The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a settlement system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, the settlement system includes a settlement device, a server, and at least one meal tray. The dinner plate in the embodiment of the application is an intelligent dinner plate and has data processing capacity.
The server is connected with the settlement device in a communication way. Wherein, a cloud platform can be deployed on the server. The settlement device can upload data to the cloud platform and also can receive data from the cloud platform. Data interaction between the settlement device and the cloud platform can be realized through communication between the settlement device and the server.
The settlement system is used for realizing the settlement method provided by the embodiment of the application.
In the settlement system, each dining plate of the at least one dining plate may be bound with the target microcircuit card before settlement to establish an association with the target microcircuit card. Optionally, an indicator light may be disposed on the dinner plate, and when it is detected that an unpaid tableware identity exists in the dinner plate, the indicator light on the dinner plate is turned on, so as to prompt that the user currently has content waiting for settlement.
If the dinner plate receives the unbinding request, the dinner plate does not store the tableware identity, the dinner plate can be disassociated from the target microcircuit card, and the card information of the target microcircuit card is deleted from the dinner plate. For example, if the dinner plate receives an unbinding request sent by a target microcircuit card, whether the current dinner plate stores tableware identification marks or not can be judged according to the unbinding request sent by the target microcircuit card, if the dinner plate does not store the tableware identification marks, the association relation between the dinner plate and the target microcircuit card can be released according to the unbinding request sent by the target microcircuit card, and card information of the target microcircuit card can be deleted from the dinner plate.
Through the implementation mode of S25-S27, after the dinner plate is taken to the dinner plate recovery area, the unbinding request sent by the external equipment at the dinner plate recovery area and the settlement marking condition of each tableware identity in the dinner plate can be based on the target microcircuit card, and the card information and the tableware identity stored in the dinner plate can be deleted, so that the data storage pressure of the dinner plate can be reduced, and the dinner plate can be reused among different diners. When the card information of the target microcircuit card is deleted from the dinner plate and a next card-holding user takes the dinner plate, the dinner plate can take the new microcircuit card as the target microcircuit card and establish an association relationship with the new microcircuit card, and the dinner plate can be written with new card information.
As an implementation manner of S22, S22 may include: the dinner plate sends the card information of the target microcircuit card and at least one tableware identity stored in the dinner plate to the settlement device in a wireless communication mode, so that the settlement device can determine the consumption amount according to the at least one tableware identity and settle the target microcircuit card according to the consumption amount and the card information of the target microcircuit card.
The settlement device can inquire the consumption price corresponding to the tableware identification according to the tableware identification so as to determine the consumption amount corresponding to the at least one tableware identification. The settlement device may also send the utensil identification to the server for the server to determine the consumption amount based on the at least one utensil identification. The settlement process for settling the target microcircuit card according to the consumption amount and the card information of the target microcircuit card can be executed by the settlement device, and can also be realized by the settlement device through the server.
As an implementation mode, under the condition that the consumption amount is determined according to the tableware identification sent by the dinner plate, the settlement equipment can interact with the target microcircuit card corresponding to the card information according to the card information sent by the dinner plate, and accordingly, the fee deduction processing of the target microcircuit card is achieved.
As another implementation, the settlement device may not directly interact with the target microcircuit card, and the settlement device may implement settlement processing for the target microcircuit card through the server. For example, the server may determine a settlement object corresponding to the target microcircuit card from card information obtained at the service tray through the settlement device, and the settlement object may be an account for settlement. Based on the determined settlement object, the server may perform remote settlement processing on the settlement object corresponding to the target microcircuit card.
In this application scenario, S22 may include: the service plate sends the card information of the target microcircuit card and at least one tableware identity stored in the service plate to the settlement device in a wireless communication mode, so that the settlement device forwards the card information of the target microcircuit card and the at least one tableware identity to the server, and the server calculates the dining fee of the target microcircuit card.
Wherein the server may send the meal fee calculation result to the mobile terminal associated with the target microcircuit card. The user can receive, check and verify the settlement processing record which is sent by the server and is related to the target microcircuit card through the mobile terminal.
The realization mode can support remote settlement interaction and multi-person settlement in the same time period, can also carry out accurate settlement even under the disorder condition, has higher settlement efficiency, and is favorable for the user to know the meal fee calculation condition through the mobile terminal.
Through the various implementation modes of the S22, the settlement device is facilitated to perform rapid settlement and targeted settlement directly or indirectly according to the data sent by the service plate.
In an application scene, 9 diners respectively select the dinner plates to take meals, and the 9 dinner plates respectively establish an association relationship with the microcircuit cards of the 9 diners. When the 9 diners respectively hold the respective dinner plates and pass through the settlement range of the settlement device M, the 9 dinner plates which are associated with the microcircuit card are awakened by the settlement device M, and the 9 dinner plates send the respectively stored tableware identification marks and the respectively stored card information to the settlement device M. The settlement device M settles 9 microcircuit cards related to the 9 dinner plates respectively according to the card information and the tableware identity marks corresponding to the 9 dinner plates respectively. In the whole settlement process, the 9 diners do not need to stop or queue intentionally to perform settlement and payment actions, and efficient automatic settlement can be realized in an out-of-order settlement scene.
