As an optional embodiment, the industrial control host is further configured to send a second indication signal when the second weighing device detects that the article is taken away, that is, the courier takes the article away, where the second indication signal is used to prompt the consumer that the courier is taken away; when the second weighing device detects that the object is not taken away after the preset time, namely the object is not taken away by the courier after the preset time, a third indicating signal is sent, and the third indicating signal is used for prompting that the express delivery of the consumer is not taken away or the courier possibly takes the wrong delivery.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the storage grids with different volume grades are arranged and are selected by the consumer according to the size of the delivered item, so that the space of the express cabinet is saved, the deliverer can conveniently prepare the paper boxes with corresponding specifications, and meanwhile, secondary weighing is carried out in the grids to obtain the price information of the delivered item, and the inconsistency of item information confirmation and delivery is avoided.

Claims (10)

1. A weighing and sending express cabinet is characterized by comprising a main cabinet mechanism and an auxiliary cabinet mechanism for storing express items; wherein:
the main cabinet mechanism comprises a main cabinet body, an industrial control host arranged in the main cabinet body, and a measuring device connected with the industrial control host, wherein the measuring device comprises a measuring table, and a first weighing device and a first camera which are arranged on the measuring table;
the auxiliary cabinet mechanism comprises two or more than two storage grids with different volume grades, a second weighing device is arranged at the bottom of each storage grid, the second weighing device is connected with the industrial control host, and an indicating device is arranged outside each storage grid and connected with the industrial control host;
the first weighing device weighs an article placed on the measuring table to obtain first weight information and sends the first weight information to the industrial control host; the first camera shoots and records the article to obtain an article image and sends the article image to the industrial control host; the indicating device of the storage grid which can store the express mail prompts that the storage grid can be stored; the second weighing device is used for weighing the articles placed in any storage grid which can prompt that the express delivery pieces can be stored again to obtain second weight information and sending the second weight information to the industrial control host; and the industrial control host judges whether the article placed in the storage grid is the article placed on the weighing platform before the preset time according to the first weight information and the second weight information, and if so, the industrial control host calculates the price information of the mail according to the first weight information and/or the second weight information to generate a payment bill.

The weighing mail express delivery cabinet of claim 1, wherein the industrial control host is further configured to determine whether the article corresponding to the article image is an illegal article, and if so, prompt a consumer to reject the mail and/or send an alarm message to a background control center.

A weighing mail express delivery cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the indicating device is a traffic light for displaying a green prompt to put an article into a corresponding storage cell when no article is stored in the storage cell, and displaying a red color when an article is stored in the storage cell.
4. A weighted mail express delivery cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the industrial control host is further configured to send a first indication signal when the second weighing device detects that an article is placed in the corresponding storage compartment, and the first indication signal is used for prompting a courier to prepare a carton of a corresponding specification.
5. A weighing mail express delivery cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the industrial control host is further configured to send a second indication signal when the second weighing device detects that the item is taken away, the second indication signal being used to prompt a consumer that the express delivery has been taken away; and when the second weighing device detects that the object is not taken away after the preset time, sending a third indicating signal, wherein the third indicating signal is used for prompting that the express delivery of the consumer is not taken away or the courier possibly takes the express delivery by mistake.
6. A weighing mail delivery cabinet according to claim 1, further comprising:

7. A weighted mailer cabinet according to claim 1 wherein the number of storage cells per volume level is two or more.
8. A weighted mail delivery cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the weighted mail delivery cabinet includes four to eight volume levels of storage cells.
9. A weighing mail delivery cabinet according to claim 1, further comprising:
and the touch display screen is used for receiving and displaying the identity information and the mail information input by the consumer.
10. A weighing mail delivery cabinet according to claim 1, further comprising:
