Abstract
一种信息发送、接收方法及装置,用于提高对终端设备的调度的准确性。其中的一种信息发送方法包括:生成下行信道质量上报量,所述下行信道质量上报量用于指示第一重复次数和第二重复次数之间的相对关系,所述第一重复次数为按照预设下行控制信道格式进行传输以达到预设的误块率所需要重复传输的次数,所述第二重复次数为下行载波承载的下行控制信道的公共搜索空间对应的重复次数;向网络设备发送随机接入过程中的MSG3,所述MSG3用于指示所述下行信道质量上报量。