In some embodiments, if the settlement device settles the target microcircuit card associated with the service plate through the server, the server may settle the data for a settlement period in accordance with the set settlement period. Whereby batch settlement over a period of time can be performed.
Optionally, a detection device may be provided at a position of the entrance of the canteen. The detection device can detect the condition that the card-holding user enters/leaves the canteen, and when the detection device detects that the user leaves the canteen with the dinner plate, the detection device can give an alarm.
Based on the same inventive concept, as shown in fig. 6, the embodiment of the present application further provides a settlement method. The method can be applied to a settlement device. For the parts of the method related to the target microcircuit card and the service plate, reference is made to the description of the method, which will not be repeated.
As shown in fig. 6, the settlement method may include steps S31-S32.
S31: the settlement device detects all dinner plates within the settlement range of the settlement device and obtains settlement data stored in each dinner plate respectively, the settlement data stored in each dinner plate comprises card information and tableware identity marks, and the dinner plate stored with the card information is a dinner plate which establishes an association relation with the microcircuit card.
The settlement device can detect a plurality of dinner plates within a settlement range to obtain settlement data stored in the dinner plates respectively. According to the settlement data stored in each dinner plate, the settlement equipment can settle the microcircuit cards respectively associated with the dinner plates.
Card information may include, but is not limited to, card number, cardholder information.
S32: and the settlement equipment settles the target microcircuit card corresponding to the card information according to the card information and the tableware identity.
In an application scenario, when the settlement device M detects a plurality of service plates entering a settlement range of the settlement device M, currently stored settlement data (including card information and tableware identification) of each service plate in the plurality of service plates can be respectively obtained. The card information stored in each dinner plate in the plurality of dinner plates corresponds to the tableware identification marks stored in the dinner plates, and the settlement equipment M can distinguish which tableware identification marks correspond to the same card according to the card information stored in each dinner plate. The settlement device M can settle the corresponding target microcircuit card according to the tableware identification and card information respectively stored in each dinner plate. For example, for a meal tray CP1 within the settlement scope, the target microcircuit card K6 associated with the meal tray CP1 can be settled according to the card information stored in the meal tray CP 1. For another dinner plate CP2 within the settlement range, the target microcircuit card K4 associated with the dinner plate CP2 can be settled according to the card information stored in the dinner plate CP2, so that the targeted settlement can be quickly realized in a multi-user scene.
The settlement equipment can directly interact with each card according to the card information sent by the service plate to realize single-card settlement, and can also upload settlement data (including card information and tableware identification) obtained from each service plate to the server, and the settlement equipment can realize batch settlement of multiple cards through a cloud platform in the server.
By the method of S31-S32, settlement processing efficiency can be improved, and automatic settlement of dining can be realized. Compared with the realization mode of queuing, settlement and ordered settlement of diners, the method can be used for quickly settling multiple unordered scenes in a settlement range and reducing the workload of settlement workers.
Optionally, before the settlement device obtains the settlement data stored in each dinner plate, the settlement device may transmit a wake-up signal to wake up at least one dinner plate entering the wake-up range of the settlement device. The size of the wake-up range can be set by the clearing device.
Optionally, the step S32 may include: and the settlement equipment obtains the current consumption amount of the target microcircuit card according to the bowl label information stored in the dinner plate.
The settlement equipment can calculate the meal fee through the server for the bowl label information stored in the dinner plate so as to obtain the consumption amount corresponding to the target microcircuit card associated with the dinner plate.
The settlement equipment can carry out targeted fee deduction on the target microcircuit card according to the current consumption amount of the target microcircuit card and the card information of the target microcircuit card, and catering settlement is achieved.
Optionally, after S32, the settlement method may further include: and the settlement equipment sends a settlement finishing instruction to the dinner plate so that the dinner plate can carry out settlement marking on the tableware identity label which is already subjected to settlement in the dinner plate according to the settlement finishing instruction.
In one example, when there are already the tableware ids of four tableware identified as 002, 005, 006, and 009 in a dinner plate, the settlement device obtains the 4 tableware ids, performs settlement based on the 4 tableware ids, and sends a settlement completion instruction to the dinner plate. The dinner plate carries out settlement marking on the 4 tableware identification marks according to the settlement finishing instruction. When the meal tray continues to acquire the dish id of identity 007, 5 dish ids of identity 002, 005, 006, 007, 009 may be sent to the settlement device. The settlement device can determine the tableware identifiers with the identifiers of 002, 005, 006 and 009 already settled for the current target microcircuit card associated with the dinner plate according to the settlement marking conditions of the 5 tableware identifiers, so that repeated settlement is not performed any more, and only the newly added tableware identifier with the identifier of 007 is settled.
Optionally, after S32, the settlement device may generate a settlement processing record associated with the target microcircuit card, and may send the settlement processing record to the mobile terminal through the server, where a settlement tool bound with the target microcircuit card is deployed on the mobile terminal.
It is to be understood that, in the settlement method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the respective implementation manners may be combined with each other.
