本发明公开了含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂及其应用,属于植物生长调节剂技术领域,由以下质量百分比的组分构成:主剂:助剂=100:0~50,其中,主剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:调环酸钙5~45%,烯效唑5~45%,乙烯10~18%,氧化磷2~12%,形态素10~18%,吡唑醚菌酯2~12%,生长剂2~10%,抑制剂2~10%,所述助剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:湿润剂1~18,分散剂6~36%,消泡剂1~5%,粘接剂1~1.2%,崩解剂2~24%,载体10~60%。提高叶绿素含量,促进线粒体呼吸将叶绿素光合作用的产物转化为植株的营养成分,提高植物新陈代谢速率,调节植物的营养生长。

技术领域
本发明涉及其植物生长调节剂技术领域,特别涉及其含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂及其应用。
背景技术
植物生长调节剂是人们在了解天然植物激素的结构和作用机制后,通过人工合成与植物激素具有类似生理和生物学效应的物质,在农业生产上使用,以有效调节作物的生育过程,达到稳产增产、改善品质、增强作物抗逆性等目的;与植物激素具有相似生理和生物学效应的物质,现已发现具有调控植物生长和发育功能物质有胺鲜酯(DA-6),氯吡脲,复硝酚钠,生长素、赤霉素、乙烯、细胞分裂素、脱落酸、油菜素内酯、水杨酸、茉莉酸、多效唑和多胺等,而作为植物生长调节剂被应用在农业生产中主要是前9大类。
专利号为CN201110166461.2公开了一种植物生长调节剂及其应用。该植物生长调节剂,其活性成分为调环酸钙和烯效唑。实验表明,烯效唑与调环酸钙混配具有明显的增效作用,达到理想的防倒伏效果,同时消除单用存在的副作用,大大降低有效成分的使用量,减少环境污染,以及明显降低农用成本,由上述专利可知,现有技术中,植物生长调节剂主要的调节方向是提高光合作用,增加叶片中叶绿素含量,从而促进植株生长,通过降低生长速率来延缓成熟期,达到抑制生长的目的,从而导致植株生长过程中光合作用速率高,但营养转化速率无法跟上光合作用的速率,导致植株生长不良率高,且抑制过程中植株呼吸消耗不变,营养积累效率降低,导致植株枯萎速率高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂及其应用,不仅能够提高叶绿素含量,还能够促进线粒体呼吸将叶绿素光合作用的产物转化为植株的营养成分,提高植物新陈代谢速率,调节植物的营养生长,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂,由以下质量百分比的组分构成:主剂:助剂=100:0~50,其中,所述主剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:调环酸钙5~45%,烯效唑5~45%,乙烯10~18%,氧化磷2~12%,形态素10~18%,吡唑醚菌酯2~12%,生长剂2~10%,抑制剂2~10%,所述助剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:湿润剂1~18,分散剂6~36%,消泡剂1~5%,粘接剂1~1.2%,崩解剂2~24%,载体10~60%;
所述分散剂为木质素磺酸盐与选自烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐的复合分散剂,二者的重量比为6:1;所述木质素磺酸盐为木质素磺酸钠或木质素磺酸钙。
进一步地,所述主剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:调环酸钙45%,烯效唑5%,乙烯18%,氧化磷12%,形态素10%,吡唑醚菌酯2%,生长剂6%,抑制剂2%。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂及其应用,调环酸钙促进叶绿素的生成,加速光合作用,氧化磷促进线粒体呼吸,加速营养转化,定量喷洒药剂的植株吸收该药剂后不仅能够提高叶绿素含量,还能够促进线粒体呼吸将叶绿素光合作用的产物转化为植株的营养成分,提高植物新陈代谢速率,调节植物的营养生长,施用后可壮秆、控旺、促根、抗倒、矮化,使茎叶保持浓绿,叶片挺立,还能提高植物的抗逆性,增强植株的抗病害、抗寒冷和抗旱的能力,在植株成熟后或者其果实成熟后,喷洒高浓度植物生长调节剂,其中,高浓度的调环酸钙、烯效唑和吡唑醚菌酯抑制线粒体呼吸,加速光合作用,进而抑制赤霉酸和形态素的合成,提高座果率,促进果实成熟。

