Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a shared vehicle management apparatus and a shared vehicle management method, and more particularly, to a shared vehicle management apparatus and a shared vehicle management method that take into account vehicle management rules.
Background
With the rapid development of electronic keys, satellite positioning systems, and mobile communication technologies, various applications of sharing vehicles in society are now spreading. The shared vehicle is provided by a shared vehicle manager (or a shared vehicle management system or a shared vehicle management service center), and a plurality of unspecified users can reserve the shared vehicle by various modes such as application programs of clients such as telephones, mobile phones or tablet computers, and then, after the shared vehicle is acquired at a lease return station, the shared vehicle is moved to more than one destination expected by the users, and after the use is finished, the shared vehicle is parked at the lease return station, and the fee is paid according to the use duration, the mileage and the like.
In addition, at present, there is a characteristic of zoning in terms of management of vehicles. That is, insurance, annual inspection, traffic violation processing, and the like of a vehicle are generally handled at a vehicle registration place, which is a home place of the vehicle. On the other hand, in the current shared vehicle, in consideration of convenience of use by a user, convenience of operation and popularization of the shared vehicle, the shared vehicle in the present area (for example, AA city) may be allowed to return in an area other than the present area (for example, BB city). As described above, in some cases, the shared vehicle manager needs to retrieve the shared vehicle in the local area (AA city) to another area (BB city) for spot inspection, maintenance, and the like, and thus, the shared vehicle manager is involved in a very complicated work, and the shared vehicle management cost is increased. On the other hand, if the shared vehicle in the area (AA city) is returned in other areas (BB city) other than the area and not retrieved in time, problems such as spot inspection and maintenance occur, so that the shared vehicle is not suitable for use (for example, the shared vehicle is dirty and lacks maintenance and has a driving safety hidden danger) or cannot be used (for example, damaged), and therefore, the comfort of the user using the shared vehicle may be reduced, and even traffic accidents may be caused, which is unfavorable for popularization and popularization of the shared vehicle and operation of the shared vehicle management. As can be seen, this feature of managing the regionalization is more remarkable as a shared vehicle. Therefore, on the shared vehicle management side, a vehicle management rule of a shared vehicle management center such as management zoning is generally executed.
In addition, with the rapid increase in the amount of vehicles to be held and the prominence of environmental problems, various regulations for prohibiting or restricting the running of vehicles have been implemented in many cities, such as Beijing, shanghai, shenzhen, etc., for a long period of time or in stages. For example, in the case of Beijing, the vehicle management rules of the traffic management department include: 1. motor vehicles (except special vehicles) in local and outer provinces are forbidden to run in road (without five loops) areas within five loops from 7 to 20 hours of working days of a day every week according to license plate tail numbers; 2. the motor passenger car in the city of the outer province forbids to run on the five-loop main road, the auxiliary road and the roads within the five-loop main road and the auxiliary road at the morning and evening peaks (7 to 9 hours and 17 to 20 hours) of working days, the Beijing two-loop main road is forbidden to run for 24 hours in 365 days of the whole year, a violater considers as a 'motor vehicle violated forbidden mark', 100-element fine is paid, 3 minutes is recorded, after the Beijing license is transacted, the small passenger car in the city of the outer province of the rest time can pass through the two-loop auxiliary road except for peak time (7 to 9 hours and 17 to 20 hours except for holidays from monday to friday) and tail number limit (limited 9 to 17 hours of the day), but can not go to the long-safe street and an extension line (not including a new bridge to a national trade bridge (not including a section) of the new road).
In this way, when the destination of the shared vehicle is an area such as Beijing where the traffic control rule of the traffic control department is applied, but the traffic control rule of the home traffic control department of the shared vehicle is different from the traffic control rule of the traffic control department of the destination, the shared vehicle cannot travel in the area where the destination is located due to the existence of the traffic control rule of the destination, and thus cannot reach the destination, which may delay the journey of the user. In addition, if the user of the shared vehicle runs regardless of the vehicle management rule of the destination, traffic violations may be caused, and loss may be caused to the user of the shared vehicle. In summary, if the situation occurs, the use experience of the user is affected, and discomfort is brought to the user of the sharing vehicle, which reduces the social popularity of the sharing vehicle, and thus affects the operation and popularization of the sharing vehicle.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a shared vehicle management apparatus and a shared vehicle management method that can solve the above-described problems.

In step S410, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A gives priority to the user for reservation processing by using the shared vehicle conforming to the second vehicle management rule as the preferred shared vehicle through the reservation processing section 105.
