Background
The cutter is a tool for cutting in machine manufacturing, also called a cutting tool, most cutters are used, and the cutters used in machine manufacturing are basically used for cutting metal materials, so the cutter is generally understood as a metal cutting cutter, but the cutter needs to be placed in a cutter placing cabinet for storage before and after use.
SUMMARY OF THE PATENT FOR INVENTION
The invention aims to provide an intelligent cutter placing cabinet for assisting production management, which solves the existing problems: the existing device is inconvenient to access a plurality of cutters when in use and is easy to miss when an operator registers the cutters.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an intelligent cutter placing cabinet assisting production management comprises a fixed box body and a cleaning solution storage barrel, wherein the cleaning solution storage barrel is positioned at one end of the fixed box body, the front face of the fixed box body is hinged with a sealing door, a fixed box is arranged at the top of one side of the fixed box body, a plurality of second transmission motors are uniformly distributed at the top of the fixed box body, the output end of each second transmission motor is connected with a first bevel gear in a clamping manner, the bottom of the first bevel gear is connected with a second bevel gear in a meshing manner, a first transmission rod is fixed inside the second bevel gear, third bevel gears are fixed at the outer side of the first transmission rod and at the two ends of the second bevel gear, the bottom of each third bevel gear is connected with a fourth bevel gear in a meshing manner, a third threaded rod is arranged at the bottom of the fourth bevel gear, and a plurality of protection boxes are slidably connected inside the fixed box body, the protection box is in threaded connection with the third threaded rod;
the inside sliding connection of protection box has the cutter case, the inside at protection box both ends all is provided with third drive motor, third drive motor's output joint has first threaded rod, the outside threaded connection of first threaded rod has first transmission piece, the one end of first transmission piece is fixed with the cutter case, the inside of protection box and the top that is located the cutter case are fixed with sealed piece.
Preferably, a cleaning box is further arranged at the bottom end inside the fixed box body, a water pump is arranged at the top of the cleaning liquid storage barrel, the water pump is connected with the cleaning box through a hose, a plurality of cleaning nozzles are uniformly distributed inside the cleaning box, and a second water outlet pipeline is arranged at one end, away from the cleaning liquid storage barrel, of the cleaning box;
an air drying box is arranged inside the fixed box body and positioned at the top of the cleaning box, a supporting plate is fixed at one end, close to the cleaning solution storage barrel, of the fixed box body, an air pump is arranged at the top of the supporting plate, the air pump is connected with the air drying box through a pipeline, a plurality of air blowing heads are uniformly distributed inside the air drying box, a first water outlet pipeline is arranged at one end, far away from the air pump, of the air drying box, and the bottom of one end of the first water outlet pipeline is connected with a second water outlet pipeline;
the inside of fixation box body just is located one side sliding connection who air-dries the box and has the shell, the top of fixation box body and the corresponding position of shell are provided with first drive motor, first drive motor's output joint has the second transfer line, the bottom of second transfer line is fixed with the fourth threaded rod, the outside threaded connection of fourth threaded rod has the third transmission piece, one side and the shell of third transmission piece are fixed, the both ends sliding connection of shell bottom has the connecting plate, the bottom of connecting plate is fixed with the cutter and washs and places the board, the inside of shell is provided with fourth drive motor, the output joint of fourth drive motor has the second threaded rod, the outside threaded connection of second threaded rod has the second transmission piece, the bottom and the cutter of second transmission piece wash and place the board fixed.
Preferably, the front side of the sealing door is welded with a handle, and anti-skid grains are uniformly distributed on the outer side of the handle.
Preferably, the bearings are installed in the fixed box, the fixed box and the protection box, and the fixed box and the first transmission rod, the fixed box and the third threaded rod and the protection box and the first threaded rod are rotatably connected through the bearings.

Preferably, a plurality of spray holes are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the blowing head, and a plurality of air holes are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the cleaning spray head.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, through the matching of the third threaded rod and the protection box as well as the first transmission block and the cutter storage box, the cutter can be more conveniently detected when the device is used, and workers with different heights can conveniently take processing cutters through the rotation of the third threaded rod;
2. according to the invention, through the matching of the cutter cleaning placing plate and the connecting plate as well as the matching of the fiber purifying layer and the polypropylene purifying layer, the device can quickly clean the cutter after use, and filter and purify the air for air drying the cutter through the fiber purifying layer and the polypropylene purifying layer, so that the cutter is prevented from being directly stored to generate cross contamination.

