Abstract
本发明公开了一种美白去斑霜,由下述质量百分比原料组成:棕榈酸乙基己酯2‑5%、角鲨烷1‑3%、甘油2‑6%、硬脂醇聚醚‑5 1‑3%、月桂基葡糖苷0.2‑1.2%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.5‑2%、美白剂1‑8%、红没药醇0.2‑0.6%、黄原胶0.2‑0.6%、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲0.05‑0.25%、1,3‑二羟甲基‑5,5‑二甲基海因0.05‑0.25%、余量为水。本发明的美白去斑霜,滋养肌肤,充分补水,改善暗黄,修复淡斑,美白效果良好。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,特别是涉及一种美白去斑霜。
背景技术
如何保持皮肤健康美白是很受现代东方女性关注的问题,研发安全美白效果的化妆品也一直是日化行业技术人员的追求。
人皮肤色泽主要取决于各黑素细胞产生黑色素的能力。黑色素的形成必须有三种基本物质:酪氨酸为制造黑色素的主要原料;酪氨酸酶是酪氨酸转变为黑色素的主要限速酶,为铜及蛋白质的组合物;酪氨酸在酪氨酸酶的作用下产生黑色素,此种作用为氧化过程,必须与氧结合才能转变为黑色素。
现代女性由于对白皙肤色的日益追求,以及预防治疗皮肤雀斑、褐斑等皮肤问题的需要,市场上涌现出大量含有美白成分如烟酰胺、熊果苷的美白去斑霜,但其美白效果并不能满足大众需求,且成本较高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明目的是通过如下技术方案得以实现的:
本发明公开一种美白去斑霜,由下述质量百分比原料组成:
优选地,一种美白去斑霜,由下述质量百分比原料组成:
常用化妆品行业通用方法即可制备本发明的美白去斑霜,美白去斑霜的制备方法本身为行业通用技术,在本发明中并不具备任何创新性。
具体的,可以采用下述制备方法:
1、将棕榈酸乙基己酯、角鲨烷、硬脂醇聚醚-5、月桂基葡糖苷、鲸蜡硬脂醇、美白剂、红没药醇、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、1,3-二羟甲基-5,5-二甲基海因加入油相锅中,加热至80-85℃,搅拌溶解均匀;
2、将甘油、黄原胶、水加入水相锅中,加热至80-85℃,搅拌溶解均匀;
3、将反应锅预热至80-85℃,抽入水相,开搅拌,再抽入油相,均质5-15分钟;
4、冷却至25-30℃;检验合格,出料、灌装、包装。
所述美白剂,由甘草化合物和环氧泽泻烯组成。
进一步的,一种美白剂,由甘草化合物和环氧泽泻烯按质量比(3-7):1组成。优选地,所述甘草化合物和环氧泽泻烯的质量比为3:1、4:1、5:1、6:1或7:1。
所述甘草化合物为甘草甜素、甘草次酸、甘草甙、异甘草甙、新甘草甙、新异甘草甙、甘草素、甘草香豆素和甘草查尔酮A中的至少一种。进一步的,所述甘草化合物为甘草素、甘草香豆素和甘草查尔酮A中的至少一种。
优选地,一种美白剂,由甘草香豆素和环氧泽泻烯按质量比(3-7):1组成。进一步优选地,所述甘草香豆素和环氧泽泻烯的质量比为3:1、4:1、5:1、6:1或7:1。
本发明的美白去斑霜,滋养肌肤,充分补水,改善暗黄,修复淡斑,美白效果良好。

本发明公开一种美白去斑霜,由下述质量百分比原料组成:
具体的,可以采用下述方法制备本发明的美白去斑霜:
1、将棕榈酸乙基己酯、角鲨烷、硬脂醇聚醚-5、月桂基葡糖苷、鲸蜡硬脂醇、美白剂、红没药醇、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、1,3-二羟甲基-5,5-二甲基海因加入油相锅中,加热至80-85℃,搅拌溶解均匀;
2、将甘油、黄原胶、水加入水相锅中,加热至80-85℃,搅拌溶解均匀;
3、将反应锅预热至80-85℃,抽入水相,开搅拌,再抽入油相,均质5-15分钟;
4、冷却至25-30℃;检验合格,出料、灌装、包装。

