The engagement of the clip 70 with the projection 73 is not limited thereto, and a snap-fit engagement of a clip with a snap-fit groove, a screw engagement, or the like may be employed.
The invention also provides a shower door, which comprises a fixed glass 80 and a movable glass 90, wherein at least two first assembly holes 81 are formed in the fixed glass 80, at least two second assembly holes 91 are formed in the movable glass 90, the shower door further comprises the external locking hinge, the other end of the first locking member 12 is fixedly connected with the first assembly holes 81, and the other end of the second locking member 22 is fixedly connected with the second assembly holes 91.
When the hinge is installed, the hinge is installed first. The shaft sleeve 62 is fixed to the mounting groove 13, the rotation shaft 61 is coupled to the shaft sleeve 62 after passing through the coupling portion 23, and the clip 70 is simultaneously locked to the fixed body 11 and the movable body 21. Next, the first locking member 12 is locked to the first fitting hole 81 of the fixing glass 80, the spacer 50 is fitted, and then the fixing body 11 is fitted such that the two first locking members 12 pass through the adjustment hole 31 and the positioning hole 32, respectively, the taper nuts 34 at the positioning hole 32 are screwed so that the first locking member 12 is coaxial with the adjustment hole 31, the adjustment member 40 is adjusted to press the first locking member 12 so that the fixing base 10 is kept horizontal, and the nuts 33 at the adjustment hole 31 are screwed so that the first locking member 12 is locked.
The second locking member 22 is locked to the second assembly hole 91 of the movable glass 90, the gasket 50 is installed, the movable glass is lifted, the second locking member 22 respectively passes through the adjusting hole 31 and the positioning hole 32 on the movable body 21, the conical nut 34 at the positioning hole 32 is screwed to enable the first locking member 12 to be coaxial with the adjusting hole 31, the adjusting member 40 is adjusted to press the first locking member 12 to enable the fixing seat 10 to be kept horizontal, and the nut 33 at the adjusting hole 31 is screwed to lock the first locking member 12.
Finally, the first cover plate 15 is sleeved on the fixed body 11, and the second cover plate 27 is sleeved on the movable body 21, so that the convex part 73 is embedded into the buckling hole 71.
The hinge and the shower door of the invention have the following working principles:
Referring to fig. 14, when the movable glass 90 is rotated to a state in which the movable seat 20 is horizontal with respect to the fixed seat 10, that is, the shower door is in a closed state, one end of the arc surface 26 of the connecting portion 23 of the movable body 21 is opposite to the blocking portion 14, and if the movable seat is to be rotated in the door closing direction, the arc surface 26 abuts against the blocking portion 14, so that the movable seat 20 is prevented from being excessively large in amplitude and colliding with other components.
Referring to fig. 15, when the movable glass 90 is rotated to a state (90 °) in which the movable seat 20 is perpendicular to the fixed seat 10, i.e., the shower door is in an open state, the other end of the arcuate surface 26 of the connecting portion 23 of the movable body 21 abuts against the blocking portion 14, so as to prevent the movable seat 20 from continuing to rotate, and the side of the mounting groove 13 of the first cover 15 can be embedded into the recess 24 of the movable body 21.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of specific embodiments of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any insubstantial modification of the present invention by using the design concept shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