The shared vehicle management apparatus 100A according to the second embodiment has the effects of the first embodiment. Further, since the vehicle management rule type determination unit 106 is provided, it is determined that the types of the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule are no vehicle management rule, or a vehicle management rule of a shared vehicle management center, or a vehicle management rule of a traffic management department, or a vehicle management rule of a shared vehicle management center and a vehicle management rule of a traffic management department, and when it is determined by the first determination unit 104 that the first vehicle management rule is different from the second vehicle management rule and it is determined by the vehicle management rule type determination unit that both the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule are the vehicle management rule of the shared vehicle management center, the reservation processing unit 105 gives priority to the user for reservation processing of the shared vehicle conforming to the second vehicle management rule as the preferred shared vehicle. In this way, when both the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule are the vehicle management rules of the shared vehicle management center, that is, when both the current position of the user and the area where the destination is located have the vehicle management rules of the shared vehicle management center, the reservation processing section 105 gives priority to the user for reservation processing in consideration of that the shared vehicle normally performs return processing at the destination, and therefore, the shared vehicle conforming to the second vehicle management rule, that is, the destination of the user, is regarded as the preferred shared vehicle. In this way, the shared vehicle conforming to the destination vehicle management rule is reserved with priority, so that the need to retrieve the shared vehicle in the local area to other areas for spot inspection, maintenance, etc. can be reduced, the effort of the shared vehicle manager can be reduced, and the shared vehicle management cost can be reduced. On the other hand, the situation that if the shared vehicle is not retrieved and processed in time, the shared vehicle is inconvenient to use (for example, the shared vehicle is dirty and lacks maintenance and has driving safety hidden trouble) or cannot be used (for example, the shared vehicle is damaged) can be reduced, so that the comfort of a user using the shared vehicle can be prevented from being reduced, traffic accidents can be possibly caused, the popularization and the popularization of the shared vehicle are facilitated, and the management and the operation of the shared vehicle are facilitated.
(Modification 1 of the second embodiment)
Next, the configuration and operation of the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A according to modification 1 of the second embodiment will be described.
Constitution of sharing vehicle management device 100A
The configuration of the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A according to modification 1 of the second embodiment is basically the same as that shown in the second embodiment shown in fig. 3, and differs only in that: in modification 1 of the second embodiment, the first determination unit 104 determines whether or not the first vehicle management rule is different from the second vehicle management rule by determining whether or not the area in which the current position of the user is located is different from the area in which the destination of the user is located, and when the first determination unit 104 determines that the area in which the current position of the user is located is different from the area in which the destination of the user is located, the reservation processing unit preferentially presents the shared vehicle, which is the shared vehicle that conforms to the second vehicle management rule, to the area in which the destination of the user is located, as the preferred shared vehicle, to the user for reservation processing.
Operation of the shared vehicle management device 100A
Next, an operation of the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A according to modification 1 of the second embodiment of the present invention, that is, a shared vehicle management method of the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A will be described with reference to fig. 5.
Fig. 5 is an operation flowchart of a shared vehicle management method of the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A according to modification 1 of the second embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, after the operation starts, first, in step S500, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A receives a reservation request of a shared vehicle from a user via a user terminal, not shown, through the reception unit 101, and then proceeds to step S502. Here, the reservation request includes a destination information B area of the user.
In step S502, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A acquires the vehicle management rule of the area where the current position of the user is located as the first vehicle management rule by the first acquisition unit 102, and then proceeds to step S504. Here, the first acquiring unit 102 acquires the current location a area of the user, and then acquires the vehicle management rule of the area where the current location a of the user is located from the related departments such as the shared vehicle management center and/or the traffic management department from the communication or access network according to the current location a of the user, as a result of: the vehicle management rule GZ11 of the a-zone shared vehicle management center is acquired as the first vehicle management rule.
In step S504, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A acquires the vehicle management rule of the area where the destination of the user is located as the second vehicle management rule by the second acquisition unit 103, and then proceeds to step S506. Here, the second acquisition unit 103 can acquire the destination position B of the user terminal based on the user terminal of the received reservation request, and acquire the vehicle management rule GZ21 of the B-area shared vehicle management center as the second vehicle management rule from the related department such as the shared vehicle management center and/or the traffic management department via communication or access network based on the destination position B of the user.
In step S506, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A determines whether or not the area in which the current position of the user is located is different from the area in which the destination of the user is located by the first determination unit 104, and determines whether or not the first vehicle management rule is different from the second vehicle management rule, and if it is determined that the area in which the current position of the user is located is the same as the area in which the destination of the user is located (no in step S506), the process is ended, and if it is determined that the area in which the current position of the user is located is different from the area in which the destination of the user is located (yes in step S506), the process proceeds to step S508. Here, according to the above-described processing, the first determination unit 104 determines that the area a in which the current position of the user is located and the area B in which the destination of the user is located are different areas, and the processing proceeds to step S508.
