技术领域
本发明涉及纺织功能面料领域,特别是涉及一种高强时尚羽绒面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着服装功能性面料的不断变化,人们对面料的功能需求越来越大,同时穿着个性要求也越来越高,但是目前市场上的亮面料,普遍存在强度不够,特别对于儿童羽绒服装,会出现儿童在玩耍时强度不够,很容易撕破。造成服装达不到国标撕裂7牛的要求。目前市场上的羽绒超轻亮面面料,由于后整理的工艺缺陷,很难达到,高撕强度的童装要求,特别对于欧美的客户要求,更难达到,没有足够的防水压能力,防雨淋也不稳定。导致服装除了能美观之外,在面料的实际强度和功能性方面差很多。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高强时尚羽绒面料的生产工艺,在保证防绒的同时,亮面时尚,高强撕裂。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:一种高强时尚羽绒面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、面布制备,面布采用20D尼龙超轻面料,经纱20D/24F,经向密度210T,纬纱20D/24F,纬向密度170T;
S2、将面布进行退浆;
S3、对面布染色形成色布;
S4、将染色后的色布进行清水定型;
S5、对色布的正面进行压光;
S6、对色布的反面涂覆第一道涂层,第一道涂层的成分为50%硅胶和50%PU透湿胶的混合物;
S7、进行第一道水洗;
S8、对色布的压光面涂覆第二道涂层,第二道涂层分两次涂布,第一次涂布为纯PU胶,第二次涂布为PU亮面;
S9、进行第二道水洗。
进一步的,所述S3具体采用酸性染料经轴染色。
进一步的,所述S5具体采用压光机进行压光,压光温度为150℃,压光机开机速度为40m/min。
进一步的,所述S6涂层机器的开机速度为30-40m/min,针孔内幅宽148cm。
进一步的,所述S7中将布料放入水洗机器并加入100℃的水和8%的柔软剂进行水洗。

S3、对面布染色形成色布,具体采用酸性染料经轴染色;
S4、将染色后的色布进行清水定型;
S5、对色布的正面进行压光,具体采用压光机进行压光,压光温度为150℃,压光机开机速度为40m/min;
S6、对色布的反面涂覆第一道涂层,具体为压光后的面布打大卷状后安装在涂层机器上,对色布的反面涂布第一道涂层,第一道涂层的成分为50%硅胶和50%PU透湿胶的混合物,涂层机器的开机速度为30m/min,涂布过程中,保持压光机开机速度平稳,确保胶料混合均匀,针孔内幅宽148cm;
S7、进行第一道水洗,具体为将布料放入水洗机器并加入100℃的水和8%的柔软剂进行水洗;调整手感,改善胶面的光滑性;

本发明使得面料的撕裂强度可达到撕裂7牛以上,使面料强度有了大大改善,在保证防绒的同时,亮面时尚,高强撕裂,同时耐水压达到2000MMH2Ocolumn(ISO811:1981)以上,且防风防雨功能大大加强。

S4、将染色后的色布进行清水定型;
S5、对色布的正面进行压光;
S6、对色布的反面涂覆第一道涂层,第一道涂层的成分为50%硅胶和50%PU透湿胶的混合物;
S7、进行第一道水洗;
S8、对色布的压光面涂覆第二道涂层,第二道涂层分两次涂布,第一次涂布为纯PU胶,第二次涂布为PU亮面;
S9、进行第二道水洗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强时尚羽绒面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S3具体采用酸性染料经轴染色。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强时尚羽绒面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S5具体采用压光机进行压光,压光温度为150℃,压光机开机速度为40m/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强时尚羽绒面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S6涂层机器的开机速度为30-40m/min,针孔内幅宽148cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高强时尚羽绒面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S7中将布料放入水洗机器并加入100℃的水和8%的柔软剂进行水洗。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高强时尚羽绒面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S8涂层机器的开机速度为35-40m/min,针孔内幅宽145cm,整体机器的烘箱温度,从第一节100℃逐渐增加到中间烘箱150℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高强时尚羽绒面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S9将布料放入水洗机器并加入100℃的水和9%的柔软剂进行水洗。
