in the expanded state, all the legs 300 being in contact with the ground to form a stable supporting structure, the legs 300 being rotatably received into the polygonal frame 100 in the contracted state, a storage basket 600 having an upward opening being detachably installed to the polygonal frame 100, wherein the storage basket 600 is provided for a child or infant to lie down or stand. When the bed structure is stored, the storage basket is detached from the polygonal frame 100, and then the telescopic rods 200 on the polygonal frame 100 are contracted to shrink the polygonal frame, and each supporting leg 300 is stored in the polygonal frame 100 in a contracted state after rotating, so that the bed structure is folded into a flat shape, the storage space is greatly reduced, and the carrying and the transportation are convenient.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the polygonal frame 100 is a rectangular frame, the rectangular frame includes two long bars and two wide bars, the long bars and/or the wide bars are the telescopic bars 200, and four corners of the rectangular frame are rotatably connected with one of the legs 300, respectively. Preferably, the long rod and the wide rod are both telescopic rods 200, wherein in some embodiments, the telescopic rods 200 comprise an inner rod 210 and an outer rod 220 movably sleeved outside the inner rod 210, at least two gear holes are distributed on one of the inner rod 210 and the outer rod 220 at intervals along the length direction of the inner rod 210 and the outer rod 220, and a marble structure capable of being combined with any one of the gear holes is arranged on the other of the inner rod 210 and the outer rod 220.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, an elastic self-locking mechanism 400 for locking the unfolding angle of the stand bar 300 is provided between the stand bar 300 and the rectangular frame, and the elastic self-locking mechanism 400 can realize quick fixation after the stand bar 300 is unfolded, so as to prevent the stand bar 300 from further rotating due to external force.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the elastic self-locking mechanism 400 includes a slider 410 slidably disposed on the leg 300, a positioning protrusion 420 is disposed on the slider 410, a positioning groove 430 corresponding to the positioning protrusion 420 is disposed on the rectangular frame, a first elastic member 440 for driving the slider 410 to approach the rectangular frame is disposed between the leg 300 and the slider 410, and when the leg 300 is unfolded, the first elastic member 440 can drive the positioning protrusion 420 to move into the positioning groove 430, so as to fix the leg 300. When it is desired to fold the bed structure of the present invention, the slider 410 is pushed so that the positioning protrusion 420 is disengaged from the positioning groove 430, and then the leg 300 is rotated into the rectangular frame.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, a swing lever 500 is detachably installed between the two legs 300 at both ends of the wide bar, the swing lever 500 having an arc-shaped section contacting the ground. At this time, the bed structure with the rocking bar 500 can be used as a cradle, further expanding the functions of the bed structure of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments of the present invention, the rocker 500 is provided with a mounting joint 510 connected to two ends of the arc-shaped section, the mounting joint 510 is provided with an upwardly extending plug 520, the bottom surface of the stand 300 is provided with a jack 310 matched with the plug 520, the surface of the plug 520 is provided with a circle of anti-falling groove 521, the side wall of the stand 300 is movably provided with an anti-falling card 320 moving along the radial direction of the jack 310, the anti-falling card 320 is provided with a through hole 321 for the plug 520 to pass through, and the anti-falling card 320 is connected with a second elastic member 330 driving the inner side wall of the through hole 321 to abut against the side surface of the anti-falling groove 521. When the insert pin 520 on the rocker 500 is inserted into the insertion hole 310, the inner side wall of the through hole 321 on the anti-falling card 320 abuts against the anti-falling groove 521 under the action of the second elastic member 330 to prevent the rocker 500 from falling off downwards, and when the rocker 500 needs to be disassembled, the force is applied towards the deformation direction of the second elastic member 330 to separate the through hole 321 from the anti-falling groove 521, so that the insert pin 520 is pulled out from the insertion hole 310.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the storage basket 600 is formed of a flexible braid, such as mesh, cotton, etc., the open edge of the storage basket 600 is connected to the polygonal frame, and the leg 300 is provided with at least one connection assembly 340 capable of straightening the bottom of the storage basket 600. Wherein, the middle and bottom of the leg 300 are respectively provided with one connection assembly 340, and the connection assembly 340 includes a connection base pivotally connected to the leg 300 and a connection strap connected between the connection base and the bottom of the storage basket 600. Referring to fig. 1, all of the connection assemblies 340 at the middle of the leg 300 are connected to the four corners of the bottom of the storage basket 600 so that the bed structure can be used as a crib, and referring to fig. 2, all of the connection assemblies 340 at the bottom of the leg 300 are connected to the four corners of the bottom of the storage basket 600 so that the bottom of the storage basket 600 can be contacted with the ground, a child can stand in the storage basket 600 to move, and the bed structure can be used as a play yard.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to perform a lifting function of the bed structure, the leg 300 includes a branch pipe 301 rotatably coupled to the polygonal frame 100 and a unit pipe 302 telescopically disposed at a lower end of the branch pipe 301.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
