First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a multifunctional bath cabinet, including: the soap dispenser comprises a cabinet body 1, a soap dispenser 2 arranged on the cabinet body 1, a driving mechanism 3 capable of discharging liquid from the soap dispenser 2, and a positioning mechanism (not shown) for a user to quickly obtain a liquid discharging position. The soap dispenser 2 is provided with a soap liquid outlet 21 for discharging liquid, the soap liquid outlet 21 is arranged at the bottom of the cabinet body 1, and the alignment mechanism is arranged at a position close to the soap liquid outlet 21 and is mutually arranged in a mode of avoiding from the soap liquid outlet 21. Wherein, the device also comprises a sensing mechanism 4 and a control mechanism 5. The control mechanism 5 is electrically connected with the induction mechanism 4, the driving mechanism 3 and the contraposition mechanism. The control mechanism 5 comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program stored in the memory, the computer program being executable by the processor to perform the steps of:
s1, obtaining the approaching information of the hand of a human body. Wherein, the approaching information is the information that the sensing mechanism 4 senses that the hand approaches to the preset distance.
And S2, controlling the operation of the alignment mechanism based on the approaching information.
And S3, under the condition that the hand of the user can receive the soap liquid output by the soap dispenser 2, controlling the driving mechanism 3 to enable the soap dispenser 2 to output the soap liquid at the soap liquid outlet 21, and simultaneously driving the alignment mechanism to enable the user to obtain the opposite position of the liquid outlet, so that the user can accurately receive the soap liquid.
And S4, when the liquid outlet time reaches the preset time, controlling the driving mechanism 3 and the alignment mechanism to stop working.
In the embodiment, the soap dispenser 2 is arranged at the position of the cabinet body 1, so that the soap dispenser 2 is not directly arranged at the hand basin. Wherein, the soap dispenser 2 is arranged at the bottom of the cabinet body 1, so that the soap can be directly output to a user side through the soap liquid outlet 21 of the soap dispenser 2. In addition, in order to avoid the situation that the liquid outlet position is aligned to the hand of the user inaccurately due to the fact that the liquid outlet position is not clear, the position of the soap liquid outlet 21 is accurately fed back to the hand of the user through the alignment mechanism, so that the user can quickly obtain the liquid outlet position, and the soap liquid is conveniently held to the palm position according to the intention of the user. And whether the driving mechanism 3 needs to be controlled to enable the soap dispenser 2 to dispense liquid is judged by acquiring the hand approaching information of the human body and the soap liquid position information output by the soap dispenser 2, so that the automatic liquid dispensing function is realized, and the bathing experience of a user is improved.
In a preferred embodiment, the alignment mechanism comprises a laser sight 6. The laser sight 6 is disposed at the outer periphery of the soap liquid outlet 21, and provides a light beam capable of being projected on the hand of the user in the form of a light spot, and the light spot projected on the hand is substantially overlapped with the soap liquid output from the soap liquid outlet 21 at the hand position. The opening and closing of the laser sight 6 is controlled by the control mechanism 5. Therefore, the user can visually obtain the falling position of the soap liquid through the position of the light spot projected on the hand, and the soap liquid can be flexibly received.
In one embodiment, the sensing mechanism 4 is preferably a human body sensor, which can determine that the approach information is provided by the hand of the user, and generate the approach information corresponding to the first position of the hand in the preset distance range for transmitting to the processor. Move to the preset distance that human sensor can sense when user's hand, whether this moment human sensor can judge for user's hand, if, correspond the first position that is arranged in the preset distance scope with human hand and generate and be close to information to transmit to the treater. If not, the human body sensor can judge that the target is the non-human body hand and feed back the non-human body hand to the processor, so that the subsequent steps are stopped. Thereby can discern human hand and other target units, avoid the mistake of other targets (like animals such as cat dog to touch and open).
Wherein, the application also comprises a timer 7, and the timer 7 is electrically connected to the control mechanism 5. In step S1, the method further includes:
s101, when the approach information is received, the timer 7 is triggered to operate, and the duration information of the approach information is correspondingly acquired. The duration information is used for representing the staying time information of the hand of the user within a preset distance.
S102, when the time length information is not less than 5S, the step proceeds to step S2. Then, the timer 7 is cleared.
In this embodiment, the time length information of the proximity information is calculated by the timer 7. When the time of the approach information is not less than 5S, the process can proceed to step S2 to avoid the short-time stay process when the liquid does not need to be discharged, which may trigger the soap dispenser 2 to discharge liquid by mistake. And, the approach information generated by any target less than 5s can not trigger the driving mechanism 3 to discharge liquid, thus greatly ensuring the use safety (such as the inadvertent triggering of children).
In one embodiment, the human body sensor is disposed at the bottom of the cabinet 1 and located near the user side. The human body sensor can correspondingly generate driving information when the hand of the user is at a second position where the output soap liquid can be received. When the hand of the user is at a second position where the output soap can be received, the human body sensor transmits the generated driving information to the processor, so that the subsequent steps are carried out. In particular, the second position is preferably a lower position facing the soap outlet 21 and sensed by the body sensor.