棕榈酸乙基己酯,别称十六碳酸异辛酯、棕榈酸辛酯、2-乙基己基十六酸酯、棕榈酸2-乙基己酯,清澈透明液体,无味,不溶于水,与大多数溶剂相溶,为高纯度的高级脂肪酸酯类产品,主要用于化妆品类原料,是优良的皮肤柔润剂。性质稳定,不易氧化或产生异味。
角鲨烷,具有抗癌、抗氧化、载药、解毒、皮肤保湿和润肤剂活性。
硬脂醇聚醚-5,为化妆品乳化剂、表面活性剂。
月桂基葡糖苷,属于烷基糖苷类的表面活性剂,在烷基糖苷类中的清洁效果最好,起泡细腻,同时也比较温和,化妆品中常用作清洁剂、增泡剂、增稠剂和表面活性剂。
鲸蜡硬脂醇,在化妆品、护肤品里主要作用是柔润剂,增稠剂,乳化剂,原料安全,对于孕妇没有影响,鲸蜡硬脂醇没有致痘性。
红没药醇(Bisabolol)又称甜红没药醇、防风根醇主要存在于春黄菊精油、胶杨精油以及某些苦槛蓝属和鼠尾草属的精油中。红没药醇,能够缓和刺激和止痛修复作用。对过敏性皮肤或儿童护肤均有护肤功效,还能保护皮肤免受日常张力影响、加速皮肤治愈过程。
黄原胶是由甘蓝黑腐病野油菜黄单孢杆菌利用玉米淀粉、经生物工程制取的生物聚合物,它是由葡萄糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖醛酸、乙酸和丙酮酸组成的生物多糖。黄原胶的分子结构决定了它具有其它聚合物无法比拟的性能:低浓度下高粘度特性;良好的流动触变性或假塑性;耐酸、碱、盐,抗氧化、酶解;耐温,在若干次冷冻和解冻过程保持稳定,在高温条件下保持稳定;与酸、碱、盐、还原剂、表面活性剂、防腐剂、天然的或合成的增稠剂在同一溶液体系中有良好的兼容性;良好的分散作用,乳化稳定作用和悬浮颗粒、油滴能力。并具有抗氧化、防止皮肤衰老等功效。
双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲和1,3-二羟甲基-5,5-二甲基海因为良好化妆品防腐剂。
本发明所应用的美白剂,由甘草化合物和环氧泽泻烯组成。
所述美白剂,由甘草化合物和环氧泽泻烯按质量比(3-7):1组成。优选地,所述甘草化合物和环氧泽泻烯的质量比为3:1、4:1、5:1、6:1或7:1。
所述甘草化合物为甘草甜素、甘草次酸、甘草甙、异甘草甙、新甘草甙、新异甘草甙、甘草素、甘草香豆素和甘草查尔酮A中的至少一种。进一步的,所述甘草化合物为甘草素、甘草香豆素和甘草查尔酮A中的至少一种。
优选地,所述美白剂,由甘草香豆素和环氧泽泻烯按质量比(3-7):1组成。进一步优选地,所述甘草香豆素和环氧泽泻烯的质量比为3:1、4:1、5:1、6:1或7:1。
本发明美白剂中的主要原料介绍如下:
甘草香豆素,是一种从中药甘草中提取出来的化合物,现有技术中并未将其应用美白化妆品的报道。
环氧泽泻烯,是泽泻中提取的倍半萜类化合物,环氧泽泻烯具有多种药理活性,常用于医药制备领域,现有技术中并未将其应用美白化妆品的报道。
本发明的美白剂,安全无刺激,能够有效抑制黑色素的生成和抑制酪氨酸酶的表达,具有良好的美白效果。
实施例1
美白剂由5重量份甘草香豆素和1重量份环氧泽泻烯混合而成。
实施例2
美白剂由5重量份甘草查尔酮A和1重量份环氧泽泻烯混合而成。
实施例3
美白剂由5重量份甘草素和1重量份环氧泽泻烯混合而成。
实施例4
美白剂由3重量份甘草香豆素和1重量份环氧泽泻烯混合而成。

