本发明公开了一种液冷型电动叉车集成动力系统及叉车,包括集成式传动齿轮箱、集成式电机控制器、驱动电机、油泵电机、油泵以及整车控制器;集成式传动齿轮箱,包括驱动电机传动机构和油泵电机传动机构;集成式电机控制器,包括驱动电机控制单元和油泵电机控制单元;所述集成式传动齿轮箱、集成式电机控制器、驱动电机、油泵电机、油泵和整车控制器完全集成安装,组成所述液冷型电动叉车集成动力系统。本发明的液冷型电动叉车集成动力系统集成度高,外观包络尺寸小,取消电机与电机控制器之间的外部三相动力线束及低压采样控制线束的连接,极大提高电系统安全性、降低电能传递损耗和生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动工业车辆技术领域,具体涉及一种液冷型电动叉车集成动力系统及叉车。
背景技术
中国的工业车辆市场有广阔的发展空间,尤其是电动叉车的市场潜力巨大。随着经济的持续发展,对于电动叉车驱动及液压动力系统提出了更高的要求。
现有电动叉车驱动及液压动力系统技术路线单一,基本采用驱动电机与前桥减速器组成行走动力单元,油泵电机及油泵组成液压动力单元,驱动电机控制器与油泵电机控制器分体布置组成电机控制单元;其整个动力系统采用大范围分散布置方式,行走动力单元布置于车体前桥处,液压动力单元布置于车体中部或后部,电机控制单元布置于车体中部或后部;该系统中,行走动力单元、液压动力单元均与电机控制单元距离较远,连接线缆长度过长,不利于整车装配,且线缆过长将增加成本、影响电能使用效率,最终将导致整车能耗大幅增加;对于驱动及液压动力系统大范围分散布置的状态,其散热方式也较复杂和低效,需要对每个单元进行单独冷却或散热,而且多为自然传导散热或强制风冷散热,导致结构复杂、散热效果差,成本大幅增加。
由此可见,电动叉车的驱动及液压动力系统需要一种结构高度集成、可实现集中布置以及高效散热的集成动力系统,以此降低系统成本、提高系统效率。
发明内容
为了克服上述的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种液冷型电动叉车集成动力系统及叉车。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种液冷型电动叉车集成动力系统,包括集成式传动齿轮箱、驱动电机、油泵电机、集成式电机控制器、油泵和整车控制器;
所述集成式传动齿轮箱包括驱动电机传动机构和油泵电机传动机构;所述驱动电机传动机构设置在集成式传动齿轮箱内部,驱动电机传动机构包括若干组平行布置的齿轮轴,各组齿轮轴上的配对齿轮相互啮合,且在输入齿轮轴一上设置有花键一,输出齿轮轴一上设置有差速器,所述驱动电机传动机构的各齿轮轴均通过轴承设置在集成式传动齿轮箱的壳体上;所述油泵电机传动机构设置在集成式传动齿轮箱内部,油泵电机传动机构包括若干组平行布置的齿轮轴,各组齿轮轴上的配对齿轮相互啮合,且在输入齿轮轴二上和输出齿轮轴二上分别设置有花键二、花键三,所述油泵电机传动机构的各齿轮轴均通过轴承设置在集成式传动齿轮箱的壳体上;
所述驱动电机通过电机后盖上的安装螺栓固定在集成式传动齿轮箱的侧面,所述驱动电机输出轴通过花键与所述驱动电机传动机构上的输入齿轮轴一上的花键一连接;
所述油泵电机通过电机后盖上的安装螺栓固定在集成式传动齿轮箱的侧面,所述油泵电机输出轴通过花键与所述油泵电机传动机构上的输入齿轮轴二上的花键二连接;
所述集成式电机控制器固定安装在驱动电机、油泵电机和集成式传动齿轮箱上部;
所述油泵固定安装在集成式传动齿轮箱的侧面,所述油泵输入轴通过花键与所述油泵电机传动机构的输出齿轮轴二上的花键三连接;
所述整车控制器固定安装在集成式电机控制器的上盖上,所述整车控制器与集成式电机控制器通过线束电气连接;
所述集成式传动齿轮箱上设置有安装法兰盘、螺栓孔一、螺栓孔二;
所述驱动电机壳体内部设置有散热水道一,驱动电机后盖上设置有散热水道一的进水口一和出水口一;所述油泵电机壳体内部设置有散热水道二,油泵电机后盖上设置有散热水道二的出水口二,油泵电机前盖上设置有散热水道二的进水口二;所述集成式电机控制器底部设置有散热水道三,集成式电机控制器一侧设置有散热水道三的进水口三和出水口三;所述集成式电机控制器一侧的出水口三与所述油泵电机前盖上的进水口二通过散热管路一连接,所述油泵电机后盖上的出水口二与所述驱动电机后盖上的进水口一通过散热管路二连接;所述集成式电机控制器一侧的进水口三与外部冷却系统的出水口通过散热管路三连接;所述驱动电机后盖上的出水口一与外部冷却系统的进水口通过散热管路四连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:集成式电机控制器包括驱动电机控制器和油泵电机控制器;所述驱动电机控制器的三相接线端与所述驱动电机后盖上的三相接线端在集成式电机控制器壳体内部通过铜排直接连接;所述驱动电机控制器的低压信号接线端与所述驱动电机后盖