In step S3, the method further includes:
s301, acquiring the driving information to transmit to a processor.
In one embodiment, the present application further comprises a temperature sensor 8, the temperature sensor 8 being electrically connected to the control mechanism 5.
In step S2, the method further includes:
s201, collecting the current temperature of the hand of the human body within a preset distance.
S202, comparing the current temperature with a preset temperature threshold value.
S203, when the current temperature is within the preset temperature threshold, the step S3 is entered.
In this embodiment, after the temperature sensor 8 collects the current temperature of the hand, the current temperature is compared with the preset temperature threshold, and whether the driving mechanism 3 needs to be controlled to discharge liquid from the soap dispenser 2 is further determined by judging whether the current temperature falls into the preset temperature threshold, so that the soap dispenser 2 cannot be opened by mistake, and bathing experience of a user is not affected.
In one embodiment, the present application further comprises a buzzer 9, the buzzer 9 being electrically connected to the control mechanism 5.
After step S203, the method further includes:
and S204, when the current temperature is out of the preset temperature threshold value, controlling the buzzer 9 to give an alarm, and controlling the alignment mechanism to stop working.
Preferably, the preset temperature threshold is 35-40 ℃. Specifically, on the premise that the approach information is acquired, when the current temperature acquired by the temperature sensor 8 is within the range of the preset temperature threshold, the temperature range of the target conforming to the human hand can be acquired, so that the driving information is further judged, and whether the driving mechanism 3 is controlled to work or not is determined. When the collected current temperature is out of the range of the preset temperature threshold value, the buzzer 9 is correspondingly controlled to give an alarm to warn that the temperature of the collected target is in an abnormal state or collect the temperature condition of the non-human body target, so that the abnormal use state of the user is reminded. Particularly, the temperature sensor 8 is an infrared thermometer, so that a short-distance temperature measurement mode is realized, the temperature measurement efficiency is high, and the measurement is accurate.
Wherein the preset time is 5s-10 s. The preset time is the working time that the control mechanism 5 can allow the driving mechanism 3 to operate, so that the driving mechanism 3 continuously drives the soap dispenser 2 to discharge liquid within the preset time, and the liquid discharge amount can meet the bathing requirement of a user. In particular, the driving mechanism 3 is preferably a driving pump, which is connected to the external liquid storage tank and the soap liquid outlet 21, so as to pump out the soap liquid in the liquid storage tank to the tank body for being delivered to the soap liquid outlet 21 for bathing. The soap liquid can be functional liquid such as hand sanitizer, bath foam, shampoo and the like, and can be used for bathing of various parts.
Second embodiment
In a second embodiment, the present invention further provides a method for operating a bath cabinet, comprising:
s1, obtaining the approaching information of the hand of a human body.
In this embodiment, the hand of the user moves to a preset distance that can be sensed by the sensing mechanism 4, and accordingly, the approach information is generated, and then, based on the approach information, the operation of the alignment mechanism is controlled correspondingly, so that the user can quickly obtain the liquid outlet position, and whether the driving mechanism 3 needs to be controlled to allow the soap dispenser 2 to discharge liquid is determined. It is through counterpoint mechanism with the accurate feedback of soap lye export 21 position to user's hand, the complete and efficient bearing mode of user's hand to output soap lye of being convenient for.
Preferably, in step S1, the method further includes:
s101, when the approach information is received, the timer 7 is triggered to operate, and the duration information of the approach information is correspondingly acquired. The duration information is used for representing the staying time information of the hand of the user within a preset distance.
S102, when the time length information is not less than 5S, the step proceeds to step S2. Then, the timer 7 is cleared.
In the present embodiment, the stay time is calculated so that the approach information generated at any target less than 5s cannot trigger the driving mechanism 3 to discharge liquid.
Preferably, in step S2, the method further includes:
s201, collecting the current temperature of the hand of the human body within a preset distance.
S202, comparing the current temperature with a preset temperature threshold value.
S203, when the current temperature is within the preset temperature threshold, the step S3 is entered.
Preferably, after step S203, the method further comprises:
and S204, when the current temperature is out of the preset temperature threshold value, controlling the buzzer 9 to give an alarm, and controlling the alignment mechanism to stop working.
In this embodiment, the temperature sensor 8 is used for collecting the current temperature, and then compares the current temperature with the preset temperature threshold, and judges whether the collected current temperature meets the preset temperature threshold, so as to measure whether to open the soap dispenser.
Preferably, in step S3, the method further includes:
s301, acquiring the driving information to transmit to a processor.
In this embodiment, the driving information is used to represent the driving information generated by the human body sensor, which is capable of correspondingly positioning the hand of the user at the second position where the output soap solution can be received.