Referring to fig. 1-13, an intelligent cutter placing cabinet for assisting production management comprises a fixed box body 1 and a cleaning solution storage barrel 6, wherein the cleaning solution storage barrel 6 is located at one end of the fixed box body 1, a sealing door 2 is hinged on the front surface of the fixed box body 1, a fixed box 5 is arranged at the top of one side of the fixed box body 1, a plurality of second transmission motors 15 are uniformly distributed at the top of the fixed box 5, a first bevel gear 16 is clamped at the output end of each second transmission motor 15, a second bevel gear 17 is meshed and connected with the bottom of the first bevel gear 16, a first transmission rod 18 is fixed inside the second bevel gear 17, a third bevel gear 19 is fixed at the outer side of the first transmission rod 18 and located at two ends of the second bevel gear 17, a fourth bevel gear 20 is meshed and connected with the bottom of the third bevel gear 19, a third threaded rod 38 is arranged at the bottom of the fourth bevel gear 20, a plurality of protection boxes 14 are slidably connected inside the fixed box body 1, and the protective box 14 is in threaded connection with the third threaded rod 38;
the inside sliding connection of protection box 14 has cutter case 22, the inside at 14 both ends of protection box all is provided with third drive motor 23, the output joint of third drive motor 23 has first threaded rod 24, the outside threaded connection of first threaded rod 24 has first transmission piece 25, the one end of first transmission piece 25 is fixed with cutter case 22, the inside of protection box 14 and the top that is located cutter case 22 are fixed with sealed piece 26, make the operation personnel can more convenient examine and examine the cutter, and be convenient for the staff of different heights to take the processing cutter.
A cleaning box 28 is further arranged at the bottom end inside the fixed box body 1, a water pump 7 is arranged at the top of the cleaning liquid storage barrel 6, the water pump 7 is connected with the cleaning box 28 through a hose, a plurality of cleaning nozzles 35 are uniformly distributed inside the cleaning box 28, and a second water outlet pipeline 13 is arranged at one end, away from the cleaning liquid storage barrel 6, of the cleaning box 28;
an air drying box 27 is arranged inside the fixed box body 1 and positioned at the top of the cleaning box 28, a supporting plate 11 is fixed at one end, close to the cleaning solution storage barrel 6, of the fixed box body 1, an air pump 8 is arranged at the top of the supporting plate 11, the air pump 8 is connected with the air drying box 27 through a pipeline, a plurality of air blowing heads 29 are uniformly distributed inside the air drying box 27, a first water outlet pipeline 12 is arranged at one end, far away from the air pump 8, of the air drying box 27, and the bottom of one end of the first water outlet pipeline 12 is connected with a second water outlet pipeline 13;
the inside of the fixed box body 1 and one side of the air drying box 27 are connected with the outer shell 10 in a sliding way, the top of the fixed box body 1 and the position corresponding to the outer shell 10 are provided with a first transmission motor 4, the output end of the first transmission motor 4 is connected with a second transmission rod 21 in a clamping way, the bottom of the second transmission rod 21 is fixed with a fourth threaded rod 39, the outer side of the fourth threaded rod 39 is connected with a third transmission block 40 in a threaded way, one side of the third transmission block 40 is fixed with the outer shell 10, two ends of the bottom of the outer shell 10 are connected with connecting plates 34 in a sliding way, the bottom of the connecting plate 34 is fixed with a cutter cleaning placing plate 33, the inside of the outer shell 10 is provided with a fourth transmission motor 32, the output end of the fourth transmission motor 32 is connected with a second threaded rod 31 in a clamping way, the outer side of the second threaded rod 31 is connected with a second transmission block 30 in a threaded way, the bottom of the second transmission block 30 is fixed with the cutter cleaning placing plate 33, so that the device can clean and air dry the cutter taken down after being processed, the tools are stored inside the tool storage case 22, and thus contamination of the tool storage case 22 is prevented.