请参阅图1,含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂,由以下质量百分比的组分构成:主剂:助剂=100:0~50,其中,主剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:调环酸钙45%,烯效唑5%,乙烯18%,氧化磷12%,形态素10%,吡唑醚菌酯2%,生长剂6%,抑制剂2%,助剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:湿润剂10,分散剂20%,消泡剂2%,粘接剂1%,崩解剂7%,载体60%;乙烯通过乙烯释放剂释放形成,乙烯释放剂为ACC、硅长素(etacelasil)、乙烯利(ethephon)、乙二醛肟(glyoxime)中的一种或多种,在使用过程中,可以增加乙烯调节剂,乙烯调节剂为艾维激素(aviglycine)、1~甲基环丙烯(1~MCP)、调环酸(prohexadione)、调环酸钙(prohexadionecalcium)、抗倒酯(trinexapac),抗倒酯(trinexapac~ethyl)中的一种或两种。

请参阅图1,含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂,由以下质量百分比的组分构成:主剂:助剂=100:0~50,其中,主剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:调环酸钙15%,烯效唑35%,乙烯10%,氧化磷2%,形态素18%,吡唑醚菌酯12%,生长剂2%,抑制剂6%,助剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:湿润剂10,分散剂20%,消泡剂2%,粘接剂1%,崩解剂7%,载体60%;乙烯通过乙烯释放剂释放形成,乙烯释放剂为ACC、硅长素(etacelasil)、乙烯利(ethephon)、乙二醛肟(glyoxime)中的一种或多种,在使用过程中,可以增加乙烯调节剂,乙烯调节剂为艾维激素(aviglycine)、1~甲基环丙烯(1~MCP)、调环酸(prohexadione)、调环酸钙(prohexadionecalcium)、抗倒酯(trinexapac),抗倒酯(trinexapac~ethyl)中的一种或两种。
生长剂为生长素、细胞分裂素和生长刺激剂中的一种或多种;其中,生长素为4~CPA、2,4~D、2,4~DB、2,4~DEP、2,4~滴丙酸(dichlorprop)、2,4,5~涕丙酸(fenoprop)、IAA(吲哚~3~乙酸)、IBA、萘乙酰胺、α~萘乙酸、1~萘酚、萘氧基乙酸、环烷酸钾、环烷酸钠、2,4,5~T中的一种或多种;细胞分裂素为2iP、6~苄基氨基嘌呤(6~BA)(=N~6~苄基腺嘌呤)、2,6~二甲基puridine(N~氧化物~2,6~卢剔啶)、2,6~二甲基吡啶、激动素、玉米素中的一种或多种;生长刺激剂为油菜素内酯(brassinolide)、调吡脲(forchlorfenuron)、土菌消(hymexazol)中的一种。
抑制剂为脱叶剂、抗生长素和生长阻滞剂中的一种或多种;其中,抗生长素为祛酯酸或者2,3,5~三碘苯甲酸;脱叶剂为氰氨化钙、噻节因(dimethipin)、敌草腈(endothal)、脱叶亚磷(merphos)、甲氧隆(metoxuron)、五氯酚(pentachlorophenol)、赛二唑素(thidiazuron)、脱叶磷(tribufos)、三硫代磷酸三丁酯中的一种或多种。
分散剂为木质素磺酸盐与选自烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐的复合分散剂,二者的重量比为6:1;木质素磺酸盐为木质素磺酸钠或木质素磺酸钙。
本实施例现提出含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂的应用,将含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂作为农药的应用。
实施例四
请参阅图1,含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂,由以下质量百分比的组分构成:主剂:助剂=100:0~50,其中,主剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:调环酸钙5%,烯效唑45%,乙烯10%,氧化磷2%,形态素18%,吡唑醚菌酯12%,生长剂2%,抑制剂6%,助剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:湿润剂10,分散剂20%,消泡剂2%,粘接剂1%,崩解剂7%,载体60%;乙烯通过乙烯释放剂释放形成,乙烯释放剂为ACC、硅长素(etacelasil)、乙烯利(ethephon)、乙二醛肟(glyoxime)中的一种或多种,在使用过程中,可以增加乙烯调节剂,乙烯调节剂为艾维激素(aviglycine)、1~甲基环丙烯(1~MCP)、调环酸(prohexadione)、调环酸钙(prohexadionecalcium)、抗倒酯(trinexapac),抗倒酯(trinexapac~ethyl)中的一种或两种。