上的低压信号接线端在集成式电机控制器壳体内部通过对插接插件直接连接;所述油泵电机控制器的三相接线端与所述油泵电机后盖上的三相接线端在集成式电机控制器壳体内部通过铜排直接连接;所述油泵电机控制器的低压信号接线端与所述油泵电机后盖上的低压信号接线端在集成式电机控制器壳体内部通过对插接插件直接连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述安装法兰盘与叉车驱动桥壳上的牙包、安装面固定连接,所述螺栓孔一、螺栓孔二与叉车车体上的支架固定连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述驱动电机传动机构包括平行布置的输入齿轮轴一、第二轴、第三轴和输出轴一;所述输入齿轮轴一、第二轴、第三轴和输出轴一均通过轴承固定安装在集成式传动齿轮箱的壳体上;所述输入齿轮轴一上固定连接有输入轴齿轮三,第二轴上固定连接有一级减速被动齿轮和二级减速主动齿轮,第三轴上固定连接有二级减速被动齿轮和三级减速主动齿轮,输出轴一上固定连接有输出齿轮轴一;所述输入轴齿轮三与一级减速被动齿轮传动啮合,二级减速主动齿轮与二级减速被动齿轮传动啮合,三级减速主动齿轮与输出齿轮轴一上的齿轮传动啮合;所述输入齿轮轴一上设置有花键一,输出轴一上设置有差速器。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述油泵电机传动机构包括平行布置输入齿轮轴二和输出齿轮轴二;所述输入齿轮轴二和输出齿轮轴二均通过轴承固定安装在集成式传动齿轮箱的壳体上;所述输入齿轮轴二上固定连接有输入轴齿轮四,输出齿轮轴二上固定连接有输出轴齿轮;所述输入轴齿轮四与输出轴齿轮传动啮合;所述输入齿轮轴二和输出齿轮轴二上分别设置有花键二、花键三。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述集成式电机控制器上设置有一个直流高压正负极接插件和一个低压控制信号的信号接插件;所述集成式电机控制器上盖上设置有检修拆卸盖板,检修拆卸盖板下设置有开盖开关。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明可使电动叉车的动力系统高度集成、布置紧凑,结构上完全集成为一个统一的整体,无需分散式布置,结构简单、便于整车安装,大幅提高动力系统的集成度及可靠性;
(2)本发明使电动叉车的驱动及液压集成动力系统完全省去电机及电机控制器之间的外部连接线缆,通过大幅度减少线缆长度,在减少装配及安装工序的同时降低线缆过长产生的电阻,提高动力系统的运行效率,同时通过省去外部连接电缆,提高整车绝缘安全及电气安全性能,延长电动叉车的安全作业时间;
(3)本发明通过设置集成式串联水道的液冷散热形式,对电机及电机控制器进行强制液冷散热,大幅降低电动叉车驱动及液压集成动力系统的温升,提高集成动力系统的可靠性、延长使用寿命,满足更严苛的电动叉车使用要求。
本发明的另一目的在于提出一种电动叉车,以优化现有叉车的动力系统布置空间和散热效果;为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:所述电动叉车包括前述的液冷型电动叉车集成动力系统。
所述电动叉车与上述电动叉车集成动力系统相对于现有技术所具有的优势相同,在此不再赘述。

所述集成式传动齿轮箱1包括驱动电机传动机构1000和油泵电机传动机构1100;所述驱动电机传动机构1000设置在集成式传动齿轮箱1内部,驱动电机传动机构1000为平行轴式减速器结构,驱动电机传动机构1000包括若干组平行布置的齿轮轴系,各组齿轮轴系上的配对齿轮相互啮合,且在第一级输入齿轮轴一1003上设置有花键一1001,最后一级输出齿轮轴一1009上设置有差速器1008,所述驱动电机传动机构1000的各齿轮轴系均通过轴承设置在集成式传动齿轮箱1的壳体1110上;所述油泵电机传动机构1100设置在集成式传动齿轮箱1内部,油泵电机传动机构1100为平行轴式减速器结构,油泵电机传动机构1100包括若干组平行布置的齿轮轴系,各组齿轮轴系上的配对齿轮相互啮合,且在第一级输入齿轮轴二1103上和最后一级输出齿轮轴二1104上分别设置有花键二1101、花键三1105,所述油泵电机传动机构1100的各齿轮轴系均通过轴承设置在集成式传动齿轮箱1的壳体1110上;

集成式电机控制器13包括驱动电机控制器和油泵电机控制器;所述驱动电机控制器的三相接线端与所述驱动电机9后盖上的三相接线端在集成式电机控制器13壳体内部通过铜排直接连接;所述驱动电机控制器的低压信号接线端与所述驱动电机9后盖上的低压信号接线端在集成式电机控制器13壳体内部通过对插接插件直接连接;所述油泵电机控制器的三相接线端与所述油泵电机6后盖上的三相接线端在集成式电机控制器13壳体内部通过铜排直接连接;所述油泵电机控制器的低压信号接线端与所述油泵电机6后盖上的低压信号接线端在集成式电机控制器13壳体内部通过对插接插件直接连接。

