The trial drinking test disclosed that a total of 112 children of 6 years old with constipation symptoms were recruited, wherein the height of the boys was 118 + -0.5 cm and the weight was 21 + -0.5 kg, and the height of the girls was 117 + -0.5 cm and the weight was 20.5 + -0.5 kg, for half of the boys and the girls. The test drink was recorded as a questionnaire from 7 days before the drink to 14 days after the drink.
126 children of 6 years old who participated in the trial were randomly divided into 7 groups, each of which was male and female. Wherein, the I to VI groups respectively drink the children formula milk powder for improving immunity and improving constipation prepared in the examples 1 to 6 in a trial way, and the control group drinks the children formula milk powder sold in the market in a trial way. 4) homogenizing the feed liquid A, adding 1, 3-dioleic acid-2-palmitic acid triglyceride in the homogenizing process, and obtaining feed liquid B after the homogenization is finished;
5) the feed liquid B is sequentially sterilized, flashed and concentrated to obtain concentrated milk C;
6) spray drying the concentrated milk C, and then drying and cooling the concentrated milk C by a fluidized bed to obtain powder D;
7) and adding lactoferrin, DHA algae oil powder, arachidonic acid powder, animal bifidobacterium powder and bifidobacterium lactis powder into the powder D, and uniformly mixing by a dry method to prepare the children formula milk powder for improving immunity and constipation.
