技术领域
本发明大体上涉及用于支承线缆的装置,且具体地涉及用于将线缆固定到支承结构的悬挂器。
背景技术
线缆悬挂器通常用于将线缆固定到天线塔的结构构件和/或沿隧道壁固定线缆。大体上,每根线缆由安装在周期性间隔的附接点处的线缆悬挂器附接到结构构件。
由于信号传输需要大量线缆,天线塔和/或隧道可能会很拥挤。随着时间的推移,当添加、升级和/或扩展系统时,可能需要安装额外线缆。为了节省空间,可能期望每组线缆悬挂器固定不止单根线缆。某些线缆悬挂器已被构造成固定多根线缆;其它线缆悬挂器具有可堆叠构造,该构造允许多个线缆悬挂器互锁,从每个安装点/结构构件向外延伸。堆叠的线缆悬挂器和多线缆类型的线缆悬挂器显著增加了可安装到单个附接点的线缆的数量。

蜂窝天线附近(即,在1λ或一个波长内)的区域可为(相对)高射频(RF)能量环境。这些区域中的导电物品(如悬挂器和其它硬件)可产生非期望的无源互调(PIM)。潜在的PIM产生条件的典型实例包括钢对钢接触(两个或更多个部件之间),加上在接头处的钢部件之间的较低接触压力和/或相对移动的组合。因而,可能期望提供用于以减少(或消除)PIM产生的可能性的方式悬挂线缆的解决方案。
发明内容
作为第一方面,本发明的实施例涉及一种用于安装线缆悬挂器的适配器。适配器包括底板、顶板以及跨越底板和顶板的侧壁,其中顶板包括安装孔。适配器还包括横梁,所述横梁在侧壁之间延伸,在横梁、底板和侧壁中的一个侧壁之间限定至少一个窗口。
作为第二方面,本发明的实施例涉及一种组件,其包括:安装结构;如上所述的第一适配器和第二适配器;穿过第一适配器的窗口和第二适配器的窗口布置的第一径向夹持件。第一径向夹持件将第一适配器和第二适配器固定到安装结构。
作为第三方面,本发明的实施例涉及一种用于安装线缆悬挂器的适配器,其包括:底板;顶板;以及跨越底板和顶板的侧壁。顶板包括安装孔。适配器还包括将适配器固定到安装结构的装置。

现在参考图4-7,其中示出了广义地指定为100的用于安装线缆悬挂器的适配器。适配器100包括底板102、与底板102相对的顶板104,以及跨越底板和顶板104的两个侧壁106。如图5中可见,底板102在宽度上比顶板104窄,使得侧壁106中的每一个限定梯形或“楔形”形状。四个脚部108a-108d从底板102延伸;在所示的实施例中,脚部108a、108b位于底板102的两个拐角处,而脚部108c、108d位于与脚部108a、108b相对的边缘上,但从侧壁106略微偏离(在其它实施例中,全部四个脚部108a-d可位于底板102的四个拐角处)。如图4所示,顶板104包括中心孔110;在一些实施例中,孔110的标称直径为3/4英寸,且因此尺寸设定成用于插入线缆悬挂器,如图2中的20处所示的线缆悬挂器。顶板104上还存在平行加强肋112。
适配器100还包括在底板102附近的侧壁106之间延伸的横梁114。分隔件116在横梁114与底板102之间延伸。底板102、横梁114和分隔件116形成两个窗口118。
在一些实施例中,适配器100由聚合物材料,如缩醛、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、PVC等形成。适配器100可以通过注塑成型而形成。在所示的实施例中,脚部108a-d的定位以及肋112和窗口118的定向可以使适配器100能够通过简单的往复式模具进行注塑成型,而该往复式模具不需要“侧向作用”机构。
如图7中可见,窗口118用作软管夹持件120或其它紧固装置的容置部,所述紧固装置例如是其它径向夹持装置,如带、线缆扎带,和绑带、夹子等。图7中所示的两个软管夹持件120穿过相应的窗口118并且围绕安装结构(例如天线安装件的柱122、单极天线等)布置。脚部108a-d接触安装结构122的表面,以为适配器100提供更稳定的基础。一旦安装在安装结构上,适配器100就定位成用作线缆悬挂器的安装点(经由中心孔110),如图2所示。由聚合物材料形成的适配器100可用于安装金属线缆悬挂器,而不产生非期望的PIM的潜在位点。当然,本领域的技术人员将认识到,也可采用聚合线缆悬挂器,如在2019年4月9日授权的美国专利号10,253,906(在本文中以全文引用的方式并入)中所描述的那些。
如图8所示,多个适配器100可用单个软管夹持件120(或一对软管夹持件120)安装在相同的高度处。软管夹持件120中的每一个简单地穿过每个适配器100的窗口118中的一个布置并且固定在安装结构122周围。适配器100的梯形轮廓可有助于最大化增加围绕安装结构100并排放置的适配器100的数量。
还应当认识到,适配器100可以构造成使得侧壁106可以包括用于安装线缆悬挂器的孔。此外,在一些实施例中,适配器100的“开放”侧可以至少部分地用侧壁封闭,该侧壁可以包括用于安装额外的线缆悬挂器的孔。

Claims (16)

2.根据权利要求1所述的适配器,还包括分隔件,所述分隔件在所述底板与所述横梁之间延伸以限定第二窗口。
3.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的适配器,还包括从所述底板延伸的脚部。
4.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的适配器,其中所述安装孔具有3/4英寸的标称直径。
5.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的适配器,其中所述侧壁的形状是梯形的。
6.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的适配器,其与穿过所述窗口布置的径向夹持件组合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的适配器,其中所述径向夹持件固定到安装结构。

10.一种组件,包括:
安装结构;
第一适配器和第二适配器,所述第一适配器和所述第二适配器包括如权利要求1限定的适配器的结构;
第一径向夹持件,所述第一径向夹持件穿过所述第一适配器的窗口和所述第二适配器的窗口布置,所述第一径向夹持件将所述第一适配器和所述第二适配器固定到所述安装结构。
11.根据权利要求10所述的组件,其中所述安装结构是天线安装件的柱。
12.根据权利要求10或权利要求11所述的组件,其中所述安装结构是单极天线。
13.根据权利要求10-11中任一项所述的组件,其中所述第一适配器和所述第二适配器由聚合物材料形成。
14.根据权利要求10-11中任一项所述的组件,还包括分别安装在所述第一适配器和所述第二适配器的孔中的第一线缆悬挂器和第二线缆悬挂器。