抑制剂为脱叶剂、抗生长素和生长阻滞剂中的一种或多种;其中,抗生长素为祛酯酸或者2,3,5~三碘苯甲酸;脱叶剂为氰氨化钙、噻节因(dimethipin)、敌草腈(endothal)、脱叶亚磷(merphos)、甲氧隆(metoxuron)、五氯酚(pentachlorophenol)、赛二唑素(thidiazuron)、脱叶磷(tribufos)、三硫代磷酸三丁酯中的一种或多种。
分散剂为木质素磺酸盐与选自烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐的复合分散剂,二者的重量比为6:1;木质素磺酸盐为木质素磺酸钠或木质素磺酸钙。
为了更好的展现含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂的流程,本实施例现提出含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂的应用,将含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂作为农药的应用。
氧化磷酸化伴随着ATP生成的作用,具体有代谢物连接的磷酸化和呼吸链连接的磷酸化两种类型,均能够促进线粒体呼吸。
调环酸钙通过植物种子、根系和叶面吸收可以阻断赤霉酸的合成,从而调节植物的营养生长,施用后可壮秆、控旺、促根、抗倒、矮化,使茎叶保持浓绿,叶片挺立,可控制开花时间,提高座果率,促进果实成熟;还能提高植物的抗逆性,增强植株的抗病害、抗寒冷和抗旱的能力,减轻除草剂的药害,从而改善收益率;可通过浸种、浇灌、喷洒处理而起作用,对轮作植物无残留毒性,对环境无污染,作为农药使用,具体可用用于水稻、小麦、大麦等禾本类作物、花生、果树、棉花、葡萄、草坪、菊花、甘蓝、香石竹、甜菜、黄瓜、番茄等。
在水稻移栽成活至水稻分蘖期(拔节前7~10天)施用本实施例一至实施例三中的植物生长调节剂,施用量为0.5~1.5克/亩,获取水稻的生长情况,如表1所示;

其中,一方面对水稻植株具有缩短基部节间长度、增加节间粗度及机械强度,提高抗倒伏的能力;另一方面具有降低瘪粒率,增加实粒数,从而增加单位面积产量的作用,是实现水稻高产量的重要途径,化解了水稻抗倒伏和高产的矛盾,在保证水稻一定的株高和栽插密度的前提下,从生物特性上提高水稻抗倒伏能力和增产能力,使每亩水稻增产5%~15%,从而达到完美的栽培调控之目的。
在花生生长后期期间施用本实施例一至实施例三中的植物生长调节剂,施用量为2克/亩,获取花生的生长情况,如表2所示;

田间试验结果表明,可显著增加花生叶片厚度和叶绿素含量,促进叶片光合作用;提高叶片SOD、POD和CAT等保护酶活性的可溶性蛋白质含量,但对根系活力和MDA含量影响不大;调环酸钙对控制花生地上部分营养体生长、增加单株果数和果重、提高经济系数以及荚果产量作用显著。
在棉花生长后期期间施用本实施例一至实施例三中的植物生长调节剂,每亩用有效成分3克叶面喷施,获取棉花的生长情况,如表3所示;