上述各零部件进行整体结构设计,集成安装,最后形成一个外包络尺寸紧凑的集成动力系统,通过所述安装方式布置于叉车上。
所述驱动电机9壳体内部设置有散热水道一,驱动电机9后盖上设置有散热水道一的进水口一80和出水口一8;所述油泵电机6壳体内部设置有散热水道二,油泵电机6后盖上设置有散热水道二的出水口二60,油泵电机6前盖上设置有散热水道二的进水口二61;所述集成式电机控制器13底部设置有散热水道三,集成式电机控制器13一侧设置有散热水道三的进水口三12和出水口三120;所述集成式电机控制器13一侧的出水口三120与所述油泵电机6前盖上的进水口二61通过散热管路一5连接,所述油泵电机6后盖上的出水口二60与所述驱动电机9后盖上的进水口一80通过散热管路二7连接;所述集成式电机控制器13一侧的进水口三12与外部冷却系统的出水口通过散热管路三连接;所述驱动电机9后盖上的出水口一8与外部冷却系统的进水口通过散热管路四连接;以此组成一个电机与电机控制器串联散热水道循环。

所述集成式电机控制器13上设置有一个独立的对外连接直流高压正负极接插件3和一个独立的对外连接低压控制信号的信号接插件4;所述集成式电机控制器13上盖上设置有检修拆卸盖板10,检修拆卸盖板10下设置有开盖开关;其中,检修拆卸盖板10打开后,简单拆除三相线束连接螺栓和低压控制线束接插件,即可将集成式电机控制器13与驱动电机9和油泵电机6分离,便于拆卸;同时,检修拆卸盖板10下设置的开盖开关,可在带电操作时切断系统高压,保证操作时的电气安全。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液冷型电动叉车集成动力系统,其特征在于,集成式电机控制器(13)包括驱动电机控制器和油泵电机控制器;所述驱动电机控制器的三相接线端与所述驱动电机(9)后盖上的三相接线端在集成式电机控制器(13)壳体内部通过铜排直接连接;所述驱动电机控制器的低压信号接线端与所述驱动电机(9)后盖上的低压信号接线端在集成式电机控制器(13)壳体内部通过对插接插件直接连接;所述油泵电机控制器的三相接线端与所述油泵电机(6)后盖上的三相接线端在集成式电机控制器(13)壳体内部通过铜排直接连接;所述油泵电机控制器的低压信号接线端与所述油泵电机(6)后盖上的低压信号接线端在集成式电机控制器(13)壳体内部通过对插接插件直接连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种液冷型电动叉车集成动力系统,其特征在于,所述安装法兰盘(101)与叉车驱动桥壳(110)上的牙包(111)、安装面(112)固定连接,所述螺栓孔一(102)、螺栓孔二(103)与叉车车体(113)上的支架固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种液冷型电动叉车集成动力系统,其特征在于,所述驱动电机传动机构(1000)包括平行布置的输入齿轮轴一(1003)、第二轴(1005)、第三轴(1006)和输出轴一;所述输入齿轮轴一(1003)、第二轴(1005)、第三轴(1006)和输出轴一均通过轴承固定安装在集成式传动齿轮箱(1)的壳体(1110)上;所述输入齿轮轴一(1003)上固定连接有输入轴齿轮三(1002),第二轴(1005)上固定连接有一级减速被动齿轮(1004)和二级减速主动齿轮(1011),第三轴(1006)上固定连接有二级减速被动齿轮(1007)和三级减速主动齿轮(1010),输出轴一上固定连接有输出齿轮轴一(1009);所述输入轴齿轮三(1002)与一级减速被动齿轮(1004)传动啮合,二级减速主动齿轮(1011)与二级减速被动齿轮(1007)传动啮合,三级减速主动齿轮(1010)与输出齿轮轴一(1009)上的齿轮传动啮合;所述输入齿轮轴一(1003)上设置有花键一(1001),输出轴一上设置有差速器(1008)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种液冷型电动叉车集成动力系统,其特征在于,所述油泵电机传动机构(1100)包括平行布置输入齿轮轴二(1103)和输出齿轮轴二(1104);所述输入齿轮轴二(1103)和输出齿轮轴二(1104)均通过轴承固定安装在集成式传动齿轮箱(1)的壳体(1110)上;所述输入齿轮轴二(1103)上固定连接有输入轴齿轮四(1102),输出齿轮轴二(1104)上固定连接有输出轴齿轮(1106);所述输入轴齿轮四(1102)与输出轴齿轮(1106)传动啮合;所述输入齿轮轴二(1103)和输出齿轮轴二(1104)上分别设置有花键二(1101)、花键三(1105)。
6.一种包括液冷型电动叉车集成动力系统的叉车,其特征在于,所述叉车包括权利要求1-5任一项所述的液冷型电动叉车集成动力系统。