In step S508, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A determines the types of the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule by the vehicle management rule type determination unit 106, and then proceeds to step S510. Here, according to the above-described processing, the vehicle management rule type determination section 106 determines that both the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule are the vehicle management rules of the shared vehicle management center.
In step S510, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A uses the shared vehicle that is the shared vehicle that conforms to the second vehicle management rule, that is, the shared vehicle whose home location is the area where the user is located, as the preferred shared vehicle, and gives priority to the user for reservation processing.
The shared vehicle management apparatus 100A according to modification 1 of the second embodiment has the effects of the first and second embodiments. In the present modification, the first determination unit 104 determines whether or not the first vehicle management rule is different from the second vehicle management rule by determining whether or not the area in which the current position of the user is located is different from the area in which the destination of the user is located, and when the first determination unit 104 determines that the area in which the current position of the user is located is different from the area in which the destination of the user is located, the reservation processing unit gives priority to the user for reservation processing using, as a preferred shared vehicle, a shared vehicle that is a shared vehicle that conforms to the second vehicle management rule, that is, a shared vehicle whose home location of the shared vehicle is the area in which the destination of the user is located. In this way, since the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule are generally different depending on the region where the shared vehicle is located in consideration of regional management or the like, it is possible to easily determine whether the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule are different by determining whether the region where the current position of the user is located and the region where the destination of the user is located are different, and thus the effects of the first and second embodiments can be achieved more simply.
(Modification 2 of the second embodiment)
Next, the configuration and operation of the shared vehicle management apparatus 100B according to modification 2 of the second embodiment will be described.
Constitution of sharing vehicle management device 100B
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing a configuration of a shared vehicle management apparatus 100B according to modification 2 of the second embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same components as those in fig. 3, which are schematic views of the structure of the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A according to the second embodiment, and the description thereof will be omitted.

In the operation flowchart shown in fig. 7, the same reference numerals are given to the same operations as those in fig. 5, which is the operation flowchart of modification 1 of the second embodiment. Here, since the operations of steps S500 to S504 and steps S506 to S510 in fig. 7 are the same as those of steps S500 to S510 in fig. 5, detailed description of the same steps is omitted here, and only different steps will be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 7, after the operations of step S500 to step S504 are performed as in modification 1 of the second embodiment described above, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100B of modification 2 of the second embodiment proceeds to the process of step S700.
In step S700, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100B acquires, by the third acquisition unit 107, the area administrative level information of each of the area in which the current position of the user is located and the area in which the destination of the user is located, and then proceeds to the processing in step S506. Here, the third acquisition unit 107 acquires the regional administration level information in the format of "x city, x province", or the like, that is, the regional administration level information of "a city, a province" in which the current position of the user is located and "B city, B city" in which the destination of the user is located.
Thereafter, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100B executes the processing from step S506 to step S510, and thereafter ends the processing.
The shared vehicle management apparatus 100B according to modification 2 of the second embodiment has the technical effects of the first and second embodiments and modification 1 thereof. In the present modification, the third acquisition unit 107 acquires the regional administration level information of each of the region in which the current position of the user is located and the region in which the destination of the user is located. Thus, the regional management of the shared vehicle and the like can be considered more precisely, and the shared vehicle can be handled precisely even when the regional management of the shared vehicle is at any level of the administrative level, for example, when the shared vehicle is desired to be returned in the local area as much as possible in the local area of the local market or the district as a regional management unit. The technical effects of the first and second embodiments and modification 1 thereof can be ensured.
(Modification 3 of the second embodiment)
Next, the configuration and operation of the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A according to modification 3 of the second embodiment will be described.
Constitution of sharing vehicle management device 100A
The configuration of the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A according to modification 3 of the second embodiment is substantially the same as that shown in the second embodiment shown in fig. 3, and differs only in that: in modification 3 of the second embodiment, when the first determination unit 104 determines that the first vehicle management rule is different from the second vehicle management rule and the vehicle management rule type determination unit 106 determines that the first vehicle management rule is a vehicle management rule of the shared vehicle management center and the second vehicle management rule is a vehicle management rule of the traffic management department, the reservation processing unit 105 preferentially presents the shared vehicle conforming to the second vehicle management rule as a preferred shared vehicle to the user for reservation processing.
Operation of the shared vehicle management device 100A
The operation of the shared vehicle management apparatus 100A according to modification 3 of the second embodiment is basically the same as the configuration shown in the second embodiment shown in fig. 4, and differs only in that: in step S410 according to modification 3 of the second embodiment, the shared-vehicle management apparatus 100A uses the reservation processing unit 105 to give priority to the user for reservation processing, when the first determination unit 104 determines that the first vehicle management rule is different from the second vehicle management rule, and the vehicle management rule type determination unit determines that the first vehicle management rule is the vehicle management rule of the shared-vehicle management center and the second vehicle management rule is the vehicle management rule of the traffic management department, the shared vehicle conforming to the second vehicle management rule is the preferred shared vehicle.