美白剂由7重量份甘草香豆素和1重量份环氧泽泻烯混合而成。

美白剂由2重量份甘草香豆素和1重量份环氧泽泻烯混合而成。

美白剂由8重量份甘草香豆素和1重量份环氧泽泻烯混合而成。

一种美白去斑霜,原料配方如下(质量百分比):
具体的,采用下述方法制备本发明的美白去斑霜:

2、将甘油、黄原胶、水加入水相锅中,加热至80℃,搅拌溶解均匀;
3、将反应锅预热至80℃,抽入水相,开搅拌,再抽入油相,均质10分钟;
4、冷却至30℃;检验合格,出料、灌装、包装。

测试例1
对美白剂进行美白性能测试,本发明具体测试方法采用行业通用酪氨酸酶活性抑制率进行测试,测试方法本身属于现有技术,并非发明人原创。
酪氨酸酶抑制率测试:
酪氨酸酶溶于pH=6.8磷酸盐缓冲液配置成120U/mL酪氨酸酶溶液;
L-酪氨酸溶于pH=6.8磷酸盐缓冲液配置成1.6mol/L的L-酪氨酸溶液;
美白剂溶于pH=6.8磷酸盐缓冲液配置成0.15mg/mL的待测试样溶液;
取0.5mL上述待测试样溶液加入0.5mL酪氨酸酶溶液和1.5mL pH=6.8的磷酸盐缓冲液,37℃预热15min,再加入0.5mL的L-酪氨酸溶液在37℃反应15min,在475nm处测定吸光值,同一待测试样溶液测试5组,取平均值。
酪氨酸酶抑制率(%)=[1-(D1-D2)/(D3-D4)]×100
上式中,D1:L-酪氨酸、待测试样与酪氨酸酶体系的吸光值;D2:待测试样、酪氨酸酶与磷酸盐缓冲液体系的吸光值;D3:L-酪氨酸、酪氨酸酶体系与磷酸盐缓冲液的吸光值;D4:酪氨酸酶与磷酸盐缓冲液体系的吸光值。

实施例1、4、5,美白剂配方中甘草香豆素和环氧泽泻烯的质量比分别为5:1、3:1、7:1,甘草香豆素和环氧泽泻烯协同增效,美白性能(酪氨酸酶抑制率)明显优于单独采用甘草香豆素的对比例1和环氧泽泻烯的对比例4。
本发明的美白剂,安全无刺激,能够有效抑制黑色素的生成和抑制酪氨酸酶的表达,具有良好的美白效果。
测试例2
人体皮肤斑贴试验:
根据《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)中第七章人体皮肤斑贴试验规定,进行皮肤封闭型斑贴试验,测试人员:30名,测试样品:1wt%实施例1的美白剂水溶液。
测试结果:评分等级0级28人,1级2人。本发明的美白剂安全无刺激。
测试例3
对美白去斑霜进行美白性能测试。
酪氨酸酶抑制率测试:
酪氨酸酶溶于pH=6.8磷酸盐缓冲液配置成120U/mL酪氨酸酶溶液;
L-酪氨酸溶于pH=6.8磷酸盐缓冲液配置成1.6mol/L的L-酪氨酸溶液;
美白去斑霜用等重量的pH=6.8磷酸盐缓冲液稀释,配置成待测试样溶液;
取0.5mL上述待测试样溶液加入0.5mL酪氨酸酶溶液和1.5mL pH=6.8的磷酸盐缓冲液,37℃预热15min,再加入0.5mL的L-酪氨酸溶液在37℃反应15min,在475nm处测定吸光值,同一待测试样溶液测试5组,取平均值。
酪氨酸酶抑制率(%)=[1-(D1-D2)/(D3-D4)]×100
上式中,D1:L-酪氨酸、待测试样与酪氨酸酶体系的吸光值;D2:待测试样、酪氨酸酶与磷酸盐缓冲液体系的吸光值;D3:L-酪氨酸、酪氨酸酶体系与磷酸盐缓冲液的吸光值;D4:酪氨酸酶与磷酸盐缓冲液体系的吸光值。