The wireless communication method in the embodiment of the present application is not limited to the bluetooth communication method.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the above-described embodiments are merely illustrative. The functions in the method and system provided by the embodiment of the application can be stored in a computer readable storage medium if the functions are implemented in the form of software functional modules and sold or used as independent products. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application, or portions thereof, which substantially or substantially contribute to the prior art, may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device to perform all or part of the steps of the methods of the embodiments of the present application.

1. A settlement method, characterized in that the method comprises:
when tableware is placed in a dinner plate associated with a target microcircuit card, the dinner plate identifies and stores tableware identification and data acquisition time of the tableware, and card information of the target microcircuit card is stored in the dinner plate associated with the target microcircuit card;
when the dinner plate got into settlement device's settlement scope, the dinner plate will the card information of target microcircuit card and at least one tableware identification of storage and corresponding in the dinner plate the data acquisition time is sent with the wireless communication mode to settlement device, for the settlement device basis the card information of target microcircuit card and at least one tableware identification is right the settlement of target microcircuit card, the settlement time is once recorded when the dinner plate is settled for every time, and when getting into settlement device settlement scope next time, will the card information of target microcircuit card and at least one tableware identification of storage in the dinner plate, corresponding the data acquisition time with the settlement time is sent with the wireless communication mode to settlement device.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the meal tray identifying and storing the dish identity of the dish, the method further comprises:
responding to the food fetching binding request of the target microcircuit card, establishing an incidence relation between the service plate and the target microcircuit card according to card information carried in the food fetching binding request, and storing the card information of the target microcircuit card into the service plate.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the meal tray wirelessly transmits card information of the target microcircuit card and at least one meal identification stored in the meal tray to the settlement device, the method further comprises:
the dinner plate receives a settlement completion instruction sent by the settlement equipment;
and the dinner plate carries out settlement marking on the tableware identity marks which are already settled in the dinner plate according to the settlement finishing instruction.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the meal tray has been subject to settlement labeling of the dish identity in the meal tray that has been subject to settlement according to the settlement completion instruction, the method further comprises:
the dinner plate receives a unbinding request sent by external equipment in a dinner plate recovery area;
the dinner plate judges whether the dinner plate has a dinner plate identity label without a settlement mark according to the unbinding request;
and after all tableware identifications in the dinner plate are determined to be subjected to settlement marking, the dinner plate and the target microcircuit card are disassociated, and card information and all tableware identifications stored in the dinner plate are deleted.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the meal tray wirelessly transmits the card information of the target microcircuit card and the at least one meal identifier stored in the meal tray to the settlement device for the settlement device to settle the target microcircuit card based on the card information of the target microcircuit card and the at least one meal identifier, comprising:
the service plate sends the card information of the target microcircuit card and at least one tableware identification mark stored in the service plate to the settlement equipment in a wireless communication mode, so that the settlement equipment can determine the consumption amount according to the at least one tableware identification mark and settle the target microcircuit card according to the consumption amount and the card information of the target microcircuit card.

The method of claim 1, wherein the meal tray wirelessly transmits the card information of the target microcircuit card and the at least one meal identifier stored in the meal tray to the settlement device for the settlement device to settle the target microcircuit card based on the card information of the target microcircuit card and the at least one meal identifier, comprising:
the service plate sends the card information of the target microcircuit card and at least one tableware identity mark stored in the service plate to the settlement device in a wireless communication mode, so that the settlement device forwards the card information of the target microcircuit card and the at least one tableware identity mark to a server, the server calculates the food fee of the target microcircuit card, and sends a food fee calculation result to a mobile terminal associated with the target microcircuit card.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein before the dining plate sends card information of the target microcircuit card and at least one tableware identity stored in the dining plate to the settlement device, the method further comprises:
and responding to the awakening signal sent by the settlement equipment, and enabling the dinner plate to enter an awakening state and start a wireless communication function.
8. A settlement method, characterized in that the method comprises:
the settlement equipment detects all dinner plates within the settlement range of the settlement equipment and acquires settlement data stored by each dinner plate respectively, wherein the settlement data stored by each dinner plate comprises card information, tableware identity marks and data acquisition time, and the dinner plate in which the card information is stored is a dinner plate which establishes an association relationship with the microcircuit card;
and the settlement equipment settles the target microcircuit card corresponding to the card information according to the card information, the tableware identity identification and the corresponding data acquisition time, records settlement time once during each settlement of the dinner plate, and sends the card information of the target microcircuit card and at least one tableware identity identification stored in the dinner plate, the corresponding data acquisition time and the settlement time to the settlement equipment in a wireless communication mode when entering the settlement range of the settlement equipment next time.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein after the settlement device settles the target microcircuit card corresponding to the card information according to the card information and the tableware identification, the method further comprises:
and the settlement equipment sends a settlement completion instruction to the dinner plate associated with the target microcircuit card, so that the dinner plate associated with the target microcircuit card carries out settlement marking on the identity of the tableware subjected to settlement according to the settlement completion instruction.
10. A settlement system is characterized by comprising a settlement device, a server and at least one dinner plate;
the settlement equipment is in communication connection with the server;
the settlement system is adapted to perform the method of any of claims 1-9.
