Abstract
本发明公开了一种磷石膏制品用防霉剂,包括按重量百分比计的如下成分:苯甲酸钠1‑5%;十二烷基三甲基溴化铵10‑15%;硝溴醇5‑8%;山梨酸钾6‑9%;三氯叔丁醇4‑9%;水余量。本发明提供的磷石膏制品用防霉剂,可有效防止霉菌生长,且成本低。本发明还提供一种磷石膏制品用防霉剂的制备方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防霉剂技术领域,特别涉及一种磷石膏制品用防霉剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
磷石膏是磷化工行业产生的固体废弃物,其中二水石膏的含量通常大于80%,经过煅烧处理以后可以用作建筑石膏。煅烧磷石膏的可利用途径有:生产轻质隔墙板、石膏砌块、磷石膏砂浆等。由于磷石膏与普通石膏相比,除了含有大量的二水石膏以外,还含有少量有机质、游离酸(以P2O5计)等杂质,为霉菌生长提供了营养组分,因此磷石膏制品在使用过程中极易滋生霉斑,影响产品外观。
现有技术中,关于磷石膏制品防霉剂的相关研究较少。专利“CN201811132057.1,一种纳米改性防霉磷石膏隔墙板的制作方法”中,公开了利用纳米重金属来抑制霉菌生长的方法,但是成本偏高,且重金属的使用符合环保理念。
鉴于此,有必要提供一种新的防霉剂解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种磷石膏制品用防霉剂,可有效防止霉菌生长,且成本低。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种磷石膏制品用防霉剂,包括按重量百分比计的如下成分:

进一步地,所述磷石膏制品用防霉剂的pH值为2-5。
进一步地,所述磷石膏制品用防霉剂的掺量是磷石膏制品质量的0.05-0.1%。
本发明还提供一种磷石膏制品用防霉剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,按比例依次加入水、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵,搅拌均匀;
步骤S2,再加入山梨酸钾,搅拌直至澄清;
步骤S3,然后加入三氯叔丁醇,搅拌均匀,再边搅拌边加入硝溴醇;
步骤S4,最后加入苯甲酸钠,搅拌至澄清,得到磷石膏制品用防霉剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的磷石膏制品用防霉剂,有益效果在于:
一、本发明提供的磷石膏制品用防霉剂,可加速促进磷酸氧化-还原体系转换,破坏了游离酸细胞的机能,使磷石膏制品无法为霉菌提供养分,从而使霉菌无法生长,达到良好的防霉效果。
二、本发明提供的磷石膏制品用防霉剂,所用配方简单,在使用过程中掺量少,具有成本低的特点。

在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
实施例1
一种磷石膏制品用防霉剂,包括按重量百分比计的如下成分:
苯甲酸钠5%;十二烷基三甲基溴化铵15%;硝溴醇6%;山梨酸钾9%;三氯叔丁醇5%;水60%。
一种磷石膏制品用防霉剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,按上述比例依次加入水、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵,搅拌10min至均匀;
步骤S2,再加入山梨酸钾,搅拌15min,直至澄清;
步骤S3,然后加入三氯叔丁醇,搅拌10min至均匀,再边搅拌边加入硝溴醇;
步骤S4,最后加入苯甲酸钠,搅拌至澄清,得到磷石膏制品用防霉剂。
实施例2
一种磷石膏制品用防霉剂,包括按重量百分比计的如下成分:
苯甲酸钠1%;十二烷基三甲基溴化铵10%;硝溴醇5%;山梨酸钾6%;三氯叔丁醇9%;水69%。
本实施例的磷石膏制品用防霉剂制备方法参照实施例1。
实施例3
一种磷石膏制品用防霉剂,包括按重量百分比计的如下成分:
苯甲酸钠2%;十二烷基三甲基溴化铵12%;硝溴醇8%;山梨酸钾7%;三氯叔丁醇8%;水63%。
本实施例的磷石膏制品用防霉剂制备方法参照实施例1。
实施例4
一种磷石膏制品用防霉剂,包括按重量百分比计的如下成分:
苯甲酸钠4%;十二烷基三甲基溴化铵13%;硝溴醇7%;山梨酸钾8%;三氯叔丁醇4%;水64%。
本实施例的磷石膏制品用防霉剂制备方法参照实施例1。
实施例5
一种磷石膏制品用防霉剂,包括按重量百分比计的如下成分:
苯甲酸钠3%;十二烷基三甲基溴化铵11%;硝溴醇6%;山梨酸钾7%;三氯叔丁醇6%;水67%。
本实施例的磷石膏制品用防霉剂制备方法参照实施例1。
实施例6
一种磷石膏制品用防霉剂,包括按重量百分比计的如下成分:
苯甲酸钠5%;十二烷基三甲基溴化铵10%;硝溴醇6%;山梨酸钾9%;三氯叔丁醇5%;水65%。
本实施例的磷石膏制品用防霉剂制备方法参照实施例1。
将实施例1-6的磷石膏制品用防霉剂在不同掺量条件下的防霉效果进行测试,测试结果如下:

由试验结果可以看出,本发明提供的磷石膏制品用防霉剂,当掺量是磷石膏制品质量的0.05-0.1%,具有长效的防霉效果,具有使用量少,成本低的优点。
以实施例1、实施例6作为对比,两个实施例的区别在于十二烷基三甲基溴化铵的含量不同,对应地,防霉剂的pH值不同(实施例1的pH值为4.5,实施例6的pH值为2)。将两个实施例的磷石膏制品用防霉剂在不同掺量、不同时间条件下进行防霉效果测试,测试结果如下:
本发明的磷石膏制品用防霉剂,pH值为2-5,呈酸性,在酸性应用环境中具有良好的适应性;且酸性防霉剂的pH值减小,防霉效果越好。
磷石膏在水化成型过程中的温度为50-65℃,本发明的防霉剂在掺入磷石膏制品成型工艺中不会发生分解,其性能比较稳定,可确保防霉效果的稳定性。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的磷石膏制品用防霉剂,有益效果在于:
一、本发明提供的磷石膏制品用防霉剂,可加速促进磷酸氧化-还原体系转换,破坏了游离酸细胞的机能,使磷石膏制品无法为霉菌提供养分,从而使霉菌无法生长,达到良好的防霉效果。
二、本发明提供的磷石膏制品用防霉剂,所用配方简单,在使用过程中掺量少,具有成本低的特点。以上对本发明的实施方式作出详细说明,但本发明不局限于所描述的实施方式。对本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下对这些实施例进行的多种变化、修改、替换和变型均仍落入在本发明的保护范围之内。

4.根据权利要求1所述的磷石膏制品用防霉剂,其特征在于,所述磷石膏制品用防霉剂的掺量是磷石膏制品质量的0.05-0.1%。
5.一种权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的磷石膏制品用防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,按比例依次加入水、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵,搅拌均匀;
步骤S2,再加入山梨酸钾,搅拌直至澄清;
步骤S3,然后加入三氯叔丁醇,搅拌均匀,再边搅拌边加入硝溴醇;
步骤S4,最后加入苯甲酸钠,搅拌至澄清,得到磷石膏制品用防霉剂。
