舌状件18的齿状件是非对称的,使得当舌状件18插入接收部分22时,指状件36a、36b越过齿状件,但如果舌状件18从接收部分22缩回,指状件36a、36b与齿状件接合。因此,第一弓形部分4a和第二弓形部分4b可挤压在一起,使得齿状件逐步通过指状件36a、36b。由于凹槽16a、16b呈锥形,该作用导致凸缘44a、44b被迫朝向彼此,压缩放置在其间的垫圈密封件46。因此,夹钳2能够在尾部配件40a、40b之间提供液密密封,并且棘轮机构确保第一弓形部分4a和第二弓形部分4b保持在所需压缩水平的闭合位置。
如图2所示,下弓形部分4a实际上具有超过180度的角度范围。换句话说,第一弓形部分4a和第二弓形部分4b不是相等的一半,第一弓形部分4a延伸超过192度。这有助于在夹紧之前保持元件。
如前所述,凹槽16a的开口在中心处比在端处宽。当配件40a、40b的凸缘44a、44b组装在夹钳2中时,凹槽16a的相对端通常是与配件40a、40b的凸缘44a、44b第一次接触的区域。相反地,当凸缘44a、44b从夹钳2中移除(或脱离)时,凹槽16a的相对端是最后的接触区域。采用在任一端具有较窄宽度开口的凹槽16a(与超过180度的角度范围相结合)提供了对配件40a、40b的更好的保持。这意味着下弓形部分4a本身能够将两个配件和压缩的垫圈密封件保持在其凹槽中而不会分离。该功能对装配操作员非常有用,因为该功能允许装配操作员释放一只手来执行另一项任务,例如闭合夹钳。
应当理解,上述凹槽16a的轮廓也可以用于上弓形部分4b的凹槽16b上。凹槽在其端变窄,但凹槽的最宽点不必位于两端的中间。凹槽的开口的宽度可以从中心朝向端平滑地减小,或者凹槽可以替代地包括具有恒定宽度的中央段和中央段两侧的具有较小的宽度的两段,这两段之间具有过渡。
上述凹槽16a的几何形状可以与具有与上述不同的棘轮机构和铰链结构的夹钳一起使用。

应当理解,第一弓形部分和第二弓形部分不必是半圆形的,并且附加的(弓形或非弓形)部分可以放置在第一弓形部分和第二弓形部分之间。因此,第二弓形部分可以经由一个或多个附加部分铰接连接到第一弓形部分。
本发明不限于本文中描述的实施例,并且可以在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下进行修改或调整。

Claims (4)

1.一种夹钳,包括:
第一弓形部分;
第二弓形部分,第二弓形部分经由铰链连接到第一弓形部分;以及
棘轮机构,棘轮机构用于将第一弓形部分和第二弓形部分锁定在闭合位置;
其中,第一弓形部分和第二弓形部分各自包括周向凹槽,周向凹槽从凹槽的开口到凹槽的基部沿径向方向逐渐变细;
其中第一弓形部分和第二弓形部分中的一个的凹槽具有超过180度的角度范围并且具有开口,开口的宽度在凹槽的相对端处比在端之间的中间位置处更窄。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹钳,其中凹槽的基部在相对端之间具有恒定的宽度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的夹钳,其中凹槽的开口在相对端之间的中部最宽。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的夹钳,其中棘轮机构包括设置有第二弓形部分的线性齿条和设置有第一弓形部分的用于接收线性齿条的棘爪;
其中线性齿条包括一个或多个非对称的齿,并且棘爪包括构造成与线性齿条的齿接合的指状件。