The shared vehicle management apparatus 100A according to modification 3 of the second embodiment has the effects of the first and second embodiments. In the shared-vehicle management apparatus 100A according to modification 3, when the first determination unit 104 determines that the first vehicle management rule is different from the second vehicle management rule, and the vehicle management rule type determination unit determines that the first vehicle management rule is a vehicle management rule of the shared-vehicle management center and the second vehicle management rule is a vehicle management rule of the traffic management department, the reservation processing unit 105 preferentially presents the shared vehicle conforming to the second vehicle management rule to the user as a preferred shared vehicle, and the user is given priority to reserve the shared vehicle. Thus, it is considered that in the case where the vehicle management rule of the shared vehicle management center and the vehicle management rule of the traffic management department exist at the same time, the rank or priority of the vehicle management rule of the traffic management department is higher, and the vehicle management rule of the traffic management department should be preferentially satisfied. Therefore, traffic violations can be reliably avoided, comfort of users using the shared vehicles is reliably prevented from being reduced, popularization and popularization of the shared vehicles are facilitated, and management operation of the shared vehicles is facilitated.

Here, the reservation request includes destination information B of the user.
In step S902, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100C acquires the vehicle management rule of the area where the current position of the user is located as the first vehicle management rule by the first acquisition unit 102, and then proceeds to step S904. Here, the first acquisition unit 102 acquires the vehicle management rule GZ12 of the traffic management department as the first vehicle management rule.
In step S904, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100C acquires the vehicle management rule of the area where the destination of the user is located as the second vehicle management rule by the second acquisition section 103, and then proceeds to step S906. Here, the second acquisition unit 103 acquires the vehicle management rule GZ22 of the traffic management department as the second vehicle management rule.
In step S906, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100C determines whether or not the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule are different from each other based on the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule acquired by the first acquisition unit 102 and the second acquisition unit 103, respectively, by the first determination unit 104, and if it is determined that the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule are the same (no in step S906), the process ends, and if it is determined that the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule are different (yes in step S906), the process proceeds to step S908. Here, according to the above-described processing, the first determination section 104 makes a determination based on the vehicle management rule GZ12 of the traffic management department acquired by the first acquisition section 102 as the first vehicle management rule and the vehicle management rule GZ22 of the traffic management department acquired by the second acquisition section 103 as the second vehicle management rule, and the determination result is that the first vehicle management rule is different from the second vehicle management rule (i.e., yes in step S906), so the processing proceeds to step S908.
In step S908, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100C determines the types of the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule by the vehicle management rule type determination unit 106, and then proceeds to step S910. Here, according to the above-described processing, the vehicle management rule type determination section 106 determines that both the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule are the vehicle management rules of the traffic management department.
In step S910, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100C searches for a shared vehicle that meets the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule as a preferred shared vehicle by the shared vehicle search unit 108, and then proceeds to step S912.
In step S912, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100C determines whether or not the preferred shared vehicle searched by the shared vehicle searching unit 108 exists in the vicinity of the current position of the user by the second determining unit 109, and if it is determined that the preferred shared vehicle searched by the shared vehicle searching unit 108 does not exist in the vicinity of the current position of the user (no in step S912), the process ends, and if it is determined that the preferred shared vehicle searched by the shared vehicle searching unit 108 exists in the vicinity of the current position of the user (yes in step S912), the process proceeds to step S914.
In step S914, the shared vehicle management apparatus 100C gives priority to the user a shared vehicle that matches the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule, which is the preferred shared vehicle, to be reserved by the reservation processing unit 105, and then ends the process.
The shared vehicle management apparatus 100C according to the third embodiment has the effects of the first and second embodiments. In the third embodiment, the shared vehicle searching unit 108 searches for a preferred shared vehicle, the second determining unit 109 determines whether or not there is a preferred shared vehicle searched by the shared vehicle searching unit 108 around the current position of the user, and when the first determining unit 104 determines that the first vehicle management rule is different from the second vehicle management rule and the vehicle management rule type determining unit determines that both the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule are the vehicle management rules of the traffic management department, the shared vehicle matching the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule is set as the preferred shared vehicle, the preferred shared vehicle is searched for by the shared vehicle searching unit 108, and when the second determining unit 109 determines that there is a preferred shared vehicle searched for by the shared vehicle searching unit 108 around the current position of the user, the searched preferred shared vehicle is preferentially presented to the user for reservation processing. Thus, when both the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule are the vehicle management rules of the traffic management department, the shared vehicle searching unit 108 can reliably search for the shared vehicle that matches the first vehicle management rule and the second vehicle management rule as the preferred shared vehicle, and give priority to the user.