在棉花生长中期,可抑制叶和枝条的营养生长,促进生殖生长,显著降低植株的高度,优化通风透光效果,可提高产量并改善品质。
于葡萄谢花后,采用250ppm浓度进行叶面喷施,可有效抑制葡萄的营养生长,提早成熟,改善葡萄的品质,同时具有一定的增产作用。
百慕大草(狗牙草)、翦股颖(木特草)、草地早熟禾、日本地毯草、黑麦草、结缕草、高芽草等,使用有效成份10~20g/亩进行叶面喷施,整个生长季均可使用,可降低高度50~90%,割草次数明显减少;当用量达到每亩20g时可完全抑制高茅草的生长,其它草坪的最高用量可达到每亩45g,而不会对草坪造成伤害。
菊花、甘蓝、香石竹等观赏类植物用有效成份1.5~3g/亩进行叶面喷施,具有诱导矮化作用,保持叶片浓绿,延缓衰老,对叶和花无不良影响。
对甜菜、黄瓜和番茄以有效成份1.5~3g/亩进行叶面喷施,可抑制叶和茎的营养生长,优化通风透光效果,可提高产量并改善品质。
在在果树花后10天内,用125~250ppm浓度的植物生长调节剂叶面喷施,能显著抑制叶和枝条的营养生长,提高果树结果率,改善果实的品质,并提高产量,同时对火疫病等由细菌和真菌引起的病害亦有很好的预防作用。
综上所述:本发明提出的含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂及其应用,调环酸钙促进叶绿素的生成,加速光合作用,氧化磷促进线粒体呼吸,加速营养转化,定量喷洒药剂的植株吸收该药剂后不仅能够提高叶绿素含量,还能够促进线粒体呼吸将叶绿素光合作用的产物转化为植株的营养成分,提高植物新陈代谢速率,调节植物的营养生长,施用后可壮秆、控旺、促根、抗倒、矮化,使茎叶保持浓绿,叶片挺立,还能提高植物的抗逆性,增强植株的抗病害、抗寒冷和抗旱的能力,在植株成熟后或者其果实成熟后,喷洒高浓度植物生长调节剂,其中,高浓度的调环酸钙、烯效唑和吡唑醚菌酯抑制线粒体呼吸,加速光合作用,进而抑制赤霉酸和形态素的合成,提高座果率,促进果实成熟。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明披露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的组分构成:主剂:助剂=100:0~50,其中,所述主剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:调环酸钙5~45%,烯效唑5~45%,乙烯10~18%,氧化磷2~12%,形态素10~18%,吡唑醚菌酯2~12%,生长剂2~10%,抑制剂2~10%,所述助剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:湿润剂1~18,分散剂6~36%,消泡剂1~5%,粘接剂1~1.2%,崩解剂2~24%,载体10~60%;
所述分散剂为木质素磺酸盐与选自烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐的复合分散剂,二者的重量比为6:1;所述木质素磺酸盐为木质素磺酸钠或木质素磺酸钙。
2.如权利要求1所述的含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述主剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:调环酸钙45%,烯效唑5%,乙烯18%,氧化磷12%,形态素10%,吡唑醚菌酯2%,生长剂6%,抑制剂2%。
3.如权利要求1所述的含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述主剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:调环酸钙35%,烯效唑15%,乙烯18%,氧化磷12%,形态素10%,吡唑醚菌酯2%,生长剂6%,抑制剂2%。
4.如权利要求1所述的含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述主剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:调环酸钙15%,烯效唑35%,乙烯10%,氧化磷2%,形态素18%,吡唑醚菌酯12%,生长剂2%,抑制剂6%。
5.如权利要求1所述的含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述主剂由以下质量百分比的组分构成:调环酸钙5%,烯效唑45%,乙烯10%,氧化磷2%,形态素18%,吡唑醚菌酯12%,生长剂2%,抑制剂6%。
6.如权利要求1所述的含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述生长剂为生长素、细胞分裂素和生长刺激剂中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1所述的含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述抑制剂为脱叶剂、抗生长素和生长阻滞剂中的一种或多种。
8.如权利要求1~7任一项所述的含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂的应用,其特征在于,将含有调环酸钙与烯效唑的植物生长调节剂作为农药的应用。