The front side of the sealing door 2 is welded with a handle 3, and anti-skid grains are uniformly distributed on the outer side of the handle 3;
bearings are arranged inside the fixed box 5, the fixed box body 1 and the protection box 14, and the fixed box 5 and the first transmission rod 18, the fixed box body 1 and the third threaded rod 38 and the protection box 14 and the first threaded rod 24 are rotatably connected through the bearings, so that the first transmission rod 18, the third threaded rod 38 and the first threaded rod 24 can rotate more stably and stably;
a gas transmission pipeline 9 is arranged on one side of the supporting plate 11, and a polypropylene purification layer 37 and a fiber purification layer 36 are sequentially arranged inside the gas transmission pipeline 9 from one side to the other side, so that the polypropylene purification layer 37 and the fiber purification layer 36 can filter air for air drying of the cutter, and the cutter cannot be adhered with dust after air drying;
threaded grooves are formed in the two ends of the protection box 14, which are far away from the side of the sealing door 2, in the first transmission block 25 and in the third transmission block 40, and the protection box 14 is in threaded connection with the third threaded rod 38, the first transmission block 25 is in threaded connection with the first threaded rod 24, and the third transmission block 40 is in threaded connection with the fourth threaded rod 39 through the threaded grooves, so that the protection box 14, the third transmission block 40 and the first transmission block 25 can move conveniently through the rotation of the corresponding threaded rods;
square through grooves are formed in the positions, corresponding to the first transmission blocks 25, on the inner side of the protection box 14 and the positions, corresponding to the second transmission blocks 30, on the top of the shell 10, square through grooves are formed in the positions, corresponding to the second transmission blocks 30, of the inner side of the protection box 14, the first transmission blocks 25 are connected with the protection box 14 in a sliding mode, the shell 10 is connected with the second transmission blocks 30 in a sliding mode through the square through grooves, and therefore the shell 10 and the protection box 14 can be lifted stably;
a cutter protection layer 41 is arranged inside the cutter storage box 22, rectangular grooves are uniformly formed in the top of the cutter protection layer 41, and the cutter protection layer 41 is made of polyurethane resin, so that a cutter can be planned and protected through the cutter protection layer 41 and the rectangular grooves after being placed inside the cutter storage box 22;
a square groove is formed in the top of the cutter storage box 22, and the cutter storage box 22 is in sliding connection with the sealing block 26 through the square groove, so that cutters stored in the cutter storage box 22 can be stored more hermetically;
the bottom equipartition of blowing head 29 is provided with a plurality of orifices, and the bottom equipartition of washing shower nozzle 35 has seted up a plurality of gas pockets, and the blowing head 29 of being convenient for and washing shower nozzle 35 clean and air-dry fast the cutter.
The working principle is as follows: when an operator needs to take a cutter, the handle 3 is pulled to drive the sealing door 2 to rotate, the sealing door 2 is connected with the fixed box body 1 through a hinge for limiting, then the second transmission motor 15 is electrically connected with an external power supply through the second transmission motor 15, the second transmission motor 15 is powered to drive the first bevel gear 16 to rotate, then the first bevel gear 16 drives the second bevel gear 17 to rotate, then the second bevel gear 17 drives the third bevel gear 19 to rotate through the first transmission rod 18, further the third bevel gear 19 drives the third threaded rod 38 to rotate through the fourth bevel gear 20, so that the protection box 14 is driven to lift through the rotation of the third threaded rod 38, further the height of the protection box 14 can be more convenient for the operator to take the cutter, and then the cutter is electrically connected with the external power supply through the third transmission motor 23, the third transmission motor 23 is powered on and drives the first threaded rod 24 to rotate, then the first transmission block 25 is driven to move through the rotation of the first threaded rod 24, and then the first transmission block 25 drives the cutter storage box 22 to move outwards, so that the cutter storage box 22 is separated from the sealing block 26, and further an operator can take the cutter more conveniently, when the used cutter needs to be stored, the cutter is placed at the top of the cutter cleaning placing plate 33, then the fourth transmission motor 32 is electrically connected with an external power supply, so that the fourth transmission motor 32 is powered on and drives the fourth transmission motor 32 to rotate, then the second transmission block 30 is driven to move through the rotation of the fourth transmission motor 32, and further the second transmission block 30 drives the cutter cleaning placing plate 33 to move inside the cleaning box 28, and the sliding connection between the connecting plate 34 and the shell 10 is used for limiting, so that the cutter cleaning placing plate 33 drives the cutter to enter the cleaning box 28, then the water pump 7 is electrically connected with an external power supply, the water pump 7 conveys the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid storage barrel 6 to the inside of the cleaning spray head 35 through a hose, the cutter is cleaned, after the cleaning is finished, the second transmission block 30 drives the cutter to the outside of the cleaning box 28 through the cutter cleaning placing plate 33, then the first transmission motor 4 is electrically connected with the external power supply, the first transmission motor 4 is electrified and drives the fourth threaded rod 39 to rotate through the second transmission rod 21, the fourth threaded rod 39 drives the third transmission block 40 to move, the third transmission block 40 drives the shell 10 to reach the height of the blowing head 29, and then the second transmission block 30 sends the cleaned cutter to the inside of the air drying box 27 through the cutter cleaning placing plate 33, then through the electric connection of air pump 8 with external power source for air pump 8 gets electricity and gets into the inside of blowing head 29 with the air through gas transmission pipeline 9 and pipe-line transportation, then purifies the layer through fibre 36 and polypropylene and purifies the layer and filter and purify the air, and then air-dries the cutter, thereby prevents that the cutter after the work from causing cross contamination to cutter case 22.
